Olga Jumbo Unfortunately, I got a nail infected after a pedicure. I’d also like to point out that the prices are extremely high compared to the area +30%. The service was ok but it’s easy to see why there isn’t foot traffic.

Brenda Torres Bad quality, not happy with my nails if they dont know how to use gel they shouldnt use it. My nails look like if a child painted them. To pricey $$ definitely not coming back.

Leslie Frausto-Sanchez Very UNSANITARY. The prices are bogus. The woman had told me and my girls we would be paying certain prices for eyebrows, nails and pedicures depending on who got what and when we got to the register she changed her prices. She had said we would each be paying $8 for eyebrows each, $27 for one pedicure and $45 for one full set, but the eyebrow waxing came out at $12 each. The pedicure came out at $47 and the full set came out as $60. All but one woman were barely how to do our nails. The designs were atrocious and they basically wanted to charge for everything they did. If they gave you massages without asking they would charge extra without our knowledge. Towels were dirty and then used on other people right after it was used on another person. Some of our acrylic nails came out too thick as well. Everything was very sloppy. The main woman who is in charge degrades people who come in, in order to make a profit. Example, "you need to do your eyebrows so you can look pretty" or things such as, "youre eyebrows are ugly it makes you look very ugly I can fix it". I strongly recommend not coming here unless you want to get ripped off and very bad service.

Jessica Sanchez Although I have gone to Nail Trix for years and referred many people to them I am now editing my review for their current services 1. They are EXPENSIVE 2. They never open on time and always make you wait. 3. A friend paid $40 for a gift card that they wouldnt honor because it has been 3 months since she got it for me. I couldnt being to explain how RUDE they were to me. I will not return and I will pass the word so that other dont return. The lady who purchased the gift card visits them every two weeks and still they wouldnt honor it. Very disappointing. They are basically pocketing peoples money by not honoring it.

I made them stop & was accused that "people like me try to get free work" ... as if they should be throwing out the race card. For the $70 they tried to charge for a basic mani & pedi - they also grabbed my arm to try to make me stay until I got angry

Caryn M. I got a gel manicure 5 days ago and they started chipping and peeling. I went in and asked them kindly to remove the gel since they clearly didnt prep the nail correctly- and they did- then charged me $10. Terrible custom service and business practice. Been coming here for years but Ill find somewhere new

Heather Brown Great place to get nails, toes, waxing & eyelashes. Been a customer here for over 20 years. The girls are very nice and friendly. They do a fantastic job. Wonderful place. They say walk ins are on, but if you want to guarantee you get seen, call for an appointment. Sometimes parking can be difficult depending on what time you’re going — during the day is ok, in the early evening the parking lot gets more crowded.

Cristal De La Luz I will travel here no matter where I live in the Bay Area! Cindy is a very skillful nail technician. She always inspires me to try new styles. The organic pedicure is a must!

Caitlin Romero Aura nails is my favorite nail salon I have ever frequented. First things first the environment is so clean and bright and they have a fantastic assortment of nail polish and services. However, it’s the team working at Aura that keeps me coming back! They are so friendly and know me by name. They do amazing work and are so sweet too. I love how Aura keeps up with the latest nail services and recently introduced me to Gel X. It’s amazing, you should try it! I even got my wedding nails done at Aura and they lasted well throughout my honeymoon too. I will never go anywhere else and it took me a long time to find a nail salon I want to call home. Thanks Aura!

Alicia Spencer Hours are not what are posted. The store is pretty on the inside. I walked in at 1815. They asked how the could help me and when I told them it for a gel removal and basic manicure - the response was “we are closed.”

Mayte Nieto Update - Fabulous has recently added a head spa treatment to their services. It is super relaxing, and my hair felt great afterward. They also offer facials. The head spa room has three stations if you want to have a friend or significant other join you.

Kate De Barbieri Seely-Kirk Hands down the best massage I’ve ever gotten for a regular pedicure. I came in at 4:30 on a Friday and was pleased I could be served without a wait as I was concerned about time. The women switched off who were working on me but it didn’t feel disjointed at all. I suspect it was so the amazing masseuse could do her thing.

Alma Away Horrible service awful experience! I walk in with picture in had of what I wanted nothing shiny just classic coffin matte color results Not even close to what I wanted. The person doing my nails was talking on her phone on and on thats is just rude and unprofessional I was there for more than 70 min !! My nails were awful the edges the color the uneven size it shouldve been a red flag when another costumer came in complaining about her nails from the day before . Any way plenty of nails salons out there skip this one.

Megan Fernandez I had a great first time experience here. Monica did a superb job with my first white tip gel (French) manicure. I would come back again. There is a an additional card fee if paying with credit card that can be avoided with paying in cash.

shyna EDIT: I absolutely hate my manicure as well as my pedicure. The manicure was poorly sealed around my fingertips, the nail polish was done unevenly, and the gel started chipping very soon after I got them done. My pedicure smudged the day after I got it even though it had dried, and when I took a closer look, they had missed corners. I will NEVER come back here. ORIGINAL: I’ve come here a few times over a period of 2 years and every time there is different management with a different skill set. The current owner tried to convince me that fuzz trapped in my nail was a blemish on my natural nail that couldn’t be removed. I will not be coming back.

Stephanie Ofakineiafu Amazing !!!!!I did my nails 2 weeks ago I gotta get refill hahahah but all in all I got a eyebrow and lip wax and nails done, lisa did my nails and she did such amazing job she listened to what I want and she took her time! Literally lisa did amazing and Im not just saying Ive been trying to find a nail salon that actually makes my money worth and this is the place. I forgot who did my eyebrows and lip but she listened too she took her time and asked me if I liked them,because Im very specific, again my money was worth it. Kristina L V and T is the best in the area! I used to go to a different salon that did not care for my nails and was using cheap and not so great products. The old salon’s gel products would always chip after a few days and also made my nails very thin and brittle. I started going to V and T a couple of months ago and happy to report that my nails are healthier. When they do my gel nails, it lasts up to three weeks. They do such a great job! The place is always clean and everyone working there are so kind. I’m so glad I switched. 8/23 Update: they truly do an amazing job! Penny did my pink tips and it was beautiful!

Vanessa Alvarez V&T Nails Salon, formerly known as Nancys Nails, is my happy place. Ive been coming here for years and my dearest Penny is WONDERFUL. Not only is she always kind and attentive, she is AMAZING with my hands. I typically get a gel manicure and a deluxe pedi, and she is so precise and detailed because she is a perfectionist like me. I come in with ideas and visuals, and she always delivers! Im always looking forward to my next appointment.

Colleen Kenedy TRACY is my girl. She slays my nails every time. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. I am allergic to most polish and can only get dip polish. I struggle finding good nail techs who can do dip and not make it too thick / lumpy. She does an amazing job for a fair price. I will be going to her exclusively from now on!

Nicolle Andrade PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE AND READ MY REVIEW. I have been coming to see Helen and Candy for years! Since they opened up, the last few times were horrible and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. NO MORE. I will never come back after what they did to my nail! I have never had any problems with my nails and I take very good care of them. I went in to get my acrylics filled and a week later noticed my middle finger was not growing how it should be. To my horror i now have a HOLE in my nails. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This used to be my favorite manicure pedicure spot but after multiple problems and years of giving then a chance this is the final straw. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE AND FIND A MORE SANITARY NAIL SALON. They charge prices based on however they choose and are not sanitary in the least bit. Save your nails from this salon!

Tanzila I just left WNS. They’re very efficient! They have three types of package deals. I got the full package one (I think that’s $40 for mani). The full package comes with leg massage. Not your basic 5 minutes massage. They use paraffin wrap and hot towels. That, and with the massaging chair going, I almost fell asleep lol. I had three acrylic nails put in on shorter nails, and did gel for both manicure and pedicure with glitter. Everything came to $93. So it’s not bad at all. Definitely coming back here again!

Jackeline Morales Unprofessional staff. I had a very bad experience during my visit to this nail salon. If you dont want to have a bad moment and get stressed out, Please dont go to this nail salon. I was so excited to wear my nails for Christmas. Before I booked the services they offer, I showed the staff a picture of the design I wanted and asked if they do that design. They told me they do any design. (I felt confident at that point) The lady started working on my nails and when she finished she said she wasnt satisfied with the result and did it again 3 more times (my nails ended up very damaged) until she finally told me she couldnt do the design and that I had to choose a color. She looked so upset that I felt forced to choose a color. And she left, without finishing doing my nails, she left me sitting waiting for a long time to attend to other clients. When it was time to pay I thought they would give me a discount (for not doing the design I asked for) but they charged me $115.00. I felt very sad.

Harry Wu I brought my wife here and she loved her acrylic nails. Interior was clean and staff were very friendly. My wife insisted I write a review and told me to recommend Selina. On my end, while I waited there are a lot of amenities in the area. Since it was a hot day, bobalicious was down the street. If youre in the area, definitely check it out.

Daniela Herrera This place changed staff or ownership and it’s not good anymore. I asked for a design, which I was told could be done, but it was modified halfway thru without asking. I ended up removing the nails a week and a half after that and my nails were very damaged. They looked like they were in a hurry and were not doing things well nor carefully. I do not recommend coming here anymore.

gill I recently visited NT nails lounge, and I cant say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The salon was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I opted for a gel manicure, and the nail technician was incredibly skilled and detail-oriented. Nikki Novi I had scheduled an appointment with another nail salon, but when I arrived there they didn’t even look at me as the spoke. They told me to pick a color without going over the options with me and left me looking at a basic set. After over 15 min without any joy, I decided to leave and I am really glad I did. I walked into Sophia’s Nail Spa and was attended to right away, with smiles and enthusiasm as they answered my questions. Kara was available to service me right away, offered me a complimentary refreshment and even had a stand for my phone for me to watch something while she worked. Her demeanor helped me relax and her focus made me feel well-attended to. I decided to schedule a pedicure with Kara for the next morning, which lead to another great experience. Customer service was attentive without being overbearing. The energy was warm and casual. Kara took care of my feet and painted my toes with spirit and attention to detail. She is a true artist! I didn’t have any of the worrisome or disappointed feelings I often have at other salons and I’m very happy with the results. It’s difficult to find great service these days. Thank you, Kara and the rest of the staff for your hard work!

Sukhneet Brar I called ahead for a mani pedi asked if 1 hour before closing time is enough. The receptionist said yes, honestly I wish he’d said no. The staff were absolutely amazing! They were quick and efficient. The receptionist ruined my experience. From the moment I arrived, told him the service he was very unprofessional. Once I sat down he demanded payment. The staff appeared in tension with him and interactions with him. I would give the staff 5/5 stars but the receptionist was absolutely horrible. I would not return just because of the receptionist.

Shareen Chandra The staff never asks me which type of pedicure iI would like. The gals assigned to me by the owner almost always assume I am there for a basic pedicure . My last service was with Tracy . Her and the other girl, maybe the owner were havta heated loud argument, Tracy was not gentle at all on my toes each time she was havtthis heated language with the other person who I am assuming is owner or manager. I had to ask Tracy to be gentle and that she was too rough. This was my last visit here.

Elisha I went here because they had good reviews, but my experience there was terrible. They booked too many back-to-back appointments so my manicure was very rushed. There was only one person working that day, so if they didn’t have the capacity, they shouldn’t have accepted the appointment. The work was incredibly sloppy. I wanted a nail design, but she insisted on stickers. The stickers didn’t even last one day (see photo). The gel cured onto my cuticles and skin, and after I told them, they said it “lasts longer that way” and that I should just wash my hands. I had to clean it myself at home. If I wanted to do my own nails, I would have just done that instead. The price for a mani-pedi was $95.

alyssa So I asked for these nails I wanted and they were both blending colors and she didn’t really do what I wanted she panted it all on top of the other coler and I didn’t like that so she PANIED over that nail polish to put a new coler didn’t even take the old one off so at the end it was all lumby and it was a basic hot pink for 50$?! Wth for a basic coler and we have her a 10$ tip I wouldn’t request this place at all!!!

Asha Raval I recently visited this nail salon and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The nail technician, Rosie, was 30 minutes late to my appointment and neither she nor the owner apologized for making me wait so long. She strolled in, never greeted me, made multiple phone calls in Vietnamese on her cell phone - when I had taken time off from my work come in and made an appointment with her in advance. The most concerning aspect of my visit was the way Rosie treated my sensitive skin. I had informed her multiple times that I have eczema, yet she made fun of me and did not take my condition into consideration. The sanding drill caused pain and discomfort, and her lack of empathy made the situation worse. Her communication and language also displayed a lack of care for my well-being. Every time the sanding drill would dig into my skin and I would tense up, she would just tell me to "relax" without any empathy or concern, and remind me to keep coming to her to get my nails done. Furthermore, as I was paying the total of $70 + with a generous 20% tip DESPITE this awful service, she pushed me to pay in cash even though the salon takes cards. In America, especially when given our tipping culture, the goal is to first treat the customer well and with care (not hurting them physically or making fun of their skin) and THEN the customer will tip you for your service. Rosie had no right to demand cash from me after such bad service. I broke out in a rash after this service and several of my fingers still hurt a week later. The salons lack of concern for customer service, professionalism, and well-being is unacceptable. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone and urge potential customers to exercise caution before patronizing this establishment

Landonisdeadinside My inch long natural nails are destroyed!!!!! The worst experience I’ve had in a long time!!!! I came in for a simple gel manicure and pedicure on my natural nails. The stylist couldn’t complete a simple French tip on my pedicure and I should’ve took that a a sign to leave, but I let her continue onto my manicure. The design I had picked was simple and abstract although the problems started with the base of the manicure. The application of the polish was inconsistent and poorly done leaving the base chunky with imperfections like hair in the polish. When she started on the design and I could see how bad it was getting and I asked her to stop and take it off. I gave her another opportunity to just do a natural color polish. She did not take all the initial product off and attempted to pile more product on top the old. At that point I was completely done. I asked for no more drill bc the damage done to my natural nails was too much at that point. She proceeded to continue to drill my nails after I asked for a soak off. I asked her to repair a nail that was cracked with an acrylic overlay, but the drill happy manicurist destroyed the patch she put on herself. I have nearly inch long natural nails, which take me 6 months to grow out. This lady completely destroyed my natural nails to the point they broke off shortly leaving the salon and I am left with nubs. I always make she I’m tipping my nail girls fat, and to be done so wrong makes me sick to my stomach. This was not my first time there but will be the last time me or anyone I know frequents this salon ever again!!!!! If you care about your nail health find another salon!!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!! 0/10!!!!

Sabrina Gonzalez My nail tech is Thai Ive been going to him for years now ,found him in Gilroy and followed him to Redwood city Ive never had any issues with my nails he does every design Ive ever had for him to do, my nails last well over a month if need be and I still get compliments as if it was day one I had them done ,well worth what I pay well worth the drive ....

X I took my girlfriend here thinking her nails would be done good because they’re usually good we’ve been going for years… the quality of the place has definitely gone down , the way the workers treat people especially of color and the quality of the work ? Point is why am I paying 200 dollars for my girlfriend’s nails to pop off after a few days ?? & while she got sick they wanted her to still come in to fix & because she couldn’t come a day later, in a week when we came back they ruined her nails and made her acrylic toes look terrible and extra long out of spite of her just wanting them fixed and they cant even do a simple French tip… stop coming here y’all it actually sucks and they have terrible customer service !

Bebedamack the worst place to get ur nails done if u actually want things done ur way…. u want acrylic on toes? Nope. A simple French tip ? Absolutely not. Glitter sugar? Nope not even if u wanted it, ask to fix the shape or do extra work, just it’s always no the lazy un-polite workers that and the owner is of no help at all, save ur self $200 and go to a nail tech boo .

Shruti Kapoor Their manicure pedicure service is good for gel nails. This time I wanted a change so decided to get regular nail polish yesterday. My manicure started chipping already. I get that regular nail polish does not last long but $60 for nail polish that lasts one day is not worth it. I would probably go for gel nails but not for regular nail polish.

Trish Reilly Taylor I’ve been coming here for years and I’m never disappointed. I get a pedicure and gel nails. Everyone is very friendly and does a great job. My husband comes in for pedicures as well and he loves it. I can’t recommend this place enough!

margaret ngugi Pros:Aaron was great - attentive and gentle. He didnt rush through my acrylic tips but delicately crafted. He was responsive when I pointed out anything that was wrong and solved it quickly, friendly without complaining. When he saw something not right he removed and fixed. Im happy with the results and experience. Cons: extra to remove cuticles didnt sit right with me and it isnt called out on the price list. Creating a clean nail bed should be foundational to the process. This is usually my experience with great nail techs.

tricia hafley Came here a few weeks ago to remove my acrylic nails. They didn’t soak them and used another acrylic nail to pry/rip them off. It hurt A Lot and I expressed this and they just asked if I was ok, then continued to do it this way. I don’t normally get acryllic so I wasn’t sure if this was just how it was done until I went to another salon after and they commented on how thin my nail beds were. They also cut one of my cuticles so bad it was scabbing. Now my nails have been breaking below the quick. I’ve had 4 break in the last week. Truly the worst experience ever.

Caitlin Hill The main reason my sister brought me to this nail salon was to experience the reclining chairs they have you lay in while you get your nails done. When we got there they had put us next to each other but her while her chairs massager functions worked, mine did not. When she asked them to move me to a working chair we were told that most of the chairs there did not in fact work. Disappointedly we decided to stay and still get our nails done. Five mins later her chair stopped working too.

Linda Garcia I went because it had such a good rating. My manicure came out great. But I was disappointed in the customer service and the lack of attention. During the pedicure the woman roughly sanded an area of my foot next to a callous rather than on the callous because she wasn’t paying attention. She was talking to a coworker. I kept pulling my leg away each time, to no avail. It was also frustrating trying to communicate what you want and having to go through other worker for a translation. Not a good experience.

Christy Pommerien I have been coming here for YEARS! I absolutely love the place, I love how personal Kristy and Tiffany are. Today was my first time back since Covid started (1.5 years ago!!) and Tiffany remembered me instantly. It is so amazing in a service based industry that sees so many people that they recognized me with my mask on! So as I sit here in my recliner chair, relaxing in a way that I haven’t done in 1.5 years, I am so appreciative of Belle Nails and all the women that work here. I highly recommend!! Also, their Covid procedures are great. I can only speak for the pedicure, but each chair has a plastic screen, all employees are wearing a mask, and they confirmed all employees are vaccinated. I feel very safe here!!

Karen Kovacs I have been here twice. A walk in. I really have a problem with ingrown nails on my feet and No other nail salon besides this Belle nail spa has been able to help . I really don’t understand how they don’t have tons of people. I 100% recommend this place … if you have ingrown nails … you will thank me- or them .

Angelica Romero I was in a pinch and needed my nails done in the city I was attending an event in so I went in on a recommendation of a friend. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was in an out in under an hour. When we were finishing up my gel manicure I noticed a small bubble that I pointed out to the tech. She brushed me off and said it was fine. I knew it should’ve been fixed but I let it go and figured the tip would reflect the dismissal of my concern. All was fine that evening but in less than 5 days my polish has started to peel off. Disappointing because I’m not rough on my nails at all

Nancy Machado Tammy is excellent. She spent a lot of time carefully removing my acrylics to avoid damaging my nails. She did a fantastic job cleaning up my cuticles too—best I’ve ever experienced. She didn’t rush at all! She brought me 5 colors that were similar to the one I was considering and tried them all on me! She also gave me a nice hand and forearm massage after. Great first experience here!

Bahara Yazdani They have availability more often than other nearby salons and the prices are cheaper comparatively. They are nice and the salon is clean. I got builder gel and wasn’t impressed. The gel was stuck to my cuticles all around.

Madison Krauser Sarah did an outstanding job! She was patient, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. When I wasn’t happy with the color, she even offered to repaint my nails without hesitation. Ive visited several nail salons in the area, but they typically rush through the process without prioritizing quality. This place is a refreshing change, and I highly recommend both the salon and Sarah—she truly goes above and beyond to ensure great results!

Isela Valle I’ve been coming here for years and they are very nice but their quality of work is questionable. The last couple of visits they have rushed through my nails and made a horrible mess. The lady rushed me because they have about 5 other walk ins waiting. I specifically schedule an appointment so that this doesn’t happen but it doesn’t seem to matter as I have waited over an hour because they don’t seem to respect peoples time. My nails are lumpy thick and not worth the time and money. Consider taking your business elsewhere.

Juniper Hoeft Aho Went to Susan’s Nails for the first time today. Overall I had a pleasant experience. I went in on Thursday evening at 6pm. There were 4 nail technicians and were all with clients, but they had me sit down in one of the spa chairs to wait. Thao was my nail technician for my spa pedicure. I chose the Pedicure Deluxe. For all that it comes with for $40 is such a deal, plus I added gel nail polish for $10. That is such a bargain compared to other nail salons. Also, Thao was great! Her attention to details and her foot massages are AMAZING! I recently moved to this area and I’ll be sure to come back again!

Estefani Avalos I went here 3 times with different nail techs if they can even be called that they don’t level out your nail lengths evenly and don’t fill in properly they are very rude to they’re customers and they overprice they’re nails I had to pay $69 for this bs of a set when in Aura Nail & Bar it would be $45-$50 and the lady lied this does not look white in the sun at ALL Definitely Don’t recommend Precious Nail

angelina aguirre Excellent service by two employees, the others are easily distracted. Everyone is pleasant, however, the tension can be enough to destroy a " relaxing" experience at times. Ill give them one more "chance" , if I get the appointment I ask for!! I used to love this place....

Anca R Ive been going to Alex Nails for over 6 years. Im a Bodybuilder and Fitness Instructor and I put my hands through a lot of "torture" while weight lifting. Im also a competitor and I need special things done when Im ready to step on stage. The girls at Alex Nails are fabulous. I had turned to them after an awful experience at another salon that was using conventional acrylic nails that ruined my natural nails. Holly saved my own nails by using a technique called silk wrapping. Not only my nails recovered but they look so natural and thin and on top of it theyre strong enough to keep up with my lifestyle. Here and there I may have a broken nail but its the nature of my work, I lift heavy weights and Im prone to breaking a nail or 2. But even when that happens, only the gel breaks leaving my own nails intact. Also Holly would order for me special nail polishes and everyone should try the ones that change colors. Besides the ones that change colors theres some that also glow in the dark. So much fun.

Juanita Gonzalez-Martinez This place is amazing!have been coming here pretty regularly. Hong is the best .She understands my problem with my ingrown toe nails . Holly and Lynns are great w my nails . Prices are reasonable. These are the nicest ladies they remember me and always ask about my day and family! Strongly recommend Alex Nails Salon:)

Karina Mendoza The workers at Alex Nails are very nice they ask about your day and ask if there is any specific reason your grtting your nails done . They have snacks for free but they dont have the biggest nail color selections but overal I really like it I plan to go next week

Ann McPherson Holly has been doing my nails for over 20 years! She is fantastic as is Hong. My pedicure by Hong is also wonderful. Amazing massage too. Their prices are also great. Worth every minute.
