While there I decided last minute to get a pedicure and they were able to accommodate us. The girls loved their manicures and were really happy with their nails so we’ll definitely be back. Thank you Phoebe & Shamema for such a good job! ☺️

Cheyenne I went to the this nail shop 2 weeks ago from today. I got gel and usually my gel lasts a month if needed, but my gel only lasted 2 weeks and it’s already chipping off. I called the nail shop and informed the owner of it and she hung up in my face when I was trying to explain to her what happened. I should have knew this wasn’t going to be a good pedicure because the lady who did my toes didn’t even know how to do them.

Total Peace I have found the best nail technicians in Long Beach. Peaceful atmosphere they make sure youre comfortable. I highly recommend this place although, Id like to keep it all to myself. Kim & T wonderful people.

Leah W Future Nail & Spa is not overly crowded, clean and newly renovated. Lily, Jennifer, Kim, Lucy, Van, Mai and Amanda are all so very sweet, kind and friendly. Even the other employees smile and say hello to you. Kim and Lily both assisted with my pedicure and did a wonderful job, the first time. I’ve had Lucy and Amanda do my pedicures and they are great as well. Jennifer always does such a beautiful job on my nails. She really takes her time and does such a wonderful job. Kim is so sweet and kind. She does an excellent job on my pedicures and gives really good massages. I really love coming here. I highly recommend if you want good quality service with really good products, you should come here.

mishell terry I’ve been coming to this nail shop for years to see Jennifer. Everytime i come the whole staff is very nice and accommodating. Jennifer and her team always have me leave with a smile on my face and loving my nails. I always get the sweetest compliments on my nails ! Holland Burrows I’ve been coming to Kiwi for a few months now and I love it. I am new to the Long Beach area and went in on a whim and they took me right in! Ben always takes his time on my nails and makes sure I am satisfied with them. He happily accommodates any difficult design/details with a smile. The staff is always very sweet and friendly. 10/10 place!

Celeste Prado I’ve been coming for about a year now and I have always had a great experience every single time I come. Everyone is always so nice and very accommodating. I’ve been getting the gel builder and my nails have never look as healthy and nice. Ben’s attention to detail is absolutely amazing! The prices are the best in Long Beach, not too expensive at all. Julie I recently visited Kiwi Nail Lounge and I couldnt be more impressed!! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. My nail technician Ben was professional and detail oriented, taking the time to ensure my nails with designs were absolutely perfect. He used high end quality products and I was impressed with the wide array of colors and designs available. I appreciated how he took care to maintain hygiene, such as using sterilized tools and fresh supplies. The end result was stunning. My nails have never looked better!! He even gave me tips on how to maintain my nails at home, which was a nice touch. Ill definitely be coming back for my next appt and recommending this salon to all my friends. If you r looking for top notch service and beautiful nails, Kiwi Nail Lounge is the place to go!!

Sydney Abraham Ben is amazing!! Him and all the other employees were super helpful and kind and patient with me. They gave me exactly the nails I asked for and I swear I have never had nails this nice, Ben made sure everything was perfect and that I was happy every step of the way. I’ve never seen an artist take their time to make sure everything is literally perfect and symmetrical, etc. but they do at kiwi lounge!! Great prices too, shout out to Ben!!!

Bryan La I took my girlfriend to Kiwi Nail Lounge for her Valentines gift and she absolutely loved it. I was able to schedule an appointment ahead of time with ease. The staff and technicians were able to provide sufficient services and my girlfriend loved the experience. The establishment is clean and all of the their staff were friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend as my girlfriend was very happy and satisfied.

Mon E Some can do good work some cant. I got sent from Tysons nails and only person here that does good hands is Tammy unfortunately she wasnt in today and the man who worked on my hands didnt make me feel the way I wanted to coming in spending money and you know ladies feeling your me time. I dont like how my right hand came out but its a few touch ups a nail filer can handle. Other than that decent prices.

Erica M UPDATED REVIEW for (2/12/24 Visit) So, I visited this salon again to have my nails done(as last visit I only had time for a pedicure which Mimi did a phenomenal job!) Okay, so talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone in the salon was so kind & respectful. When you enter they spoke without hesitation. Mimi Immediately made me feel welcome and right at home. Now I’m going to tell you if you don’t plan to spend anymore than you have in mind to do, don’t say much lol because honey Mimi can SALE A PRODUCT do you hear me?! I went in there with intentions of only getting my nails & toes done, by the time I left I’d gotten my eyebrows, eyelashes, nails & toes done all for a very reasonable price. I absolutely love this place. So cute, quaint, & it gives a very welcoming/relaxing vibe. ***My only suggestion would be to add complimentary wine otherwise, it’s truly a hidden gem. You won’t be disappointed. I came here the evening before my vacation. I had been running around all week & totally forgot to get my nails done. I also had my toddler with me. They welcomed us both with open arms they even gave him a lollipop to keep him cool and calm lol! My pedicure was phenomenal! She did such a great job and was very precise with cleaning, cutting, and polishing. I didn’t get my nails done due to time, but I will for sure be revisiting in the future.

Sheila Spivey Had a pedicure courtesy of a gift card. It had an expiration date of six months (which I honored.) They told me the shop had changed hands, since the gift card was purchased and the previous owner kept any money from previous gift card sales. (I felt badly for them being taken advantage of.) However they did honor the gift card, were very kind and courteous and did a great job on my pedicure ! I will definitely go here again.

Judy Carey Never buy a gift card! I had one to use and they wouldnt honor it because it was from 2023. They raised their prices and cut down service time. They also dont stick to the menu of services. I was the only one there so its likely others have learned how bad they are too. Go somewhere else! RESPONSE: Not my first time there - thats why I asked if you were new owners and you said no. When I called, I asked for someone who spoke English because I was asking questions about an appointment and all I got back was, "yeah, yeah". With that, it was clear that my questions werent being understood so logically, I asked for someone who spoke English. Once I asked that, you started answering questions! You know that your practices are not on the up and up, so just quit it!

Krishelle Austin Decided to try a new nail shop, since the lady at my old shop doesnt work there anymore. Seen this place had good reviews, but walked out feeling disappointed. The lady doing my feet cleaned my ingrown out very well but that was it. As you can see from the pictures she didnt clean my cuticles very well or under my nails. Theres also polish still on my toes from my last pedicure. She also never showed me the other pedicures they provide, I think she just assumed Id be getting the basic pedicure. Wont be coming here again!

Dr. Gabi Tami was so elegant and such a beautiful soul. Loved my entire experience here. The two of them helped me get the best manicure with chrome and French tip...and also a great spa pedicure with lots of massage and relaxing lotion! I like how they made me feel...we can choose many places to get our nails but feeling seen and loved is rare! High-quality and amazing products...Tami is so knowledgeable of all new trends too! Cant wait to come back!

Meagan McCorkle Ill start by saying Ive been a die hard Japanese softgel user for YEARS. I generally see the same nail tech for years at a time and was very comfortable and well versed in the soft gel products my previous nail tech used. Sadly she went out of biz and with a recent move to LBC I was excited to try this high rated nail spot.... however when I showed up for my appt with grown out soft gel on my nails you wouldve thought I had personally insulted Donnies mother or something. She looked at my nails in a disgusted manner and accused me of having hard gel on my nails. I told her that I was adamant about my previous nail artist never using hard gel on my nails because it really messes them up. She berated me for showing up with anything on my nails and told me that she had a severe allergy which was clearly listed on her website. I never saw any such mention of any such allergy. However, I did not have any hard gel acrylic or dip powder on my nails so I figured I would be fine to come in. After about 10 minutes back-and-forth trying to convince her that I knew what I was talking about she basically concluded that we wouldnt be doing a service. I was very frustrated after waiting almost a month for this appointment and then to be treated so rudely and shown out so quickly, Im really shocked that this woman is still in business. Its a shame that people with greater talents and much better customer service skills are no longer in business but this wacko is still getting steady clients. Nail art lovers beware-they are not so nice at hey nice nails.

Von Hefflin I visited this place a while ago and I loved it. They were really nice and though I didnt have an appointment they got me in. I had my nails done for my wedding and I absolutely loved them and my toes. I couldnt get any extreme designs because it was last minute. The only thing is that they are pretty expensive. I got gel nails and a pedicure and it was $60. Hey its downtown so thats what I expected.

Alyssa Marie Ask any girl in Long Beach with perfect nails where she gets them done: it’s always Nails U Love! I am very picky about my nail shape and style, and Nancy gets it right every time. I have been coming here for 5 years now. The salon is very clean, and the staff are all genuinely kind. They offer you water, wine, tea, etc. Fantastic pedicures as well. They prefer cash, so make sure you get some in advance, because there are no ATMs nearby. Highly recommended.

Monica Munoz Arrived at 5p on a Saturday thinking it would be packed and it was perfect. I was helped within 5 mins of arrival and got the acrylic set. Very joyful people that were genuinely making sure they were doing a job by asking me if I was liking the results so far. Great communication, fast service. Price was completely doable for everything I asked for. I would definitely come back again!

Linda Escobar I had a pleasant experience although I wish they used colored acrylic like for French tips or different designs and not just polish them on. I also would’ve wanted more variety in colors or charms. The price was not really something ($110) I expected and I only because my nail tech was out of town.. I would say only come for something very simple. Other than that staff were nice. Down below I have the picture I showed the lady and what I received, it definitely cold me been worse but it was not what I asked for.

Vianca Rucker This place is overpriced for not so good service, I went to get my hands, feet and lashes done on the 9th of December because I was going on vacation on the 14th, hands and feet turned out great but as you can see from the pictures they didn’t last long, I’ve never had nails pop off so easily like this. The lashes looked good for a second but started falling off the next day, but the salon was closed. I had to wait a day for them to open to redo the lashes, she made them fuller like it should’ve been the first time but again the next day the lashes were falling off. I didn’t wet my lashes for more than 24hrs. They didn’t last 2-3 weeks like I was told, so for them to charge 90 is ridiculous, in total for hands and feet, it was 200. I wont be returning to this overpriced establishment.

Ashley Paul Hannah did my predicate and she was amazing! All the staff members were so kind and acknowledged me as I walked in (a lot of nail shops don’t do that anymore). Really clean on the inside and they make sure you get all your moneys worth for your service. Definitely recommend coming.

Lupita O This was my first time coming here. I got acrylics and a pedicure with 3 acrylic nails on my toes. I really liked my acrylic nails. The guy who did them worked very fast . The only thing I didnt like was that 2 days later one of the acrylic on my toenail fell. Which is very disappointing because of the money I spent on them.

Quan Ngo Words cannot even begin to describe how perfect and amazing my first visit was to No1 Nails Spa. As soon as I stepped foot inside the salon I was immediately assisted by the wonderful staff. They are so attentive and they truly treat you as a valuable customer! Rosemary Pattison I was looking for a nail shop close to home a friend said try Bleu nails so I did on Wednesday never again.i had a pedicure and a so called fill.very disappointed in all the lady that did my pedicure didnt even pumice my feet it lasted like five minutes. The paint Job on my toes were horrible. Very expensive for what I recieved I dnt no if she is licensed but dont let her do a pedicure on you name..,, Kathy,, , the nail tech, was nice but messed up my nails the paint job and shape is disgusting I wanted narrow tapered square instead I dont have a name for it ..and then they exspect big tips and i tiped excellent forthe disgusting job I recieved. I saw in the owners face she was disappointed as well.and knew I didnt like the work or my nails. I will never be returning I will tell my friends to.i got ripped off 120 dollars for a disgusting job...thats how you lose good customers. not giving them what they ask for.thanks again for nothing. , Bella,,,,,,,,

Destiny Prescott Came in here the week before my birthday for a gel x set and gel pedicure + a gel mani pedi for my daughter … both came out beautiful … the service was great and the staff was very welcoming and easy to talk to. Even with there short staff the day we visited they were super efficient. Will definitely be a regular now.

TOM SANETTI Just ate some WingStop (across the street) and noticed I really needed a manicure. Bleu Nails Lounge was across the street so I stopped in. They were busy, but got me in right away. The massage chair was great, lots of options to relax after a stressful week. The lady up front, Tina, said she was the new owner and was very nice. She gave me a cold drink and the while I waited I noticed that the shop was nice and clean. The other girl (can’t remember her name) gave me a great manicure, followed by the always welcoming massage part. I got my extra 15 mins because, why not! The prices were cheap compared to what I normally pay in HB, the people were super friendly, got a free cold drink, the shop is clean and the massage was sooooo nice. If you are in Long Beach, 7th Street and Redondo, stop in for a cool drink, nice people and a great manicure.

rotpichchan Tha Tgus is my 2nd time here. My 1st time was a great experience. My tech Crystal did a great job. I got my nails done yesterday by a tech named Tiffany. I asked for an acrylic full set. Instead, she gave me a full set on my natural nails. Not only it was painful to get my nails done, but it was not done right. I have 3 cuts from her. I was uncomfortable the whole time. The nail drill she used was painful. My hands still are in pain from the cuts. She made one hand of my nails shorter than the other hand. I paid $65 for my set. I was not satisfied with my service nor my tech.

Ariana Wright Its been a LONG time since I have been to a nail salon. As soon as I walked in I asked how much a full set ,mani pedi and it was just awkward and super rude! My feet were not in the best condition and I was being rushed , they were super mean about my feet! They just made me feel really uncomfortable and I definitely wouldnt recommend or come here again. They rushed and then I mentioned that I wanted fake toenails as well and Im pretty sure I paid for that and she told Me no? It costed 41 $ for her to do a basic pedicure. NOT worth it. Im a reserved, polite, quiet person , and I just dont feel like I got treated right. Rude , rude, RUDE!

Celeste Uribe I wanted to give this place a shot because it’s near my home, it is a very convenient location for me. However, I am very upset for their customer service here. The lady who did my nails was very rude and wanted to rush me at every step. There were no customers waiting to be serviced after me, yet, the lady doing my nails rushed the service on my nails. She was very rude in telling me to hurry up; when she was filing down my nails with the wand she would prolong the wand on my nail that it would burn; I let her know that it was hurting me and she told me that it’s ok that it does not hurt. I walked in with nicely long shaped nails and came out with small uneven shaped nails. The lady did not make sure my nails were all evenly shaped ; she kept saying they were ok. I politely told her that the shape was uneven and still persisted that she was not done and that it was ok. The only good thing I did enjoy from this nail spa is the pedicure I received from another nail technician. She was polite and did a good job with my toes. I really liked that the pedicure came with its own sanitized tools that she would give you to take home and bring back when you return for another pedicure. Overall, I spent in total 82 dollars here and i will not be returning. I have gotten great service at the French nails spa in signal hill and should have gone there instead. For me, it’s not the cost it’s the service I received. The cost did not match the service and quality.

Elizabeth Davis This place is HORRIBLE! The equipment was used and dirty.. Imagine getting married and having these as your nails- THEY ATTEMPT TO PRICE CHANGE-CONSUMER BEWARE!!! I went November 9, 2022 and was charged the posted price of $25 for a full set. I went yesterday for a fill. The lady fixed my clunky lumpy nails and I actually liked the fill. The list says $15 for a fill and when they finished they tried to charge $25 for the fill then I pointed at the sign and asked why a fill costs as much as the full set. I pointed at the Asian man with white hair and said he was the one that did my full set for $25 and he looked at me in my face and LIED saying he didnt give me a full set for $25 less than 2 weeks prior. They tried to say their posted price list us from 20 years ago (again this is their fault for not posting an updated price list. It sounds like they are running a SCAM and charging customers different prices!) I already took out $15 handed it to them, apologized for the misunderstanding and definitely wont be back- I guess someone else will be getting my business every 2 weeks - when I think of how much business they lost being dishonest I almost feel sorry for them (but not really)! I wish I could post a picture of how ugly my nails were!

My full set was a different tech and he did amazing! Listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job going off a reference photo I showed him. Walk ins are welcomed I came earlier in the day so it wasnt busy. Definitely will be back! Was hoping to find a new salon because its been a struggle to find a good one VERY HAPPY

SIMGE ACAR Before the procedure, he tried to scrape off the nail polish on my hand with a rotary tool instead of doing a manicure. As he pressed it with his thick-headed tool, it made my nail bleed. When I told him it hurt, he said I was as sensitive as a baby. The man standing next to the cash register did my nails. I dont know if the others are the same, but the result of the person who did my nails is obvious. As a generally look good but some details need to improve $55

Lauren SoldierOfLove this place is great! they took me in last minute no problem. i asked for a very personalized hand drawn art work and was expecting for them to say "no" or persuade me to do something modified like i have experienced at other salons. I would have been fine with that as i know i was asking for something very specific and without appointment. however, right away they made me feel welcomed and that "whatever you want we can do" is literally this salons promise. I was tended to quickly and they respected my request to avoid wetting/scrubbing area by a new tattoo. My pedicure as well as full set of "gel-x" nails was a very relaxing experience. I even forgot about the current days worries while getting lost in a nature show on their big screen tvs. I apologize, but i didnt get the name of the gentleman that did my nails or the woman that did my pedicure, but they both were very friendly as well as talented. I stuck with plain for my pedicure gel color black since my nails were going to be more detailed. I love howmy pedicure turned out and the leg massage was nice:) Thank you! The gentleman that did my Gel-X nails and the design new exactly what colors to choose from the photo i provided. It took the stress off of me trying to figure it out on my own, so i appreciated this a lot :). The design i showed was pretty detailed, so i wanted to emphasize to him it didnt have to be exact-just an idea of what i wanted. To my amazement i think he did such an amazing work of art. it looks identical to what i asked. Thank you so much again Mandala Nail Spa! I am looking forward to returning.

Kelly Green I had an amazing experience here! Anna gave me a pedicure and was so sweet and accommodating. The nail polish was absolutely beautiful. They offered complimentary refreshments and a massage chair during the pedicure. I will definitely be coming back soon!
