She expressed a passion for Phillip Island and its conservation and enthusiasm when sharing her extensive information that was much appreciated and made the experience that much greater. She has insight and advice to enhance each experience, from lunch suggestions to where best to view the penguins. She even walked those that wanted around to make sure we had optimal viewing options. The pickup location and drop off was convenient, the bus was comfortable and the travel went quickly. Definitely recommend!

Emma Ellis We had such a fun morning here together! The staff are so wonderful and welcoming, really helpful. The kids had a ball climbing the walls and one even had a go at the leap of faith, nervous got the better of him but the staff were so supportive and encouraging! We most definitely will be back again.

Dee Tuladhar Four stars for variety of climb equipment Five stars for the safety instructions prior to climb. ZERO star however for customer service, toilet cleanliness & food availability at the centre. The young boy that works there was quite rude. Get him some training please.

Clara Piccinelli Staff was lovely and checking it was super easy, I did book online to make the check in quicker. There was a party on when I went but otherwise it wasnt too busy. The climbing was really fun and the pre climbing guide was great. There are plenty of different climbing walls. The place is really clean and definitely worth a try if looking to do something a bit different. There are party rooms to have lunch, so keep that in mind if wanting to organise a party. Prices are reasonable and justifiable for the amount of time given.

suzan kibar What an unforgettable birthday celebration! The rock climbing was exhilarating, the venue top-notch, and the party food delicious. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A memorable day filled with fun and great company. Highly recommend!
