Ellen Jackson I saw Dr. Bajor for the first time for a routine yearly physical. Her staff was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Bajor made me feel comfortable and at ease during my appointment, and she was knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. Ellen Jackson Having had some negative experiences with doctors, I was greatly relieved to find Dr. Hwang. He’s warm, kind, and enthusiastic. Best of all, he knows how to communicate with patients. Dr. Hwang explained the details of my medical situation, answered all my questions, and presented the options more thoroughly than any other doctor I’ve encountered. Don’t be confused by the OD degree. Hwang is a fully trained and accredited medical doctor who also has the expertise to approach problems more holistically. No one solicited this review.

Susan Moriarity Su and her team are everything you remember (if you’re old enough) about medical care before managed care tool over. Su is a deeply caring and intelligent healer. Her team is also consistently excellent, always supportive of your family’s health. We are so lucky to have Sattva in Goleta. The only downside is that they don’t accept insurance, so you have to submit claims to your insurer. In my case, Blue Shield has found excuses not to pay, so the out of pocket expense is more than my family can afford on a regular basis.

I called Sansum clinic back in Dec. 2024 to book an appointment with primary care as a new patient, the next availability for new patients would’ve been 2026. This posed a huge issue for me since I hadn’t seen a doctor in years and needed to get prescriptions. I noticed that Cottage Health Open a primary care facility and I immediately booked an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Varner. The facility is brand new and the staff are just as amazing. Dr. Varner really took the time to get to know me, asked me questions in order to build a relationship with me, and I never felt rushed or neglected. I’m so happy to call her my forever Doctor.

Last year Dr. Keshen did surgery on my son. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the produce he was going to do. I really appreciated it that he listened to my concerns and considerations in regard to the type of surgery for my son. He was not pushy in telling me what is was best, instead he understood and made me feel that the choice was good. The hospital where he performed the surgery was very nice and accomodating. The nurses made my son feel super comfortable. They even provided me food for staying in the recovery room while waiting for my son. Thank you for making my son feel at ease during the procedure.

Pretty shitty experience, youd expect to be welcomed and treated with some degree of sensitivity at a doctors office. Ive encountered more friendly workers at the DMV.

Great bedside manner; I felt comfortable and reassured. Follow-up care was thorough, and I felt like they prioritized my recovery.

Donald Dr Sal at the Ridley wound center is the absolutely best dr I could have ever had. Had life threatening infection back in March due to diabetic wound Dr Sal Came to my hospital room performed surgery and spent the time on a personal level to inform me how to change my diet to get my diabetes under control. I just had my last visit and was discharged. With the time spent by Dr Sal and.his incredible staff my diabetes is no longer a concern. I no longer take medication of any type for my Diabetes just follow Dr Sals advice on my diet and lost large amount of weight A1C now at 500. The utmost respect for a stellar Dr . Thank you Dr Sal and your staff for treating me with respect and care changing my life extremely in a positive way. Flawless treatment at the wound center from the front desk to the greatest nursing staff on earth can not praise everyone enough. So Again thank you Dr Sal and staff very grateful for changing my life blessing me with the knowledge I desperately needed to get my diabetes under control.

Scott Adams From the moment I set foot into the wound center almost a year ago, was warmly welcomed by the badge staff who gave me detailed instructions on where to go to see my doctor. The nurses in the wound care center are top notch! First off theyre very professional until you get to know them then they make you feel like a part of a family. Not only do they care for you they ask you about your week, your holidays, your family and how you yourself are doing. Dr Sal will do everything within his power to deliver to you the best health care possible. I will be very sad when my wound heals because everyone who took care of me and interacted with me I will truly miss.

Aaron Ritter I am extremely picky about doctors and have continually found my expectations of doctors to be too high, so when I say that Dr. Rai is fantastic, it really means something coming from me. She’s a great listener that takes her time to understand the patient, not just their symptoms. As such, her advice and treatment tend to be quite nuanced and tailored to the patient. I would recommend her highly.

A R Dr. Rai has wonderful bedside manner and takes great notes. However, there was nothing about my experience with her at Santa Barbara Internal Medicine Group that made me feel like the $400 concierge fee was worth it. I tried the concierge model because I have complex chronic illnesses. However, I found Dr. Rai was slow in responding to messages, had to be pressed for specialist referrals, and wasnt willing to educate herself on my primary chronic illness. She also has a caseload of 300 patients, which doesnt exactly fit the concierge model I had in mind when agreeing to pay $400. I didnt continue my care with Dr. Rai after the year was up.

Tricia Taylor Dr. Anita Rai is amazing. Excellent listener, thorough, and truly caring. She makes you feel like you’re her only patient, and for whatever reason, time flies with her even though she isn’t rushing you. Because Dr. Rai’s residency was at Cottage, she is well-connected and won’t flinch referring you to a specialist when warranted. So glad I now have a doctor that is compassionate and my health advocate! Sent friends and family to her, and they love Dr. Rai too! Great hire for Sansum - thank you!
