Devin Saechao My girl is new to the Sac area as shes going for college. Needless to say this is her first time getting nails done here, for upcoming Valentine’s Day. I am out here visiting her and she wants her nails done for me, I offered to send her out and pay for it while I get a gift and we were gonna go get her Chili’s craving taken care of after she was done. I get to the Chili’s after I spent about 35 mins shopping because I figured I would get the table and order her Hot Mozz sticks what she was craving most, so about 55 mins after she went inside the salon, 20 mins at the Chilis for me I order the appetizer. A mistake that made it even worse for my girl… I get a text that shes done 2 hours after she went in there for a relatively simple design (first pic) and we meet up, shes starving and boarder-line crying trying to tell me sorry that it took so long and that she didn’t even want to get them fixed because she just wanted to leave at that point and she feels like she wasted money, time, and our day together before I leave back up-state. Design very far off of request, sense of urgency was absent, skill of craft was absent, lack of judgment was absolutely absent as the nail tech believed she pulled it off and seemed proud, lack of customer service and care was absent as these nails cost $70 and for the skewered time frame and botched design job she was offered a $5 discount. If we had the time I would’ve gone in person to demand a refund or a different nail tech or at least some sort of compensation but writing this review is already taking more from our time than I would like, so it is not worth trying to fight over less than $100. Girl came to me starving with tears in her eyes because she felt like she wronged me because of y’all and all I had waiting for her at the Chili’s were cold mozzarella sticks, shame

Bryan Ng Great experience at Dolce Nail Salon! The prices are very reasonable, and the service is outstanding. The owner is incredibly active and involved, making sure customers are well taken care of. Special shout-out to Tony, the manager—he is super helpful and always goes above and beyond to ensure you’re happy with your service. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality nail care at a great price!

laila kidd friendly lady, terrible at nails! didn’t do the shape i asked for nor could she do a simple french tip set! & the set i showed came from there website which they use other people’s work to promote there business. all in all 0/10 nail work will never go back.

Stacy Whitehead Ask price before getting nails done! Unprofessional not to mention the cateye gel would cost another $10 and drop the extra charge at time of payment. Frustrating! Staff are friendly and didn’t rush me to choose a color, but I’m reluctant to return when they take advantage like this. I would have made a different gel color choice.

Ella Sherman 100/100 experience, I will definitely come again. They both were so sweet, the girl who did my nails was very patient. Asked for a heart on the middle finger, did an amazing job especially for doing an upside down heart. And the prices are reasonable, I definitely got my money worth. Thank you guys sm!❤️

Mel I came here because of all the great reviews, but I had a horrible experience. I asked for blue and yellow Ombre nails and this is what I got. The nail tech was nice, but she did a terrible job. Each nail is a different shape and the colors are uneven. It wasnt Ombre, she just dipped my entire nail in blue, then immediately dipped it in yellow, resulting in a green color. It took her over an hour and a half to do this. I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews. Shealso asked me to pay her through her venmo instead of with my card, so definitely something shady going on there. I will never go back to this place.

Chloe Williams Will not return. The ladies were nice, but the whole service took 3 hours and my nails were not good. Manicurist seemed new, cut my cuticles so bad that she made 3 of my fingers bleed. Then put alcohol on them a couple times where it was just stinging terribly. The nail polish seemed old and clunky. Where it was applied so uneven and having bumps on every nail and didn’t dry even after hours, where it keeps smudging. I am very disappointed especially for how much time and money I spent there.

Adrian Ponce I called to make an Appointment, the stuff was super efficient and helpful, they were able to accommodate me for the same day, I was pretty happy about that, Place was very clean everyone was friendly and they did a fantastic job, I Wish my foot massage was a bit longer but other than that Great Experience.

Taylor Carrier Great experience at Luxury Nails Spa! An does an awesome job with details and does my nails exactly like my inspo pic! Long did an amazing pedicure, I was in heaven. All tools were very clean, and I watched both techs put a new sanding band on their E-files.

Allison Perez Yen did such a wonderful job in my nails and I got exactly what I wanted!! I came during my break to see if they could have me in and they didn’t hesitate to take me right there. Service was quick and delightful and I’m in love with my nails! Thank you Yen!!

Elizabeth Ernster Luxury Nails is one of the best places to go to! Thuy did an amazing job on my nails. She was extremely communicative prior to my appointment and was able to suggest some design choices that knocked this out of the park. Cant wait to come back!

Allison Lim Place is super affordable ($25 for a regular non gel mani) but my mani chipped on the 2nd day. My nails were completely chipped by a week in so I removed it all and repainted myself. On one hand it was quick so I was in and out in 30 min but on the other hand there’s no ambiance or relaxation, it’s literally get in and get out. I thought they did okay with shaping but painting wise I could do about the same at home.

Kaitlyn Uchishiba Ouch. While clipping my cuticles, the nail tech went really deep and took a chunk out of my ring finger. She put mystery green goop to stop it, but It’s been four hours and it’s still bleeding. The painting is another story. Uneven coat and it already looks like my nails are grown out/the tips aren’t painted. I tried to ask them if they could fix while I was there and they got very defensive saying it was not something they could fix. I also asked for my fingernail polish to be the same as my toe polish and this is what they gave me. That one is also on me for not noticing while she was painting, but definitely not the color I asked for. Hoping my finger doesn’t get infected!

james mckinnon Very poor customer service. You call set an appt and when you arrive they never have you down as if they didn’t take your appt this happened to me twice very inconvenient. Very small location so it’s like you’re almost sitting on top of people. I use to go there but I will never be back. I can take my money else where and get better service. The daughter Amy has a very bad attitude & she don’t like for you tell her what you want. Then if she don’t do what you want or asked for and your not satisfied she gets a nasty attitude. One or two times she did what I wanted / liked the other time very ugly job she’s never consistent with her work. I inform anyone who ask me about Pamper Nails go else where if you want a better Job & Service.

Hunter Sowards Days later and my fingers are still bleeding. I’m so sad to write a review- but I just tried calling and giving feedback about my experience so I wouldn’t have to and they hung up on me. I said multiple times during my appointment that I was being hurt/cut. By the end of the appointment I was bleeding from nearly every finger and three days later am still bleeding. It’s so sad they wouldn’t allow me to give this feedback on the phone because I never want to trash a business before giving them a chance to self-correct. It’s the second time this has happened with different nail techs. Hopefully this review will save someone from having a similar experience.

L.T. Chosen Came here 3 weeks ago for a manicure which Cindy did a great job at..charged $35. Today, manicure with mermaid polish which should have been $5 extra..they charged $45 and I will never return! Some of the nails have more polish then the others. I paid to keep my peace but wont be back.

Adriana Sanchez Worst experience at a nail salon. I didnt get any names but I walked in asked if they had time for a pedicure they said yes and had a gentleman do my pedicure, I informed him that since my toes turn up a little bit that I usually point them down during the painting process so it doesnt become lumpy not only did he not listen to me but he proceeded to not even scrub my feet or clean the cuticle areas up good but his painting started to become uneven and lumpy I then asked his he could redo my big toes because I wasnt satisfied with them thats when he calls a lady over to come and help. Mind you he already put two layers of color on and it was still on my toes when the lady came and proceeded to just add more layers of paint onto "hide" the imperfections. When she started my nails all of the sudden there were 3 people standing there to watching her do them as they proceeded to speak in their language in front of me (which I found really rude and disrespectful considering I was not happy with the work and they knew that) At this point my nails looked even more lumpy and thick so I kindly asked if she could redo them again because I was not liking how they looked. She then took all the paint off and started again when I noticed they were lumpy again because she wouldnt take the same advice I had given the gentleman who originally did them. I started to point it out to her so she could fix it before she cured the paint to which she responded with telling me I could go to a different place since I didnt like them. Mind you she hadnt even finished them yet. I just found the whole experience to be the worst I ever had and I felt really disrespected. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Angelina Chau I am absolutely obsessed with nailed by Sandi’s designs! The black and white abstract look on the first set is bold, chic, and so unique—it makes such a statement. The second set, with its soft sage green and white accents, feels elegant and refreshing, perfect for any occasion. Both designs are flawlessly executed, with sharp details and smooth finishes. The shape of the nails is also spot on, whether it’s the modern square or the almond style. These are beyond stunning, and the creativity and skill behind them deserve all the praise!

Ciara Mac Leod It’s been awhile since I’ve had my nails done just because of work but she has such amazing talent and such great customer service. The experience is very comfortable and you feel welcome even when you’re at your first appointment. I’d highly recommend her! Her products are all safe and high quality with FDA approval. If you’re ever unsure of a design idea you can trust her 100%

Asia Borihanh NAILEDXSANDI WHOOO??? Sandi ALWAYS does an amazing job! She is gentle and takes her time, making sure my nails are perfect, and sharp( my preference) without feeling rushed! She always goes above and beyond when it comes to her clients! If youre looking for a chill, no-stress nail experience, this is definitely the place to go. Sandi, is my go to and is always my first choice! You won’t regret it , 100/10 would recommend to book with her ☺️

Maryanne Karuga Anne did an incredible job! I asked for a luxury pedicure and she delivered. I really appreciated that she didnt rush the process but took her time and the results were great. It was my first time here, but it wont be the last. This is hands down the best nails spa in Sacramento. 10/10

I’ve been coming to her for a couple of years now! I have never had my nails lift and I always get compliments on them! Love love love them!

Athen White First time. I looked up the reviews and everyone recommended Ann. Cons -I had to ask Ann to change the damp towel she JUST used on the client before me. - The French manicure I asked for was blotchy with uneven lines. She told me "shes not that good at French Manis. Acrylics are more her speciality. Her workers do a better job".... idk how thats a thing when its literally a straight line across the tip of the Nail. She sent me to be serviced by another worker. I sooner realized its because she scheduled with another client to do acrylics. -paint started chipping 2 days after. Not worth $27 for the Mani. Pros -my pedicure was better, cleaner -the "worker" took her time on the pedicure -they we were pleasant and patient The picture below is from this morning. (07/08) My appointment was 07/06. Chipping aside, this is what it looked like when the "worker" did it after I asked Ann to do over the work that she did. Will not be going back

Leah I walked in without calling ahead, and was still seen immediately. My nail tech was super careful and detail-oriented with my nails. I changed my mind about how I wanted them done after we started, and she was very patient and nice about it. Everyone was very friendly. I always run cold, and my nail tech turned a little space heater on for me, which was so sweet. This place is very clean, despite what some of the reviews are saying. It is a bit cluttered from how many people and products are in such a small space, but that has nothing to do with cleanliness. Prices were also very reasonable, especially for California.

Lullabye House Honestly best experience in a long time , I’m always nervous with conversation but when words where exchanged it felt smooth and genuine with some laughter splashed in there, I had a wonderful full set experience along with pedicure , definitely well needed and I will for sure be coming back !

Stacy Huizar I went here for the first time had a hard time finding a nail salon & a good tech out here especially when I hurt my finger & nail 2 years ago & have not done my nails in 2 years. I got my acrylic nails off, decided dip powered nails is a way to go for my natural nails & did a Valentine’s Day theme nails. They came out really beautiful. i think it was Nick who did them i am so in love them & will be back again next month. The only problem is when my pinky nail was filed on the side to shape them square, I think its over filed or something because where the nail bed & nail is it kinda hurts had to put ointment on it when I got home other then that loved it here

Kerry Syracuse Very nice experience, I got the essential manicure with gel French and Erica took her time to make sure everything was perfect before solidifying in the light. Everyone was friendly, temperature in the salon was comfortable and overall very happy with my nails. I hope to return for their seasonal pedicure sometime soon!

Reynolds Jake “Classiest” I love this place. I recommend it to anyone I know looking for a good manicure in Sac. I get the Lacquered manicure here every month or so and they always do a great job. For stylists I book with Elvi, Momoe, or Shelby and they’re all great and very nice. The hand massage is really pleasant and the oil/lotion is very natural. I’d say the polish they provide is medium quality and can last up to 2 weeks. And there’s a large variety of colors. I personally would recommend bringing your own nail polish. As a guy I need a heavier duty polish, and I also use the dazzle-dry base/top coats. I can’t speak on the quality of the gels, but they offer gel services including gel removal. Also, the website for booking online is fantastic; very simple and easy to use.

Tamari Gurevich Sabrina did my manicure this morning and it was excellent!! She spent extra time making sure it came out perfect and I appreciated it so much. I’ve been staring at my nails all day because they look so good— the color, shape, everything!! It was such a wonderful experience, thank you so much!!!!

Lorraine De Arco This has been my go-to nail salon since 2017 and I havent gone anywhere else since! Not only is the staff accommodating and delightful, the quality of their work is impeccable. Appointments are recommended since they do get booked quite frequently due to their great service. I take advantage of their online booking system since it is convenient to use and I am able to add as many services as Id like and even select who I prefer to set up an appointment with. Check out Lacquered Salon. You wont be disappointed! They even have a section for men now -- Tough As Nails.

Ashley Cantrell Got my nails done by Nicole who did a wonderful job, she was also very pleasant to talk to. The inside was super clean and cozy looking, and fairly empty at least if you go on a weekday. I love that the establishment doesnt have a strong nail polish smell like some others tend to.

Smart Jinan (Ji-Ji) I expected better based on the rating. I will say that they got to me fairly quick as a walk in but it took time to explain what I wanted and I still had to settle for something I didnt exactly want. The design I wanted, I showed them before even being assigned a tech, so I assumed Id be given to someone who could do it. I was not. She tried, but its like no real pride was taken in the execution and even cut me with the file. My hands are not wonky, theyre very easy to create an even design on. Unfortunately, my nails came out looking like gumby. Theyre uneven, the polish is sub par, and there is dust in the polish. Its not smooth, and theres a bubble in the polish on my thumb. Worst of all, it hasnt even been a week and theyre already lifting and snagging my clothes and hair. I would go back and ask them to fix it, but I feel like itd be a waste. Im already mad I tipped, but I am the type to show appreciation for the effort people put in. I just wish I wouldve spoken up more despite fear of being talked about in a language I dont understand. Not saying that occurred, but I wouldnt know.

Amandeep Kaur My first time going in, with an appointment, the nail lady was a bit rude. But thats nothing new in the nail salon business lol. I love the way my nails turned out, it was my first time getting dip. The final finish wasnt all great. See pics. She didnt clean up the skin and left a lot of gel behind which I will need to peel off now. She also left small fibers on my nails. And, at the end I didnt even get a simple lotion massage! She left my hands feeling so dry! When it was time to pay, she said 40$, when I gave her exactly two 20$s, she said I owe you back 2$......so cheap....she had already counted her 2$ tip!!!!! Besides her crappy service that I received, I still would have tipped her decent! So cheap on her behalf! Not sure if Id recommend them. Thats why I am giving them 3 stars.

18320522 Gel removal = rip off gel from nails. Did not soak them at all. Used several tools to rip them off. Did not feel great. Damaged my nails. Gel nails: Afterwards, she did not trim or shape my nails evenly. Didn’t even bother to compare the hands to one another to see if perhaps they match. Four nails are notably longer on the left hand. Something positive: she cut the cuticles well. I payed 43$ for this. Will not be coming back here again. Absolutely do not recommend for gel nail removal.

Helen Cruz First time their staff were super friendly. Prices reasonable compare to some other salons prices start at $30 for basic pedicure. Met the owner Mandy who was a doll my pedicure was done by Kelly probably one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had!

Nancy Nieman Mandy is a pro, and so nice, too. She saved my nails and made them beautiful again after they were ruined at another salon. I am so thankful for her helping me and putting me at ease over what I thought was not salvageable. We have a good plan moving forward and I will definitely be back, and Ill bring my husband, too!

Selina Bender Tracy did my nails and great care was taken to shape them perfectly. Seriously the best manicure I’ve had in years. I didn’t realize the previous shape was too large for my nail bed, until Tracy fixed it. I am so happy with them!! (My existing set was not done at Harmony) I called to make a same day appointment and was seen exactly on time. Cash or Venmo so come prepared.

Nakatani Tom (t2co) Scheduled a mani/pedi for my mom and picked Harmony as it was close and had good reviews. Can confirm that they do a fantastic job and the staff there was very friendly and professional! This is a nice locally owned business and highly recommend them!

s a Tracy did a beautiful job! I got dip with extension tips and requested that she do a regular, non-gel top coat because I had skin cancer in the past and cant have UV exposure. She did a perfect job! It looks natural and beautiful.

Dawn Gaches Ive been going to Harmony nails for years and Ill never go anywhere else. The ladies are all so talented, kind and treat everyone so well. I absolutely love my holiday nails that Ha designed. The pedicures are also so relaxing and not rushed.
