Joshua My momma had a rats nest in her hair after a few days stay in the hospital. Couldnt comb most of it out, so they cut it, styled it, and its the cutiest thing on my momma. Now its alot easier for her to maintain it as well. Thanks guys, momma loves it!

Leo Swordsman Been putting off getting a hair cut because of the holidays and tight on money. its Dec 31st (lots of people off) Called other Salons to see if they were open but were closed, luckily I called Dgala and it was open. Was taken care right away by Marissa G. My hair turned out nicely styled and straightened (which saved me time for getting ready later) and was done quickly. Will mostly like continue coming due to the great and quick service but also because it is close to the freeway for easy trips.

Angel Molina This place must be in VERY high demand given how hard it is to get a haircut here. I went as a walk-in and was told everyone was busy for the rest of the day. I returned the next day and got the same story, so I relented and asked to make an appointment; instead the receptionist took my name and phone number and told me someone would "get back to me" (not exactly an appointment). At this point, I knew they were giving me the runaround. As expected, I never got a call. I did nothing except walk in and politely ask for a haircut. Im not sure if they have something against walk-ins, or maybe I just didnt look like I could afford a haircut there. But if this is how they treat potential customers, I wouldnt want them touching my hair anyways.

Stacy Delgado Today was my first time at provoke. And it was a great experience! I felt like I was getting the same haircut for the last 10 years going to places like super cuts and ulta. Today I met Megan for a haircut. Megan was very kind and I loved that she didnt force any products on me to buy and that she didnt force small talk on me. I asked her for a haircut that suited my face and she more than delivered. I absolutely love how my hair turned out and Ill definitely be a repeat customer no wonder all my co workers continue to come here. Theyre great at what they do. Huge thank you to Megan for making me feel pretty. If you want a great haircut I would definitely come to her.

California Cobra Ive been going to Karen here at Image Makers Salon for 2-3 years now and she is just an absolute delight! She does wonderful work and I am LOVING my new permanent purple and pink accent colors she used for the first time on me earlier this month. Most of the time Im a bleached blonde. Ive been bleach blonde for a little more than 20 years and have had a few bad bleach jobs done, even by professionals, so finding a hairdresser that excels at creating beautiful, perfect blonde hair is important to me. When I found Karen through a bridal show I was modeling in, I was super happy because I had been looking for a hairdresser that did really good bleach blonde hair. I would recommend Karen to anyone, especially to those who are also looking for a hairdresser with a knack for creating beautiful blondes like I had been! Karen is literally the sweetest woman youll ever meet! She is an incredible human being! I love her to death and she is just incredible at doing hair!

Patty Guerrero Elizabeth did a great job on my hair,,.I had bright red hair it took us hours to remove that stubborn red dye that I had in my hair for years already, but she did and I walked out very content with a completely new look. Since then I have been back and I continue to be happy with my services Shes fair in price and provides quality service. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new hairdresser with plenty of experience.

Cari Vargas Look for Alexis. I started losing my hair last year and it started to grow back. The ends were burnt and stringy. Alexis did a great job at revitalizing it and gave me a cut that made my hair look and feel thicker and healthier. Most notable she was a cautious cutter - so she only took off a little at a time so I was comfortable with what she was doing. Will be coming back.

Nonnie Delgado Got my hair done here and the sylist, if you can call her that, freakin singed the crap out of it.. She was bleaching my hair and applying the flat iron to the foil to "speed the process!" After she was done she cut a layer in my hair when I told her not tt, which its not even cut straight! I think she did it to cover up the fact that she messed my hair up. There is actually a section that has only about 2inch pieces of hair! The hair isnt even the same color all around either! Honestly dont know how she got her license. Then to make matters worse, she stopped texting me in regards to her correcting her mistake. Totally unprofessional... So I called the shop and talked to the owner and she was pretty much no help. They should have some kind of liability because she does work in the shop. I will NEVER of back there and I will continue to discourage people from going there as well!! Update* So after speaking to the shop owner Richard, he got me in touch with the shop manager and she actually gave me 2 deep conditions treatments and some hair products to help my hair. Im very satisfied with the way they helped me. Veronica is a very nice and helpful person and I thank her for everything she did.

That Oil Lady Susan & Susan Lash Universe Hi I just had a facial with Leslie @the.little.esty ,and it was vey relaxing with the sage and cristals. Her facial was very hydrating just what my skin needed. My skin feels great.The ambiance really sets the tone when you walk in. I was offered tea, coffee and a treat on the way out. I highly recommend the salon and Leslie.

Danielle Garrison The barber was extremely sweet and nice but completely cut my 2 year old’s hair incorrectly. It’s at least 7 different lengths and I just wanted a simple comb over. And $40 for a 2 year old’s haircut is kind of crazy…

Valentin Pedroza I swung by the barbershop on a whim, no appointment, but Edgar hooked me up right away. Hes a total pro, super friendly, and gave me an awesome cut for just 30 bucks. Edgar has skills - he knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Plus, hes easy to chat with, which made the whole experience chill. Great cut, great vibes, and great price. I definitely recommend it.

I felt like a limp dishrag when I got off the table. Next visit, Im going for the 90 min combo foot and body massage.

Felix Igartua Awesome salón. Owner is about taking care of business. Wife got her nails done and I got an awesome and stylish haircut . They got a couple of gentk3men there that know how to cut and are fast with it.

C. M.R. My nails were done by Jessica and when she was sanding down my fake nails she also sanded down my own nails and it was very painful. My nail polish was uneven and it came off the very next day. Apparently she just got her license and you can really tell she has no experience by the result you get. I rather pay more for my nails than go to that place again. I really wouldnt recommend it for getting your nails done.

I was able to go from extremely long hair to the extremely short hairstyle I wanted, something Ive found other salons have difficulty with as they dont think I want to go that short. I have wavy/curly hair and she styled my hair naturally, instead of straightening and then cutting. I can wake up and go, it works for the extremely curly first day, wavy next day, and straight. I love my hair. She cut my hair it to my face, and asked my opinion on what kind of bangs I wanted, and showed me what products she was using. Would definitely recommend and will be recommending, especially to anyone with wavy or curly hair.

Tubby Wubby Got my nails done here was charged $60 dollars for a full Acrylic set with tips not freeform, I got one color matte and no rhinestones or design just a basic set. Two of my nails were crooked ! Yes crooked and on my Left hand my thumb was missing polish . I’m okay with paying 60 if the job was done right! Definitely should not being charging this much with crooked nails and missing polish I don’t recommend going here and will be letting others know to not go to this salon as well for nails

Esmeralda Montero I had a service done by Vivian and upon checking on my hair after taking a shower I let her know and sent her pictures of the pieces of my head missing color and the harsh line on the front of my head with a chunky totally different color, I understand mistakes happen but after I contacted her for a couple of weeks she completely ghosted me, I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else as I paid more than $400 for my service, Provence salon is great and they are very professional, I regre trusting them with my hair, don’t let it happen to you
