Strautins Ian (Straws) Really impressive wooden playground. Lots of variety and area is boxed in from road with fencing. Plenty of stairs and climbing means the bigger kids get a bit more out of it than the toddlers.

A D Wonderful wooden park that allows for childrens imagination to run wild. Easy to get to with heaps of parking available at the adjacent Leisure Centre carpark. Suitable for a variety of different ages and abilities from baby through to 12 year olds. So many different things to play on you can easily spend hours here. There are not any toilets available which is a disappointment but otherwise a great playground.

Roni Dattani A dog friendly park (allowed to go off leash) and most of the other dog owners do the right thing to keep the park clean. There is a water fountain and doggie bowl near a kiddie park and plenty of fields where kids play sports . Public toilets next to the tennis courts and plenty of parking. It is a short walk to the river and the there are a few spots you can find emergency doggie bags if needed. Best thing about the park is your dog will want to keep coming back and meet other friendly dogs

Andrew Mcdonald Great big area for dogs off leash. Can be tricky if your dog chases balls and sports are being played tho. Lots of other dogs depending on the day and the time of day

John Locke A big, dog friendly and relaxing park. Smoothly fit for jogging, picnicking, sunbathing. Quiet and not crowded during weekdays. Good for family, lovers and pet owner land.

Adwait Vaidya It is a huge park - next to Maribyrnong river, close to Moone Ponds and Highpoint Shopping Centre. Plenty of grounds for cricket, soccer matches, netball and tennis courts, and golf course. There is also a paved walking cycling track for runners and early morning/late evening walkers
