She worked meticulously, applying each lash with care and precision. I was amazed at how comfortable the experience was – no poking or discomfort whatsoever. Anahit Hambardzumyan Booking an appointment with a specific specialist only to receive service from another without any acknowledgment or apology is truly disappointing. Its a basic expectation for honesty and transparency. A simple apology for a mistake like double booking, would have sufficed. Fortunately, the substitute specialist, Anna, was both sweet and professional, saving the experience. However, this credit goes solely to her, as the salons management seemed disconnected from the situation. Furthermore, salons should prioritize creating a relaxing atmosphere for their customers. Blaringly loud music is not conducive to this environment. Also paying with a card was nerve-wracking with an extra charge on top of all this. A more professional approach to service provision, particularly for newcomers, is necessary.

However, the technician was incredibly kind and attentive. She took the time to repair and restore my nails, working meticulously to fix each one. My hair is really thick and needs texturizing and Alla did a great job thinning it out. My color turned out awesome! The perfect blonde for the summer!! I noticed social distancing taken seriously and all safety features in place. I was then able to settle in for an incredible manicure and pedicure with Jouan. She was on-time, professional and fun to talk with. Looking forward to my next visit!!

Adriana Becerra I highly recommend Arnol Salon. The staff is incredibly friendly, nice and care for your specific needs. 2020 has been an awkward year but the staff at Arnol make you feel safe the second you walk in the door. They take your temperature at the door, have you fill out a quick health questionnaire, hand sanitizers available when needed, no more than 25% capacity and lock the door behind you so no walk-ins come inside. I also see the staff sanitizing their stations after every client, which is nice to see. Fred is incredibly talented with hair. He always delivers and I walk out feeling like a million bucks!

Mellissa Reyes My husband bought me Spafinder gift cards and I was looking to get my hair done professionally because I had not cut it in over 4 years!! So I looked up the best Salon to get my hair done and I found Arnol Salon & Spa, not only did they accept the gift cards but they made me feel like a cash paying customer (which not all places do), I called the Salon and the wonderful Debbie was able to make me an appointment the very next day!! My appointment was with Gohar, I was a little shy because Ive only went to a salon a few times in my life but Gohar made it so easy and comfortable! She not only gave me the most perfect hair cut but her blow out was AMAZING, I seriously walked out feeling 10x younger and I felt so beautiful!! The other workers there were all so nice and also gave me compliments and at the end I got to meet Debbie and she even gave me a little gift bag! I will definitely be going back and have already told everyone I know about how amazing this place was. I really recommend going here!!

I was excited to create a relaxing elevated hair experience in a luxury building. Norbert made it all happen, he can literally install anything for your business. This space was a huge blessing and I experienced much success. The support and knowledge Norbert and Rosey provided is invaluable and something you simple cannot get anywhere else. Social Salon Suites as a company stands for integrity and if you are looking to start your own business with added amenities I highly recommend! That’s coming from 4 years of 100% satisfaction!

Elvis Garibian I rented a space here at The Social Salon Suites for about 2 years and the experience my business partner and I had was amazing. Nourbert and Rosie are the owners of the suites. I can’t even explain how helpful and kind they both are. Every time I had a question or an issue they resolved it right away. For example, I left my keys home one day and came to work I couldn’t get inside my suite so I contacted Nourbert and he immediately sent someone to open my place. I never had a problem or anything bad to say about this place. The place is always clean, bathrooms clean, lunch room clean and they also decorate for all holidays. They leave you alone to do your own thing but when you need them they are there to help you. I easily rented the place and easily left with no problems. Honestly I would never have left this place but I needed to expand my business. A big thank you to both Nourbert and his wife Rosie. Both of you are beyond amazing!!!!

Ni Cu I absolutely love this place. I feel relaxed the moment I walk in! I visit quite frequently and its a one stop shop for my hair, my eyelashes, and skin care. I even bring my daughter for her haircuts. Its personalized service from beginning to end which is unlike other beauty salons. We get VIP treatment and the results always exceed my expectations. Parking is easy and the suites are laid out so you can get peace and quiet during your skincare appointments. I dont live nearby but the drive is worth it. I highly recommend the place to all my friends and family. So far all my referrals have loved the place and service!

Amy Anderson Rosey is a true artist! It matters to her how you feel about your hair and I appreciate her effort and perfection. Shes up-to-date on the newest techniques and when she speaks its clear she knows what shes doing. Many hairstylist are great at what they know and tend to push the techniques they are best at even if its not what the client really wants but to Rosey its important to get the big picture of what is wanted and she will make it happen. Outside of her to seek abilities shes extremely personable and I enjoy my time with her when I am in her chair. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hairstylist! :)

Artin Matt Armen is a genius when it comes to mens grooming. The fade from your head down to face is absolutely amazing. I made a last-minute appointment, which he was very nice enough to give me. The salon is really well kept and clean. If you care about your look and like the well-dressed, clean facial look. Then, I highly recommend stopping by.

Matthew Hanzel After going to numerous barbers for years, I was recommended to Armen by a colleague and have not looked back. Armen does a great job with a beard trim, making it precise professional. His haircuts look fantastic not only by going off of my request, but recommending the right style for me. I now go on a regular basis and would not get my hair cut or beard trim from another barber. He is also did a great job for my wedding photos and made my hear look like i was in my 20s! I could not recommend him enough.

Manifa Hematsiraki If you want a hairdresser that listens to you and delivers exactly what you want then this is the place. Rima is an exceptional hair artist. I always walk out with perfect hair color, highlights and a perfect cut. The best part is that as soon as I get there, I’m seated as scheduled. This is very important to me as a working mom.

Nazanin Azarm I went to the manager of this salon, whose name is Rima or something similar, because my hair had some orange tones, and I wanted her to fix it. First, she said she couldn’t do it at all, but then she changed her mind and said she could. She used two or three very high-level light colors on my hair and then took me to the sink. I thought she was going to wash my hair there, but instead, she applied some other products to my scalp that felt like bleach because I could feel my scalp burning. I have been bleaching my hair for more than 12 years, so I know the difference between hair dye and bleach. When she brought me to the sink, she prepared something like bleach and applied it to my hair because my scalp started burning. On top of that, she treated my hair very poorly—pulling and yanking it, scratching my scalp, and being rough to the point where I got a headache. After all this suffering, when she washed my hair, it was still orange—exactly the same as before! There was no improvement whatsoever. She said there was nothing else she could do. Not only did she fail to fix the color, but she also damaged my hair with the bleach and products she used. When she asked if I wanted a blow-dry, I said yes. Then, she started pulling and scratching my scalp again during the process. She didn’t even apply a basic mask to soften my hair, making it easier to brush. Instead, she yanked my hair, which was tangled and matted, and pulled it apart piece by piece to brush and dry it. During this process, so much of my hair broke, fell out, and turned into powder, which I could see on the floor. If she had been gentler and handled my hair with care, my hair wouldn’t have fallen out or been damaged like this. I absolutely do not recommend this person for hair coloring or blow-drying. Her behavior was terrible, and she showed no respect or care for my hair. I’m not just talking about her poor coloring skills, but also her attitude and the way she treated my hair, which is a valuable part of me. She completely damaged it and treated it with no respect. After all this, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, she still charged me $124 for this terrible service. I wanted to leave this review to warn others. Please think twice before going to this person.

Nella Simonyan I cant recommend Rima and this salon enough! Rima is a master at everything hair—from cuts and colors to blow-dries. She knows her stuff and always leaves you feeling glamorous. I recently had my hair colored black and asked to get it straightened, despite having naturally curly hair. I was blown away when Rima finished styling my hair in just 20-22 minutes! Her speed and skill are seriously impressive. The salon itself is gorgeous and so relaxing. Its the kind of place where you can just unwind and forget your worries. Plus, they serve delicious coffee and chocolate, which was a nice treat during my visit. What really touched me was how they treated me during my visit. Being in the last weeks of pregnancy, I was especially appreciative of the staffs care and attentiveness, ensuring I was comfortable the whole time.

Zara Dzagikian Rima has been my hair stylist for 15+ years. She is truly an artist when it comes to hair. She remains up to date on all the new trends, constantly improving her craft. My hair always looks incredible after a visit to the salon & I have referred many friends who have been equally impressed by her skills. T B Before I went to Alina, my hair was super damaged from excessive bleaching. I wasnt able to wear my hair down, it was always in a bun because it looked so dry and damaged. When I made the appointment, I just wanted my hair to look healthy again. Alina saved my hair! I didnt expect it to look as good as it does now. My hair feels so soft, healthy, and thick. Ive been to her salon twice already, and I cant express how grateful I am for her. I recommend Alina 100% and Ill be going to her for all my hair needs.

Shawn J Paid 40 dollars for a regular pedicure. The scrub was nice, but thats the only good thing I can say. The massage after (normally my favorite part) was barely 30 seconds if that, and they dont even soak your toenails before they cut them, which can lead to damaged nails. Worst of all, after my pedicure my toenails were still dirty with noticeable filth under the nails. For 40 dollars, I was expecting a higher quality pedicure, not something I could have done better myself.

Corey did a tailored treatment after coloring my hair and giving me a fresh cut which made my hair feel so strong she’s a freaking magician! I love my hair so much and I will definitely be making this my forever salon!!

MD H This place is the absolute worst. I truly wish someone had warned about this salon before I wasted my time and money. Not only did they not do what I had asked and shown in multiple pictures but they were extremely rude and totally unprofessional on top of it. Save yourself the money, time, and distress. They don’t even deserve one star. It felt like 2 mean girls (including what seems to be the owner attacking). Something so simple as just face framing highlights became an opportunity to mess it up and then ask me to come back promising to fix it but it was actually used to attack and ambush when I came back. I walked out without the promised redo in complete disbelief of their treatment. And if anyone wants pictures of what I described and showed in multiple photos vs what I actually got I am happy to provide.

Lianna Castillo This salon is so cute! I saw Alicia for a haircut. She was amazing and gave me exactly what I asked for. I was very happy with the results. She is also very friendly and easy to talk to, which I appreciate. The vibes of the salon were so chill and approachable. I will be going back and would highly recommend Alicia!

Highly recommended for people looking for an Asian/Korean-run shop. Without a doubt, Ill be coming back here instead of heading to DT LA to spend $40+ elsewhere. They also accept Venmo!

Jane Campbell May is so wonderful! I came in for highlights and a big hair cut (about 7 inches) and I could not have asked for a better stylist! She was so thoughtful in asking questions about what I wanted in my cut+color, and she consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and happy with what she was doing! She stayed at the salon late to fit me in, and she was so much fun to chat with! She went above and beyond, already looking forward to my next apt!

dani v Kristy is amazing!!! I went to her randomly (was looking for any reputable stylist with availability in the greater LA area) as an emergency after a different salon fried my hair. She was extremely attentive, empathetic, and kind. We had to chop off all my hair due to the extent of the damage but the cut she left me with was exactly what I wanted, I keep getting compliments. Additionally, she deep conditioned my hair for free to see if it could help save more of my hair. She also gave me the courage to advocate for myself at the other salon that destroyed my hair. She is wonderful and talented. I will be coming back!!!
