Veronica Arnold I cannot recommend a pedicure service at this salon. During my visit, I noticed some concerned practices. They do not use sterilized nail clippers, and reuse nail files. The polish application was poor. Had to be redone twice.

Serena Rosenberg Sinclair Im here now and asked SIX times for hot water for my pedicure and she just looks at me with a blank stare. I asked a SEVENTH time for her to drain the damn tub and put some hot water in it, I explained its more relaxing if the water is at least WARM, ITS COLD.

Chelsea Trunkwalter Showed up early for my appointment, they waited 5 minutes then told me she wasnt available for my appointment. They tried to reschedule me for another day but I dont think Ill be going back. Its too bad, Ive gone in the past and the guy there does good work.

Felicia Santa I had an appt here last week, and waited over 20 mins to even be seated in a manicure chair. Once seated, the first thing the guy Tom said was "we dont have this color powder" because I went in for a fill after my long time nail techs closed their shop and moved out of state. He then proceeded to talk about the acrylic they used (my nails were done an amazing orange and nude ombre before my tech left), the shape and basically anything else he could say negatively about my old techs. While doing my nails he shaped them horribly and even made my middle fingernail super crooked. He also applied the gel polish so thick it bubbled up and he said It was because I put my nails too close to the light although i put them on the markers for the dryer. He didnt fix it, he threw top coat on and after going home I realized there is still polish on a few nails that is uncured and still wet under the top coat. Also while I was there I saw another tech with nice ombre nails so I asked if she did them herself, she said yes so i asked her how much it would be for a set like that and she said she would ask her dad, she asked Tom and he completely ignored her at first. She said "hey dad" and asked again, he kept his back to us both and the words out of his mouth were "I dont have the time or energy for nails like that". Very sad because the daughter has potential but seems he doesnt want her to do good. He also charged me $40 afterwards when their price list clearly said $25 for fills. I typically spend $80+ on nails so in the end it wasnt hurting anything but their business. I do NOT recommend this place and will not be returning. Id give 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the time. By far the most sloppy fill Ive ever had.
