Rebecca Allen Morgan is the best manicurist! She rescued my nails from an atrocious acrylic job and I have been a loyal customer since. She is always so precise and personable, I don’t trust anybody else to take care of my nails. Morgan has online booking and offers IBX treatment that has strengthened and protected my nails. Personalized experience every time! Not to mention her zero gravity massage pedicure chair. Love scrolling through her Instagram and looking at the designs she does too!

Veronica Pena Im not sure of the quality of work of this place. I will add that when attempting to make an appointment, I made two attempts at calling. Both calls were answered and quickly hung up on. So, if you dislike poor customer service, this might not be the place for you.

Sansheart17 Nava Vicky is amazing! Ive been going to her for twenty years. I followed her from Oxnard to Oasis. Even when Ive had one of the other nail techs do my nails when Vicky is off, they are great and very professional. I always feel like Im getting the Royal treatment.

Carrie Fisher I have been coming here for years and Anne is very sweet, but lately she has been overbooking more and more. This is my last time. I took my mom and wanted to get a mani pedi for her and a pedi for me. We called at the beginning of the day and made an appointment for when they had time. Came back that afternoon at the time and they had two people working on two people and three people waiting to get pedicures. Two had just sat down and they had appointments for the same time as us. We saw all this and said we could come back if they were overbooked. They assured us it would only be 5 minutes. I am still sitting here, mom is getting her manicure but I havent been touched and its been 50 minutes. I am going now and wont come back. Leaving without pedicure and wasted nearly an hour

Elissa Salvo I got a gel manicure by Lee Lee and she did an excellent job! She was very particular and made sure my cuticles were perfect. She worked quickly but effectively when I was in a bit of a hurry. And she didn’t use a spinning tool buffer on my nails but buffed them by hand which I appreciated because those make my nails super thin. It was an overall great experience and good prices!

Vee Jewels It seemed like she was in a big hurry to do my nails. Every nail came out bad! I know they are gonna say your nail or finger is malformed! My a** my fingers and nails are fine, the nail shape is malformed! Didnt like it. Other customers take priority, I get it they go often but where does your reputation fall? Nice people BUT BAD NAILS!

Melissa Zavas Only one person working and by appointment only. I was referred to go to their other location when they have a dozen stations. The consistency of walk-in availability is lacking and I’ve had mixed feelings about the services I’ve received in the past. The location is great so I hope they figure out what they are doing.

Tiffany Rivera I was just there and spent a fortune on my hands and toes. Helen did the laziest job on my feet I have ever had. This place use to do quality work. This lady didn’t do anything but soak my feet in the chair and throw gel on my toes. Didn’t file didn’t do the scrub of the foot or callas and no lotion. She put on all thick no cuticle removal. I’m so upset. The man did my nails a funky shape didn’t wait to see what I wanted and had to macgiver it. He put the nail tips so high I can’t get a fill. I’m so upset at the lousy job they did .

Sierra Everyone is extremely nice and talented! Jenny is amazing ay acrylics and the pedicures are very relaxing and nice. I also get my eyebrows and lip waxed there and they always do a great job.

Angela Levy I called on Tuesday to make an appointment for Thursday. I asked for 1230pm. They asked me for 12pm noon. I said okay. I arrived early and the sign said that they would be back at noon. I waited till 1215pm and nobody showed up. Im extremely disappointed. I wanted to go to this place alot because its right next to the college. I have a class schedule so my appointment times are important. I feel so disrespected.

Ariadna Castro Chloe is absolutely amazing! Her studio feels so welcoming and is always clean, and I cant say enough about her incredible service. Her talent and confidence really shine through in her work! I originally had acrylic nails but decided to switch to Gel X, and it was the best decision ever. My nails look so natural, and I get so many compliments! Plus, my natural nails are growing beautifully. Im beyond happy with her service and the results. I will definitely be coming back for more!

Samara Harris Chloe is amazing!! Not only is she so sweet and professional, but she is extremely talented. I go to her for my nails and she prides herself in keeping up with the latest trends and having a diverse collection of colors. Highly recommend!!

Remi Ali Khan After being disappointed from numerous nail salons in Ventura and Oxnard, I’m so glad I found Chloe’s Studio! Chloe’s work is beyond amazing! She made sure my nails were perfect and ensured I was happy with my experience. Chloe goes above and beyond and her service was quick (but I did not feel rushed by any means.) Chloe is such a sweetheart too which is the cherry on top! Chloe’s Studio is definitely going to be my new go to for my nails! :)

Alexandra Perez Chloe has to be one of the best nail tech Ive ever encountered! She is such a talented person, I love her attention to detail and she is so easy to have a conversation with. I will definitely be coming back to get my nails done and recommending her business to friends. The salon is so cute and very welcoming!

Morgan Glass I wanted a French tip for my sisters wedding and this was the result. The acrylic is white there is no polish on my nail besides clear. I asked her to make them shorter she said no I asked her to do it like inspo my picture she said no. This is not a French tip this is half white half clear nail. It was also extremely painful, sanding my nail down to probably my skin for 30+ minutes. I will be going elsewhere to get these. Don’t waste your money or time.

Sarawr Dubya They look good from a distance... just don’t get too close. (Two different people worked on my nails... ) they Never compared hands to make sure that the nails were the same. The one girl didn’t know what she was doing at all and had to have somebody else shape my nail and that woman didn’t do that good of a job either no offense. One of my pinkies is extremely crooked and I kept trying to tell her but she wouldn’t listen Saying that it wasn’t done yet and it would be good after they were done filing it. I could do a betterjob myself I know this because I usually do my own nails I just have a 15-month-old and don’t have the time. I’m not saying every technician there is like that but the ones I had seemed to have minimal training at Best. I mean seriously I kept trying to tell them that my pinky was crooked and they kept completely disregarding what I was saying I don’t know if it was a language thing or what because one of the two women barely spoke any English at all and kept having to have the other one translate. Also I paid extra to have gel instead of regular nail polish and this is where the woman’s lack of training became really really clear to me because even I know that after you apply the gel and set it in the lamp You don’t file it or else you break the seal and this woman totally file that I was cringing the whole time I will not go back. It really sucks because this was like something I was really looking forward to and I kind of feel gypped because my nails look really good from far away but if you get close the application is terrible. I had a reference picture for shape and they don’t really look anything like this shape which was a stiletto With a slightly blunted tip and this is more like an almond. I was going to get them all bling doubt if they had jams but once she applied to the Tips and they started shaping I knew that I wasn’t even going to ask. All the nails are a little off for the most part but I just cannot get over that pink you were just so clearly crooked and I kept trying to tell them I think that’s the most unprofessional part other than like the clear lack of training because she totally filed to seal off of my gel. Oh and of course I’m nice so I had to tip both girls even though I left there kind of unsatisfied. Guess the point of this is if you do go make sure that you set an appointment and ask for somebody that has a lot of experience don’t let them just Pawn you off on the new girl and feel free to get rowdy. Also be aware though that if they do make your nail is crooked as mine and your tech is as an experienced as this girl is she might just try to rip it off don’t let them do that make them soak it off Ps sorry about typos or anything using voice text cuz again... mom life. Hopefully you get the gist.

Abbiie Bautista I was in the area so I walked in 7/28/23 at around 1pm to ask about the price of a gel pedi for my future reference. I walked in and there was only one lady working on someone’s toes. I proceeded to ask her the question in a friendly manner. She didn’t answer right away, she looked at me up and down with a stank face and what seemed to be forever she finally said something but in a REALLY low voice that I didn’t even hear her. I asked her what she said and she mumbled in a very low voice. It’s like if she was doing it on purpose. I asked her again and she said 45 but still in a very low voice mumbling I barely heard what she said. After that I just walked out. Obviously this lady doesn’t care about her customers and doesn’t care if she’s being rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I should’ve read the other reviews before even thinking of coming in here. What they say are right ! Straight up rude ! I will be taking my money elsewhere!!!

Amy Dimmick The ladies who work here are so nice as well as being really good at their work. Always amazed at how they remember me, my family and friends when I am in. Not a fancy salon but excellent and relaxing.

Shanna Munoz Very friendly ladies. Clean place . But horrible workmanship on the nails (and I am one of the least picky on nails) I got a basic French manicure.. They didn’t glue the tips all the way which created a gap that dirt and or moisture can/does get trapped in. The acrylics were super thick. And unnatural looking. They didn’t trim the real nail underneath. They didn’t paint the top edges. My daughters came off in a week. The “ gel” toenail polish came off in 3 days which has never happened . My daughter and I each got a full set and I got a pedicure. $200 with tip. Unfortunately, I won’t ever be going back. I never leave bad reviews- but I have to say something.

Jennifer Moore I love Century Nails. The nicest people own the store and they have the best prices!! I live in Camarillo and its worth the drive to Ventura. I recommend making an appt because they are usually booked and busy if you walk in.

Piper Stultz I started going to Laura almost 2 years ago. Im allergic to acrylic so finding someone who does poly gel nails can be a nightmare. Ive been getting my nails done for 6.5 years needless to say Im particular in who does my nails. I absolutely love how meticulous she is. My nails are always long and decorated she never disappoints.

Abby Leland I rarely get my nails done so they were in need of some work and Laura was so great. She was incredibly friendly and gentle with my nails and one of the nicest people Ive ever met. She did my nails beautifully and Im so happy with them. The whole studio is so clean and cute too. Definitely recommend!

Erin Thompson I got hard gel done by Laura after a friend recommended her. She’s so sweet and so good at bringing your nail art to life! She was able to create exactly what I wanted, these adorable little sparkly rainbows for pride month. Highly recommend!!

Heidi Sohn I got an AMAZING, long-lasting manicure from Tina. I told her that I was going to Cancun so she did multiple layers of color and clear polish. I was so HAPPY that my nails stayed beautiful ALL WEEK, despite my being in the pool or ocean for hours each day. Thank you, Tina!

Ilya Vita Loved the cleanliness of the salon and how friendly everyone was. That said, I had my nails done here three times. The first visit was a complete set of acrylics. The following two times were fills. Each time, I would have polish chipping and peeling and lose at least one nails. The last time I went in for a fill, I was told I would need a new set for the next visit. Two days later, I had to go back because the polish was peeling. In addition, I had a pedicure and ended up with an infection on the side of my toe. Changed salons and do not have this issue any longer.

Clariece G This place is so dirty. There is stuff all over the pedicure stations, the chairs are falling apart, its just not clean. My father is diabetic and I treat him to one when I can. He wanted to come here and I wanted to run away the second they put me in a chair. The chair has exposed wires and is falling apart and was very clearly not cleaned after the previous client. I declined all services, but he still insisted so I did what he wanted. The lady didnt do bad, she hurt him a few times. He is a very large man and cant move like most and she kept telling him to bend his knees into his chest. He cant. She got mad at him and it took everything in me not to go off. People have always worked with his size and worked with him. This is so freaking disappointing. Dont be fooled by their pictures. It does not look that nice anymore!!! They couldve asked a guy sitting with his SO to switch to the other side of her and instead, they put me in this crumbling piece of trash. NEVER AGAIN!!!! So freaking gross.

Emma C Unfortunately not the greatest nail service. The way the nail polish was applied was very rushed, and there’s a good amount of polish around the cuticles. It feels like she was trying to cover the fact that she cut my nail bed on my ring finger lol! Sadly, we won’t be returning! My pedicure lady was great though, and very friendly!

A Prices are a little high but amazing staff and love coming here very b personal and comfortable pedicure is always perfect and done so well always cuticle cuticle and always introvert taken out and dead skin removed

Sarah Warwick The nails are hard to photograph and look way better in person but I love them and I really enjoyed my experience. I believe my nail Tech told me her name was Lynn, we talked the whole time which has never happened to me before in a nail place and I really enjoyed that. I’ve been to quite a few places in town but I have found my favorite tech and I will be going to Encore and asking for her from now on. 10/10. Update: I ended up coming back a second time and having a bad experience I guess or the pandemic made it hard to get nails so recently I started going to other places again. I never found a good one and decided to try back here. Idk who all my nail techs where but they did a fantastic job and I am happy. I have been getting so disappointed by nail places lately idfk why I ever stopped coming here but that was dumb of me and I will be back. Including more recent photos of my most recent finger/toes overhaul and the terrible nails I had before.

Corey Green The staff got me in for a full set last minute and I appreciate that, but my nails turned out horrible. The shape was terrible and the acrylic is uneven in thickness. There is gel all up in my cuticle and acrylic stuck to my fingers. Id complain and go back to get them fixed BUT while I was there a customer had returned to get her nails fixed and had an appointment. The customer was getting frustrated because they had her waiting for so long. Long story short they told her to come back tomorrow and clearly both sides were frustrated. The worst part is, I didnt have an appointment and they saw me first! Obviously there is no money to make in fixing someones nails so why bother. I would have gone back to have them fixed but I already saw how they treat unsatisfied customers and didnt see any point.

Daisy Duke If youre a walk in they will fit you in asap. On the other hand if you have an appointment expect to wait 15-30 minutes as they will take a walk in right before your appointment time and leave you waiting. The quality of their work is about average. Mindy the owner spends most of her time watching what everyone else is doing and talking in her native language to her employees in the shop. Not a quick answer but lengthy conversations where they are laughing and carrying on. While this is going on you are ignored and her attention is not on your nails much of the time. So the end result is the acrylic is dripped over the sides of the nail and dried on the back. Dry acrylic left all around your cuticle and skin on sides of nail, and nails noticeably longer than others. The side profile of the nails instead of having a smooth transition up to the cuticles have a small hump. I have been to this salon many times and sometimes the nail quality is better than other times. I do not go on a regular basis so when I do go I just hope for a better experience. I really need to quit going and find a new shop.

Christa McGrath On window it says walk ins welcome and when we walk in they tell us basically since we didnt call that they were declining our business. Really saying no to 2 paying customers that would have been continuous, thats basically for business

Taryn Holguin Walked in for a mani/pedi.... Door says walk ins are welcome. Immediately got a dirty look and I asked if they had time for a mani/pedi and she gave me (with attitude) the response of. “Like late later ..... around 5! We are busy!” I don’t usually write reviews but it was very unwelcoming and rude. Door said walk ins welcome so I would assume walk ins were welcome .... Not coming here again. Maybe if they’re too busy for walk ins they should not advertise that they take them.

Lisa Mueller This is the worst Manicure Pedicure I have ever had. What a total rip off!!!! Be prepared to pay $150 for a basic manicure and pedicure. It was over $30 just to remove the gels from my hands and feet! Thats insane ! She did not even put polish on my toes (as pictured) and my nail polish on my fingers chipped after 3 days. Not even all of the previous red polish was REMOVED on my big toe!! My toes look worse than when I came in!! What exactly did I pay for??? I NEVER GOT A FULL PEDICURE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO POLISH ON MY TOES. She made me feel so uncomfortable. Terrible attitude and poor customer service. What a horrible experience. Dont waste your time and money here. BEWARE!!!!

Karen Harris This place has gone downhill since my last visit. I will not be going back. The person who gave me the treatment hurt me and did not apologize. She said it was because of the shape of my nails and that she could either cut them or not but couldn’t guarantee doing it without any pain. I paid a lot for this treatment and I was very disappointed. It was unprofessional to say the least.

She is not only an excellent nail technician but also a great communicator, making sure I am comfortable and satisfied throughout the process. The service is always prompt, and I never have to wait long, even during busy times. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, thanks to Tinas accommodating nature. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and always well-stocked with a wide range of colors and designs to choose from. Overall, Tina provides an exceptional experience that goes above and beyond just getting your nails done. Fatima Calderon After several good manis and pedis here, I had an awful humiliating experience. If you don’t want to be accused of lying in front of a crowd, damaged nails and a gamble at a bad mani and pedi don’t come here! The evening after the gel mani and pedi, I had a nail break and polish peel off. My nails were cut from a medium-long length to pretty short so when my nail broke, it peeled to expose sensitive skin. The pain was excruciating. I now realize that the service provider used the electric device to remove the gel excessively thinning out my nails. After two weeks my nails are still breaking! The day after my appointment I also noticed excess skin besides my toes and dry skin patches all over my feet. I was really upset because I remember specifically paying extra for the ‘Deluxe’ pedicure which included callus removal. On Monday, I called to explain the situation to the owner. She asked me to come in, but unfortunately I was leaving town for a week. Upon returning, I drove straight there. I waited about 15 mins and picked out new colors, but the person in charge told me I couldn’t have new colors. I wished I would have asked why. After the 1 hour drive hassle, I was hoping I could at least get new colors. Little did I know that the time driving would be the better part of this experience. Then I’m told that they are only re-doing the pedi because I would have had to come in the day after to fix the mani. Honestly this is when I started to get frustrated and angry. I reminded the person in charge to tell the owner about my travels and that it wasn’t just a chip in my nails, but that my nails were damaged. When she came to report back from her conversation with the owner she said that to remove dry skin from the feet I’d have to pay for callus removal which of course, I did! Her response was incredible. She said she was going to have to check the cameras. I couldn’t believe she was accusing me of lying. I was so embarrassed, I regret not leaving right then and there! No mani and pedi is worth your dignity. Ultimately, a new service provider re-did my pedicure and the original service provider re-did the two broken nails with the peeled off polish. Had I known my character would have been brought to question in front of a crowd, I would have NEVER given them an opportunity to do a better job. Honestly, I should have just posted a review of my original bad experience because as I left the person in charge encouraged me to write a review. It sounds like they enjoy feedback, whether it is good or bad, which is great, except I dont think she realizes that the issue was the way the managed the situation. I understand mistakes happen, but theres no excuse for treating someone the way she treated me. At least the nail technician who originally did my mani was kind and apologetic. Bottom line: youll probably have a good mani and pedi here, but if/when you dont, and you speak up, you will be humiliated. Your dignity is not worth the gamble.

Iris Franklin I’ve been going to Daisy Nails for about 20 years and love it. They recently updated the spa chairs. All the staff are polite and very good and will accommodate any special requests you may have. Great place.

Sarah After getting some pretty mediocre pedicures in various places around Ventura and Oxnard, I was so happy to find this salon! Its been a while since Ive had such excellent attention to detail with a perfect finish. No pushing extra services or trying to upsell you. They give you exactly what you ask for and they do a great job. I will definitely be back!

Margo C For my bday,my cousin gave me a gift card for a gel fill at Daisy Nails in the plaza by Ralphs in Ventura off Victoria. Rosie did my nails and did a wonderful job. They were filed beautifully and polished perfect. If you need a mani/pedi,I definitely suggest you try her out!! Ill be back!

Alexa Belichick I have attached pictures of a full set that cost me $50. They did a good job, but considering Im from Philadelphia, the fact that they charged extra for the length, the coffin shape, $15 for gel color, $5 for gel color removal and an extra $1 for credit card takes is infuriating. Why? They charge extra for nails that are longer than the end of your nail bed. Which, i dont understand because on the east coast at least some length is incorporated into the cost of your full set. It seems EVERY nail salon in California is charging a la carte and taxing beyond belief. I will give this salon some credit. They worked with me and took $7 off the gel because initially i said no to the excessive price and was just going to go with regular nail color. I will continue to look for a decent nail salon in this area and keep you all posted.

Fernandez Isabella (v4kcy) very professional with the work they do and very gentle when they do it, i recommend here because of the better techniques they use, along with just the overall look of my nails whenever I come here. they give tips on what you receive and insight, as-well as good communication and explain what your going to get.

oof Spent $53 including tip, the edges of my pedicure are so crusty and done with seriously no care. I waited 50 minutes for this and took these immediately as I got in the car. Been here a couple times and only twice have I actually had a good pedicure.

Mariekie Quinn I went in with my daughter for a girls day… well it seems there has been a change in management and technicians. They are not very friendly anymore. Weve been coming here for years. I got a gel pedicure with two colors and design and they gave me a lot of trouble about wanting two colors. And kept asking me to confirm yes. Like they didn’t want to do the nail art. My daughter was getting birthday nails and got a full acrylic set put on. we could not understand a thing the gentleman was saying and he had to ask two other employees to help him understand that she wanted clear acrylic nails with a design over the clear. They were not open to doing any nail art. And then He cut her skin above the cuticle line. She said ouch. And he just brushed it off and mumbled wash your hands. Very rude and not friendly anymore here. Sad to experience this once fun place turn so rude and off-putting. We wont be coming back ever again!!

Briar Riley Don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve never has such hideous nails. I went in for a fill and my appointment was at 12:30, but they finally said they were ready for me at 12:55. It was on a Monday afternoon and they weren’t even busy. Several workers were just sitting around on their phones and iPads. I went in for a fill, and I was only missing 3 total nails. The rest were perfectly fine, but the guy insisted it’d be easier to “remove them all and start over”. The shape of the nails are awful, he made my cuticles bleed, and he was aggressively moving my arms and hands when he was filing them. He also was moving at a VERY slow pace. Didn’t seem experienced at all. It was the bigger guy with the smiley face mask. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I’ve NEVER had an experience as bad as this! Save your money and don’t come here.

Forest & Raya Carlisle Blossom is my go-to regular nail salon in Ventura. Their gel manicures are not too thick - an issue I’ve had with other salons. I usually get pretty simple one color nails, and they consistently do very nice work!

Pamela Martinez I’ve been going here for the last 7 months and I really wanted to like this place because of the reviews. Each time that I’ve gone in, I’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes even with an appointment. I’ve tried to be understanding and patient since the salon is always busy. I went in at 3:30pm today for a gel manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was great and the lady who did my toes shaped them perfectly. The manicure on the other hand is the worst manicure I’ve gotten in my life. For some reason they were closing early (I was not aware I’d be the last client of the day) and the man who did my nails rushed through the entire process. My cuticles were not cut, the nail color is uneven and the excess nail polish that dripped on the cuticles was not cleaned up. The last two times that I’ve gone in to get my nails done I walk out feeling so upset and disappointed. If you’re looking for a place to waste your money and feel disappointed, look no further.

Michelle 5 stars for the pedicure, and 2 for the manicure. So disappointed in the poor quality. These pics are day 1. If theyre busy, walk out and find another salon, otherwise their rush job could turn out like this. I know I wont be returning.

Debbie Burns Anna at Pro Nails was amazing! She was very meticulous and completed my Deluxe Pedicure with perfection. It looks like I have new, soft, and beautiful feet! I would highly recommend! In addition, the price was very reasonable when compared to other locations.

So accommodating and today when I got there about 40 min before closing it looked like they were going to wrap it up for the day and they could have easily sent me away but instead were welcoming and didn’t rush my service. As a working mom with three kids sometimes it’s hard to find the time to get in and I was really appreciative they made it happen. Great place.
