Dr. Bailowitz was highly professional and informative. He listened intently to me and was familiar with my medical history. He provided me clear treatment options that were easy to understand. I appreciate the great customer service.

Katherine Sanchez Dr. Lim took the time to thoroughly go over any concerns and explain expected process of the condition of my eyes. There was a sense of true caring and her skillful examination of my eyes for any adjustment in my Rx lens didnt take long. She is to be recognized and commended for her position as an Optometrist which represents Kaiser in the best light.

Lalenya M Dr Simon (Women’s Health) is always friendly and attentive, as well as knowledgeable and professional- everything one wants in medical care. She takes a personal interest and is sensitive dealing with my mom’s short term memory issues so I know my mom is in good hands with her.

Felipe Ngo Dr. Everett always take the time to discuss my medical issue thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable of his expertise. He is compassionate and sincere and really care of your wellness. He will take good care of you right away. He is very efficient, responsive and communicate well. Proud to have him as my primary doctor.

Amm Quamruzzaman The doctor needs to listen to the patient more passionately. He should not behave like a robot. After 4-and-a-half months of my surgery, I am still suffering a lot from pain and complications, but the doctor keeps doing the same thing. He has neither a good hand for surgery nor a good ear for listening. He has made my life miserable. It was my biggest mistake to have my nasal surgery done by him. I regret, and dont recommend anyone to go to Kaiser for surgery. I have already submitted a grievance. Kaiser should take my case seriously to improve its quality.

D Beckmann Our son had a surfing accident and was recovered to the beach with no pulse and not breathing. He was treated at this hospital and six days later walked out fully recovered. The entire staff was warm, caring and talented. He would not be alive much less working at 100% if it were not for the significant effort and level of care he received here. Their ER, ICU and Pulmonary units are from our experience world class. Many thanks to all at Doctors Medical Center.

Nancy Mayo If it wasnt for Doctors Medical Center and Regional Cancer Center my husband wouldnt be alive today. He has been in the emergency room four times and admitted to the hospital twice. He has always received excellent treatment, with the utmost courtesy. The Regional cancer center at Doctors is the best. People seem to forget that Doctors is a hospital and not a hotel. Doctors staff is serious about helping the patient in the fastest, most professional way possible. If at times they seem rushed or uncaring it is because they have so many patients waiting to be seen that they cant stop to socialize with everyone who comes in with the flu or stomach ache, they treat each person the best they can and then move on to the next patient. They treat everyone equally and get the job done as quickly as possible. If people would stop using the ER as a walk in clinic for any little ache or pain the hospital wouldnt be worried about closing its doors due to lack of money. Just think how crowded Kaiser is going to be if Doctors hospital closes its doors. When my husband was taken to Kaiser by ambulance a few years ago when I was allowed to go in and see him I was shocked to see people laying on gurneys that were lined up in the hallways because they were so crowded they didnt have any rooms available, and that was with Doctors hospital still open.
