Lilian Rios As soon as you walk in you can feel the sense that you are going to be taken care of. Everyone greets you and helps you get to the correct person you’re there to get the service from. I have been going for years and Michelle Renae is an amazing person that helps you feel and look beautiful with getting your lashes done to waxing your eyebrows. I bring my daughters here also to get their eyebrows wax and haircuts as well. Every person is that salon are very talented from, Maria, to Tasha, to Aldo and Michelle P. I recommend everyone to go and experience it. FYI the view is also beautiful.

VC Armory Michelle is THE best. Amazing team, clean, organized. We utilize her for her waxing services and she never disappoints. If you’re looking to support a woman owned business that always leaves you looking your best, this place is for you!

Dizzzy Lizzy I havent had a haircut in 4 years. I had about 5 inches off and it looks healthy now. Not much to say, she did a good job. A little pricey, my hair is very thin and only took 30 minutes

M M Amazing service. It was an older woman cutting my hair, possibly Julie herself. 15 dollars for a basic non-razor men’s cut. Went with high fade and she does it so effortlessly. You can tell she’s been doing this for a while and is an expert at her craft. Definitely coming back!

Daniel González I have been going w/Cathy for the past 4+ yrs. since my previous stylists (Patty & Olga) at this location left unexpectedly, and frankly, I do not regret it. Cathy is the best! I showed her a picture on how I wanted my hair cut and she got it down the first time! I’ve loved my tapers/fades. She is patient, professional, friendly and easy-to-talk to :-). These are the reasons why she is also the stylist for my elderly dad, 2 boys and little girl. I highly recommend Cathy.

Cesar Zapien My wife came in for her hair. Wich was a birthday present from me. The cut was good but the hair color she wanted was not it. they ignored the color she wanted and basically just gave her the same hair she already had. We tried talking to the person who did her hair and see if we can fix it thats all we asked. But nope she completely ignored us for weeks. Dint seem to care for my wifes hair. Spend $250 here. For them to rush my wife out the door didnt even dry her hair. And for them to not give her the hair color she wanted. Would not recommend this place.

Ishlook Alec Layattienakoff This was my first time coming back after the most recent COVID19 Lockdown in our area. I was very happy to see them carefully screening other guests. They offer yummy refreshments, their Front Desk staff are enthusiastically bubbly and I also feel welcomed. I was fortunate enough to have the owner of Sky Salon as my stylists and She was super sweet. As a disabled person I was very appreciative of the extra steps She took to ensure my safety and comfort without making feel uncomfortable. I couldnt say enough about how much I look forward to visiting Sky Salon and getting my style on !!

Angelica Vasquez Love the service from Rachel in suite #111! She is very professional and her suite is always very clean. Does a great job on my eyebrows and always greets me with a smile. Definitely recommend her to anyone for eyebrow waxing and the other services she offers as well!

Christina K Had a coupon from the grand opening a few weeks ago. Was great, friendly stylists and didnt have to wait too long. There were 3 people ahead of me but they got finished up efficiently. My hair is so healthy now and they did exactly what I wanted.

Erik Isaacs Just had a GREAT haircut at Great Clips from Trish yesterday and I wanted to share. The place was immaculate, plenty of parking, and the they had a really cool vibe with great music playing. Trish was a total pro. She made sure I was happy with my haircut and was a very sweet person to talk to. Trish showed me a nice array of products for sale too. Before going in, I saw it was their grand opening but I didnt know there was a price which was ONLY $8.95 for a haircut!!! Like where can you get a great haircut for that price? And I got some coupons for more great saving! In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger "Ill be back!"

Horalia Reta-Zuniga If i could give zero stars i would! This place is horrible! I went in just wanting to clean my browns nothing major and the lady who helped me took off half of my brow! Then she has the nerve to say she was just going of my brow shape! My brows had a nice natural arch! They where not a straight line!!! Now its going to take months for my brows to hopefully grow back! Do not go to this place save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!

Abraham Morales Gabby was very friendly and very welcoming. I loved the vibe when I first walked in. I asked for a simple haircut and I ended up with a haircut plus a washing of my hair. Highly recommended to anyone who is interested in a hairstylist.

Music Is Magic Went in the day after my birthday asking for blonde highlights and ash toner. If anything, I definitely wanted the brassy tones out of my hair. What I got, was very thin light highlights which are barely visible, and the toner that was spread all over my roots turned a dark RED. Although the salon was adorably decorated for Easter, was extremely unhappy with my hair color. When I called to let the stylist know I was unhappy with how the color turned out, she offered to put "More Toner" which is what turned my hair RED in the first place. I ask for BLONDE. Will not be visiting this Salon again. She charged $200 dollars for this.

Cpt Ace When I came here, I was very depressed. I had been for some time. I had never been here prior. I sat down and waited a very short time. When it was my turn I didnt know what I wanted. My hair was long, gross and covered in split ends. I didnt really care how it came out as long as my split ends were gone. The hair stylist showed me a couple pictures and started cutting away. I felt a little bit of regret come over me but when she was done, I was very surprised. I loved how it looked. It has been super hard for me recently but the way I felt after my haircut was such a nice feeling. For once in a long time, I actually felt a little pretty. This place is a hidden game. I definitely will be returning

lupita garcia I haven’t been to a salon in a decade and haven’t had the best experience with them. Today I decided to try and branch out again because my hair was in need of some serious work. I was nervous at first, my stylist Yuli made me feel at ease when she would explain step by step on how she is was going to trim my hair, blending parts in, and fix some my home mistakes. After she had some helpful advice on taking care of my hair at home. I believe I’ll be going back again in a couple months.

They were the friendliest people, and Noah was very thorough with my haircut and did exactly what I wanted him to do. both very personable people and I will definitely be going back for regular haircuts. Makenna Kern I went here for simple highlights and was there from 9am-2pm. She put brown toner in my hair and got it all over my forehead, did not clean it off my forehead just let me walk out of the salon with it all over my forehead. She pulled half my hair out trying to brush it and was it was not gentle at all. If I could give it zero stars I would. I was highly unsatisfied and will never go back there again. I paid twice as much as I pay for highlights back in my hometown. I would not recommend this place to someone I hate, they are very un professional.

I asked her if I can you schedule another appointment a month or more her answer was no no your hair is damage. I had to go and look for another hairdresser and it was Saturday and Im glad I find one she did really good job with my hair

Michelle Ponce I recently got my hair colored at a salon in Ventura. I absolutely hated it, it wasn’t at all what I wanted. The second photo was what I was going for and instead I got highlights and ugly roots that didn’t suit me whatsoever. I came to Queena with a haircut to make me feel better about it and she offered to fix the color for me. I asked if she was available the next day and she scheduled me promptly for the next morning. She came in on her day off (Chinese Thanksgiving), which I thought was very nice of her to do. She did an amazing, beautiful job with my hair. She put A LOT of care into my hair and I LOVE IT. She took my hair health into consideration at every step. And she chose a color that would match my skin tone better. She made me feel so much more confident. Now I know where to go for all of my hair needs. Thank you Queena!!

I travel a lot for work and I will purposely hold out months at a time just to get a descent hair cut. Mary and Queena do a great job of truly keeping my cuts as promised and my blow outs are always on point. Its rare to find a hairstylist who knows how to take care of thick and unruly hair. Tiffany Myers First off I will say Queena is great. But heaven forbid you get someone else. The young girl butchered my sons hair earlier this year. Then Queena did it after that. It was good when queena did it. This time we get Jonny. My son had long shaggy, curly like hair. Told him, trim the front just above the eyes, trim the sides and dont touch the back. My son came out with a military cut. Whats worse is Jonny didnt apologize, he said I didnt hear you say that. My son said it, I walked over and also said it. He was a complete jerk. Completely ruined the hair My son has been growing out. Her staff just does NOT listen. And are rude on top of that. I just think we wont be going back. I shouldnt have had to pay.

Netzie Crystal is by far the best hairstylist there in that salon, and the best Ive had in general. She always double checks with the client if its the style they want. Shes good with modern and alternative cuts, and keeps up to date with the latest hairstyles. Some of the other girls are ok and overcharge, but Crystal gives the best deals. Ive recommended her to my friends.

Kathy Brown I needed a last minute appointment and Stephanie graciously took me. She did a wonderful job and listened when I explained the cut I was looking for. She gave me a beautiful style for my husbands awards dinner but the true test of a good haircut for me is how it looks after I’ve washed it and styled it myself. She did amazing. The first time I washed and blow dried my hair I was so thrilled. The cut is awesome and the layers fall perfectly. I could’ve just left it wash and go and not styled it because it looked so good. It’s such a versatile cut. She was also so sweet and helpful, giving me tips about my color. Talking with her truly felt like chatting with a friend. She’s an outstanding stylist and a great person as well. I may live a few hours away but I will gladly travel back when I need my hair cut again because it’s worth the trip.

August Hardie Francesco gave my girlfriend highlights and persistently tried to up-sell her with additional products and hair masks any chance available. Like an auto shop always saying there’s something more your car needs, he said her hair needs. My girlfriend eventually agreed to a “free hair mask / replacement for conditioner” and was charged an additional $40 at checkout. An additional $65 charge was attempted for a take-home mask which she never agreed to. She felt cheated out of her money. The highlights came out nice though.
