Gemma Robson Took our 5 and 7 year olds to Pirate Day (3rd Sunday of the month). My son is right into ships at the moment so he loved the opportunity to go on a real one. There was a great balance of activities to fill a couple of hours alongside plenty of opportunities to explore the ship either in a group or at the end when some people started leaving. The pirates were great and kept the children nicely entertained. It was a really fun day out (there was an ice cream stand and ferris wheel nearby while we waited). Activities likely too young for an older child (8/9+).

Rohan Flegler Amazing, loved it. Seeing what the sailors had to endure is hard to fathom. Reminded me to appreciate how we live today. Must go on the tour.

Eliane Gefen Guide was great and free with the tickets A lot to see and pretty interestinf! In my opinion, perfect for kids up until age 12. About an hour and a half activity. Also,.loved that there was no gift shop. Totally worth the money!

Steven Heath Being a National Trust member has many advantages and one of them is free entry to most of their properties - the biggest travesty though is the NTV occupying a gorgeous heritage building and there being no access. Here is a thought, move into a normal office building and restore/make available the HQ to the public who support you. Anyway, Polly Woodside IS accessible to members. Primarily of interest to kids and shipping enthusiasts. We were in and out in 15mins.

Dr Zoe Manning We were fortunate to be in Melbourne on the day it was open. It was great being able to explore the ship. The tour guide was wonderful. And the kids enjoyed playing pirates.

Brent Marriott Not very tall wheel, but it has nice views and a comfortable ride.

Shan Padarath A simple but spectacular add-on to your time at the maritime park. Grab some ice cream and enjoy the beautiful ride. Would recommend sunset rides.

hamideh taleby The ride is very short and the ferris wheel itself is not that high. Im glad I went for a ride though

Nathen John Colley Sadly as a 45 year old disabled fella that has disassociate identity disorder and PTSD and was simply taking a rare available moment to sit and enjoy the free wifi and views on a kiiss eye picnic table I had to endure hearing the teenage staff members derogatory comments about me and what I was doing. As Im dealing with extreme PTSD etc atm this impact was severe and its sad that kiiss Fm hire teen-agers like the shoulder length blond 16year old that mocked me sitting innocently on my phone allowing my MH to calm and find some relax time. To be laughed at my a teenage girl and boy as a grown man that was doing nothing wrong nor deserving of their impact on my day really sucks. It sucks that kids these days who are privileged to the life they have laugh at someone of their senior for no fair reason and to activate my PTSD is just depressing and KIISS EYE you should really monitor the CCTV of the wheel at Southbank today if its audio and discipline the teenage staff as treating a disabled man like this is EXTREMELY inhuman. Lifes struggles are murder enough but to hear a teenage girl laughing at me just shatters my soul and puts me in the why am I even alive mode. Thanks a bunch to the staff of the wheel today as a mature Australian your really letting this country down.
