John Locke A peaceful and relaxing park with a beautiful lake, tall trees, BBQ facilities and a playground. Nice for families, children and dogs. Enjoy watching the ducks and birds in the pond but don’t feed them. There are public toilets.

Ria A small park with a feature lake and a playground. The whole park is on lead only walking for dogs. A cute fairy house under one of the large trees on the East lawn. There are ducks and turtles on the lake. Two toilets and several water fountains, one with a built in dog water bowl.

Nara Lee Beautiful and spacious little park, very well-kept. Love to see the wildlife around the lake and the views in general are quite wonderful. There’s a small playground, rubbish bins and bathrooms here. The path is pleasant to walk along and lots of people bring their kids and/or their dogs out here. Also benches to sit down, but the grass area is so vast that you could also settle down on the lawn for a picnic as well. A truly lovely find!

Sam Keir A great park with a lake and ducks! I wish my local park had a lake. Landcox Park has a nice play area for kids and lots of space to run around, walk dog on lead (hello ducks) and have picnics / bbqs and more.

Ria Two large ovals, both available for off lead dog walking/running/fetch when there is no sports. Some established trees along the North perimeter with a playground next to the larger oval. Some picnic tables and a BBQ near playground Dog drinking station. Did not see the toilets on this day.

Sam Keir This park made me feel as though I was in the country! So much open space, (OK sporting ovals) and near the kids playarea (yes no self respecting park is without one) is a water fountain that was obviously installed by the parks founders what with the bluestone slabs etc, so old timey - fantastic. Lots of magnificent trees and other greenery, beautiful.

KC kaleuclint Excellent venue for off-leash dog activities. Friendly resident cricket club.

Andy R There are 2 ovals, with club rooms and a park on the other side with walking areas, plenty of shady seating, electric bbq’s and a children’s playground. There Is also a car park for about 20 cars off a side street. PS: further below. Imagine criticising a slide - maybe next time they can ring every single parent and ask for advice OR you can just watch your child. Like parents used to do.
