Ranil R Sleepy little town, and great beach that not many people seem to come to. Quiet and secluded. Just note, not the best vantage point to watch the sunset

Sue W Its situated along a lovely foreshore walking track with a car park right alongside. Cafes and restaurants are right across the road. The interpretive signage is great but we cant go up inside this lighthouse. There are no tickets and no entry.

Abhish Khanal The place is okayish. There is nothing to see except for a light house and a big boulder on the sea. When you’re driving on grand pacific drive to go to Twelve apostles, you can visit this place with no extra effort. You can find parking there near the lighthouse.

Craig Richards Unfortunately even though the website states that it is open on Sunday it wasn’t. We waited for more than 30 minutes after the scheduled opening time but unfortunately no one turned up. It looks interesting from outside though.

Lev Lafayette Im fairly indifferent to most Australian historic homesteads, but this one comes with an excellent gallery, quite an impressive family and regional history, and absolutely lovely guides. If youre in the area its well worth a visit!

Nic Cooper As locals we have been meaning to visit this homestead and learn more about the area. Really lovely experience made better by Trudy who welcomed us warmly, and gave us a tour filled with fascinating information.

Andrew Pitt Have zero consideration for people who live in close vicinity of the homestead and their environmental impact both in terms of noise and diesel engine fumes . Ongoing issue with school buses idling their engines for excessive amounts of time for absolutely no reason. Today bus was idled from 1.03pm until 1.32pm yet no children have boarded the bus. Weather today is overcast and 19 degrees not exactly hot or cold for that matter. Have discussed with the homestead and council yet still continues to be an issue. Will contact the EPA and councillors at the shire.

Binx Wonderful staff, very informative. Have been there more than one occasion. Although was a hot day, they stayed to accommodate us. I strongly advice you take your child to step back in history! Thank you ladies!
