Maria Arami Mai did my nails. I made a random apt near my work. I got what i asked for. She was careful to make sure i get what i asked for. She didnt miss painting the sides like other places do. The staff were friendly. The area not in such a good location, but I will go back. Just make sure you take cash for tip.

GrandEva Great service. Friendly staff. Mia did an excellent job on my manicure! Ombre is what I wanted & she "nailed" it! I showed her a picture of my end goal and I walked out a happy girl. Reasonably priced. Appointments encouraged. Busy place = great service.

Roxanne Arrivas When I first moved to the San Jose area I went to a couple other nail salons before finding Finger Joy Nails. Its a cute little shop with a small parking lot. All the ladies working there are very nice. They have conveniently in their shop an ATM machine that only charges a 25 cents transaction fee for withdrawals! I have only been to Finger Joy Nails 3 times and each time I left, I always left satisfied and happy with their service. Their prices are pretty competitive. The lady that did my nails does amazing freehand artwork! I just show her a picture of what I want and she replicates it perfectly! I definitely will continue to go there and recommend this place.

Alicia Conye The treatment I received at this salon was nothing short of horrible. I wanted acrylics with a colorful french tips, and when I selected my colors the lady told me the green I had chosen was “too light”. She then showed me a neon green I should use instead, which is not what I wanted at all. I told her that I would try the light green and if it was bad I would select the dark one, so she swatched one coat of the green on my nails and said “see its bad”. She then said in Vietnamese that “Ugh why does she not want dark colors”. The whole process was very rushed and I felt like a nuisance by being there. She also commented in Vietnamese that she was annoyed with me when she had to keep asking me to put my hands in the curing machine (she would make me put my hands in after doing one nail, and then start doing the other hand, so it was inconvenient for both of us). Over the phone they told me the service was $42 but made me pay $50. They also make you tip in cash or in venmo before paying, which made me anxious. Do not go here unless you want a stressful experience

Ellen Chiu My pedicure looked good. What I did not appreciate is the trick to earn more money. I clearly stated that I wanted the most economic option pedicure option. In mid of pedicure, the specialist asked me what flavor of the gel Id like, I picked a flavor while I was working on my computer. When I paid, I was notified that I shall pay extra 10 dollars because I used the gel which was not part of economic option. This was my first time to visit this salon and also the last time as I did not like the trick.

lauren sugay This place is clean, efficient, and they do an incredible job on my nails. I’ve gotten plenty of compliments on my nails and the Gel-X have lasted for 5 weeks. I’m so pleased with the value and durability of these nails - especially because i am rough with my hands and wash them often at work. I also had a pedicure done and they did an excellent job with shaping and cleaning as well! I would recommend anyone to come here if they are in the area!

amy paneda This was my first time at Regal Nail & Spa I had Lucy service me for my acrylic fill. I am very happy with my results!! Lucy made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She is incredibly talented and meticulous, ensuring every detail was perfect. I came in originally wanting coffin shaped nails. She suggested almond would suit me better. I was a little nervous because I have never done almond before. But they came out beautiful! She took a lot of time and detail getting the shape perfect. She even worked very carefully and gentle around one of my broken nails. Lucy took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions. Her skill and precision exceeded expectations and my nails look beautiful! The acrylics are strong, beautifully shaped, the polish is also stunning.

Nicole Hernandez VY is the absolute sweetest, and best. She is so detailed oriented, and it really shows. Been going to her for 4 years, and wouldn’t ever change! I have been going to Brandon for over 5 years, and truly cannot say enough good things. He is the kindest and most patient, and always make sure I am happy with my nails through the process.

Shannon Proverbs WOW!! Im from Dallas but this nail shop would give even our best shop a run for their money. The talent and the service is absolutely incredible. Hannah is an amazing artisan and super fun to talk to. I am considering flying out when i can just have them bless me with their talents. Super happy and grateful for a job well done. The shop is very cozy and reasonably priced for service.

Leila San Jose They are always so sweet during my visit. Love how I can sip on hot tea while I soak my feet. I always get the house special pedicure. And they offered to do my acrylic refill with design. They always do their best to do the same. And I honestly am impressed with the designs, service, prices and hospitality.

Kavya Reddy Kataru Whats better than a mani pedi session with a friend on any day ! We are the frequent clients to Diva Nails & Spa, particularly to Tully branch in San Jose. We love their mani pedi sessions but the only thing that irritates us all the time was the staff keeps muttering in their local language while the ongoing session. Please understand that we are there to enjoy the music and relax the mani & pedi - cures.. otherwise they are good at what they do especially Mimi and Jennifer.

Jacqueline Carroll My poor friend keeps getting her feet hacked up every time we go! One lady used a yellow foot scrubber for calluses without water or gel and my friend who has zero blisters or calluses prior and had chunks of her skin taken off and it bled during the whole pedicure. No discount was offered. Next time we went after her sores healed a different tech was rough again and left sores around her cuticles. Love the services they offer and keep trying to make this place work but wish they had better skilled workers. Also every time we go they never have the color we pick in stock. They either need to replace the colors they advertise or redo their choices .

Vivian Hang Le This morning my first time to do dip powder and pedicures. Renee did a very job more than what I expected. Renee is very friendly and explained very clear for me what was the difference between dip powder and acrylic nails. Since I never never do anything for my nail before. I am very happy and recommend everyone book an appointment with Renee if you want to have a beautiful nail. I will come back next time for sure. Thank you Renee ❤️

Bernadette Reed I have gone to this nail salon for many years. I love the place because it’s beautiful and clean. They do excellent and superior manicures and pedicures. The people here are very friendly and kind. The massage chair is like a spa in itself and they treat you like royalty. I love the experience of coming to this salon and relaxing in the great big massage chair and being totally pampered. Lots of parking in this parking lot is available, also.

Cassie L I called and scheduled an appointment for Thursday, about 5 days ago. I got the gel manicure and it definitely is more of a “spa” feeling as they do the wax and a hot stone massage. Diamond Nail keeps two stars as they are clean, the gel was put on thin although one index finger has a bubble on the side, and the spa-like part was a nice surprise. The other three stars are lost first because the technician was very rough on my nails. She used a cuticle trimmer to scrape at my nails and told me I have too much cuticle… I had gel on prior to the appointment and there was still leftover gel adhesive which she scraped instead of filing and buffing off. Second because she didn’t do cuticle care other than maybe what she thought was care by scraping my nail and nail bed with the edge of the cuticle trimmer. I know for a fact there are tools to use to gently push back cuticle, not a blade from the end of a cuticle trimmer! Lastly, and this goes back to the first item why they lost stars, is because of how rough she was, she split my thumb nail!! I have NEVER had a gel manicure where my nail ended up breaking and splitting after five days! Not only am I in pain, but my nails didn’t last even a week. The $40 felt like a waste and to top it off, before she gave me the credit card machine to pay, she asked what tip should she enter in for me. To me, that’s entitled. I will not be returning. For those still reading - I posted a photo of the better looking hand without the split nail to show at least the gel application was ok.

DH Moon I got the lavender pedi and gel mani and i thoroughly enjoyed the service.. and all the staff was super friendly and did such an amazing job. I will definitely come back here!

Morgan Sanchez Neo’s Nail Spa is my favorite nail place in the entire Bay Area. They’ve done my nails for my engagement party, baby showers, Halloween and everything in between. The result has always been beautiful and I receive tons of compliments. Su does my acrylic nails and nail design and is a GEM. She has great advice about what nail shape will look good with your hands, and her freestyle designs are gorgeous. I’ve gotten several pedicures with Loan. Absolutely wonderful woman and will give you every minute promised for those massages. Lisa has also been a wonderful manicurist and produces really pretty designs with foil. I cannot rave enough about this place. The inside is elegantly decorated and peaceful - great for relaxing after a hectic day. Make sure you book an appointment because they’re well-loved in the neighborhood and if you need a fast walk-in experience - Wednesday is your day.

Crystal Pearson This was the first time I had my nails done here. The ladies were absolutely fantastic and friendly. They accommodated my needs and she was incredibly gentle with my damaged nail bed. The nails turned out beautifully! Im thrilled with both the results and the service.

Her employees look happy and they are all very accommodating. My nails are perfect every single time. I cannot see myself going somewhere else to get my nails done.

Madison (Madison Coyle) Got a wonderful pedicure today. It was so relaxing. The service was friendly and welcoming. The massage chair worked great, and was in great condition. They even moved their sun shade when it started to get hot. This was just what I needed at 8 months pregnant! Thank you!

S C People who work there are not very professional. First of all, they are contently none stop speaking their language in front of customers which is very rude that they dont even aware of. 2nd they will punished the customers who actually made the appointment . It happens to me couple times. When I had the appointment at certain time. Before I showed up at the appointment time. They already accepting other walk in customers so I ended up had to wait for like 10-15 mins .. which it should never happened. Some days I decided to walk in. They did the same thing to others who had the appointment after me. 3rd. I think the clipper and file they use for pedicure is not clean. I double it if they actually sanitizing it after previous customer.

Jess Clayton I have been loyal to another salon since I moved to town 6 years ago... but ended up here due to desperately needing a gel mani-pedi before my usual salon was open. This salon appeared busy but was able to get me into a chair immediately. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized they were going to do both my mani and pedi simultaneously to save time. I had a unique idea in my mind about a certain ombre style I wanted on my fingers, and I showed them a picture for reference. Not only did they have the special paint required to do it, but they made my nails look even BETTER than the photo! I left the salon feeling truly pampered, and 2 weeks later, am still getting compliments on my mani! The entire experience was impressive, but the biggest reason I will be back is because they took the time to carefully remove my old gel with a file by hand, not the electric grinder. My nails are strong but can usually only handle 2 or 3 gel sets before they start to break, and I like to keep them long- so this step is crucial). Thanks to the ladies and gents at Q nails for taking the time to make a girl feel special. See you guys again soon!

Krystal Sarcone This was the worst experience in my life. I think the person doing nails is losing her vision, and she was very inconsistent across each nail. I asked to improve and cut back cuticles on 2-3 nails she missed, and she went through and addressed all of them, which was unnecessary and painful for those already fine. The same happened when she missed painting part of one finger nail, she then went through and painted all of my nails sloppily to fill in missing paint but then it looked horrible and sloply like a child did it. I explained it was just one nail you missed, and she was annoyed. And really reluctant to liaten and instead would just do everything over, which was unnecessary. Then less than two days later theyre peeling like crazy. I have never asked for a refund in my life. This is the only time it felt warranted. And I only did so on day two when they peeled. She is declining a refund saying my nails took an hour, which was horrendous for me too. But was because I asked for two small things on three nails and she would start over on everything. Its also not a very clean place. I cant speak for the instruments, but just not a tidy place and I was already getting bad vibes sitting down but was willing because they were available and convenient to my grocery shopping. She also has you pay before painting your nails, and now I know why. It seems so slimy. Very rude when I called and asked for a refund. I even offered to let her keep her tip. I just want a refund for the pedicure. Its so upsetting.

Rachel Salinas Not the worst gel manicure I’ve had just not the best or great. I was a walk in at this salon and asked for a gel manicure. The color selection was ok (no OPI). I decided to get a neutral color just in case I didn’t love the place. I know that colors like this can make your nails look unfinished but this is the color I wanted. I started off by getting my gel removed and that took a long time, she had to wrap my nails in foil over and over again. At one point she tried to pull off my gel instead of soaking it off which I feel like should never be done to help keep your nails healthy. Overall nothing terrible happened I just feel like attention to detail was not the best. There are parts of my nails where there isn’t polish and some of the polish is on my cuticles.

Sofiya Joseph I have tried almost all nail salons in the neighborhood and can say Leanne does the best nails! She takes care of all small details and does an amazing work. Call her or make an appointment before going as she is the only person working there.

Talking about the price is average not pricy at all like other places I been in santa clara... Salon is very nice and clean, let me mention they are very easy to schedule. Amy Yang Chanh is super talented and did an amazing job with my gel nails. I looked up several nails places before choosing Color Me Nails. I wanted someone who could do good ombré. I got it over a month ago and it’s still perfect (just grown out). The prices are reasonable and she’s quick but thorough. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails! I would recommend them any time.

Brianna Matthew Starting going here from a recommendation and they give the Best pedicure I’ve had a long time and I’ve been to several salons across states. The price is affordable and they actually take time and trim cuticles to perfection. The callus remover does wonders on my overly dry feet. The massage chairs actually work too! The best part other than my nails trimmed to perfection is they actually massage your feet here and not just the legs. I have been to so many places over the last few years that just massage the leg but my feet need a good massage from standing all day at work. Thank you for your exceptional pedicures!

Updates: I have been going to Oasis nails for the past few months. My nails are strong and healthier. I do not know how they do it but I know they are taking week care of nails. I have uploaded few photos of my nails. October is here and I have been going twice because I was undecided on the nails shape and designs I wanted. Oasis nails did not fail me. I love the two set I got so far. Very happy with Oasis nails. Update December 2024: I got to try the cateye winter holidays nails. So nice! Look at my nails! Stunning!

Christina Birhan I recently visited pinko nails salon and opted for extremely short nails. While I expected the service to cost around $50 at other places, I ended up paying $80 here. During the appointment, I showed the technician a picture of the short nail design I was after, and she agreed to replicate it. However, when it was time to trim my nails, I explained that I needed them short due to work. Later on, when I asked her to fix something I wasn’t satisfied with, she attempted to blame the length of my nails on my request for them to be short, despite the inspiration photo I provided clearly showing short nails. In the end, I didn’t feel too upset because I did get somewhat what I wanted. However, when it came time to pay, I asked the cashier for the total, as there wasnt any breakdown of the services I received. He informed me it was $80, and I assumed there would be a detailed list of services explaining the cost. After paying, I received a receipt showing the total, but it lacked any description of the charges. When I inquired about the high price, the cashier said he didn’t know and offered to ask the technician. When he approached her, she responded quite aggressively to his question about why the service cost $80. To my shock, she revealed the price was actually $85 and mentioned it was $5 less than the cost I was charged. I was baffled and deeply disappointed by the whole experience. This service did not meet my expectations, and I feel let down by both the quality of the nails and the way the pricing was communicated. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. I attached below what the inspo was and what I got.

I immediately was seated with a nice lady, Daisy. It had been a while since I had a manicure. I told Daisy what I wanted and she understood and was so gentle. I was very pleased with my manicure. Julia Wixted I have been coming to Lotus Nails for the past 3 months. I use to go to another nail salon near by but decided to give Lotus Nails a try after being unhappy with the gel manicures I had been getting from the other nail salon. After getting my first gel manicure and pedicure I new I had found my new go to salon. First of all, my gel lasts easily 2-3 weeks (on both my hands and toes). Second, the nail techs take their time to ensure you are happy with your experience and nails. I usually go first thing in the morning during the week and getting into a chair for service is not an issue. I can see them getting busy during the weekend so be sure to make an appointment if you plan to stop by on those busy days. I would 100% recommend Lotus Nails.

Jeff I went here for my sister’s birthday and all the staff were beyond helpful. I needed more help than usual because my fault for trying to use a foot mask at home. In the end for the future I should stick to lotus nails as they are true professional magicians that cleaned up my feet. My aunt had her nails done for Halloween as well, the amount of detail they spent on it is an exuberant sight to see.

MathSciFiFemme LILY always does an amazing job with my nails. This time we did a butterfly cat’s eye design on my Gel-X extensions. I love it! TINA has done my pedicure the last few times and over time my toes have become prettier and healthier. Her massages are heavenly! It’s almost spring so my toesies are green.

Pooja Gajipara Let me tell you, this pedicure was so good, I almost fell asleep in the chair! Hana was a foot massage wizard—pedicure with 15 minutes massage was pure bliss that made me feel like I’d just taken a mini-vacation. She went on a quest to find the perfect nail polish shade I’d shown her in a picture (because of course, I showed up with a Pinterest vision). And trust me, she nailed it! Ruby, the manicure queen, kept checking in with me, making sure my nails were nothing short of fabulous. The salon was sparkling clean, and the staff was so friendly, I felt like I was catching up with old friends. Oh, and they let you tip through Venmo, which is clutch, because I never have cash on me. Richelle Griffin I texted a picture of what I was wanting (pink and white ombré dip) since it was my first time getting a powder dip and was assured that they could accommodate. I showed the picture again to my technician. I paid extra for the ombré and extra for a shimmer (which completely masked the ombré). The result was nothing close to what I wanted. It looked messy and clunky. So disappointed! That being said, the woman was very nice.

Sangeeta Bhakat I am being generous when giving even 1 star. These people do not know how to do acrylic nails. They refused to clean my nails and were rushing to finish the work in like 10 mins. Due to this they cut my finger. I had to ask them to do normal things like cuticle cleaning, cutting my nails down, shaping almond the way almond is supposed to be. I can go on and on. If you want a good experience then please DO NOT go to this place. UPDATE: The response to my review from this owner is pretty standard to all complaints. Is there any remission for the blood and cut on my finger?

Neda Mandegaran Facial : 2 star The room looked more like a storage. No skincare products were used. Equipment was all home-grade that most of ladies have them at home these days. Nail : 4 star Even though I had an appointment and the owner changed my appointment to a sooner time, when we got there, had to wait for 20 minutes. The service was professional, the technicians were good at their job and offered what made the result cute and higher quality. They even adjusted disposable slippers for my kids. The price was reasonable. They offered many cookie and candy options to kids.

Mia Emerson Horrible experience at Vienna nails..i asked for thinner eyebrows. She said it didnt match my face and she already cut a lot off. Not only do I hate the eyebrows. She wouldnt fix them..there is so much hair left. Its not even clean under. Not only did she not clean any wax off my face she got it in my hair. I wont be coming back.

Tiffany H. Came back to the USA after 3 years living in another country..and I wanted to find a nail salon near my place that is good and close. There are actually 2 nail salons walking distance from my place but they both have horrible reviews so I decided to come to Vienna Nails and Lash after reading wonderful reviews on Yelp/Google. My first time coming here was on a Saturday. I came in right when they opened at 9am. Tina and Mindy greeted me instantly. Tina ended up doing my fill. While Tina was working on my nails Mindy asked if I wanted anything to drink..water, tea, coffee, etc.. I declined..but how nice!!! Tina was very meticulous with my nails and I could tell she was taking her time doing my nails. I really liked how my nails turned out with Tina..and told her I would be back!!! My second time here was on a Wednesday afternoon. I called ahead and asked if I could get my nails done with Tina in about 30 minutes. They were able to take me in 30 minutes for a fill with Tina. Once again Tina did a FANTASTIC job with my fill!!! They do waxing here too..so after I was done with my fill..Mindy waxed my eyebrows and upper lip. Mindy was great and super friendly!!! I will be coming back to Vienna Nails and Lash to get my nails done every two weeks with Tina. I will also be coming to Mindy to wax my eyebrows and upper lip. Come here if you want affordable nails and friendly service!!!

Farinaz Moslemi This was my third time getting a manicure there! The last two times were fine. It was acceptable considering the price. I have always done manicure and regular nail polish here. This time there was a new lady working on my nails and you see the result. She cut my pinkie finger skin. It didnt stop bleeding for a few minutes and hurt really bad. They did not even acknowledge what had happened. Acted like everything is normal. I have done many manicures in my life and believe me, ITS NOT NORMAL THAT THEY CUT YOU AND THEN IGNORE WHAT THEYVE DONE! Even the nail polish that was done by the same lady that did mine before, was not good! Look at the pictures. Its fresh! My nails didnt grow in a few hours! The nail polish line starts from one fifth of my nails as I wore them a week ago! At the end they asked me to pay more because I was using my credit card and not cash! WILL NOT GO BACK AND DO NO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Kelly $35 for a gel manicure! They get me in and out in an hour and play good shows on the TV. I’ve gone 3x now for gel manicure and/or pedicure and only had good experiences. It’s not fancy but it’s affordable, efficient, clean, and the nail techs are good
