Mónica Viveros I’ve come a few times here with good results, but my last time the nail polish quality was terrible. I did regular nail polish on both my feet and hands. The hand pedicure turned brownish after two days, the yellow nail polish on my toes was ok, but after a month I took it off and all my nails are damaged. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

Cassi Campbell Absolutely love this nail salon! The technicians are skilled, pay close attention to detail, and really care about giving you the best experience. My nails always come out perfect, and I always leave feeling relaxed. 5 stars every time!

sunrise moon This is how my nails looked immediately after I got them done. The nail polish is way too far from the cuticles, it looks like my nails are already grown out. I asked for her to fix it but she said she couldnt do it any closer. Frustrating for a $86 set. Also rough handed and one of my nails began lifting soon after

Serengeti Timungwa Getting my wedding nails done here was such a great experience! They were super gentle with me, and did a gelX mani and gel pedi in a little less than 2 hours, in addition to getting a “donut glaze” on my fingernails. Listened to all my requests and clearly from the photos, did an amazing job! 10/10 would recommend

Miguel When booking an appointment they dont tell you its cash only unless you spend $50, and even then they still charge you $2 for paying with a credit card. "Conveniently", they have an ATM in house which they ask you to use it to take money out.

Parlez Vous Crochet They charged me $21.00 just to remove the skin and cuticles from my nails. No polish or filing was needed because they just did acrylics on my nails 4 days before. Really $21.00??? The owner said we charge that price with or without polish.. but all she did was remove dead skin!!! GREEDY!! Pedicure ok but callus remover is trash! I did a better job in my shower later that eve with the foot cheese grater!! Reminds me why I don’t go to this salon..

Grace C Highly unprofessional business and complete disregard for customers time. Ive been coming here regularly for the past few months and every single time Ive had to wait a minimum of at least 15 minutes even though I call days ahead to schedule an appointment. Usually, I dont mind waiting 10-15 minutes but from my last two experiences, I will not be returning. I had an appointment at 2:30 but when I arrived on time, I was informed that my technician had just started on another client and I would have to wait 45 minutes, which I ended up not getting my nails done and leaving. I decided to give them one more chance and had an appointment today at 1. They called me ten minutes before my appointment to confirm if I was still coming but on the phone call they did not inform me that my go-to technician was, again, running late and I would have to wait 30 minutes. This experience is also not unique to me as Ive overheard many customers complaining about the wait despite having an appointment. Overall, the business lacks fundamental time management and customer service.

Giana C The level of technique is partially okay. This is my second time coming here less than two weeks for a gel fill. Originally it was $49 gel full set “long” nails. And this time I care back I got a fill with the length shorter and it was $38 which is only $10 cheaper for a weak job, didn’t put no oil and massage the hand like usual and also left nail glue on my fingers. This is the last time I come here.. over priced and weak service.

Amanda Saygh Yes, I had an appointment. I was one hour late because I do not live in the state. they took me in really quick. The lady who did my pedicure was sweet. And the lady who did my manicure did not listen to me and did what she wanted with my nails. She tried to file them with a nail filer. Because they were way too long. I am not a 21 year old. I am in my late forties who requested beautiful short natural looking nails I just couldnt deal with it. I had a wedding to I will never ever go there. They look horrible.Too long still On top of that, she had an attitude with me and spoke in her language, which is very disrespectful. I speak 3 languages that I dont speak different languages with other people who dont understand it. Waste of money. It started with twenty five dollars for a manicure and thirty four a pedicure. On top of that they got a thirty dollar tip.

Elina Pogosian This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The lady that did my nails did the worst job ever. She cut my nails so unevenly it is horrible. I asked for a straight cut and she made them round when I asked her, “are you cutting straight?”, she replied yes. She cut my nails SO deep now its inflamed and hurts. Not even just the shape but the polish too! The nail polish she put on is terrible that I could have done a million times better. Overall this was a disgusting place and I would DEFINITELY not recommend. I inserted an image I took RIGHT AFTER getting home from the salon.

GUCCIFRAN19 **FUNGUS** (PEDICURE)They do not sterilize there supplies! I’ve never had an issue with Fungus until I came to this place. They are very dirty! The girl that was doing my nails was very sweet and she does good with feet but other than that they’re very dirty and do not clean their supplies. Now I know that way they should do it is that they should have them packed in a sterilize white small bag.

Britney Cuevas I went to get waxed and had my chin area done, I came out with a stinging sensation and huge red spots on my chin. So now I get to have this turn into a scab and heal for a week. The manicure was good, though.

Ive gone to Soo many nail salons around the area and everything is expensive here in Glendale on the other hand here at Tinas you get the same service you would at an expensive nailbar for a better price. The best thing about this place is how fast they help you never such a long wait if any at all. Best days to come is weekday around 10ish -2 pm

Alina Khodadian I came in today for a same day appointment! Gayane was beyond amazing! Took her time to make sure everything with my nails were done perfectly! Has the best nail color selection, along with a super clean station! Reasonable pricing, I had the Russian gel manicure done. Usually other places will leave me with nicks and scratches but Gayane was so gentle! I absolutely loved her and LOVE my nails! Definitely book your appointment!!!!

Hannah Bear I live in the neighborhood and appreciate how they always take me in regardless of time and what I’m looking to get (gel, polish change, etc). The last few times I’ve been so disappointed with the quality of manicures - gel, regular, chrome. Before Christmas I came in and got a regular manicure. It was very sloppy and chipped almost immediately. I usually get gel so I just kind of let it go and hoped next time would be different. I got a chrome gel polish change which they charged me $43 for and it’s already chipping. I work long hours and don’t have time or money to constantly come in for touch ups or changes. So disappointing

Sucharitha Bose TLDR bad experience, but pedi looks ok. I was asked if I wanted callus removal, which usually standard with a pedicure at most places. I said yes and then midway through the pedicure before the callus removal was started, I was shown the menu. The regular pedicure was $28 and I said I wanted that instead and wanted to add on a massage for extra. She wouldn’t let me choose any that didn’t have the callus removal which were all $39 even though I was fine not doing the callus removal. Went back and forth for a bit where I insisted on a regular but she was pushing one of the deluxe pedis. I begrudgingly agreed to do one of the $39 ones with callus removal and massage. Massage was 5 minutes of gentle grazing, not a massage at all. Callus removal was done with unhygienic tool on my dry feet and was painful. Neither service worth 11 dollars extra. Two ppl ahead of me didn’t have cash and were allowed to tip on card without issue but the lady who checked me out chastised me for it and tried to get me to get cash and then charged me a dollar extra for card.

Ashley BEST PLACE EVER !! literally such amazing customer service and the quality of the work is spectacular. i came here to get my nails done for a wedding and they were perfect j came again today to get a new set (Gel Xtentions) and they came out beautiful i had to write a review. also everything is always clean and hygienic. they do amazing pedicure and clean the toes gently. this set was done by vincent!!

Bethany Nauert Mendez I went to get a gel x and pedicure here with a girlfriend of mine. The woman who did my manicure was so nice and patient with me as I asked her to shape and clean them up and was indecisive about polishes. I broke one nail a day later and went in and she fixed it for me for free. The pricing was comparable to other salons. Staff was lovely and the salon was very clean and organized.

Nina Ce’mone I’ve been coming here for a little over 2 years now and I don’t have a single complaint. The staff is always warm and friendly. I usually get gel nails acrylic and gel pedicure and it typically last me a whole month. I love Betty for my nails she’s so sweet but I’ve tired other people on her off days and they are wonderful as well. Everything is sanitary and clean including the restrooms. What I enjoy most about this place are the massage chairs and the culture diversity that they offer. They play Vietnamese music and even Vietnamese television which is always a treat. I love this place it’s a MUST TRY!

Anna Bari Absolutely the best nail salon in Glendale hands down. Excellent work every time, clean, lots of free parking, adequate prices, great selection of colors. I always get dip powder and it looks so natural and thin as if I have a regular nail polish on. It stays on for 4 !!! weeks and my nails grow out with dip. I have also done regular pedicure and it is much better than at other salons and stays on longer. It looks like the owner really cares about the quality of products and customer service. I have never had a negative experience here and have been going here for years. Highly recommend!

Megan A. My nails were just done. Wasnt even straight. I told the nail technician, and he said I would fix it and just left like that. And kept smack talking about me in their language. Once he was done, he just got up and left. I didnt appreciate their rudeness. I had an appointment with them at 10:30 a.m., and they didnt even sit me down until 11 am. and started on my nails at 11:15 am. and done by 12:15. This place was my go-to nail salon, I used to love this place, but I wouldnt return to this location even if this nail salon was the last one open in the world. I am truly disappointed.

Autumn Lackey I’ve been going to Q Nails for about a year now. I ask for Dennis for my gel nails. He’s so friendly & does the best shape and design. I’ll tell him what I’m thinking and he always has input and nails turn out so cute! Steve is the man who always answers the phone & he’s been nothing but so sweet to me and my family. ALL the staff is so kind, which I feel can be a hard to find at a nail salon. I never feel bad asking them to change the shape or do something different.

Roxana Aviles Awful customer service. 2 Saturdays ago, I paid $35 for my moms regular manicure, which should have included her nails cut, except they werent. I usually take her except I was busy getting ready to celebrate my birthday that weekend. Came Monday, I got real sick and stayed away from my fragile 90 year old so she wouldnt get sick. I was awfully sick all week. This past Sun., my mom scratched me as she tried hanging onto me. So I called the nail salon to ask who had worked on my moms nails and to present the issue of my moms nails not being cut. I was asked to go in that tue. So wed not be charged just to cut her nails. Except Tue was raining cats and dogs, and I was not about to get wet or have my mom get wrenched. The man on the phone said I could get a discount next time she went in. That wed work something out. I took her in the following day, on Wed. We were charged another $35, so the discount was not honored. I felt robbed, cheated. Pretty much everyone @ the register lacks a decent, friendly customer service etiquette. Ill be taking my business somewhere else. Considering it is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service and the treatment.

Andrew Vaughan Stopped in for a last minute pedicure here while out celebrating my nieces birthday. Staff was friendly and efficient and accommodating considering my last minute appointment request. Given how close by it is will definitely be returning whenever their services are needed.

Tab Moore Last weekend, I got an Acrylic set after a friend’s recommendation. The nails turned out beautifully, with precise and professional service. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The acrylic set service at this nail salon is on a completely different level, so perfect!

Kwanza Cox-Baker got the worst pedicure here this week. my nails were crooked and in an attempt to fix it, she cut one too short and tried to file the other down to match it. Still left with crooked toe nails that had the nerve to be overpriced. gotta find another nail place to check out. **i would show pics, but Im not posting free foot pics on google***

Naje Sandoz By far my favorite nail spa in the area! The people a great always good energy. Although they are often very busy they make sure to take their time and give everyone quality service. Great selection of colors. And the hand/foot massage at the end actually feels good. Not to mention amazing prices !! Just be sure to call a head and book an appointment and they will take care of you !

MarS I dont know why are the reviews so unfair and ungrateful. My experience was outstanding!!! I called and scheduled an appointment for 10:30 for manicure, then I realized that I wont make it so I called and rescheduled at 3. Both times they answered, were friendly and respectful! I went in, they had a bunch of people already in, so I had to wait for like 5 minutes, which I didnt mind at all. Then I was helped by Cindy! She was very friendly and communicative. She did an amazing job on my nails, really deep cleaning with no more cuticles sticking out. Im beyond grateful and happy. The prices are cheap, the service is outstanding. Parlez Vous Crochet Cindy is my absolute go-to gal for the perfect mani/pedi! Not only is she super sweet, but she also works wonders on getting rid of all that pesky dead skin around my nails. Her nail painting skills are top-notch, and she always leaves my nails looking perfectly filed. Plus, her expertise with callus remover on my feet is unmatched. Cindy is a true nail wizard!

Dorothy Matamoros I got there at 6:10pm and they closed at 7pm. It was literally empty. The person was very rude and said it was too late. I only needed short regular nails done.

Gigi Djebli Was told Acrylic with regular polish starts at $35, shape costs $5 and length costs $5. For a total of $45 dollars. She charged me $65 without telling me the price, and I also tipped $10 unknowing that she had charged me this much, very mid paint job. I paid $76 dollars for this. Save your money and go elsewhere, I’m very dissatisfied and she is very comfortable overcharging unknowing clients.

Karina A I really loved how they did my nails but I don’t think they were worth $80. I got gel acrylic, a nude color & white tip with flowers. Idk how everyone is saying their prices are cheap. I feel like $80 was outrageous. She put two different size acrylic on my thumbs, the white line of nail polish was coming of within the second day. Like I said I really liked how they did them, the shape was perfect, the length was too but the pricing threw me off. Idk if I’m wrong but I’ve had my nails longer length, three different designs and 3 different colors plus gel acrylic for $20 less. I wanted to try a new place that was closer to home but LA is we’re it’s at. Nobody in Glendale has stickers, cute gems, variety like LA shops do tbh.

Sarah Esperanza Fair prices, good availability, nice workers. But the color I walked out with looked way different than the color I picked out, I guess because the nail colors they give you to choose from have aged. I tried asking about it but the language barrier made me think she meant the color was going to change later. They went to town on my cuticles and I walked out with some cuts, and a week later the skin around the base of my nail is all torn up.

Armina Zourabian I love this place! I go there for 6 or 7 years. All of the ladies are good, but Tony and his wife Maya are gre at, always providing professional customer service! They do accurate and beautiful job, Maya does my acrylic nails and always gives me advice for my colors and shape. All their ladies do clean pedicures and manicures and prices are very affordable. I highly recommend this salon. They work very hard until late evening, so they can always find preferrable appointment times for customers.

Z I feel bad leaving a negative review, but the lady who gave me a pedicure cut me on 2 different toenails. She gave me a rushed pedicure because there were people waiting, but thats not my fault. My toe was red for almost a week because she cut my toenail too short. I wont be going back.

Amy Meenan My pedicure was okay. But my manicure was horrible. She didnt apply the nail color or top coat evenly. And the fixtures and sears...everything inside is dated and old feeling and looking. Meh ... Not quite the experience I hoped for. This is like bargain quality, at normal prices. Skip this place.

The staff was friendly and professional got us right in and did a phenomenal job. The ladies there took great care of us. Qristina was incredibly attentive, carefully listening and trying various options. With dedication and attention to detail, she crafted beautiful pink nails with a sweet red heart design. Both my little one and I adore my new nails. Qristinas skill and commitment truly stood out!

heyitsfelita If I could give 0 stars I would. DON’T GO HERE! First off prices are much more expensive than regular salons. The moment I walked in I already had terrible vibes coming from the place. I got regular acrylics and ended up paying $70, the lady forced me to get gel on top- I refused a few times but she still did it and she didn’t let me choose my own color so ofc she brought the expensive ones. Regular acrylics at other places are $30 w/ $15 for gel BUT $70?? If I knew the price before hand I would’ve gone somewhere else and gotten gel-x. Then she cut+burned my fingers TWICE while filing and said “you kept moving too much” when I was still, they are still hurting as of right now. I asked for coffin shape nails and was given almond instead. She then proceeded to ask where I went before and the prices I paid, she was surprised w/ how cheap I payed before hand and didn’t say a word about how much more expensive her service is until the very end. My nails don’t look like they would be worth $70 almost $20 at most, I left out there crying w/ how bad it looked. PLEASE DO A BIG FAVOR AND DON’T GO HERE, GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY RESPECT YOU AS A PERSON.

Autumn Lackey The nail techs are disgustingly rude. I booked online and put that I needed a gel color change and a design. I got there & they were confused by what I wanted (it was fairly simple because I showed them an exact picture). They were clearly talking bad about me in Armenian from the start. It was uncomfortable because everyone, including the customers, spoke Armenian. Then, I asked them to cut my nails down a little and she said something in Armenian but then said “color change” so I knew they were talking about me. She hardly filed them down. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave mid-session. I left after she filed the third nail. Horrible place. Don’t recommend. Please hire better staff.

She is very nice and does an incredible job I really have no complaints. The staff is also very sweet and friendly, they make jokes and play around with each other. Sabrina Tilimian I used to go there all the time for years but last night was the last time I would ever visit that place. The owner constantly takes on new and inexperienced nail technicians. On many occasions, the technicians damaged my cuticles by cutting them too deep. To top it off, they rush you out the door. They started off pretty well but they messed up quickly in only a few short years. Not going back to this place ever again.

Karen Luciano I have been going to Nail Paradise for over a year now about once a month. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My nails have never been stronger or longer! I leave every time loving my nails. An extremely talented group they always do beautiful designs when I ask! Could not recommend more and be sure to get the Russian manicure!

Michelle Mason I have been coming to this business for 6 years now, and they have the absolute best customer service and the best manicures/full sets around. They are super clean and have a very pretty space. I moved away from the area and I still drive 45 mins to come here because they are top quality. I have been helped by almost every person that works there and they are all extremely kind, patient, and deliver great services. I 100% would recommend. I always get some crazy design or cool texture when getting my acrylics and they always come out perfect, they even make my crooked fingers look straight somehow.

Versatilegal TriniGal This place is not worth my money! 70$ didnt even scrub my feet or legs not even wash my feet had the nerve to put lotion on them like wtf smfh just did the basics of the toes only. I only came here not that busy me being me thinking okay the services still have to be good the location is in the cut anyway. Never maybe because I was black the energy was off already ugh Im so hurt I had when I spend money the services suck I couldve had my kids do this for me .Im pregnant so I wanted my feet done before I had them in the air ugh now I gotta go next nail shop get them scrub ugh!!!

Liza Savas The staff here are very friendly & professional & Zoe always does a great job on my nail art! Ive been to a number of nail salons & this is my favorite! It is a small salon however so I recommend making an appointment or be willing to wait if you just walk in.

Fast, very attentive, prof. and low on budget service in this area. Value for money is just great. I always recommend. They are always booked, one should book in advance, sometimes week or days. Very hard working, dedicated and client oriented people.
