Nancy Aguirre I was coming here for years and I stopped for a while and yesterday decided to come back. Monique worked on my full set yesterday, she asked what shape I wanted and I said almond, and that I would like them short because I work with children. she told me she didnt like short..excuse me? I am paying for a service, these are MY nails...I had never had an issue with any nail tech here, they have suggestions but Neve tell me to my face that they dont like short. she went ahead and clipped them and they were still too long for my liking, I asked her to go shorter and she made a face at me, and I said shorter please, and I said you can do it, and she said "I know I can, I dont like to" at this point I was extremely shocked at her attitude with me. once she got to filing my nails, I noticed my index finger was not the same on the other hand and I brought it up and she snapped back saying it wasnt final. I stayed quiet the rest of the appointment, I should have walked out but I didnt. there was tension for sure during the whole appointment and in the end, the two nails I told her were different, were still different... its very disappointing to have had this experience with this person. I dont mind tipping well but with attitude and a bad job its really hard, I spoke up during my appointment and I didnt appreciate the condescending attitude and then the side conversations with her coworker which I am sure she was talking about me. Monique, do better, if you were having a bad day, Im sorry but you shouldnt treat customers like crap, you may not like short nails, but I am the one paying for a service. I ended up getting a solid color instead of the initial French to avoid any further negativity.

Tiffany L This was my first time at Pink Petals and it definitely won’t be my last. I came in for a pedicure and got exactly what I wanted. Kathy was great and I left with pretty toes. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the salon smelled like fresh flowers. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to my next visit!

Grace Ellis I love Sea Spa! I started going here before my wedding to grow out my nails and keep them healthy and strong. I wanted to be able to use my natural nail because I don’t like putting on tips. All the ladies who work there are so nice and sweet. They gave me the best advice on keeping my nails strong as they grew out. I wanted chrome french tips for my wedding and Michelle did an amazing job. I showed her an inspo picture and she recreated it perfectly. I brought in 3 of my bridesmaids and my mom to get their nails done too and everyone loved their experience!

M P Super sweet ladies! I was one of their last clients on a Friday evening so I had a lot of the techs help me pick out what color/design I wanted. I told them I have a photoshoot the next day so they were very meticulous with my nails! I was being really picky with my the color on my toes since I wanted something to match the ombré on my hands so the ladies helped me try two different colors. Even though I ended up being the last one in the salon, I didn’t feel rushed to leave. I was about to head out after waiting about 5 minutes for my nails to dry, but one of the ladies told me that I should stay a little longer. Asides from the fantastic customer service, everything in the salon is clean and spacious. The plaza itself has plenty of parking, too. I’ll be back for sure!

Emily Del Toro Beautiful salon and the ladies in there are professional. Don’t hesitate to stop in for services. Right now they have a 25% off all services. One thing I was confused on was my nail tech did not use gel base coat or gel top coat, I spoke up and asked… She said it wasn’t needed so I’ll take her word and see how my nails hold up, I know if there was an issue they would fix it. That’s how much they care about their customers. Also, I really liked that she made sure I loved my shape and asked if there was anything that needed to be fixed that I didn’t like. That was important to me because not all nail techs ask their customer that. I left Satisfied and love my shape and color. Gel fill acrylic with debt card was $30.50 out the door.

Allison Varney Had a lovely time getting a mani/pedi. The ladies took great care of me and did a really good job. I was impressed with how clean and relaxed the place was. I plan to come back next month. They gave me a great discount too!

Joi Davenport Racist and unprofessional! I called for a pedicure but when I came in, I asked “do you take Apple Pay”??? Mind you they were empty. One nice lady eagerly said YES we Do! But the other lady looked me up and down and spoke in her language to her coworker. She then said “wait we have to ask our manager, let me check. At that point I knew they were judging my appearance and the answer would be no. Sure enough the lady asked her manager in her language, the manager quickly looked me over and said no. I didn’t argue I just left. Trust me when I say I have the gift of discernment and I could see right through their closed mindedness. I politely went down the street to Glitz Nail Bar where they accepted my Apple Pay and gave good service. Also they were busy with multiple customers. Sea Spa nails won’t be around for long.

Sarah Beale So so so incredibly disappointed. I’ve been coming here for over four years now and have always appreciated their attention to detail and friendly attitude. However, my experience today was AWFUL and I will not be returning. They not only raised their prices, but their quality in work has gone down and is taking longer. I spent two hours and $67 for very short, square (asked for coffin), and unevenly painted acrylic nails (she messed up and had to do a third coat on one hand but didn’t do the other to match so one hand looks much darker than the other). I would have gone in and complained that I didn’t like my nails but was in fear they would charge me another $15-$30 for the redo and was just completely over it by the time I left, which was over two hours after arriving. So disappointing because these were supposed to be my vacation nails and now I have to figure out how to fix them before I leave!! Wasted time and money.

Ash I made a same day appointment to get my medium length acrylic nails filled. I keep the same shape (stiletto) so the fill cost $30 and getting cats eye polish was an extra $5. The nail technician who helped me was very nice, fast, and gentle with my hands. She even fixed my misshapen nails that I had gotten done at another salon! I feel like the prices are very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. My nails look and feel great. (7/29/21)

Jade Sierra Ive been getting my nails done since I was 13. I used to only get black because I was to scared my nail salon would mess me up. My mom told me at 15 to try this place and get what i want because I can trust theyll do me good. She was so right I love getting my nails done with the cutest designs. its been a year and I STILL go here! you can trust your money spent here is worth it!!

Julie Young Went there yesterday for my birthday. I no sooner sat in the pedicure seat and the girl doing my gel nail extensions was right on top of me I didn’t even get a chance to adjust my chair or turn on the massage thing, Neither one of them cared even when I asked to do it, neither one of them helped me or even sure they knew how to work the darn chair themselves, 4 of my 10 nails were glued on crooked and had to be redone my pedicure lasted no longer than 15 minutes. If the end of the day I look like I have fake press on nails that I bought at the grocery store on and that’s what they feel like too. Honestly I don’t think either one of these women are licensed or have any clue what they were doing. Worst service of experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Both for their work and for their lack of caring about if your seat was even adjusted right before the attack three seconds after you sent down. At one point I asked the girl to allow me to adjust my chair because she threw her towel over the controls and then she laid her arm right across it and said OK adjust it, I was like well I can’t because your arm is laying across it I can’t even see the controls. Itwas just the weirdest experience I would never go back and I would never recommend this place to anybody. Ever.u mails are Al different lengths soaring upwards, and All different shapes. Waste of 98.00. Worst pedi I’ve ever had in my life. She couldn’t have had less pride in her work. Final answer: NO

Angie La Staff was very friendly and nice. Very knowledgeable and quick. I got my nails done by Judy and she did an amazing job doing dip powder. I would highly recommend and come back.

Kayan Davis Service was amazing. Called ahead and let them know what my sister and I were looking for and they were ready for us as soon as we got there. We both were looking for designs and they even had several nail techs look at the picture of what I wanted so they could decide who felt they could do the design best. We also got our eyebrows waxed which looked great however the wax was a little too hot and minorly burned my sister so I give it 4 stars but had the wax been more appropriately temperatured would totally have been 5 star experience.

Sarah Graves I had a couple pictures of the style I wanted and the gal who did my nails did an amazing job. I wanted to try to match a dress I was going to wear without copying the exact color of the dress. The glitter placement was perfect. She took her time placing each heart on my nails. She even evened out one nail because it had been smudged a bit. The shape and color she picked were perfect. I was in red pleased. The price was really good as well.

Kylie Profaca I went here for the first time to get my nails done for my best friends wedding I went October 25th. I got a full set with acrylic. It’s now November 2 and two of the nails have broken in the same spot due to retention from the glue. The nail tips snapped off and In turn broke the acrylic. I spent 130$ to have them last a week.

Renée baby This is by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The lady cut my finger so badly it wouldn’t stop bleeding, and she didn’t even apologize! Instead, she had the audacity to tell me she usually charges for cutting cuticles but was doing me a favor by not charging this time. Are you kidding me? She couldn’t even recreate the design I had requested—a design I had called and sent to her a week in advance to confirm she could do. She assured me she could, but in the end, I was stuck settling for a cheap sticker slapped onto my nail just so I could leave. She completely ruined my Christmas nails, and I’ll be staying as far away from this place as possible! Unbelievable!

Lena Balak Honestly, I was a bit worried about the cleanliness. Prices were good and the ladies were friendly. I would have given 4 stars if they would use the sterilized tools from the packages every time but they only have them in box that says "clean" and I dont know if its clean or not. So, my nail polish started chipping the next day. Im really hard on my nails so not sure if its my fault.

Nikole Davis This experience was horrible! I took my niece, daughter, and myself to this salon to get our nails done. I was never told a price when I asked for service. I got a regular pedicure and a full set with a gel coat. My niece got a manicure and pedicure. My daughter got her nails painted with 4 small flowers. They charged me $110! Are you insane!?!! Never again will I go there. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told that they were not in.

Cooper Steinhardt Love it! I get acrylic nails with gel paint and have been coming here about a year and a half. My fills normally last 3-4 weeks with absolutely NO chips!! Only $60 for fill and pedicure and the ladies are always happy to see me and very friendly when I come in.

Sherrie Stinson They were friendly, helpful, and did a great job. Sandy did awesome unicorn nails, and my pedicure lady was amazing. The inside is so relaxing, beautiful and calming. We will be back!

Helen Minh I recently got my nails done at Azure Nail Spa Suite, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I chose a beautiful pink shade, and it turned out absolutely perfect. The nail technicians were incredibly attentive, and they paid close attention to detail, making sure every nail was flawless. The color is vibrant, the shape is exactly how I wanted it, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend Azure Nail Spa Suite if you’re looking for top-quality service and gorgeous nails. I’ll definitely be coming back

Olivia Kyla All of the employees here are so kind! Their customer service is incredible as well as their nail tech skills! I got a manicure and pedicure & one of my toe nails completely broke in half lol but they were able to save the day (as pictured) & they sculpted a nice full toenail for me. I have a photo shoot tomorrow and my feet would be in the photos so I was relieved they were able to do that for my toenail! It looks natural, I’m very impressed! Also the massage the ladies gave me was very relaxing and I love the soothing spa music they play here. It added a lovely atmosphere! 10/10 highly recommend this place

K G Best experience ever! Michele did my nails and I can not stop raving! I am used to get acrylic nails but tired of my nails being so weak. SNS is a new way to do nails! It involves powder instead of paint! It’s a cool concept! IT LASTS A MONTH AND MAKES YOUR NAILS STRONG!!!! Must give this place a try! Clean environment and beautiful work

Debbie Hernandez Literally found this place in 2020 then it closed cuz well you know. Then it reopened and came to check them out as my other nail place became too busy and my nails got fungus. My nail tech Sara took my old set off, cleaned my nails and treated them. She placed a new set and let’s just say since November 2021 I’ve been her client. My natural nails are grown out and healthy and my my acrylic gel nails are fabulous. She’s the best! And for my pedicures Kim is amazing. She hooks it up with the scrubbing and massage. I’ve never been happier. And listen I know it can get expensive but it’s worth it.

Woertink Sara The salon is clean and everyone is so kind. Sarah did amazing at my pedicure. My big toenail ripped off a few days prior and she made it look like it never happened. Got a neck massage from Ellie and she did a wonderful job as well. I felt so relaxed. The snippet view of the ocean and the massage chairs were a definite plus. One of the best massage chairs Ive used at a nail salon. It really got in there.

Redimere Homes This was the best nail salon I’ve ever been in the US! Coming from Brazil I have high standards for nails and Susan did the best work I’ve ever seen here! She was very detailed, took her time and I LOVED my nails! And she is the also the sweetest! Definitely recommend!

Susan Daigh Anna did a fabulous job on my pedicure. The place is large and relaxing, but since we are in an English as a first language country, it would be nice if everybody that works there did not speak Vietnamese to each other while working. You dont know what theyre saying and I think it is rude.

Al Jamm This is my favorite place in Orange County. The staff is super friendly and detail-oriented. Cindy is the best though. She runs the show there and always makes sure everyone is satisfied. The place is very clean and they follow all safety precautions. Make sure to get the 10 or 15 minute massage with your package. Its always good and they use hot stones which makes it even better.

Jasmine did my manicure and Kim did my pedicure, both women were so sweet and did an amazing job! Jasmine was an artist with the nail art I requested. My mom and I always get the dip powder done by the owner Thai, and sometimes his wife! The ladies always do a great job on our toes too! We will continue to come here for our nail pampering needs!

Anne Speakman Got the $25 pedicure, was fine at first, then when leaving they insisted I put my own sandals back on which I knew were too tight in the toe to risk with fresh paint. Sure enough got home and both pinkies were messed up. Go back, same lady goes to fix them, get home again and left pinky has a chunk missing from the end and the right has visible streaks of no paint. Was my third time going and my second pedicure there, will be finding somewhere else for the future.

Christine Doyle I went to get a gel fill and French manicure. I chose Flamingos because it’s around the corner from me. The salon appeared to be clean and the staff friendly. I had a male technician and he didn’t do a good job. First, he didn’t clean off his station after he removed the polish from my nails. The dust was left on the towel and once he started to apply the gel on my nails the dust with my previous color got stuck in the gel. When I told the technician he said it was already in the gel. He couldn’t fix it. When I mentioned I wasn’t happy about this he became annoyed and clearly didn’t care for my comment. I had to tell him how to apply the white polish, and 4 my nails were filed crooked. So noticeable that my husband and family noticed. They never notice things like that. When I complained to the management she said next time we’ll remember to tell the technician to wipe his counter. I requested a refund but was denied. I then insisted my nails be corrected but I was told it was too busy today as it was the day before Thanksgiving. I would have to come back later in the day. REALLY?!?! I paid $53 for nails that came out horrible!! I would never go there again!!

Cheryl Alhusseini Love this place. Pretty and clean as well as reasonably priced. Ask for Linh. She is wonderful. She does great work with acrylics, fills, color and designs. She is very willing to accommodate requests and always responds with “easy” and a cute giggle. Her English is also good so it’s nice to converse with her plus she looks out for her clients best interest. Tina did my spa pedicure and gives a great massage. Highly recommend.

alina parker I really wanted to like this place since they were really nice. Its been about 4 days since my service and I feel like I got duped. Pictures are of the day of the service. I was at Target next store, and thought Id try out this place for the convenience and since the reviews seemed good. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure, and she talked me into upgrading to the deluxe. I agreed since it also included callus remover, which is important to me, and I always add on anyway. First of all, I noticed with the pedicure that she didnt shape or cut cuticles or clean the nail at all. Then, when she did the callus remover, it was just the normal light buffing they do in basic pedi. I asked her what the difference was, so she did it a second time. I also still had some callus after. My feet are not too bad since I do get regular pedicures. I asked her if she could shape the nail more, and she goes ahead and just clips the side of the big toe nail and file a bit. Which now I feel like it is starting to give me a ingrown feel. Lastly, the gel is very messy. Now the manicure, again she was very nice. But she didnt shape the nail evenly, used the drill to take off the cuticle, which burned. The gel was very messy as well and wasnt painted in some areas by the base. No massage with the manicure. I did call back the next day, so they could fix the gel. She did, but its still not great. Im not sure, if they have been properly trained or just dont take the service serious. I am disappointed with my results.

Kim Stafford These are my girls! I have been going here for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else because Millie and Tina have been my team for about 20 years now. Tina is an artist. I dont even pick a color because I trust her implicitly to do whatever design shes feeling at the moment period, and Millie is perfection every single time!

Moni is the best! she’s so sweet. they didn’t talk about me in my own language either. the polish lasts really long and she charges really cheap for high quality work and quality polish! i am so impressed! highly recommend this shop they are clean and do amazing work!

Gina Labarber BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!! my parents and I walked in on Sunday at 10am and had the best experience a nail salon has to offer! The nail professionals are so friendly and professional, and use top of the line supplies that are sent directly to them from New Jersey. every nail professional uses the exact same supplies and they are nothing like the ones you typically find in a nail shop. The beautiful scent of the jasmine lotion lingered the entire day, and my hands and feet still feel moisturized the next day! The salons interior is so relaxing and really beautiful, simple and elegant and the salon chair has the best back massage EVER. They have a wide selection of nail colors, and gel colors (I got one of the mermaid colors which is a black base and mermaid finish) and offer brand new treatments like collagen hand and feet wraps. The location is absolutely perfect, with huge windows to see main street. My parents and I will be coming back every month. We love you Red Persimmon!!!

Barbie Jenny did my nails today, she told me it would be 45$ for acrylic fill with gel cause my nails are long, then later she told me she didnt see the broken nail I had, so extra 5$, then later she said my cuticles need a trim, which apparently is not included in manicure price, so she left my cuticles like this. Every salon I go to, cuticle trimming is part of manicure. It seemed like she just wanted to charge me for everything. Also part of why I pay for a pedicure is for the massage chair, which she kept telling me to turn off. It wasnt even tapping or anything crazy, just normal kneading and she kept scolding me for using it. I dont recommend this place. However Fin did a great job on my toes.

C C 3rd time coming here and I’m so happy every time I do. Diane is the best! She makes all my visions come to life and makes them even better than I imagined. Super clean, detailed, and beautiful every visit… all the girls are super nice there too checking in on you during the appointment. I couldn’t ask for a better place to go. Thank you so much!

Main street Barbers Kim does great nails ! Tom is awesome too.. never disappointed with quality of service clean environment and Always get me in when needed !!
