Just Lillian Ive been going to this place for years. Long and Fong are me and my daughters nail tech. If my daughter isnt with me they ask about her, we feel like family. The environment is welcoming and diverse. My daughter does not talk to strangers but felt right at home since her very first time there. Great people and great prices.

Klara Bess It was a great visit. Ronnie did my nails and I believe she was the owner who helped with The Visit. Professional excellent job, however, they only accept cash. I myself like to use my credit card but no chance of that you have to go through. Cash App Or one of those sorts of payment ways. I do recommend this place tho.

Elizabeth Katz No one "could do" my design choice after Tammy made me bleed twice during the manicure! I go over to Queen Nails up the street and they dont even hesitate to do the design! This was the design with these colors.

S B Alondra did a wonderful job on my nails and she stays open until 10pm. I had thick, acrylic nails, I cut them some were broken, she made my hands & nails look beautiful. Shes uses techniques that Ive never seen before in the last 25 years. I will return and send my friends and family.

Qudsia Mayar We went to this place for the first time because someone recommended it and I regret going here. The prices are ridiculously high. The work is not that great either. My daughter and I got our nails done at this place and hate how they look. Cindy was very aggressively filling my nails like if she was mad at me , it seemed like she was in a rush. The shape of my nails are not unified, they are bulky and thick and the polish is not applied evenly. It was a total waste of my time and money. Even the press on’s look much better than this and we paid $115 for full sets .It hasn’t even been a couple of hours and I want to remove them. Never going back and not recommending this place.

Rachel Carey My bridesmaids & I had an amazing experience here. They were able to get all of our manicures/ pedicures done in less than 2 hours. Super clean and great service. My nails turned out amazing thanks to Lucy. No gems lost for over a week ! And I can ruin nails in a few days..

Janis G Ive gone here once a month for a little over a year. I normally get a mani/pedi, and they always try to upsale. I dont mind, but when Ive already declined, I shouldnt be asked several more times or handed just the gel colors. I dont think theres a good selection for non-gel polish. Gel is awesome, but I dont usually have time to come back for the gel polish removal. I noticed the service quality decline. My last time here is pictured. I asked to cut my toenails short and straight, letting them know Im prone to ingrown nails. She did not cut them enough, so I let her know, and what is pictured is her second attempt. The middle toenails are crooked. She had left me to assist another customer before I had the chance to look at them. If I cant get a decent, basic pedi; I wont be upsold, and I wont be back.

Bareen Husain Naqvi I really like this place. Cindy is very helpful, she helped me with my nails and by far I’ve been getting compliments for my nails. My go to nails shop. Also, their prices are fine too I paid $70 for them which I find is a fair deal but would appreciate member discounts.

Demi Moore I love this nail salon. The nail techs are kind! But this was my first time requesting dip powder and all I can say is DON’T GO HERE FOR IT. From the moment they were removing my old dip powder, I knew I messed up for requesting dip powder here. I don’t think they have experience with natural long nails and with using dip powder. They left some of my old dip powder color (sea foam green) on my nails so I can see them under the new dip powder (white) and when I look behind my nails. I’ve had to be VERY vocal throughout the entire nail appointment because the shape of my nails were so bulky and square even though I requested COFFIN shape. At the end of my appointment, my nails were still bulky and missing color on its sides!! (even though I came into their salon with beautiful thin, graceful dip powdered nails that had just grown out!!!) and my cuticles and my fingers next to my nail bed felt and still feel so burned and tore up. I highly recommend only coming here for gel or regular polish and to be extremely vocal about what you want.

I had the pleasure to get seen by Mimi she took care of me and gave me great advice as to what shape would look best I showed her some pictures as to what I was looking for and she gave me confidence I told her to do what you think is best with what I was looking and what she thought would make it look better and I left very happy I will be coming back thanks for the Great service.

Mia Alsdorf Got my nails done here on Friday. My polish is chipping and not staying on! Never had this happen. The salon won’t refund me either or do anything about it $68 waisted!! Don’t go here !!!

Tiffany Peterson I am absolutely obsessed with the set I got! The gentleman who did my nails was not only super nice but was also super patient with me. At other salons I’ve been to, if I asked them if I could change the color (way before we even paint) or if I asked them to re shape my nail, they would huff and puff but he never once did! He actually even thanked me for letting him know that I wanted something changed early on before we got deep into the process! It was overall such an amazing experience and this is by far one of the best sets I’ve gotten! The pedicure was super relaxing as well. They had three pedicure options. I chose the cheapest one and it was amazing. I can only imagine how nice the other two must be! The lady was also super nice and gentle. You 100% get what you pay for. I can’t wait to go back for a fill!

simran sekhon The service was very unsatisfactory. The owner likes to ask for tip even if the customer is not satisfied. They switch people for a single service, a concept that I have not seen at any other nail place. They expect 4 tips for 3 services, which is ridiculous.

Chidinma Barrett I know a lot of people have reviews that this place is clean. It isn’t clean at all. I just stepped out of this place. I noticed that the Asian lady in charge of manicure was notoriously dirty. She didn’t clean her instruments before attending to me. I asked for a clean manicure because I needed an expert who’s capable of doing it. She messed up my nails, verbally abused me, and called my nails ‘crooked’. As a woman of color, this is the first time I have been verbally abused because of the stellar reviews. I told her that I’m recovering from an illness that I didn’t want long gel nails. I left the shop because it isn’t right to accept mistreatment. I paid for the service. I posted pictures with the receipt.

Norma Warwick Moore Tried to go in as walk-in but the lady said appointment only..it says recommended but no where did it say required. I had trouble finding it because they only had a billboard on the lot but they dont have a sign in front of their shop like the other stores in the place. Too bad for them, i inyended to spend some money getting my nails done for a wedding over the weekend. Their loss!!

Jenny T Best nail artist in the area. Shes sweet, friendly, and talented. My nails always look perfect when Jenny does them. I book every 3 weeks with her and sometimes 6-12 weeks in advance. If you want to see her, be patient, it can take 4 weeks to get an appointment

Mona Polk love, love, love Jenny. Shes very professional and fast. She doesnt over book, therefore you get your one on one time with her doing her best artistry on you. Highly recommend her, just book ahead of time as she books months in advance.

Sara Sparks It was my first time there, and had a great experience. I came in early for my appointment and was seen right away. I got a gel manicure first, and then had my pedicure. The staff was very friendly, and I did not feel rushed at all. I was there for just over an hour, and felt welcome the entire time. Picture is a few days after, and only a small chip on my right thumb so far. Also, I found their pedicure chairs were more comfortable than others Ive had. Make sure to call ahead for an appointment. They were very busy when I called Thursday evening and when I went in Friday evening.

Always does a great job on my nails, shapes, designs, etc. And hes a great conversationalist. The rest of the staff is also very pleasant. There a woman who does eyebrows .. I forgot her name (sorry). But shes bomb at doing eyebrows!

Kristin Marlowe I went in on Sunday afternoon around 2 PM. I didnt have to wait. I love this place. They always do a fantastic job. They removed the gel on my fingers. Then I got a gel manicure. The service was $20 and you can leave however much you want for tip!

Evangeline Guilalas Finally I found this place and will be “my go to esp my nails”. I’ve been to different nail salon but nothing beats this nail salon! It’s small but they do a really great and awesome job! Very sweet and nice people unlike in Nail Spa Boutique, after I corrected someone she nicked my finger(was painful) and gave me attitude. Shout out to Na and the other lady, job well done!

Mary Kendall Update: This place closed. I tried to call to book an appointment, the number was no longer in service. Drove by it get yesterday and they were scraping the window art off the windows. Had a full set of acrylics done. The lady did a good job. They are not thick and shaped well. I made a same day appointment. There was a 15 minute wait but I didnt mind that. She apologized twice for my wait. I am pleased and plan to return for my fills.

Rae F I asked for simple white square acrylics. And they were Absolutely TERRIBLE. I literally was embarrassed to show my hands for several days until I could rip them off. I literally was biting them off the next day because they were HIDEOUS. I didn’t even want to show my husband they were that bad. The ladies are nice mostly and the salon is very clean and I love that they have kid pedicure chairs. but after my last experience there, I haven’t and won’t return. The nails were AWFUL. and I mean AW-FUL!!!!!

brittany James She did a real great job. I love it no complaints here. Very nice and talk back to her customers made me feel very comfortable. My big toe nail was messed up and she brought it back and my nails on my hand were messed up and she brought them back. Very satisfied.

There were 3 faces I remembered from back then. But ima say this the price was good it was only $40 for a pedicure and they were my last resort that day. The man that did my toes did okay until I just noticed yesterday he didn’t even paint my pinky toe. I never paid attention to all my toes n that’s my fault. I went on vacation n came back n noticed then that it was never painted. I got my eyebrows done like back in the day and she had me lookin crazzzzyyyyyyy. My eyebrows were thick n boxed shaped again my last resort she showed me and I said “ ohhhhhh no I don’t like this please smaller and no eyebrow pencil and after that they looked good. I saw the reviews which gave mixed feelings bug still gave them a shot and I won’t be going back. Maybe I just came on the wrong day idk but I was hoping to prove the reviews wrong but I’m with alot if other people smh this not the spot anymore to go too.

Other than that, my hair was so uneven and choppy that I had to go to Mercy across the street to help fix the mistake of me coming here for a haircut. Unprofessional.

Maria Peralta I started going to this salon back in 2021 because the ladies are really nice & prices are reasonable. The only thing was I scheduled an appointment and got stuck waiting 30 minutes or more to get anything done. I continued going until I one day I got tired of waiting. (Seemed like they were over booking) I recently started going back. Seemed like they lost clients because there was no more having to wait. Which did not make me happy because there is some nice ladies. I got a get manicure. Within 2 days the gel was cracking and chipping. I work in an office and reached out in hopes it could be fixed. Owner said she would fixed them but when I asked if I was going to be charged. She said yes. They send 15%-20% text messages but when I was there to pay she said this only applies when you bring cash. Which is not stated on the text. I didn’t make a big deal out of it and paid but I was very unhappy that they did not fix the gel chipping. I will not be going back.

Daria Nesterova In the first photo, my nails after 4 weeks of wear, I had absolutely no complaints about this salon! Again, as a former nail technician myself, I wanted to know today what could be done to extend the wear, as two of my nails lifted and started to peel after a week. I got tired of doing my nails myself, but the green nails in the photo are my work, after 4 weeks of wear, with one of the cheapest polishes from Amazon. This is real and not difficult to achieve. Today, when I came to consult on what we could do, the technician suggested a more expensive polish, although I know for sure that an expensive polish is not always the key to long-lasting wear. So I wanted to suggest better preparing my nails for the polish, for example, not soaking them in water and applying a bit more nail dehydrator. The technician said something to the owner in her language, and at that moment, I received an inadequate reaction from the owner, saying that if I didnt like something, I could leave. She mentioned theyve been doing nails for 8 years, etc. I said that I had absolutely no complaints and was just trying to discuss what we could do, as I like how neatly they work; their work is much neater than others. But I did not expect such rudeness. She spoke loudly and kept hinting for me to leave, essentially kicking me out without even trying to listen, and then she said not to talk to her but to speak with the technician. For the first time in my life, I left a salon in tears. I was shocked and couldnt calm down for a long time. It seems the owner has gotten a big head. My advice to all salon owners: fall in love not with yourself and your work, but with the clients who pay you money. Despite the good service, the customer service was terrible.

Gentina Getting my nails done here with Dao was just a breath of fresh air. Literally! No strong chemical in the air or no harsh filling/drilling. Dao truly paid attention to the health of my nails and was very kind. I’ll be back for sure.

Vanessa P I visited this place with my sister-in-law to get pedicures, and it was my first time getting one, so I wasnt sure what to expect. The technician worked very quickly, and I felt ignored throughout the process. It seemed like they didnt care about the service they were providing. It felt like all she cared about was getting paid. I strongly advise against coming here. Its a waste of both time and money. I hope they read this and realize theyre not treating their customers with respect.

mxn btc I recently visited for the first time to get Gel nails for a vacation, spending $100.00 on the service. Unfortunately, my nails broke and bent just four days after getting them done. Gel nails are supposed to last a few weeks, and I have never experienced my nails bending before. The selection of colors was limited. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the salon owner became very aggressive. Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality, as I feel that my $100.00 was wasted.

My wife has been a loyal customer and even recommended this place to her friend because she was satisfied with the previous visits. However, today, when she politely asked for advice on how to extend the longevity of her manicure, the owner started yelling at her and told her to leave if she wasnt happy. This kind of unprofessional and rude behavior is completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated with such disrespect, especially when they are asking a simple question without any complaints. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you value good customer service and respect, avoid this place at all costs.

C J Pettiford One of my best girl friends suggested I go to this nail salon to get mine and my girls nails done. I booked an appointment at 2pm, when we got there 3/4 were seated immediately and the 4th was seated 4 minutes later. They did gel manicures and pedicures for my girls and a full set and pedicure for me. I showed Julie a picture of what I wanted, explained what I wanted different and sat back for the ride. Julie did my nails exactly like I like them without me saying anything extra! She was very kind, chatted with me a bit and made sure my nails were to my liking. The girls enjoyed their technicians as well. My pedicure was wonderful! This was my first time and won’t be my last. I’m already excited about going for my fill in a couple weeks. You know they are good when I will drive 2 hours to get my nails done! $75 for my nails, $25 for my pedicure and $110 for 3 gel manicures and reg. Pedicures. (One child’s nails/feet not pictured.) keep in mind it was hard to get my kids to keep still enough to take these pictures.

Phnoml Wm My daughter was referred here by my friend and her daughter. My daughter showed her nail tech a picture of the nail design she wanted to have. He recreated exactly what she showed him. It was amazing and clean craftsmanship. The only thing he did not do were the different flowers on each nail because he had my girlfriend and daughter needing their nails done and hers were time consuming.

Christina B. I was charged $60 for nails and they came out terrible. At first the nail tech put a nail on crooked and then was upset when I asked her to fix it which was so unprofessional and she was rude too. The dollar spent doesn’t match the quality, they came out super square and narrow because she filed it too much on the sides. They looked worse than press on nails.

Maria Iraheta OK nail salon, but not worth the money charges. The gel nails they do are not that great and they leave your nails crooked. The gel came of the next day when I did the dishes and it was not even that many. They started to peel by the cuticle line. I dont think to go back and do not recomend, please look for an alternative nail salon.
