Sara Delgado I have been a patient of Dr. Delgado and Dr. Goodman for over 30 years, and have also seen Krista Taylor as well, All THREE of these providers have given amazing care throughout my life. My children see Dr. Goodman as well, and I am forever grateful to these three providers and their MAS for all they do. I also want to thank the front office staff for all their hard work & also to the referral team for being efficient and kind when I have any questions regarding mine or childrens referral .

Sagg Cornio Doctor Davidson has to be the most careless doctor Ive ever met. He doesnt care about his patients at all. First time I went I was waiting for about 20 minutes meanwhile he was chit chatting with the staff in the next room. When he finally went in the room he talked to me for one minute at the most, didnt even bother explaining anything. He doesnt communicate well with patients, even after getting my procedure done. Very incompetent.

cali moore If I could rate my experience less than one star I would. I had an appointment at 11:45am I got there at 11:20am and the whole lobby was full. There was only a few seats in the lobby and they were full. There was multiple people in the lobby complaining about the wait and one man in there was there since 9 and didn’t go in until after I did. I told the receptionist that I have hypoglycemia and needed to eat soon and she told me my appointment shouldn’t take long and I can eat when I leave. I went to get my vitals taken and the door nob fell off and so I was locked in the room with the medical assistant. I had to call the receptionist to come let us out. They took me back to the lobby and I waited an hour before going back. When I finally go back in the room I talk to the doctor for barely 2 minutes and he told me they will be right back to give me a list of the test he wanted to do. I waited another 2 hours in the back room and when the medical assistant walked in she was surprised I was still there, everyone went to lunch and left me in the room. She literally told me they forgot all about me. She brought me back to the lobby and I guess all I was waiting for was a piece of paper with test he ordered. By the time I was about to leave my sugar was down to 43, they got to eat lunch and I was alone in the back. I could’ve got into a car crash because I was so weak and dizzy from waiting so long to eat.Very disappointed about this visits and will not be going back.

Elizabeth Bloom I’m grateful to have a medical center in town, however when they hire doctors who don’t want to actually help patients such as their GI doctor, Eldo Frezza… it makes me want to tell everyone to run for the hills.

H J (JH) Speaking strictly on the rehabilitation wing, this is an undeniably incompetent and dangerous place for you, family, or friends to be admitted to. When you are not sitting in your soiled garments, the staffs inability to route calls and messages will negatively affect communication with pharmacy, doctor, family and more. Nurses will hang up on you if you advocate reasonably for family members. They will leave you on hold out of spite, after your issue is "hot potatoed" between several people that require you to re-explain your request from square one. You will spend hours on the phone trying to simply get a message to a nurse practitioner, requiring you to escalate, using all of your focus and energy on simply getting communication flowing. They will try to keep your family members here and declare them unfit to leave, all the while not challenging them to improve, leaving them to languish - as a sedentary and doomed individual will ultimately accrue more cash for a for-profit hospital. I come from a lifetime of being admitted to hospitals, clinics, specialists, and medical centers due to chronic health issues - Ive never once seen this level of disorganization and simultaneous apathy in a medical center. Look into their 2021 wrongful death lawsuit if you need convincing to avoid this place at all costs. I am not convinced their staff are working to wipe that slate clean, as the same level of negligence, stubbornness, and lack of critical empathy seem to echo in its halls. TL;DR: dont go here.

Mara Zavala Hello, I read some of these reviews and I have to say. I never experienced any of this myself. I have taken both my daughters there 2 and 5. They have done the absolute best job. The nurses have been so sweet to them and treated them with the best care. I have called to follow up on some test that have been done. I was not hung up on. Roxy should be a pediatrics nurse my daughter will forever remember her gentle care. Alot of you need to understand we are small underfunded county. Some of these issues I read on should of been handled by a bigger hospital. The funding is unfortunately not there. Dr. Brown is just a straight forward person some people cant handle that. She has a job to do, they are trained medical professionals they cant sit there and be sad for you. They are caring for 20 other patients. Some of these comments are seriously like who raised you.

Terri Brooks I give no stars. This is the worst place ever. With limited exception, the nurses and staff members could care less about their patients. Dr. Veronica is a horrible doctor and doesnt listen to patient concerns. She barely spends a moment with her patients. The lack of compassion towards the patients is unacceptable. The food is similar to dog food and makes you feel nauseous. You are ignored when asking to speak to someone in a certain department, ie nutrition, physical therapy. They are clueless regarding outside resources discharge plan and contradictory with information. You cant believe what you are told because nothing is correct or consistent. Many things are broken and lack maintenance. Patients constantly screaming for help and no one offers any comfort. I would never send a loved one for care at this facility. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The doctor, Veronica, and most nurses should choose a different profession, they are not fit to be caregivers. This place should be shut down. The only time broken English is spoken is when speaking to a patient.

Ashley Covington I was in excruciating pain due to an undiagnosed illness. I came in the ER screaming for help. I couldnt do anything by writhe in pain. The staff understood and got me help as quickly as possible. The staff was understanding, professional, and respected me as a human being. I ended up being air lifted to a different hospital but will forever be grateful for Colusa Medical Center. As as a partial African American woman, you hear horror stories about staff mistreating us. I was grateful for their work ethic and believe it gave me hope to keep pushing through to my recovery
