Via Macatula What a great experience! I came here today to get my pre-employment physical screening, Christopher Hernandez guided me and helped me throughout the process, he did an amazing job from taking time to really test my physical ability by lifting weights and taking my vitals and making sure I’m ready for the job I’m taking. Thank you again Christopher!

I would like to express that I did NOT APPRECIATE the hostile customer service from the front desk specifically, Daisy with the gray hairs.
I first came in for a TB TEST Monday, October 21st around 3:45 PM. The moment I walked in, I seen that Daisy was slightly aggravated that I was walking in through the doors, unprepared without paperwork. Daisy immediately asked for my paperwork which I responded “This is my first time, I was not sure how the procedure worked. I proceeded to let Daisy know I was going to refer back to my emails.
After having technical issues with my own phone service, I was unable to email my documents to the generated email that’s specialized for patients. Daisy offered her work email to receive the documents since she wasn’t receiving any of my documents.
At this point I understand Daisy is getting inpatient since the time was 4:35pm
After much technical difficulties, DAISY suggested to just manually enter my barcode information from my phone into her computer system to speed up the process.
With in 15 mins I was already in stage 2 of the appointment and out the door.
72 HOURS LATER!!!: after 72 hours passed by I come back to get a reading on my TB shot.
Today, October 24 at 11:15 am I walk through the doors with my paperwork on hand. I immediately walked to the front desk to the first available person (NOT DAISY) who made eye contact with me. I politely informed her I was simply there for a TB reading. I had my paperwork on hand, almost instantaneously I see Daisy’s demeanor shift.
The woman who was helping me, I don’t remember her name she had glasses on. She proceeds to turn to Daisy slightly confused on what was the next step to do.
In a very condescending way, I see how Daisy’s demeanor towards her coworker is when she’s expressing to her on what she should do.
I instantaneously shifted my WHOLE BODY, ENERGY, ATTENTION towards Daisy because 72 HOURS LATER
YOU STILL HAVE YOUR FUNKY LITTLE ATTITUDE!
I immediately grew with frustration because if I’m young and sometimes have a hard time understanding how things work …IMAGINE HOW DAISY TREATS SENIORS, probably even worse when they don’t understand how technology works, how things have evolved, or simply understanding how a facility runs their procedures. And if they’re not understanding, WHO ARE THEY GOING TO ASK FOR HELP? Because IF THEY ASK DAISY THEY WILL BE MET WITH HER FUNKY LITTLE ATTITUDE!
Please take this into consideration, or hire people who genuinely appreciate helping others and have no problem taking time out of their day, to help others understand how things work sometimes.
Do better next time Daisy
