Even for few days I broke my nails call in or stopped by or anything happen to my nails by an accident. They’re always happy to fix for me not even charge for it. Would said see you next time. Miea J. First picture is what I requested. The rest is what u got. When I walked in I first asked if they could do “PolyGel” since I recently found out I have an allergy to an active ingredient in acrylic powder. (I’ve done plenty of sets with others and had no reaction) the man at the front (John) advised they did and it was the GelX price. I then showed the design of what I wanted and asked if this were possible for them to do and Coffin/narrow shape, I said if not that is fine I can do another design. He said he was able to do it. Upon starting, he was really rough and acted as if he did not want to be there. When he started I had received a few messages as some of my family was visiting out of town and I had a work emergency I was resolving. I ensured I would use the hand he wasn’t touching. He continued to burn my nail bed 5x with the light being too close/high (again I’ve had before and never experienced this) at another point he burned my skin on the light. anytime I would say ow or express that it was burning me he would get an attitude. I felt very unwelcome and fought the tears through the pain. (I figured guess this what it means by it hurts to be beautiful) At some point he got so frustrated and with an attitude said “should I just do your nails another time?” I had to keep asking for him to correct/fix the shape. As you can see in the photos they are very lumpy/deformed. The left thumb still had a huge dent, which ended up falling off the next day. He left a bunch of the product under my nail The young lady that did my pedicure was nice and kept checking in throughout the process. Conclusion: I will not be going back, nor would I recommend. Waste of money for lack of service and rude treatment.

Mildren Castrillo Natural Nails & Spa is a wonderful nail shop! It’s very clean and everyone courteous! Vanessa is always great, does beautiful work and is super nice!

Bob Morris They do a great job on nails and toes. I noticed they have an extensive selections of nail colors and types. Also, many real comfortable chairs to sit in while they work on you. The owners are wonderful and the staff is happy to be working there. They all are well trained and awaiting your arrival!

Denise Guillen I was there visiting family members, perfect nails was near our hotel where we were staying at. I scheduled appointment and the customer service was great. The one thing I did not like was that product . Both my mother and I got regular pedicures and manicures. Now I understand that regular manicures don’t last too long, but my manicure Started chipping that same day and it only started getting worse throughout the days. The picture that I posted here is from 3 to 4 days after. I have gotten regular manicures, they last a little bit longer that they started chipping. Other than that the customer service was great.

Rhodevalencia De Moraila The first time that I did my nail there, the lady did a good job, but the second time I took my daughter with me and for me I ask a color for may nails and she did another color,I didn’t say anything because I didn’t make a big problem that was for my toes but for may nails, I didn’t like them either, but for my daughter, the other worker did a bad job, and when my daughter ask for another color she got mad and she was really rude! We were very polite all the time, we didn’t say anything but we never going to go back to that place.

Giselle Gonzalez i went today, they RIPPED of my prior acrylics and ruined my natural nails. on top of that they cut and made me bleed on one of my nails and didn’t even clean or cure the cut on my nail before applying the acrylic…burned so bad. i payed 85$ even after i told them that i was cut and was in pain from the technique she used to remove the previous set. they’re cute tho

John Doe The price had gone up 10%. It really depends on who you get. But other than that its pretty good. The man there is very rough he hurt me a couple of times in one session and I heard a woman one time tell him not be so rough.

Erica Lopez They ripped off the powder/gel coat layer on my nails and completely damaged one of my natural nails. The lady ripped it to the quick and it bled, she didn’t try to stop the bleeding or cure it. I’ve never had such bad service ever before.

Andi Snyder I have been getting my nails done here for a while now, and I have enjoyed every single set and the service I receive every time! I like to get medium length, almond-shaped nails with a design usually only on one finger. Phong does an INCREDIBLE job every time!! I show him a picture of what I want on Pinterest, and he slays it perfectly. I am always so impressed. I have also had my nails done by Kai, and loved them as well! Definitely recommend this shop!

Jocelyn Barrera Despite all the somewhat bad reviews, I took a chance and got my nails done here. Nancy not only had a good vibe but she did a wonderful job on my full set and pedicure! It was packed when I got there but was taken care of with 30 minutes without an appointment. I definitely will be going back!

Marcella Yoeono No foot massage during my pedicure. Sloppy cleaning of my cuticles on my mani, no hangnails removed, I showed an inspo pic to the girl attending me and she handed me swatch books and told me to choose my own colors. Disregarded it. So instead of relaxing I sat there and hand picked my colors. One for each finger, so 5 total (as per the pic) and she complained about so many colors saying “are you kidding me?” And “I can’t do anything exactly as it’s pictured”. I politely tried laughing off her snarky comments but it was unprofessional, I didn’t feel comfortable asking for adjustments so I’ll be driving out gladly paying toll to better places. Also she wanted me to walk BAREFOOT on that disgusting floor with hair and dirt all over it after my pedi to the mani station to “not ruin my polish”.

Cathy L Ive been going to this place for over 15 years and they never disappoint. Cathy does my pedicure & Tammy does my fill or full set. My husband also goes there for a pedicure and he has his specific person he goes to as well.

Ashley Devries Been going to this shop for a couple months and they have been amazing. Extremely nice, clean and welcoming. Recently brought in a pic I found online that required color blending and the male tech (don’t know his name) matched it exactly! I am so impressed and I love my nails ❤️

Brittany white LOVE Tammy!!! She is always professional and is quick, my nails are always right. Pedicure is always perfect as well as eyebrows! Been coming to pro nails for over 6years and Tammy has always been consistent!!! When Tammy was on maternity leave Kay did amazing as well! But I’m all team Tammy! She is also clean, clean, clean!!!! And I’m super picky lol see Tammy!!!!

Lu H I came in with my daughter so excited for her first manicure. I have never been into a nail place and seen it so dirty. There was nail dust EVERYWHERE. Spiderwebs, dead flies in the webs, so unpleasant. Then the actual manicure itself wasn’t even that?… anytime I get a manicure some sort of hand massage is part of it, none of that here. Nancy herself did my nails and she was rushing and didn’t even file or shape my nails evenly or asked my preference. The nail polish is spotty and not evenly applied.. so disappointed with the whole experience overall. Go to a cleaner place that actually cares for every customer no matter how “simple” the set is…

David Wolins Bomna is a miracle worker. She helped restore my feet!! Great place for a manicure (as my wife displays regularly) AND pedicure. Update - went for my bd. Had a wonderful foot massage. The place is CLEAN and the people are friendly.

Victoria Kresha Tina, Bounma and Jade are all the most friendly best nail technicians in Vallejo. I have been getting my nails done here and there for over 15 years but I stumbled upon their shop about 3 years ago and Im totally hooked. They offer several different nail polish brands and have an endless amount of glitter powders to choose from, they also offer chrome nail polish designs and if you havent heard or seen that then you oughta pay them a visit and check it out. Definitely call for an appointment, they book up pretty fast. Another great thing about this shop is that they listen to their customers and have exceptional attention to detail. Love, love, love this place!

Jesse Fajardo Dynasty Nails is great. I use their services because I have back problems, so its difficult for me to comfortably reach my feet. Back in 2016, I had recently relocated to Vallejo. I tried 6 other local nail salons before I tried Dynasty Nails. The ladies are always very welcoming, but Im sure they prefer customers to schedule an appointment in advance.

Miss Meechie My gel manicure was nice by Kelly.. but when the technician(kelly) got to my feet she used the same gloves, foot scrub and other tools she used on a previous client. After she was done before painting my feet she rinsed the gloves, foot scrubber & other tools in my dirty foot water & placed them back on her tool cart. Unsanitary. The towels are old & dirty... spider webs hanging from the ceiling. I had time to notice too many disgusting things here. I will not be back! These places make too much $ off the community to not make the establishment look more presentable.

S. Greenwood Rose does the best eyebrows! Shell get you in and out too, so theres never too long of a wait... However, I wouldnt suggest that you get your nails done here. Ive never liked the way any of them do nails. They dont shape them right, they dont have many colors, and they charge too much for an unsatisfactory job! If youre an older lady, like 50+, then you might like this place, other than that, its a NO on the nails!

Veronica Brooks I had a lovely experience at Ombre Nails! I arrived as a walk-in appointment for a gel acrylic mani and gel pedi and was seated immediately. Danny did an amazing job on my nails and Nathan did a wonderful job on my toes! I was in and out in just under one hour, so they were very fast, too. I waited one week before posting my review, and I am happy to report that after one week my nails have stayed practically perfect since I walked out of the shop. I will definitely return and highly recommend!

Mary Z I called to get an appointment and they told me to come in right away. I end up waiting for a very long time because they were crowded. My pedicure was messed up and the guy said it was because I didn’t get Gel polish but Gel polish breaks out my feet so I only get regular polish. I had a full set done by Maya and I explained to her that I wasn’t satisfied with my pedicure. She had another coworker fixed my pedicure and made it perfect. Maya did my nails exactly as I asked for them. I gave four stars instead of five because I did have difficulty in the beginning and I did stay there for three hours, but the end result I was satisfied. And I will be going back to Maya.

Sam Lloyd Tommy is the ONLY person I will go to for my nails. You have to get the gel-x with him, it’s great. They are much more durable and last for wayyy longer than acrylics. And they look better and are much quicker. His technique is great too and he does a very beautiful job with every design. I’ve been getting long acrylics for 10+ years, Tommy’s gel-x are by far the most sturdy and last the longest and the prettiest.

LaSandra Johnson This is a good place to get your nails done but only with one person(the main technician Erin i think that’s his name) everyone else has terrible attitudes and the end result is incredibly inconsistent at best. My pedicure is super easy I skip the massage I only want my toes clean and pretty..,, this was not the case today sadly perhaps because my guy was off. They didn’t even want to attempt to do my nails they told me to wait until he’s in after first telling me he was on his way....I spent an hour waiting for him to come but he never showed and then they said he had car trouble.., I’d give them less stars if it weren’t for my previous visits

Super sad when I went out of town for a bit and I couldnt get my nails done here. Pretty much all of their new artists can do designs and theyre very detailed oriented I like that they do Your mani pedi at the same time so that youre not spending too much time there The prices are very reasonable for intricate designs might be a bit much for more basic choices

Katie Avina I’m pretty upset about my experience I need to share it. I went in and asked for a regular acrylic set. One color. Nothing crazy. I haven’t been here for 6 months as I have been recovering from a horrible disease. I finally felt ok and wanted to get my nails done. I spent 2 hours there for the worst most expensive manicure of my life. I needed to use the bathroom and it was filthy with no seat covers. It’s very hot in the building so 2 hours was making me feel horrible. I’ve never had a manicure take that long ever. It cost $70 and every single one is crooked and there are marks in my nails and huge chunks of acrylic underneath. Then I go to pay and they don’t want to accept my cash. I will never be back. Never have I spent $70 on a regular one color set. I’ve even had cool designs done and still not $70. I feel like because I didn’t want my toes or eyelashes or eyebrows done they treated me poorly. If I could give negative stars I would. I just wanted to feel better. Having a debilitating illness is really frustrating already so using all my energy for this experience was such a waste and disheartening. I was so excited to get my nails done and now they just look horrible and I’m out $70.

Zia Llorente The lady was in a rush to finish, i tried explaining her and showing how ugly and messy she did my nails then she get mad. I also asked to wax my upper lips theyre still hair on it. Job is really messy. Not coming back here. Not worth it of your money.

ronza alamamreh Very very bad customer service. I ask the lady for help to find a color she yelled and said i can’t help you there is thousands of this color i don’t know . I said do u think u have this color and all i asked about was a french tip with a base and she said i only have clear base i don’t have this i said i did it here before and i just need to see a different book. She was very rude . She was wearing a head band and shorts and just breathing heavily while working on my nails. I asked who is the manager she will not tell me . Never coming here again

Millie Gibbs Go every 3 weeks. Clean. Love decor. Feel safe as far as disinfected tub. Staff is always fun. Gives advice if asked. Lots of colors. Never break a nail. Gives monetary incentives. Dont go anywhere else.Like the fact you can make an appointment. Never have to wait.

Gwendolyn Gill I have been coming to Home Spa Nail Salon for several months! Anne has been providing excellent service for my gel pedicures and manicures! She is gentle, caring, and consistent in her services My nails last forever without chipping before the next service. All the manicurists in the shop are welcoming, know your name and offer a great "home" feeling when you arrive. The shop is always clean with pleasant music and customers! You will love this place!

Brit Get Fit So a few minutes after i walk in a younger lady come from the back with an attitude. Told her I need a mani and pedi. She walked up bad vibe to take temp. Im thinking shes going to do it on my head she flicked it twice towards my wrist with a attitude then told me to wash my hands, still bad vibe! I sat down and my pedi was rushed. She had a attitude the whole time. Never said hello, how are you or anything.There was a lady next to me getting a pedi that was clearly there before me and we walked out about the same time. This pose to be my bday pedi and it was ruined. She basically didnt talk the whole time besides ask what color i wanted. She just made hand gestures when to move my feet. And i know she can speak perfect English from all the loud hip hop and r&b she was playing. Decided not to get mani and go somewhere else on my bday at 5pm! Thank you smh

(rude customer service, they talk about you and other people when you are getting your nails done). But, this place was different so, I walked in and a lady name Cydni said hi and asked what did I need done. She did my nails and she did a great job and I felt comfortable talking to her, we had good conversations . She was nice and she made me feel comfortable and I would personally recommend this place and I will personally go back for their service. Thank you, Cydni and Nail Art & Spa!

Choclit Cutey I loved that the salon was clean, serene, and nice. I just wanted a gel manicure. Everything went well with the manicure except one thing. The lady that provided the service left my nails all different lengths. I thought there would be at least some effort to make sure my nails were the same length and the same shape. This is what makes the manicure look neat.

Rin Mumford The work they do is good, Cindy is fantastic, its very clean and they keep excellent Covid protocols (temperature checks, hand-washing, masking). However, Ive only been getting my nails done here for four or five months and even in that short time, there have been TWO separate incidents where Ive shown up for a scheduled evening appointment only to find them closed early without having called to let me know my appointment was cancelled. So while the services Ive received have been great, Im really frustrated and considering looking for a new place already. Edit: Actually, I showed up at 5:35. I tried the door but it was locked, and the open sign was already turned off. You might have been waiting, but between the locked door and the open sign being turned off, it sure looked like you were closed already, and Im not sure how I was supposed to just know that wasnt the case.
