Stephanie Kay This is my new favorite spot. I came here about a week ago to get my eyebrows done. The lady was so nice and good that I decided to come back for my nails. I am very happy with the result. I had an idea of what I wanted and she was able to get it very close to what I had in mind. Overall great experience both times. I definitely recommend ❤️

jenil vaghasiya Very rude owner and worst place I ever visit. Didn’t allow to talk with my friends when i was there. He told us to keep quiet when we are in city to enjoy. It’s better to visit somewhere else. Racist owners. He was so rude to other people too in front of us. He gave preference to other people.

Tatiana Cruz Don’t come here. Terrible service. They filed my natural nail down super thin that there’s literal ridges in my nails and they are hurting. Nail polish chipped in 2 days. They also overcharged me and had me pay before they even finished

Zenil Vaghasiya I was disappointed with my recent visit to Nail Palace. The staff was notably rude during our appointment. Specifically, we were told to ‘keep quiet’ in a manner that felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. It’s important for a service business to make all clients feel comfortable and valued, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I hope the salon takes this feedback into consideration to improve their customer service.

Monica Embrey Wonderful experience! A sweet couple did the Mani Pedi together and gave a wonderful hand and foot massage at the end. Massage chairs, offered tea and water bottle. Gel Mani + regular Pedi for $75. Would definitely come back

CrossFitGirl This was the WORST pedicure experience I ever had. They don’t care what You (as the paying customer) want - they do what THEY want. I wanted a “mini” pedicure. Would have paid anything - it’s not about the money. It’s about what I want done to my feet. No dice. They insisted on doing everything & spoke in another language the entire time - to each other. SO uncomfortable - as Elaine (Seinfeld) said, you KNOW they are talking about you! To top it off, both manicurists were sick. They were wearing masks (barely), but were coughing & sneezing the entire time. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Beverly Burr Usually a good value at this nail salon in Montecito. Be sure to request your nail tech. Most of them are quite good and well-tempered. I was assigned the owner’s 70-year-old mother for my mani and pedi this time. Maybe she just needs new glasses. But for my visit she could not make contact between my cuticles and the cuticle tools, and could not see well enough to notice her filing job had left snags behind. I had to ask her to stop the mani.

Amanda Guisbond Pandora’s wouldn’t take me when I was 15 minutes late for my appointment. But Alice’s took me right away. Very nice atmosphere, gave me a water, and a lovely mani-pedi service (that looks great) using newer colors and polish. More expensive than I expected for non gel regular polish ($85 total before tip) but that’s Montecito.

Samantha Allensworth Was sitting in the chair from 11:30-1:18 waiting for my pedicure to get done. My gel manicure was quick and done well, but my pedicure took way too long. I paid 96$ which I think is a little steep for the service I got, especially since I was not given a choice about which "pedicure service" to get and they charged me for the deluxe.

Ann Levine Appointments for me and my daughter at 3:30 - we werent done until 5:45 pm. I knew it wasnt going to go well when I sat for 15 minutes before she wrapped my nails to remove the gel. I wanted a gel manicure but was bullied into dip. I was cut twice and Alice said "I didnt cut you" (as though I dont know when Ive been cut). She worked on my daughter and me at the same time, back and forth, helping with someone elses pedicure in between. When I said something about it taking 2 hours and 15 minutes, she said it was because my daughters nails were difficult (she got GelX). Alice had no business taking these appointments. We got no hand massages, no lotion, no service, no kindness, no acknowledgement of mistakes or delays. I wont be returning, which is a shame, because I live a block away.
