Reina Melena I’ve tried at least three other salons in Apple Valley off Highway 18. I have to say that Classy nails is my number one go too hands down btw Lynn is awesome. My family & I go for all services pedicures, manicures & full sets. Everyone is so nice pedicures are amazing. I definitely recommend & I will continue to be a returning customer.

Samir Patel I go on once a month with my wife for a pedicure. Katie is our girl. She is amazing and so friendly. She always gets my ingrown toe nail out and her hands are magical when she gives a foot massage. Classy nails is a great joint and values their customers. They are very nice and always smiling. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Marcia Aguiar This was my first visit here and by far the Best pedicure I have ever had. It was very clean the customer service was Amazing. Stephen spent a long time on my pedicure and was very thorough and kind. Will definitely be going back. The atmosphere in the shop was so impressive!

Rj Diversé Ive never been one to write reviews good bad or indifferent, but this was by for the worst experience my wife and have ever had. Kelly was so rude and and rough. My wife was so upset with how everything transpired. We will never do business here again. Safe your time and your money!! That place should be shut down for conducting business in the way they do. Unsanitary and inexcusable service.

Carin Reddig I was in Victorville this morning waiting for a friend who had an appointment. I had a few hours to kill and I happened to walk past Chip-N-Nails and, being in need of a haircut, I popped my head in and asked if they took walk-ins. Naomi was able to give me a cut after a very short wait. Everyone there was very nice and Naomi did a great job. I wish I lived closer! I would definitely be a long-term customer.

Taryn Tejeda First of all the person that put something about facials is wrong because there never has been where you can get facials there. The things you can get there are manicures, pedicures, full sets, gel, just polish, acrylics and most anything that goes with nails. I have gone to Kelly for over 9 years and she is amazing, kind, sweet, fun, has a great personality. The shop is super clean, classy, and welcoming. I always walk away loving my nails and always planning some thing fun with my nail for my next appt. You should book your appointment now and come and enjoy getting pampered.

Margaret Egan I’ve been getting my nails filled here for the past year and they do a great job! Nancy did this set for me and put a lot of effort into shaping my nails. I love how they turned out! It can sometimes get busy, so I recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. The staff is friendly and always seems to be working hard.

Alison Poindexter Tee was so wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure I had my dream Instagram cat-eye gel manicure with a design. My friend recommended this salon to me and I will never go anywhere again. This is it! My best friend also got incredibly shaped sparkly gorgeous nails!

Leslie Salazar ICK! I’d give ZERO stars if I could. I came in because of the good reviews and my regular place was really busy so I decide to try them out. I asked for French almond nails like the picture and left with the ugliest nails ever, the shape is SO weird I don’t even understand how he shaped them to look like they’re pointing up smh. Disappointed is an understatement. Then when I say I’m not happy with them he says “NO!” gets upset with me for not liking the weird nails, I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave I hated having to sit there for someone else to try and fix them. I definitely won’t be back. I’ll never stray from Euphoria nails again, They’re the best

Gwendelyn Orellana this place is absolutely terrible and completely unprofessional. the man who owns the shop is so sweet and has done my nails once and did a good job as well as his daughter, HOWEVER HIS WIFE is a nightmare. she has done my nails a couple times now and they’ve never came out the way i want; always crooked, always clumpy, always just not what i asked for. this is my last time, i came in and i get my usual french tip and she did then a completely different way and they looked HORRENDOUS. i asked her if they changed the way they do their french tips and she immediately gets defensive and tells me if i don’t like them i need to get them removed and she treated me so horrible, was really aggressive in the way she grabbed my hands and became very rude. she let me walk out like this (pictured) i came home and cried to my mami who was furious, but it’s okay God bless her just do not come here and waste your time because now i have to go to work looking like this.

Violet Clayton Pretty disappointed. It’s been a week and they’re already lifting and pulling my hair! They’re lumpy and my toe nail polish has bumps also. I was the only one in there and he was doing a good job after a while a few others came in and he started rushing and did a horrible job.

Robin Diggs The Female... I wont say lady who sits up front, I believe the wife of the owner is rude! Her work is tacky, uneven and has a attitude if you say anything,.. I finally had enough, I paid her and left with the job less than half done.. I was just too through!! GET RID OF THE WIFEY!! I had to give at least one star but SHE DESERES ZERO!

Yolanda Staples This place is terrible, please dont come here for any nail or foot service. They advertise that they offer paraffin wax with the pedicures, they dont. The young lady who did my nails clearly hasnt been taught correctly. I got a fill in and the acrylic was too thick and not close enough to my nail bed like I like it. When I mentioned it to her she said shed file it down smh. My pedicure was ok. But if you want nail service I wouldnt recommend this place AT ALL.

Lady luv u 333 I got white tips done Friday and Sunday the clear paint was peeling and my middle finger looked like bubbles was starting to form I tipped the older lady a 5 dollar tip just for the paint to come off the nail not good business

I was in a hurry like always and soon as I arrived Andy did my pedicure and he did a amazing job so good I almost fell asleep while he was massaging and he made sure all the callous was off the bottom of my feet. And Ve does my eyelashes and eyebrows and she is the best in Victorville. I mean she is perfect and I am always satisfied with her work and I am very picky. I been coming here for 8 years.

Jada Jenkins Yes! This is the place to go lady’s I’ve been going to this salon for YEARS! Vee is the one to do the BEST eyebrows threading or mico blade in town! I’ve had both did by her she the BEST! I totally recommend her. ❤️

Sylvia Mitchell I came in for Gel-X removal and a gel manicure, booked online the night before for a 1 pm appointment on Monday. I was seated immediately with Deserae and offered drinks or snacks from their coffee bar. The place looked beautiful, and the music was the perfect volume. She worked at getting my old nails off without damaging my natural nails, which I really appreciated. The sugar scrub and massage felt AMAZING and not rushed at all. Once it was time for me to choose a color, she helped me look through their swatch rings for the perfect blue. She paid super close attention to detail when shaping and painting my nails and made sure the color was even and neat. The payment process was super easy with the Zelle QR code. Talking with her felt easy and natural, more like talking to a friend than a manicurist. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, calm salon with experienced, polite techs.

Moniee Monee I love the ambience in the salon, it feels very luxury and the way you should feel when it’s time to be pampered! They are very clean and GREAT customer service!! Definitely a much needed change to nail service needed in the high desert.

Sideup Sunny “sunshine” Rosie did my nails today and I absolutely love them. I am very picky and usually go home and mess with my nails when I’m done but she did just a beautiful job. Better than expected and she will be my new nail tech! I didn’t want them to pointy because I have a young child and my job.

I have tried to find a place who does as good of a job like she does and no one does my nails like her Im super picky about nails too. Tom Lyon I go to Classic Nails for pedicure. Jimmy always always does my pedicure and he always does a great job. He is professional and very good at what he does. Prices are reasonable. I will keep coming back to Classic Nails.

Cendy Del My spot for pedicures. My nails are always trimmed nice, cuticles and dead skin removed. Everyone here is always friendly and can’t beat a starting price of $25 and up for pedicures. I also love that I can just walk-in and be helped since I’m busy and making appointments is not my style. I will edit and add pictures of the pedicures I get from now on.

Jace Space I went to Victorville for a family get together for my neicy and nephews birthday. My mom found this mall browsing online. It was a bit challenging to find being my first time in the mall. I had to call to be lead to it. It was packed yesterday around 1240pm. I showed them a picture of what I was looking for(a matte dark pink..but shorter with an almond shape. I sat down with a man named John. And he impressed me!

Nancy Duggan Traveling and had the worst fill and gel polish. Very expensive. I wish I could post a picture of my horrible nails.

Alizé Would rate 0 if I could rude staff literally doesn’t do anything unless you say something about it I paid 55$ for this didn’t cut cuticle or add oil didn’t file or shape right, very thick uneven nails, there was glue everywhere, very messy doesn’t look right at all worst in person all I asked was for a simple French tip with charms and YES I did correct and say something while she was doing my nails but she kept assuring me she knew what she was doing I should apply here seeing they hire with 0 experience honestly ridiculous don’t go here

Maribel Cardenas DO NOT GO HERE!! Very messy work. The lady that did my nails didn’t file my nails right plus she never put cuticle oil when she finished my nails. Paid $55 for this ugly set. Plus she made me bleed on almost all my fingers. Torture.

Bailey Niblett Horrible! Never going back. It was way too expensive, $61 for this, not even worth it in the slightest. Went to a new nail salon and had them redo my nails, which are 100x better than these. This monstrosity is horrendous. The lady didnt even take her time or push back my cuticles or anything, and she just looked mad the entire time. Totally not professional. I dont even know how this place stays in business. Would rate negative stars if I could. Never again. Do not go here!

Karina Villanueva First with the positive. Customer service was incredible. The place was clean and they quickly helped me, even though I did not have an appointment. My pedicure looks great. However another person did my manicure. It looks like my daughter did it. Theyre supposed to be almond shape and each has a different shape. Theyre thick and bumpy. Every time I mentioned it she said they would file out. Not to mention that they look like theres a week growth and I just left the salon. Definitely do not recommend manicure here.

Felicia McLain They charged me for a service that they provided that they did not inform me of beforehand. They also cut my fingers with the nail file 4 times. I dont enjoy getting my nails done and I did so for a special occasion. The nails themselves look nice, but I was bleeding and pulling my hands away during the appointment. It was unpleasant and painful.

Meilani Gutierrez Just got these two days ago, first time getting a nail fill there, shaping was bad and polish application was bad. My nails already chipping after 2 days the quality is horrible. She thinned Out my natural nail and the acrylic application was so thin it chipped away. She also did cut me with the drill. She was friendly just the job wasn’t done correctly.

Thats Destinee Helen (the owner) is such a sweetheart, facility is very clean (love how they use plastic during pedicures), a whole wall full of different colors, and friendly staff! Basic pedicure comes with scrub massage as well. Will be returning in 2 weeks :)

rachel broskey I just visited the salon yesterday I did not have an appointment I was a walk-in and they still took me right back for a full set with French tips and also a pedicure with French tips. I I was in and out of there in like an hour! I had a gentleman working on my pedicure and I had a female working on my French tips and acrylics her name was Heather and she was very personable and very easy to communicate with I actually for the first time enjoyed talking to my nail tech which was kind of nice! I would 100% recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back!

Sierra Alexi Would not go back. I went last weekend as a pick me up and I got cut 3 times. My nails are lumpy and lifting after less than a week. I got gel and arcylic cured over my skin and had to go back. Should have know after the tips kept popping off while gluing. Better off going somewhere else or doing your own nails. 70 dollars down and poor quality nails.

I’m not adventurous with my nails, and it was important to find someone who could do the classics well. He has great attention to detail and he’s always got a smile! Highly recommend!

Elva Hello, Mio Nail Spa is amazing, and John is the best! His attention to detail is incredible he always makes sure my nails are perfect, from the shape to the design. He listens to what I want and gives great suggestions, so I always leave thrilled with the results. Plus, he’s so friendly and makes every appointment enjoyable. Carmela Morris I was truly disappointed this visit with my nail tech. I went in for a full set and short French tip. My process was rushed to the point that I was cut on my pinky. I wanted my nails shared square but rounded and filed more narrow. These nail are chunky, sloppy, not property cleaned around the edges. I left truly saddened, I normally go to Wendy but she was occupied. I’m not the type consistently repeat how I like my nails or monitor every single move. My hope is that you understood what I initially wanted and could deliver. After a cut pinky due to the rushed drilling and $56 (which is insane to say out loud given how horrible this economy is right now), I wasted my time and money. This was truly not worth it.

Marisa Martinez Woman that helped me with my Eyebrow and lip wax forgot to wax under my left eyebrow and cleaned it up, instead, with tweezers, after I told her she forgot to wax there... She said she did not forget but she did. There was a $1 charge to use credit card. She demanded a tip, using the card reader. I entered a small amount because that was what I could afford, and she laughed at it. She, literally, laughed and repeated how much tip I left and made me feel horribly embarrassed. A tip is not expected. I would never recommend this place. They demand tips and mistreat customers. She did not complete my service correctly because she was rushing

Es Kaka I gave this place a chance because I was simply going in to get my acrylics removed and obtain a simple gel manicure. However, i was highly disappointed with the service i received from the older gentleman with the mustache. I felt he did not even want to do my nails at all. The end product lacked luster to me and was just a complete let down. I did not think someone could mess up a french tip but i was highly wrong. I am solely rating it a 2 instead of a 1 because i did observe other workers providing better customer service so i do believe the rating of this place probably depends on the person you get. FYI Gel manicure cost $35, if paying with a card will charge you an extra $1.

Annie Nelson Once Marinellos Beauty College closed I had to find a new nail salon. I tried several in my area and was always disappointed as they kept pushing higher-priced services on me even after I said no several times. I finally found Enter. My favorite Nail Tech is no longer there but I like the owner very much. Shes very quick, friendly and does an excellent job. Im not as fond of her husband and the other woman that works there but thats okay. They have wonderful pedicure Spa chairs and I enjoy that tremendously. Ive recently started paying extra to get gel nails and my nails are really growing. They are priced competitively with the other Vietnamese salons. I rarely have to wait and they have an amazing selection of colors.

Daisy Ram My daughter and I were seated for pedi. Waited about 10 minutes when a group of people showed up. The lady asked if I could wait because the group of people came back. I said no Thank you and left. I was 8 months pregnant with my five year old. If you are waiting or unsure of a group of people to come back just wait and not seat clients before hand. I’d rather be told that they have no time then being told yes and seat down at the pedi station knowing that other individuals were ahead at me and could return back.

Maura Herrera The man there was really nice as we walked in. Started doing my nails. Then when I told him what I wanted he got upset that I didnt want white tips. He started getting frustrated with me. Worst customer service ever. Not to mention he kept slamming stuff when he was doing my nails. Then he would stop every time to check the receipts that the other girls had checked out. Like really! 5 people left before me and got both mani and pedis. Really disappointed and aggravated that I spent all that time there for OK nails. Skipped the pedicure with that kind of an attitude Im good. If you dont like doing nails let the girls do it. 0 stars if possible.

Life with Prince I am highly upset I have never done a review, but I paid 41 for a pedicure for a polish that looks like a 2 year old did it. I told the lady that the polish was horrible and I didn’t like it so she decided to add more polish lol I will never go back.

Tiffany Coldewey Do not go here!!!! I ignored the reviews and went. First time they sat me in a chair for 45 mins to make me think I was next for a pedicure finally after 2 hours I was done. Second time I asked for a very very simple design on my toes but what the lady did was horrible I asked nicely to remove the heart design. She did then talked crap about me in her lovely language for 5 mins after. I was so upset I ask to pay my bill and I left. I will never go here again. Im not one to complain but please just go else where.
