He is your doctor, hes not paid to be your friend.

J Burroughs Dr. Paterson saved my life. This is not a flipint statement. I was 269# and could hardly walk and was ready for a wheelchair. Im now 230# and the best shape of my 64 yo life. Hes a great doctor no nonsense. He impressed upon me to live from cause rather than effect and to take responsibility and action to improve my wellbeing. Im now a successful hypnotherapist in Mokelumne Hill living the dream.

Lisa Temple I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I absolutely have to this time. My dog was horrifically attacked by a stranger’s dog while we were on a camping trip in the Nevada desert a few weeks ago. We live in Reno so the first stop we made was obviously at our emergency hospital back home (in the middle of the night) for initial surgery to save his ear. A couple of days later we were back at our primary vet in Reno for more help. We couldn’t keep his ear wrapped; he was too anxious and stressed (so were we), we possibly had infection setting in. Couple of days after that, we were due to come over to our cabin in Arnold for a week of vacation. We decided to move forward with our trip, thinking the time off and being in close quarters would actually make it easier to keep a constant eye on Willie and his sensitive bandages, but – if only it were that easy. Within 24 hours, I was in the lobby of Angels Camp Veterinary Hospital in tears. Willie had shaken all of his stitches out, and his ear was bleeding everywhere again. It felt impossible; like there was no way we were ever going to get his ear through the first early stages of healing. But the team at ACV were so calm and kind the second I walked in. They had Willie in an exam room within 20 minutes, and Dr. Tom was in moments later to assure me that they could help Willie. We ended up boarding him for four days and the team there took over for us. I know what they did for him was no small task; when I picked Willie up four days later, his ear was remarkably better. They kept us informed the whole way; Dr. Tom called when he said he would call. He did what he said he would do and Willie came home several days farther along the healing trajectory, at a point where we are able to take over and see it through successfully. I don’t know how we would’ve gotten him here without their help (I was afraid he would lose his ear). We are so grateful to the whole team at ACV for their help in an extremely overwhelming situation, their kindness, compassion, and humanity. They are all in the right line of work. 5 stars.

He referred me to the nurse on duty and he was also very kind, caring, and understanding. He made me an appointment for the Dr in 30 minutes. The Dr was also very kind and listened to what I had to say and did what I needed to get done that day. Thank you to all the staff for being so considerate and courteous

Daniel Dietrich I have a problem with my right eye. I was told that I needed to have an operation to correct the issue. I had both eyes operated on with my consent. After the operations I went back twice a month for check ups for about 2 months. The right eye was still a bother . He didnt seem to be worried and told me to order some glasses. when I came to get my glasses, they were $600.00. I was covered with my insurance at other Eye Doctors but not from Haymond. whats wrong with this picture?

Stefanie Turner I’m a Kaiser pt but was not able to get an appointment when needed so I went to the Angels Camp location. The staff there were all very attentive, caring, and took great care of me with efficiency and empathy. My Kaiser doctor called the following day and was able to see the care I received there which I appreciated the digital communication/access as well. It makes me feel good knowing that my family has access to great care a little closer to home when needed.

Kim Rainier I am so grateful for the professional and compassionate healthcare that I received on my recent visit. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt cared for. The receptionist saw the urgent need that I had, and notified the medical staff immediately. They took me in very shortly after + provided a level of care that I expect from an emergency room. They didnt skip a beat and provided me with a comprehensive exam to rule out anything that would cause my breathing difficulties. The doctor and nursing staff were very knowledgeable and explained every procedure, and every medicine, that they provided me. My family and I are very grateful for the Adventist health rapid Care facility.

Paul Bloom The staff and front desk is very courteous and efficient. The doctor is rude and arrogant. He acted like I was wasting his time. No follow up questions when I explained my symptoms. Didn’t ask what medications currently take or supplements. I would have thought that would be important since it could be causing my symptoms. He was more concerned with getting me out of there and telling my I should have seen someone else and also telling me 2 times “look around, do you see diagnostic equipment here?? I don’t have any.” It would do him some good to remember people don’t get a doctor’s appointment because they’re having a good day. They go there to get help Hard to believe we pay for healthcare like that

Rose Ive been a patient at the clinic for about a year now. The staff has always been so kind and helpful! If you have an issue with anything involving your care, the staff will bend over backwards to make sure youre taken care of. The facility itself is clean and very professional. The one thing I dont like (not against the staff at all) is that theres no ob/gyn providers in the clinic and the VA will only provide one kind of birth control to all female veterans. As in, one formulation of the birth control pill. No other kinds of birth control pills, no IUDs, no patches, no nuva rings, no birth control shots. The VA Healthcare system isnt set up to serve female veterans, period.

Donald Ricker Today I was treated badly by the Security Guard at the VA Sonora. I didn’t have a second to tell him I had an appointment before he he yelled, “you can’t come in!”. That guy needs some manners when talking to a Veteran. I got in my car a drive away. So much for thank you for your service. I was spit on when I came back, I don’t need to be spit on again.

Cindy Tavares I called in because myhealthevet was experiencing technical difficulties. I needed to ask for my doctor to refill a non narcotic non habit forming medication. The receptionist Brittany (I believe that was her name) was abhorrent. Dismissive, and seemed put out and inconvenienced. She also talked to me like I was a child and she was playing mommy. I also have perfection diction but her brain wasn’t able to comprehend logical talk. It was too fast for her liking. I can foresee her being a HUGE problem for veterans who are calling in crisis.

Alexis K This is basically rural medicine and rural medicine is not the same as regular medicine. My Ms Coleman, decided not to follow the instructions from my neurologist. And she decided that she was gonna pick and choose what was gonna be done. But in the meantime after six weeks nothing was done. She also had me lie to say I had a lump in my breast when I didnt. I would cant recommend this place to anybody. Unless youre super healthy and dont need a lot of medical help. I recently switched to. U C Davis in Elk Grove and all my tests have been ordered, today.

Trisha D UPDATE: Google isnt allowing me to do a second separate review, so here is a new December 2024 review: I had an urgent care matter and the entire clinic took excellent care of me! Dr. Mosson, got me in at the last minute (the clinic closes at 5pm, and it was 4p.m. that I had an urgent matter), Ms. Crowe did an amazing and expert job treating me, Mary, Shelly and Tina helped in detail with the financial end, and several other staff members (whom I dont remember their name) also were great. This is an extremely dedicated clinic, and Valley Springs is fortunate to have such an amazing Wellness-Medical Clinic! Past Review: I love the Valley Spring Health and Wellness Clinic! I am so grateful for my two doctors: Dr. James Mosson and Dr. Rhoda Nussbaum. Dr. Mosson, a primary-care doctor, is extremely empathetic and down-to-earth. He takes time to research possible new cures for illnesses, listens extremely well, and is very knowledgeable about chronic illnesses. He has been a true support system for me for over 2 years. I am deeply grateful for his professional care, time, and patience. Dr. Nussbaum, my gynecologist, volunteers her time and she is one of the most thorough gynecologists I have ever had. With a sweet disposition, she explains all the possible needed tests, the pros and cons of each test, and why some are more important than others. She encourages you to make the final decision. Both of the doctors could be enjoying a retirement of golfing and cruising, but instead they both are dedicated to working post-retirement age in a rural community that is in great need of doctors. They are angels! I am so grateful for both of their services. The entire staff - both in front and back areas - also have been nothing less than superb, always friendly and professional. The entire office suite is contemporary, clean and relaxing. It is a gemstone in our little town!

Our disabled daughter receives great dental care also here. chuck k I was in there back in August and had an appointment to come back in 30 days which they changed to a phone appointment. Between that time I was supposed to be set up for appointments to have labs, see a couple different specialists and so on. So I do the phone appointment and it seemed like she knew nothing about what had went on before so I had to ask all the questions about the labs and other specialist. Great so then she tells me that don’t worry they will set everything up and will call me. Ok. I was charged a office visit for a 10 minute phone call.. They sent 1 prescription to a pharmacy in Folsom and 1 to Lodi and have got nothing sense but a bill so I called back and they tell me we will check into it and call you back. That was in November. Nothing sense. I called again 2 weeks ago to change Dr. and they say they had to ask about it and will call me back. Never called me back again!! I’m done with this place!! I’m going to go somewhere that Atleast pretends to care about the patients!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

Jenna Caples I have taken my child to this facility since he was just a newborn and he is now almost nine, as well as i have been seen their for the last 5 years. DEB. GORHAM is the BEST practitioner they could of ever gotten there. Her bedside manner and her communication with her patients is impeccable. She is truly IRREPLACABLE. She cares for her patients as people not just patients. Without her i would not be as stable as i am today. The front desk ladies are always in a good mood and helpful, as well as the pharmacy girls. You go there often enough you walk in and they greet you by name and grab your meds for you. Its really a blessing and Im glad they have the Sonora office as well, so if Im in a pinch i can be seen in that office. Their dental clinic is great as well. I cant remember the DR name for the dentist but she and her assistant are GREAT with kids. My kid even likes going to the dentist and how rare is that. =) thank you TMWIHC for providing my family with great care and understanding.

Laura Nobis I am so happy I was directed to Deborah Goreham, NP! She is one of the best medical professionals I’ve met in my lifetime. She listens. That is beyond important and unfortunately too rare, but Deborah’s listening skills and communication skills deliver excellent ‘bedside manner’ & care for her patients. The whole staff’s great; including the pharmacy. I highly recommend if you’re looking for great care in our area: Twain Harte, Sonora, Mi Wuk, Tuolumne, etc.

Patty T I’d be very Leary about going to their Behavior Health Center when it comes to seeing Doctor Kevin Morse! He just started there! (October 2024) Was my previous Doctor when he had private practice! He lied to me when he closed his private practice and began working at the Me-Wuk Indian Health Center! He told me he checked and he could take me with him there! WRONG! Everything changed! Was seeing him twice a week for 1-1/2 hours to 2 hours! Now he cut me to once a week! I had 55 minutes session! Then he tells me I may need to go to 30 minutes, but he would ask if I could be an exception! For 3-4 weeks I had 55 minute session and then during a session about 25 minutes had passed and he tells me I need to go in a few minutes! Never even discussed with me that I was being cut to 30 minutes! THEN I call their office and was told via receptionist I will be cut to 30 minutes once a month! I texted my Doctor and I was angry and he never reached out to me! I cannot go from seeing him twice a week to 30 minutes a month! Then I get call from his medical assistant saying he wants me to book appointment! I asked ‘Why’ and she said because he cares! So I book appointment and he did not say anything to me! He just let me speak and about 20 minutes later he said he had to go, then replied ‘So I’m discharging you’! I never said I wanted to be discharged” but wanted to work out solution or know more about my sessions which he never bothered to explain to me! All this came down just days before Christmas! He knew I had no outside support and knew (personally) what I was going thru in my Life! Bottom line HE DIDNT CARE! He’s a LIAR as he promised me all would be ok for me to continue to be his patient at his new place! So I’m mentioning all this for future people who may be referred to this guy! RUN, don’t walk away from him! He really doesn’t care! If he really did he wouldn’t have let this happen to me! I called the BBH (Biard of. Savior Health) on him! They even said he ABANDONED & BETRAYED me and it was unethical for him to this, let alone right at the Holidays! They also agreed he Lied to me! They are asking me to file a complaint! Just warning you people! Dr.Kevin Morse is a ‘NO’! And lastly when Dr. Morse was in private practice his Secretary who worked there for years warned me that he really didn’t care about his patients! I didn’t believe her! But that remark stayed in my mind and even before this recent occurrence I started seeing his lack of empathy /concern for me! I even brought it up to him on several occasions but he never said anything! As usual! I swear by all I am saying here!~

drea cooper This is specifically in regards to their current behavioral health practices, the other branches I have had no issue with. Ive been going to this place for about 15 years now saw Dr. Roxas before he quit working here and a year more before he retired. If you asked me then my review would be 5 stars. However now I would give Dr. Vega and her assistant Mindy zero stars if possible. Never in my time having to interact with psychiatrists have I dealt with such blatant disrespect, lack of professionalism, outright lies, and complete indifference for a mental health patient (this is not on regards to myself). The patient whom signed a legal medical release form in order to allow me to not only join in the appointment but speak to the doctors for them, due to being mental unable to for themselves was denied that legal right even when profusely requesting for my presence once Mindy barred me from entering with them. Not only did they both display a severe lack of knowledge for being a "mental health professional" and assistant they both made clear their unwillingness and uncaring for the patients mental health which has been unstable and caused life concerning problems to where they have been hospitalized multiple times due to mental health professionals neglect and arrested in addition. However the patient was told they would not help them as their "level of care" exceded what they claim to provide, regardless of having absolutely no accurate knowledge of their actual needs and to go back to a psychiatrist that has not only (on more than on occasion) misdiagnosed the patient but has claimed they are stable enough without further assistance, which apparently means self harm, committing crimes, and attempting suicide is their version of "stable". The options for mental health in this county are a joke and this was a clear example of how. How is someone ever expected to overcome and illness if they are refused the help they need. A grievance was filed and the lady was not only extremely helpful she was kind and understanding. I worry for people in this county trying to seek mental health these days, its no wonder mental unstabitiy is so misunderstood and untreated. People are DYING for less that being mistreated and refused help. This needs to be address and changed. NOW.

Taylor Kline I had an incredible experience with the labor and delivery team, and I cant thank them enough for their care and support throughout the process. My nurse, Lexie, was absolutely outstanding. She brought such great energy to the room and made me feel at ease every step of the way. She was attentive, encouraging, and genuinely cared about my comfort, which made a huge difference during such an intense time. Dr. Tow, my delivery OB, was also amazing. From start to finish, Dr. Tow was professional, reassuring, and took excellent care of me. I truly appreciate how focused they were on ensuring everything went smoothly, including making sure I didn’t tear during delivery. Their expertise and care made me feel safe and well-cared for throughout the whole experience. I also want to give a special shout-out to the other nurses who were with me during active labor. Though I didn’t catch their names, their energy and encouragement were so uplifting. They were right there, cheering me on and supporting me through each contraction, and I honestly can’t express enough how much it meant to have their positive energy in the room. I am so grateful to the whole team for making such an important moment in my life feel as calm and positive as possible. Thank you for everything!

Delylah Villavicencio Spent 7 hours in ER on a Tuesday afternoon, my 3yo daughter was checked in due to having a high fever just to be told it must be something viral but due to there being so many viruses they couldn’t identify which one. Overall the experience was rough due to having to wait so long and they had ordered tests but then one was forgotten to be done and it made the process even longer. However I will say there are certain individuals there who care with compassion and made my experience better. More notably ,Registered nurse “Lani” at the front desk was amazing and she really went above and beyond to try and make us comfortable. I really appreciated her help and positive attitude it really made a difference. Being in the ER is never a good thing but with nurses like Lani it truly helps!

Michelle Parra The worse thing about the ER is the projected 9 hr wait time to get into the er waiting room, then another 5 or so hrs to get into a room. Last year around October my 83 yr old Mother went to er for rectal bleeding. She was very pail weak, dehydrated and has derviticulitis, plus she has a chronic back problem. She waiting around 10 hrs to get to the er bed, then was put in a room after 1am that night. She was given IV fluids and finally got her color back and felt better. She eventually got a colonoscopy a few days later and her care was about a 7 out of 10..The ER needs some major improvements, its very poorly managed. Im shocked she had to wait so long in the ER..Were considering taking her to a hospital in my area, if she needs an ER again, where the level of care is of satisfactory. There was another incident when she broke her back a few years back during covid and she was brought by ambulance there, They put her in a wheel chair, she was in excruciating pain and after about 5 hrs, she wanted to go home, to lay down so we picked her up. She ended up at the other hospital in Modesto a day later and the ER admitted her almost immediately.

Angela Rodriguez Gave birth to my second baby here. The entire hospital staff was super kind, understanding and accommodating. Labor and delivery felt like a breeze compared to the birth of my first baby at a different hospital. Would definitely recommend this hospital for anyone giving birth.

Carol Libhart My friend has been in this hospital for 4 days! I have been in here twice in those 4 days! I would imagine Florence Nightingale rolling in her grave. I plugged in O2 Sat monitor the first time I was in here after it beeping for 20 minutes low battery several personal sitting around the nurses station right across from her the beeping is annoying to both patient in this room. She phoned me several times saying She asked for water and She got it a couple hours later! I don’t expect a 3 star motel but basic courtesy of checking on a patient and refilling the water jug is the least that could be done. As well as Her bedside commode Reeks of urine and it is empty! Let me state that a care team that changes people everyday or so can not be effective to take care of a patients needs on a care plan! A Social Worker came in the first day and She has not heard anything more from anyone on the progress of the needs that they are supposed to be working on. Ask a nurse what is going on with her care plan? We are getting her O2 levels to stabilize and antibiotics to ward off Pneumonia . Ok that does make sense! But your patients are more than medication and paperwork! Nursing everywhere needs to go back to the old ways Of putting the patient first with compassion and dignity no matter what the status of their life situation is! Everybody has a story situations they are dealing with …. Kind words go a long way. Put yourself in their bed would you like the treatment your are giving? Granted nurses are busy, but without the patients in your hospital you would not have a business. I would like to commend Shawna for Her patients answering my questions and giving me the number that I requested! The first person who didn’t appear to be “in a hurry “ to be any where else but with the patient. She gets a 5 star.

Rahul Tottempudi I took my girls to James Dalton for their yearly physical with Pediatrician Dr. Taylan and did not have a good experience. I had to correct my address twice with reception, and Im still not sure if the right address is on there. I also added my wife (the mother of both daughters) to receive medical information with reception and that was not included in their charts. My wife ALSO added herself as mother online during remote check in as well. Again, it was not added to their charts. Dr. Athena Taylan saw both girls. We actually had no issue with Dr. Taylan and found her to be friendly, but her assistant called my wife two separate times just to let her know that she could not give her results because she was not added to their chart. Why would you call someone to give them results about their child then state that you cannot give them the results? We followed all of the directions given to us by the James Dalton center staff, but this place is just disorganized. I was also late for one of my daughters visits (I scheduled them together), and one of them had to be rescheduled (which was fine); however, Dr. Taylan stated that she could have seen both girls and was beginning to start her visit with my other daughter before her assistant stopped her. The kicker was that reception told me that they checked with Dr. Taylan and that she had declined to see the "late child" due to "busy schedule" so I feel reception didnt tell me the truth. I would like a call about my experience.

Maura Grant I came in without an appointment on Saturday, due to dizziness and experiencing vertigo. They were very caring and were able to see me within just a few minutes. After seeing the doctor, and thinking I had something in my ear, I was diagnosed with Vertigo. Dr. Laura Keller performed and showed me an exercise to do at home for the next several days. After she performed these exercises I felt much better. She spent a lot of time explaining the causes, cures, and future issues I should be aware of. I felt very cared for. They were all very professional, and accommodating. This is not my first visit to James Dalton Medical Center. Living in our rural area, I feel secure and confident I can get the care needed having this facility and their staff close by. Thank you all for your compassion, understanding and treatment. Taylor Diaz Had a URI (Upper Repistory Infection) tried to make an appointment and they said their Drs. Are all old so they dont accept any chest/lung ailments. Ive been calling them for 2 days because I have an ear infection and I need Amoxacilan and they havent returned my calls so now I have to go to the ER 30 min away when their building is around the corner from my house which is why I picked them.

Gail Barrett They won’t sign a request for a biopsy from Sonora Radiology. The hospital has called 2 days in a row. I called and was put on hold for over an hour. I checked their website and they closed the office without helping me or approving the request and no one came back on the phone to let me know. So unprofessional & frustrating. I have no idea if I can keep my morning appointment in Sonora.

Ariché E C the no smoking signs here are obviously for show. in reality, the guards chain smoke in the corners near the entrance and let patients do the same, at cost to those who come there to treat lung sensitivities and diseases. there are piles of cigarette butts near every door.

Eunha I recently had my first GI endoscopy procedure at San Joaquin General Hospital, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The nurses were super kind and attentive, taking the time to explain each step of the process. Abril Pacheco Vargas My mom was pregnant and she had her appointments at this hospital she was close to her due date and she was going to get a C-section and they had to give her a day to arrive so they can deliver her baby. The day was 01/01/25.We got here at 5:00 am they told us we were the only ones due for today. they said they had to get here all ready for the surgery. the nurses They couldn’t find my mom’s veins and inserted many needles to the point where my moms arms got bumps. they told us we had to wait because they setting up the room and we needed to wait for 2 hours. 2 hours passed and no one came, time just kept running. it hit 2:30 and they came saying they it was going to have to be rescheduled because they had to many people today but the thing is that they told us we were the only ones due programed for that day.They also told us they were low on employees. The sent us home and asked us to come the next day so we did. Everything went well but they had to take my sister to another facilite due to my mom’s blood sugars which is understandable. The next day the let me in to see my sister and stayed but i went out because i needed to go get something from the room.I came back to go back in with my sister and they refused me because they said i was under age but they let me in before. They were really rude they didn’t even let me get my stuff and didn’t even let me tell my parents. They were really rude expect the night care nurse she was super nice . I would recommend to go to another hospital if we knew it was going to be like this we would of not came. I regret changing my moms opinion to coming here.They also gave us a room but we had to share bathrooms with next door. The bathrooms didn’t have showers and when we need to shower they took us to the other side of the building and the water was cold they had to warm it up for 20 minutes and the water still was cold

Char How can you have all that parking and none of it is patient or visiting parking??? That hospital needs a ride share program so they can have a parking lot for patients. I really dont see why you need so many doctors this is the worst hospital Ive ever been to. Do not have a baby here the whole staff is horrible. I was here for a week because they kept putting off my surgery to get my tubes tied. I still got pregnant after they did the surgery ( all for nothing)

Karen Im not too sure why this place has a less than perfect rating. I have always had great care here and not usually a long wait time. I actually prefer this urgent care over ANY other urgent care in Merced county. I have been here for a wide range of medical issues, from being sick to having stitches in my leg, they are always great here! IMO.

Emily Griffin The doctor with the white long hair and beard who’s older, needs a serious bed side manner and attitude check. After a fully disengaged visit, my life partner went to apologize for him for not letting him know I had zofran at home he looks straight at him and says “she should have not you” and POINTS. While I’m already sick as a dog. I highly do not recommend this doctor.

Cecillia Coronado Surgery center! I took my daughter NON VERBAL 3 year old and the doctor and nurse was good working with her but one nurse that kept popping in was rude making RUDE comments ! They are open when they are talking to you one and one the door is open and this nurse had nothing to do but walk back and forth looking in the room very uncomfortable and unprofessional!

Denae Hernandez I called the nurse help line… was on for 17 minutes waiting and then they hung up on me. Didn’t even answer the phone. I was first in line too. Since they can’t be bothered to pick up the phone and help people over the phone, I’ve decided to never come here. This happened just now when I called at 5:30pm.

Kachumba I was there today for an eye check-up and was seen by Dr. Kedal and my experience with him was bad. He asks you questions while shouting, he doesnt give you a chance to explain and he misunderstands things and doesnt give you information about what you have or what the medicine is that he sent you to the pharmacy for.

mike smith He only cares about doing procedures. If you cant $ign up for an injection he rather not deal with you. If you are having a bad month or the medication just isnt working like it was he treats you like a drug addict. At that point he just pawns you off on his PA who he doesnt give any authority to make adjustments with your medication so taking to him is just a waste of time. The office doesnt return phone calls and his medical assistant is just rude. If you want compassion then go somewhere else.

Teri Robinson First appointment with this doctor and he stated “boy, you’re really milking this!” I have a spinal condition. A year and a half later, I decided to have injections with him under the direction of my primary care provider. Had the injections done in February and experienced quite a bit of pain. I left seven messages for him through his staff, and he did not call me for two weeks! I would advise to stay away from this Dr. I have never experienced a provider that did not follow up for two weeks. He’s also pretty arrogant and condescending. I will be seeking a second opinion elsewhere

VloggerGirl93 There facility is awful took myself there because I needed help for suicidal thoughts and they locked me in a room with no windows or anything and there was a concrete bed and the help there is a joke. I waited 2 days to see a doctor. They didnt even meet with me for two days.. I wanted out of there and they didnt let me even though it was my right to let myself out of there as I took myself there. They need to be shut down its ridiculous and so unclean too there was dirt and dist everywhere.

Throughout the conversation, the receptionists tone remained irritable. It was only due to my wifes patient and persistent efforts that the receptionist finally confirmed my mother was safe. However, shockingly, the receptionist then abruptly hung up on my wife while she was still speaking, leaving us with unresolved concerns and questions. While I understand that working in a mental health facility can be challenging, there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic human decency displayed by the receptionist. It is essential for individuals working in this field to be equipped with the necessary skills and training to handle sensitive situations with care, understanding, and a focus on the well-being of both patients and their families. Jonathan Evans They treat mental healthcare like a joke. Literally just got laughed at on the phone. Also In the past they gave me staff infection with a pneumonia shot. Brought up the pain constantly. Still hurt when i got out. Was charged outrageous amount by my lousy insurance. Contacted them about it. Denied i ever said anything. They also force you to be unmedicated for almost 2 days which for me is pure agony. And they could care less the whole time i said anything

Joshua King Some of the staff were kind and seemed to be trying their best. Shout out to Nurse Thea and the clinician Alma. Specifically, they were both shining lights. That being said, I had a truly traumatic experience here. Do not send your loved ones here. Do not volunteer to go into this facility until they fix the disorganized and, at times, negligent care. This place will change you, but not in the way you want. I wake up at night from nightmares from this place.

Willow Firestar This facility is ACTIVELY mistreating my partner who is currently hospitalized here and poisoning them as well. My partner had Stephen-Johnson reaction to Keppra 14 months ago due to an apparent allergy and they are forcing them to take Keppra and delegitimizing the seizures being caused by the allergy. I was visiting them last night and the visitation was cut short because of vomiting cause by the medication allergen. This facility does not listen to actual diagnoses.
