Nora Udaloff Kim is very good with my nails. She is very kind as all the girls there. I highly recommend this place.

Cheyenne Whitney Went in for a fill... Two of my fingers were filed to the point of bleeding. My nail lady, Cathy, dabbed it with cotton before trying to GLUE it closed with acrylic nail glue (which stung like hell.) When she came back to it, she found it was still bleeding so she tried to put antiseptic on it, which also stung.. Perhaps the nastiest part was that she simply "filed" the blood off of her nail file that she cut me with, and put it back in her pocket... GROSS AND UNSANITARY. She did not ask if I was okay. The only mention of it she made was "oops, sorry". When it came time to pay I was charged $40 for just a fill. Ive gotten a full set for less than $40 at nicer salons than this. An hour later and it is still throbbing in pain and looks bloody and terrible. When I called back to ask to speak to a manager (a friend agreed I shouldnt have been charged $40 for my nails to look like this, and for the pain that went with it..) I was told the manager was not in and they didnt know when he or she would be back. They demanded I leave a message and when I said Id rather call back later they hung up on me. Seems like maybe they have a lot of problems with people calling for the manager. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. By far the worst salon Ive visited in Napa. Do not subject yourself to the pain, or worse, possibility of an infection from this place. Theyll charge you at least $40 for a bloodied manicure like mine.

Victoria Hillman WOW! The service was amazing from start to finish. She was available to fit me in for a fill and pedicure and was nice enough to even stay a little later! I was greeted with a water bottle upon arrival. LOVE the detail. Pedicure was bliss! Couldn’t be happier! Bless you N V nails Napa, ca!

Laura Goldstein Vivian is fantastic! I’ve been going to her since 2019. This week is my birthday so I wanted something sparkly and loud. Vivian did not disappoint. She is super sweet and has great attention to detail. I am always extremely pleased after getting a new set or a fill. Go visit NV Nails because they will take good care of you!

Lizette Montañez Terrible service and LAZY OWNER (Vivian)!! I asked Vivian to remove my outgrown acrylics. She quoted me $15 and I agreed. She began to try and remove them with the tip of a nail which was extremely painful. I let her know that she was hurting me and that I could’ve ripped them off at home for free. I asked her to soak them off which is what I thought I was paying $15 for. Well according to Vivian “it would take too long so I can leave if I don’t like the service” LOL I went down the street to bliss and they gently soaked my nails off in 10 minutes.

Jennifer Adoline I have been coming to this salon for over 15 years! Lynn & Kim really know what they are doing. I have terrible feet and I noticed that a large amount of the people they service also suffer from medical conditions that cause the feet to suffer. It really shows that they are compassionate and do a great job. I always get polka dots to hopefully draw away from my hammer toes and bunions! I usually spend at least an hour in the salon, also believe the reviews about the massage, they usually do about 5 mins per leg to get your circulation going!!
