Gresia J Found my new nail salon. Cindy and Kim are so adorable and very welcoming. Loved how my nail were done. I would go all the way to Huntington park to have my nails done but they have met the expectations for me not to go so far from now on just to get my nails done because the times I have gone to other nail salons when I am not able to travel to HP I have been disappointed my nails will not look nice whatsoever and will be charged so much. But I am very pleased and happy with the outcome of their work my nails came out looking incredibly beautiful and nice it’s like if I would have got them done at my favorite spot in Huntington park. Will keep coming to them. Thank you Cindy and Kim ❤️

Daniela Cano I’ve been to many nail salons over the years and nothing compares. This has been the greatest experience and service I’ve received in my life. Cindy and other nail artist there are so kind, and sweet, they make you feel welcomed. Great prices as well! They did an amazing job !

Zelda The ladies are super nice and will give you snacks which is so so sweet. The nails are done quickly and the lady who owns the shop is just fantastic in both personality and artistic talent. It is an awesome price also that can’t be beat. Unluckily two times I’ve been here I got the new younger girl who is just not good at doing nails at all. She is super nice but training is needed.

LETS LEARN TOGETHER ! I had a great experience at the this shop today. Cindy was so kind and sweet. She offered me water and a snack before we began and we had great conversation. She was very detailed in cleaning the cuticles and making sure they were shaped correctly. She really did an awesome job. I will be going back as a regular

C Zappia I’ve been coming to Jenny’s Nail Salon for sometime now and I’ve never been disappointed ! She is polite caring and to the point , Which I appreciate. When you make an appointment she is prompt and she expects the same . You can tell her what you don’t like or what you like, and she will do her best to make you happy! Her close friend and coworker monkey is as nice as Jenny ! *But what I really like is that she does my fill seamlessly and they look smooth and even. Nice natural nail bed slope Is a must and she can deliver ! She not a rush nail artist , which I like!

Samantha Guitron I have to say Im a perfectionist when it comes to nails and this place did a perfect job. Ive gone too many nail salons in my area and have never been happy with the end result. This time it was different She took her time and did my nails perfect. In love with this place well be coming back very soon & often. Aqua J I went on a week day , maybe a few hours or 2 before closing It was very quiet and very clean. Husband and wife did a good tag team job. My fullest is very clean , shaped in square nicely. I loved my pedicure , the man put in effort to massaging and scrubbing Thank you .

Rosalinda Coleman So worth going. The lady there was super sweet an very attentive to detail. I had some jacked up "coffin" nails from 2 other shops. She spent an hour for just a filling. Reshaping my nails and settingand setting the acrylic. Now they actually look like a coffin I love staring at them. Worth the trip

Emma Hudson I’ve been coming here for about a year or so I never have any problems in any way. They do an amazing job with my pedicure, manicure & full set of nails. I love how they take there time & don’t do a rush job. If you want an a plus job go here.

Chakra Zulu Horrible customer service. I went in to get a pedicure & eyebrow wax. While I was in the back I asked her to go ahead and do my upper lip as well. She said it would be an extra $6 and I said no problem. She then asked me have I been there before because most black woman take issue with her pricing and walk out. I told her you shouldnt group everyone together nor should we be having this conversation because I gave you no resistance about your pricing smh. There was also flies everywhere and the shop was unkept. To top it off my toes are chipping after 2 days. SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT PATRON THIS "BUSINESS!

Faye Nora Very nice and friendly staff. They greet you when walking into the establishment. Very professional service with good prices. The nail technicians are perfectionist which is a huge plus. You get quality work at classy nails.

Sarah Conway 10 minutes after appointment time for my sister and I and this is what it looked like. They told us they were busy and they asked us to wait a half hour. They took my phone number when we set up the appointment! They could have called to let us know. The gas prices around here are over $4.25 were not going to drive back and forth. And we had plans anyway. Their altar is stocked with offerings to their gods for Lunar New Year... but its clear they arent actually worshipping their gods in earnest and theyre putting out offerings with only themselves in mind. Their gods are not happy with them!!!

Johnesha Marvin If I can get the 0 stars I would. I dont know what it is about these nail shops nowadays, but customer service is lacking. I received attitude and passive aggressiveness while she handled my nails. I dont even know these people and I was met with an attitude. All I wanted was a simple set and pedi after a long day of work. I dont want to say that its racially motivated but nowadays Im starting to see it as so. Plus, overcharging for a simple set and a pedicure is crazy. I really see why people switch up and start using press-ons instead.

Courtney DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!! Made an appointment for a full set for me and a pedicure for my sister. When we got there people were already waiting while they were still working on others. When they asked what we needed I said we had an appointment. She said it would be just a few minutes. We looked at the nail art and colors for a little then they took someone else. When I asked how long it would be she responded it would be just a few moments. Sorry she’s behind. I replied that I had already been waiting a few moments, so how long is it actually going to be considering she just took someone else. She said it would be 30 minutes and that I should come back. I responded that I should’ve been called and told they were behind and they couldn’t take me at my appointed time. She said she’s behind again and I told her again that she could’ve called. She did have my number and she could’ve let me know that she was behind. I would’ve been OK with that. But I drove all the way down there to be told basically your appointment didn’t matter and your time didn’t matter. That’s not OK. It would’ve taken two seconds to call the customer that made an appointment to say they couldn’t take them at that time. There was just excuse after excuse, and my time didn’t matter. Only their time mattered. I will never go back. I do not recommend this place because if they cared about their customers, then all they would have to do is to treat them nicely. Also the vibe in here was gross because only children make excuses for not communicating with people.

Bedilia Perez They girls here are not licensed did a very poor job, no one was here. And they stated they were busy. Didnt clean nails rightand charge you more for no reason, They talk amongs each other and dont listen to what was asked, talked in their language and laughed. Poor customer service. They charge you for not completing the job properly. They are dirty and not sanitized. Ill be sending health services & consumer affairs to them!

Kenisha Smith I’ve been getting my nails done by Toya for 1 1/2 years. I came it with the goal to grow my natural nails and she did that! Any style/design I ask for, she delivers! Shaniyah is also skilled to provide great service and a beast with the freehand designs. Toya educates how to take care of our nails, hands and feet. I really appreciate having her as my nail tech, my nails stay done!

Cat Hicks Latoya is an amazing person inside and out, her business provides not just a service, but a healing experience to those who truly need it. Not many nail techs let alone reputable ones would provide the types of services her spa provides. She truly does care about the clients that come to her. The level of care at her establishment goes above and beyond and it shows in the services her spa provides. This spa and quality over quantity and it shows!

Mei Randle Latoya does an amazing job on my nails! I really appreciate the one-on-one experience and the relaxing environment. My nails always look great, last long, and she is so creative with her designs. I always receive compliments on my nails. Shaniyah does my pedicures and does a great job. I suffer from in-grown toe nails and finally a salon that does not "dig" in my toe and cause infection, but uses the Russian technique and i have not had any issues in over a year. I would definitely recommend Royally Melanated Beauty Bar and Den for your nail and pedicure services, you wont be disappointed.

Melissa Luisjuan Its been 3 months since I had gotten my last set with Ms Latoya and let me tell you shes the BEST!!! I been going with her ever since I found her and she always leaves me satisfied. Her work is amazing!!! And she takes her time perfecting every detail. (BTW I need to go back and get a new set but for now ill post what Ive had gotten )

Jessica Abbott The woman was irritated because I wanted to confirm price. She rushed and didn’t even try, there are crooked and the clear coat is C not even. I will never come back and highly do not recommend.

Arnell W. The lady did a good job but her attitude was not it. She seemed irritated and it felt like she wasnt being so happy about it. She also didnt tell me what to do after she did my toes. She did a good job on them to just i think i would have had a better experience if her attitude wasnt so mean. (In the picture, i got a matte blue)

Courtney This place is horrible!! Lan canceled my appointment and tried to blame me for it. I had two appointments booked for today, one as a pedicure and one as a full set. I booked both on Dec 30. I called in today and asked if I could change the full set to a pedicure and reschedule the full set later she said yes and then I went over it again to make sure she understood and everything was confirmed. When my sister and I got there, she said that there was only one appointment because I canceled one of them. When I explained no and let her know I changed it, she continued pushing. She then changed her story and said she misunderstood, but stated she is understaffed and booked now. So she tried to make me reschedule and book a new appointment. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Super unprofessional and zero care for the mistake that was made!!

Sarah Conway Schnurr Lan canceled my sisters appointment with her then tried to blame my sister for not setting up the appointment correctly. We booked three days earlier and had the receptionist correctly repeat back to us the appointments we had scheduled. She was not apologetic and kept saying she didnt know what to do. She didnt offer to move around the appointments that were scheduled incorrectly to accommodate us and didnt offer any solutions to fix what had happened. Not ok with this experience.

Rhealene Navarro The prices are definitely better than some of their other local competitors. I personally try to always get David to do my nails. I feel like he actually cares about the quality of his work whereas the other ladies kind of just try to upsell you and get upset if you dont want gel. They do a great job with pedicures, (all of the staff Ive encountered do great pedicures) and are priced really well.

Vannessa F I dont trust anyone else when it comes to pedicures. David is the MAN he works hard and shows genuine interest to help your toes look good and "normal" if you have "struggling" toenails. I dont feel judged! and he never shows hesitation. I trust his work so much i even started bringing my grandma to him as well! He changed the game for me when he put acrylic on my big toes. Im in love with my feet now! (acrylic NOT shown in the pics uploaded :( )We love making his day by tipping him EXTREMELY WELL. We are grateful! that is why! If he ever leaves, im following. period. Q, the manager, is so great and flexible. He has awesome customer service, funny, and gives genuine conversation...hes a real one! So kind!

Maddy Gray I am a young black woman my nail came out very chunky and they feel so bumpy , I can’t believe that these nails were 60 dollars, the whole time the lady was giving me attitude like I was some type of felon I decided to treat myself today with getting this manicure but my 8 year old daughter could’ve did better on my nails and she would’ve treated me better… personally I would say you should just go somewhere with better people.

Whopper jr Very poor communication, very high demanding, poor behavior, A place I go to every so often but not no more because a gift card I tried to use on their old card scanner didn’t work. We call and showed it had money but wasn’t going through. The manger started to criticize us and locked us in. I could only hear them talk trash about how I looked and how I wasn’t able to pay in another language not knowing I understand.When my family arrived to pay they called the security on us to make us scared. We payed and left but I strongly suggest you go somewhere else because of the very poor service.

Janell Mercado I went to the salon for my birthday, instantly got profiled, poor communication (no greeting) straight to it, tried paying with a credit card I got for my birthday but wouldn’t work because of their outdated scanner, we called and showed that it had money on it however the manager demanded us to pay and said to take what’s in our pockets out. My mother came and paid but they ended up calling security on us to not try anything. We paid and left. If you have the time and money go somewhere else.

Miss Baddie queen Hello, i am a young black man with my white mother who came into this place to get her nails done and the customer service was indecent, and almost torturous. After we finish the nails and tried to pay they used there outdated scanner to scan the card which didn’t work. We called american express and they said we had the money but it wasn’t working. So we just said we’d call out family to help and they started coming but they locked us inside the store and started yelling at us. We didn’t understand why she was angry when she gave us lumpy nails that were 60 dollars, but looked like they were 20. I don’t recommend this place and if anything happens please stay safe because they called the security inside who yelled at my friend Jason to move out the way when he just stepped inside.

Chanta Walls My daughters just left after spending $120 on 2 fills and I’m appalled at the work. They were treated as if their money wasn’t good enough for the establishment. The nail tech didn’t put the antiseptic solution in their water for the pedicure, so they declined. She used old nail polish. I’m done.

virginia salcido Not even a week after getting a gel manicure and my nails are peeling. I really wish I would of taken a picture of my infected big toe. The lady with bangs pulled an ingrown nail out and a lot of my skin with it. When I told her it that it hurt she said it was because it was connected to the skin. Ive never had any other nail person rip my skin off before. I was bleeding a lot. My toe got infected and green pus was going out of it. I took care of it with peroxide and antibiotic ointment. I highly do not recommend this place. I did add 3 pictures for viewing. I have the red polish with sunflowers. My big toe is healed a bit but has a scar. Please go elsewhere with your money and time.

Patricia Reyna I wouldn’t even give this place a one star I was robbed for my money. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they didn’t even do a good job on top of that my nails broke the same day I went back to get them fixed but she wanted to charge me more. Trust me don’t even waste your time and money. I of course didn’t get any money back and they are very rude if you complain don’t believe me try it. I dare you to say that you didn’t like something about your nails and they will give you the worst attitude. Should have listened to my gut and gone somewhere else.

Victor Reyna The price was $40 at first and then it jumped up to 63. The nails only lasted about an hour before bending and breaking the worst part of all, if you really sat there and looked at the the nail polish was cricket lines are a extremely rude and not willing to fix anything just wanted to charge more money by far the worst place ever facility was dirty and unfriendly. Your nails are gonna break and they’re just gonna take your money. You’re better off with $.99 press on

They don’t even acknowledge you when you come in and some rude skinny prick tries to tell me “you have to wait ok” like I know idiot since you didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in or you or your little co-workers didn’t say “sign in”. This is why there was barely any customers inside lol I wouldn’t even get my nails done based off of other reviews here. I stopped going to chop shops long ago you won’t be rude and expect my dollars (I just wanted a foreign nail removal).

Karen E I would recommend setting up an appointment if possible because they do get really busy. I went on a weekend & they only had 2 ladies working. Which is fine but definitely expect a wait. Overall they do a good job on the nails service & theyre nice. A bit overpriced in my opinion & its also cash only. I do wish they had turned on the back massager for me like they did to the other girls there that paid the same price. I took off 1 star cus I feel I didnt get my moneys worth.

herb ivore Came in for a manipedi, I get them all the time at other places just fine. Lady stopped me because Im obese and claimed she couldnt serve me because of my size. No wonder these miserable people sit inside an empty shop with destroyed signage in the heart of the ghetto. Hope they go outta business so some actual professionals can rent the place out! Claressa Adams The wait was a bit long, when I did finally get in a chair for just a pedicure, did not like the fact that she drilled off my nail color which was just polish instead of using polish remover, why damage the nail when you don’t have too, she did not cut My nails at all only filed them, crocked I may add, and did not remove the dead skin off the heel with the gel and plastic wrap like I usually get and I asked her she only used the yellow scrub wafer instead. Then I told her it was still not smooth on the heel, she simple put my foot in a wax which any wise person knows , does not remove d as skin , the nail color was all over my toes she did not clean it off at all, I got home to still see I just totally paid $45.00 for a botched pedicure totally. I wouldn’t take my dog there if this is how they treat the customers.I am very upset never had this bad a job.. NEVER GOING BACK!!

I moved away 3 years ago to Rancho Cucamonga the drive and my hours of work were not making it easy for me to continue going to Jenny so I tried shop around my new neighborhood nails salons, Threading to Europe wax membership after a year of unhappiness . Joe Me Requested Manicure and Pedicure had my Fiance and daughter stop them after Pedicure. they do horrible work and they charge too much for the bad work. Had to take them to another salon to fix what they did do, good thing did not let them finish. Also they quoted one price and will charge you more. Please be advise go elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.......

Jessie Jesse They make appointments and are not on time. I made a phone call for an appointmentand waited 35 minutes. Its a first come first serve basis. During my appointment, other customers called and they said they had time right now. When the customer arrived, they were told to sit down and wait. Eyelash appointments are not on time either. Not very detailed on their nails or eyelashes. For pricing, they tell you one price and charge you more and expect a tip on top of that. I will not visit this place again, nor recommend it if you are very detailed and value your time.

Brenda Butler I love Paradise Nails. Jenny is the owner and does an excellent job on anything she does. I have been going there for many years for my spa Pedicures​ and my manicures and I come out feeling like a star and I have had different ones work on my feet and nails. Jenny does my eyelashes and eyebrows and I have had nothing but raving compliments from many people on how great and natural they look. I recommend you try Paradise Nails you wont go wrong.

I had an appointment She looked at my sister up and down and act like she did not want to touch her told nothing available. one day I came from far Victorville my appointment was set i get there she said she forgot to write it down And to come back.. But if youre 1min late Its like she find a reason to cancel your appointment. She act like she does not care about My sister and i business my money does not matter. She looked at my sister up and down disrespectfullyAnd just said she cant do her nails. Needless to say I will not be going back there anymore its the energy for me from Jenny.

Msfrenchie_saysay K My Lings been my nail tech for over 10 years. I adore her. My nails dont lift, break, or nothing. She takes her time and does quality work. The shop does not have the lavish chairs and scrubs. But they can take out a whole hang nail without a problem. Its often busy and booked. But this is my favorite shop.

Deborah Huff Lousy. She cut the sides of my nails with clippers down to the quick. Within days, and now two weeks later, as my nails are growing, the nails ingrown to the skin on all my fingers. Painful to say the least. When she was clipping them, I thought it was odd, bu thought it was a new procedure that I had not seen. Nope...LAZY I really wish I wouldnt have tipped her.

Josef Soleta I really loved my nails and My nail tech. I used powder 2 tone ombre short length and it was 55. Looks amazing and I love it. Only reason I put 4 is because place needed a spring cleaning. Place was a little filthy and the nail tools were dirty.

Vivian Vo Diane is super professional. She did amazing job and be very patient. I love the deluxe pedicure that she provided. I knew the nail shop for the long time and they have recently changed to new management. I would recommend Diane to all my friends and family members. She is best nail technician ever.

Heather K Love this place. They never try to push extra services on you. They only have two nail ladies so it’s best to make an appointment. They have decent prices that haven’t changed in years. Give it a try. It’s 2024 and I’m still going there. They went up in price a little but are still cheaper than most places. The spa pedicures are awesome.

Kelly Roach The male receptionist who did my nails isn’t very good. The gel-x he applied was done with too much glue, and they were too big. He rushed them, and he didn’t file down the top part, so after two weeks, they lifted.

Fabiola Santana I’ve been coming to this place for about 2 years now & I love it. Roxy is AMAZING, I always make my appointments with her because she never fails me. I just show her an inspo pic and she always gets it right. Overall the customer service is amazing with everyone and the prices are reasonable. I moved to a different city but I still always come here for my gel manicures.

Mariana Holt Great service. I always have issues with getting my nails the length I like (which is short). They always leave them too long, but David knew exactly what I was asking for and did an awesome job. Definitely my new place to go from now on.

De La Cruz Justine “Honeybee” Amazing experience, came here for a fix and Eric and Roxy did a great job. Completely remodeled my nails and Im in love. The relaxing music was a major plus. Highly recommended
