Ricardo Flores I was not feeling well at all. Went to the walk in clinic thinking I will be there for hours. The office was full of patients. The staff handle the situation very well. I was there for 1hour and a half. Only cause I was asked if I wanted to wait for results which I did. The MA and the doctor were very professional . Thank you KUDOS to your staff.

Elaine Garcia I walked in on Valentines day & everyone was very helpful and friendly. I remember Veronica from the front office when Dr. Meleshenko was still practicing. She was always really friendly and she still is. Also, the NP was very attentive & friendly, so all & all I had a very good visit.

Kiersten Armstrong Nurse practitioner Melissa Santillana is careless and lacks bedside manner. She misdiagnosed my baby with a “low fetal heart rate”, preparing my husband and I for a miscarriage when in fact, she picked up MY heart rate during the exam. She refused to double check her work during the exam despite of my husband saying “that sounds like mom’s heartbeat, not baby.” We went through a week of absolute hell thinking we were going to lose our baby. Melissa lacked compassion and common decency. She should absolutely not be working in obstetrics. This review of Melissa also reflects on Dr. Talks office as well as Adventist health. I’d recommend nobody to see this woman. She is easily 50 years old, has obviously been practicing for decades. I don’t understand how she could be so careless and neglectful.

Kathy Bare I observed Sara, the MA for Dr. Locke, dealing with patients and she is awesome. She went out of her way to get answers for patients that were waiting. Very friendly and helpful! Rose is also wonderful. She listens and explains. She even called me to see how I was doing and see if I had any more questions. I really appreciated that!

Ruth Santini Front office greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions. Im from Florida, came to visit and got sick. The Dr. that was there that night listen to my concerns and prescribe what I needed. Left very pleased. Highly recommended this place. Shame that I forgot the name of that doctor that night. Rosio Lerma All of the staff at Rapid Care were very kind and helpful. They were very busy with several patients waiting for their turn to be seen on the Saturday I walked into the clinic, but they were very kind and helpful. I was seen by nurse practitioner Byron, he was kind, listen to and answered all my questions. I recommend this Rapid Care location.

Analia Flores I brought my mom here last year when we couldn’t get any help from her primary. The doc/NP listened to my mom and properly diagnosed her. Mom got better right away with tx plan. We felt like she’d been taken care of with kindness and thoroughness. Grateful for this staff and the accessibility within our neighborhood. Excellent care, I believe.

Shaftnee Got referred here by Military doctors to get a vasectomy. Dr. Ashok is a very smart man, and even more skilled as a doctor. I was comfortable all the way through; from the waiting room to the table I felt confident I was in good hands. Dr. Ashok explained everything g in detail and did everything he said was going to happen. If I had to get another vasectomy or refer another person, this is the place to go.

José Alvarez Beware!! Stay away from this place! The Dr. Sounds and is amazing. Just his staff is very rude and unprofessional. Word of advice Dr., Fire your staff and get staff that will actually help your patience. No people skills what so ever. Made my father waste his is the entire morning proving that he paid a bill, which the office manager said he never did. My father had to drive all the way to lemoore to get the receipt that he paid. I went to the office to speak to that manager, using the same tone she was speaking to my father the first time he was there. She said, "Dont scream at me." That the same tone you spoke to my father. I asked her to check your files to see if you have the receipt, behold when she checked her files that received was in there, she just never checked! My father was not seen that day and was offered another day to be seen, which I denied and said he is taking his business elsewhere. Very unprofessional, STAY AWAY!!

Julie Prine My husband had to have a very large Stone removed from his bladder. My husband said that Dr. Ashok is an awesome doctor! He did wonderful job removing the stone. He is very professional and friendly. Thank you doctor for taking such wonderful care of my husband. ❤ Thats the stone that was removed. In a specimen cup.

Devin Oliveira Had lithotripsy done by Dr. Ashok, super nice doctor, very detailed and great bedside manner. He explained everything to me and my husband and always asked if we had any questions. We both felt very confident in him and the procedure he was performing.

Efren Cuevas I got my vasectomy done by Dr. Ashok. I did my research before and I was pleased by the reviews. I had asked my primary Dr. for a referral to this urology clinic and they also accepted my insurance. The staff was professional and friendly as well as Dr. Ashok. He explained everything during my consultation. My procedure was quick and painless. Recovery time for me was a couple days mostly just a little discomfort. I did not feel uncomfortable what so ever. I liked their APPatient app. Overall good service great staff best Dr. for procedure and he has a good sense of humor.

Lauren Eck The staff and doctor are wonderful! I have had to get myself as well as several of my children tested over the last few months. Every time we have been given attention and respect. Their system is well organized and the line moves quickly. The doctor even makes his rounds while you are in line and asks everyone how they are doing. The personal touch is so nice and really put me and my children at ease.

Kamala Bocanegra I went to this practice and I absolutely love them! They made me feel very welcome and they are very proffesional. They confirmed my pregnancy and you could tell they were excited for me. They immediately wanted to do a blood panel to make sure me and baby were okay. Rosa Lopez Today I arrived to my appointment at Contemporary Family Practice. I was surprised to see so many waiting for the Covid Rapid Testing. My wait was minimal because it was so well organized. The staff were friendly to all and helpful with one patient that was in tears. Thank you Contemporary Family Practice for working non stop throughout the morning to assist all those in need. So glad you are my primary provider clinic!

Jay Bee My family has been going here since they opened and we have had nothing but great experiences. CFP is a huge improvement over our two previous providers. We recommend them to all our friends and they have been coming here as well. There are a few negative reviews here on google and other sites that are from one particular family who became outraged they weren’t able to get their drug fix. Don’t buy their sob stories. If you want good medical care without hassle or long waits for appointments look no further.

Celeste Jannuzzi Had cold/flu symptoms that developed overnight. Woke up feeling terrible, so I called in for a Telemed appointment. Shortly after, I received a call back, had my appointment via phone, and the prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy quickly. Jade Garcia Dr. Gonzalez is, without a doubt, one of the best doctors out there. He genuinely cares for his patients and takes the time to build a personal connection with each one. After seeing him for a few months, I can confidently say that I will never switch doctors. He is dedicated to uncovering the root of any issue and relentlessly pursues answers until he finds them. Jodi Cherry Aria has great medical care and their team in both Hanford and Lemoore is very good. I have always been happy with the treatment I receive and all my interactions with staff are always pleasant. The ladies at the front are always smiling and cheerful it actually makes my day. love Amber Simson She is the care provider I choose to see, the best doctor around. She is kind, caring and non judgmental her focus is on the well being and health of her patients if there is something to address she will address it. Another great addition is that Amber doesn’t keep you waiting She is fast and efficient and also values the time of the patients that she sees so you can count on great time management with her. Love it .

Hector Went here to pick up my son’s birth certificate and it was a pretty straight forward process. I had to make an appointment but I saw people also being able to do walk ins. The buildings are somewhat hard to identify as their signs are the most informative but as far as government buildings go, this isn’t terrible

Suzanne Tabers I saw 4 Urology doctors and each one gave me a different opinion. For the lithrotripsy another surgeon came in the hospital and gave me another opinion. 2 days after my lithrotripsy I was in immense pain. No one was in the office because it was New Years weekend. 3 days of immense pain before the office openef. When I called the office they checked my chart and i was told I could take the stent out after 2 days. As soon as I, the patient took out the stent, there was NO pain. I was not EVER informed of this orally or in any of the written instructions. Seems like a huge mistake for me to go have been in pain needlessly for 3 extra days. Writing this as I have been waiting in urology clinic for my confirmed appointment. I loved Dr. Czeasar and Brenda Tidwell but do not like 13 different urologists with different opinions.

David Hill I saw Jacqueline Jump since Brenda Tidwell is out of the office at this time. Jacqueline was great, she went over my lab work and my X-ray with me.

Harold Oversen. Theyre very professional there they try like hell not to embarrass you is the only problem I had with it is that thing hurt they couldnt put some lidocaine on it before they stuck it down there

Veronica Harnandez I have been hurting for 2 years and no doctor has been able to figure out what is the cause.most of the doctors now days are just band aid doctors. “ Everything looks okay”, but yet patients are not feeling well.

Dona McMahan First of all Dr. Cesar is no longer there and nobody informed me as a patient and I see Brenda Tidwell who I really liked but she’s no longer there. She’s out on a leave of absence then I saw the other PA now she’s out on leave of absence and when I called to get the report of one of my test, they couldn’t tell me because there was no providers in the office and I was really sick so they told me just to go to urgent care, which I did and it was at Contemporary Urgent Care and they took very very good care of me because I had a really bad infection . and then I get a text telling me there’s a new doctor and that I can see him August 31 on a Saturday at 9:30. I’m never even gone to this doctor. What a mess that office is the girls were nice. They always have been.

Josie Romero I was left in the hall 71/2 hours. I was wheeled to CT SCAN, like on a roller coaster. I felt so sick to my stomach not just there but the entire time I was sitting in the hall. Had nothing to drink or eat all day. Sadly I was disappointed because I wasnt checked on. When I finally got to see a PA, I could hear him say what shes been here for 71/2 hours. There was one nurse that gave m e blanket cause I told her I was cold. So, thank you. The lady that took my vitals was so nice.

kristina lankford This has been thee best hospital to deliver at. Every part of the staff was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful. It was almost like the twilight zone, how happy everyone was to do their jobs. Delivery went smoothly and people went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. My nurses for labor and delivery were Kristan and Sarah, and they were both very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Not to mention, the facility was clean and well managed. This is my 2nd delivery with Dr Lloyd, and he’s also amazing every time. He’s very efficient and demonstrates wisdom and a high set of skills.

Tom Tamayo I was in and out in 2 1/2 hours. Ms. Tori the RN was really nice and pleasant, easy to talk too, she explained everything. Just would like to say thank you. Oh Ms. Aubrey and Dr. Sam were real good too. Treat people right and they treat you the same way.

Kim Okarma I came in on Friday 3.7.25 morning for blood work. Registration was very quick. How ever. There wasn’t even lab techs working to keep the flow moving in the waiting room. I had to leave & come back early Monday morning.

Casey Huben Id recommend this hospital to literally anyone for any reason, but I particularly recommend it to women (or anyone else) who has been dismissed or hasnt felt listened to elsewhere who are looking for truly exceptional care and answers. I cant say enough positive things about my experience at Adventist hospital. I didnt think going to the ER and being admitted could feel like a positive experience. From everyone I interacted with in the ER, to the surgical team to the inpatient care afterwards, to the custodial staff and admin, every single person was kind, caring, professional and so on top of things. Id been having this health issue for years and seen countless doctors who all dismissed the issue as nothing or anxiety. As soon as I was in the ER at Adventist I could tell this time would be different. They asked a lot of questions, validated my experience and were running tests Id never had an ER order before (simple things like an ultrasound and blood work). I was diagnosed and out of surgery with the issue fixed within 12 hours. The surgical team was amazing, the nurses made sure I was informed and comfortable, the anesthesiologist was very thorough in understanding my joint issues to make sure I wouldnt be injured being moved. The surgeon, Dr K, was great and kept my husband well informed, Im told it was over in 20 minutes. I spent 2 days in patient while they made sure my pain was managed and that my blood work was stable and back to normal. Again everyone was amazing, the nurses, cnas and doctors all took great care of me. Im new to the area and they even made sure I was set up with a local PCP before I left.

Everlasting Life 100% dr. Gomez is a very thorough doctor. She is always concerned for her patients. She truly gets 1000% from me. She makes you feel welcome and always has an ear to listen to what we have to say. She’s not a five minute doctor. She’s the best doctor I ever had in my whole entire life

Dee Life That whole check-in process is ridiculous! All the unnecessary chit chat before and after each step of the process is ridiculous! They are always so packed and the helpers at each step take their time clicking here and clicking there on their computer. The only urgency I heard was Gail in labs scolding everyone to go to lunch bc she gets off at 1:30p. I sat there from start to finish 2.5 hrs RIDICULOUS. All I did was register for surgery. The actual X-ray took less than 10 min, the labs took a while 30min, (Gail going around asking who took lunch) the ekg itself took about 5min. I sat and waited before each Step, the longest was when I first walked in waited 50 min then waited. The conversations in each stop in lobby areas were about how long someone is/has or had waited Please palvillon firgure out a better system the one you have sucks.

Jim Cipres I had a great experience with the staff at this location. I broke my foot and was bounced around by other Adventists offices in Hanford (with my broken foot untreated)l for over a week!) but got lucky when I came to this office! They took care of me from start to finish and made me feel like things were going to be okay. They provided all the care I was hoping for including checking other medical needs I hadn’t considered! Thank you all for your help! This will be my go to moving forward!

Dianna Clark When I went through my stroke, I cough not have have asked for better treatment. Everyone drone from the ER personaanil to the nurses upstairstreated me with the best treatment I have ever had at hospital . I will not go to any other hospital again.

Virginia Dean Dr. Melashenko is a good doctor, and most of the other employees except for the nurse Lupe she is very rude and not helpful. Lupe needs to be fired not a person to work with people.

Scott Mill After hours service is non existent. 16 weeks started bleeding. Attempted to reach on call OB with no luck so went to ER. Called to follow up with the on call OB in the afternoon, call center tried for over an hour to reach the doctor with no success. If you have any issues after their working hours you’re on your own.

Megan Tuano I have to say we drive all the way from Visalia about a 30 minute drive each time during my entire pregnancy and I did that specifically because the Visalia location did not allow partners to join ( all of them except sonograms). When we signed up and started coming, every staff member was so helpful and so welcoming, which made a huge difference from the previous location. Specifically nine months worked with Melissa, She is fantastic and super caring. My only tip for new mothers is to always come with questions prepared and read about your weekly pregnancy so you can have the best questions ready for your appointment. The nurses there are fantastic always so happy and wanting to help you through whatever difficulties questions you may have. As a new mom, it can be scary asking things and you could pretty much be navigating and unknown waters so having a team there to help support you to the entire process from scheduling nurse questions and support along with the main doctors has been a safe song for our delivery. Thank you to the team for making this experience one of a kind for mothers. This is worth the drive!

Maira Vizcarra Just delivered my baby girl with Dr. Talk! He is the BEST! I had complication before my pregnancy and had to have surgery before my baby and him he was also great. He was in my delivery right away when the nurse called. He always keep me informed with the plan of care through out my journey. He actually gets to know his patients he memorized my babies name when I was pregnant/delivery/postpartum which was nice shows that he cares and listen to his patients. STOP looking and make an appointment with him you won’t regret it!

Tyrone Johnson Came for a check up and Marisela from suite 103 is an exceptional nurse. Super friendly and she made me feel super comfortable. I appreciate her for what she did to me and my care. Anybody would be blessed to have her in her care. 10/10 Recommend for anyone !!

Janice DeLoza My original appointment was with Dr. Minassi. The receptionists gave me the wrong directions to the clinic the day before my appointment. I drove to 3 different locations. At the third location I was finally given correct information, the receptionist contacted Minassis office and was told that I was still ok for my appointment. Upon arriving, now 10 minutes late, was told that Minassi did not have time for me because I was late. I was a new OB patient and had already waited months to be seen. After some back and forth, was given an appointment with Melissa Santillana. From the get go, Santillana did not make me feel as if she understood or wanted to understand. She minimized my pain and didnt take me serious. She went as far as to tell me I was not a good candidate for a specific treatment. I pushed for a consult and after meeting, Dr. Talk stated there was no reason for me not to able to have this procedure. A little after a month since my appointment with Santillana, I was having extreme pain and left a message with receptionists because I needed answers. Never received a call back. I called back the next morning and in her notes for me, Santillana brushed me completely off and stated I should contact Dr Talk for further attention. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any medical professionals.

A S I recently brought my son here and was treated so horrible. They skipped us and called people ahead of us who had clearly arrived after us . I asked the receptionist if there was any reason why we were skipped and she said, “it’s crazy right now and everyone is doing everything right now but your next” . A short time later the receptionist called me up to the counter and only stated in a rude manner “ $35!” When we were finally called back after another 10 minutes passed by, I could hear the receptionist and the Medical Assistant in the front bad mouthing about me. The MA then came into the room very rude and told my son to open his mouth and basically stabbed my son’s tonsils with swab and walked out of the room without saying a single word . I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism and lack of empty these two staff members showed for their patients. Will not be coming here again!

Adrian Urrutia I haven’t been serviced by them so I will only speak about the receptionist who answered the phone. I called in asking if they accepted Medical as a valid form of insurance and the lady said, “honey, unfortunately with that you will not be able to be seen at any good hospital but hope you make it, byeeeee.” You could even hear the sarcasm and laughter on her voice. This is definitely not professional at all coming from a medical facility, especially when you are in an emergency.

ሚካኤል The older nurse practitioner that works on Fridays was very rude. She told me not to come on Fridays anymore because she works on Fridays. Will not visit anymore!

B N This urgent care has the best staff! Always pleasant and professional at the window. Out the back, the staff Ive seen here are knowledgeable, caring and treat properly.

Julieta Camargo My husband had pneumonia and they told him he had cold send him home with no medication he got worse we went back and they diagnosed pneumonia the service here is terrible is not our first bad experience with them I am going to other urgent care never to this one.

Rosalind Wong Dr. Cabaluna was the in-hospital pediatrician after I delivered my son. After she saw him, she kept telling my husband and me something was off but would not answer any of our questions or elaborate, only stating she was going to try to transfer him to Valley Childrens. We were very discontent with her lack of communication that my doctor and the nurses in the hospital told us we could ask for another pediatrician. After we did so, she would not release us to another pediatrician while we were still in the hospital. When we were allowed to go home from the hospital, she even insisted on the hospital keeping our son to try and get him transferred even though Valley Childrens didnt have room in their facility due to all the RSV patients at the time. While we looked for another pediatrician, we saw her two more times. She still insisted something was wrong with my son but again didnt tell us why and basically said well have to wait to get into Valley Childrens. She did say our son had an odd shaped head and she was referring him to get helmet therapy. We ended up seeing another pediatrician shortly after our second visit which the new pediatrician immediately sent us to get X-rays at Hanford Advanced Imaging as she suspected craniosynostosis, which was the correct diagnosis. She got us into Valley Childrens within a month and he had skull surgery at four months old. If we didnt get this resolved sooner, our child could have had serious complications in the future. If your child needs more medical attention like mine, I would run far away from this doctor.

Cynthia Figueroa I’m only leaving 4 stars because Dr Cabaluna is amazing with my daughter. However, the medical assistants up front are HORRIBLE! Bad customer service, never make eye contact with you, and just rude! Today I took my daughter and I needed an address for a prescription I was given. I called the office at 4:15 I didn’t get an answer and was sent to the operator that just said the office is closed, mind you they close at 5 and I was in Visalia because I really needed the medication for my daughter. I had to drive back to Hanford and make it before 5 so I can be given a simple address they were suppose to give me over the phone, I called 10 times before I had to go back to Hanford! When I got there again, I was not greeted or looked at. I asked why were the phones off if they close at 5 and they did not respond and ignored the question. I was asked in a rude way what do I need. She did not want to go back and ask the doctor for the information I needed until I got a little loud with her. I’m so over the front desk medical assistants. Adventist, do better. This is a children’s clinic, our children need to feel safe and welcomed as soon as we walk in that door. You definitely need more well trained, nicer, bubbly and happy receptionist!!!

Hugo Ramirez The truth is that this doctor knows nothing more than to say that everything is normal, for 2 years she has not been able to help us at all, and she does nothing, she does not mind ordering laboratories or what is necessary to solve the problem, she does not recommend us either with specialists. the few things that have been done is because we have demanded that she order certain studies, my son keeps getting sick, we dont know why and she keeps saying that everything is normal. Personally, a pediatrician is not like that, she does not care about her patients. I recommend that you look for someone else, as a parent we seek the best for our children and she is not the best option. I hope this will help people who want to seek quality medical service and not just receive useless diagnoses or incompetent care

Salvador Campos Ive been taking my grand daughter to this office. Dr. Cabaluna is a great pediatrician however the staff is not very welcoming. The girls in the front barely acknowledge/ greet you. I took in my grand child because she was sick and I wanted them to check her weight, the medical assistant said, "we dont do weight on sick kids cause they can get other kids sick". Its a clinic, sick kids go there smh. I wish Dr. Cabaluna had her own office without snobby medical assistants that probably came from SJVC with poor customer service skills.

Andres Tinoco I was there today. My appointment was at 3, waited there for 3 hours for my doctor to see me. Then my name was called but my driver was the one who called for me, to tell me she was there to pick me up. Mind you, drivers are there to pick you up until 5 oclock and she thought I was already done when I was not. So after my driver left, now...NOW they called me to come see the doctor. So I have to reschedule my appointment to next week. I mean they could have just told me about the results. And the front lady on the 3rd floor called the drivers company, trying to blame it on the driver. Thats not okay.

Review Guy How could these guys cancelled appointments without consent? My wife called and advising them that we’ll be running a little late ? I was told that the grace period is 15mins but I was told by a supervisor back then that it was 30 mins ? Can adventist health clarify this stuff cause we tried our best to make time for these appointments and these people don’t even help us out. They rescheduled my wife on the day of her birthday. How convenient is that.

Arlienna Leon Honestly, I don’t ever write reviews and this is definitely my first. But, I never cried coming out of a dr bc of how I was spoken to . I came here for my newborn a couple days ago, I’d say the receptionists and the ladies that weighed my daughter were absolutely amazing I have no complaints on them, they were delightful so let me just start there! But, the Dr I saw that was checking the over all health, skin , weight etc was just so rude. He had asked me about the dates of when I went to the Dr and the weight she was last which at that moment I had such brain fog and a rough morning I was mixing up everything and not remembering when exactly her last appt was and couldn’t find the text of when it was last but i remember now. But , he then got snappy at me telling me that I’m not properly feeding her enough and that she isn’t gaining enough which she most definitely is gaining and eating more than enough. My Dr previously said that I saw a week prior she was eating and gaining, that she’s beautifully healthy. It picked me the wrong way..he was so disrespectful and has such a snarky tone along with laughing in my face and making fun of the fact I was having brain fog trying to remember the dates when I have so much already going on. I was so disappointed because he was nice in the hospital and coming here was just such a punch in the face. I will not be coming back, the way I felt walking out that drs office made me feel so crappy about myself, literally in tears and my post partum may be a reasoning of being emotional and not okay about it but he needs to learn how to speak to new moms dealing with post partum and just over all moms in general because they go through a lot .

Justus Gaston If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m 6 months pregnant and have had 2 dr appointments. I had my daughter today and they would not let me see my OB even after telling them I had gone to urgent care and am having a lot of pain due to a hernia that has become an issue and was recommended to see my OB. I am always being rescheduled and the employees in the front are very rude. I was actually told today “you’ve been here before haven’t you” very rudely implying I should have known kids weren’t allowed. I had already an appointment last week which was rescheduled. However like I said in all of my 6 months of pregnancy I’ve had 2 appointments and never been told my child couldn’t come. Also very sad for it to be a rule for single moms who are having health issues and need to see their doctor. I will be switching my coverage.

cineypoo LOVES I went to go to an OBGYN appointment but because I am a single mother they wouldn’t see me. The woman told me that because my daughter was with me they couldn’t see me. She is 2 and I just moved here from Sacramento and my nearest family is 3 hours away. I will never return and I will not recommend them to anyone who has children. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Especially considering that it even said on the door that no guests are permitted unless no other option. I have no other option and the lady didn’t care. Do not go here. Use your insurance elsewhere because they don’t deserve a single penny.

Sherry Ferreira I went here for my first time yesterday. Dr. Pigford is who I saw. I have not seen a better doctor since I was a kid in Dinuba. He was very attentive and listened to me. My other Dr never paid attention to me. I truly was blessed yesterday for such prompt service. The nurse Tiffany who took my vitals was amazing. Very concerned and helped me very well. The receptionist was also very nice. The lady by the door when you walk in was very welcoming. I am so glad I found this place. They didnt make me feel like a burden in anyway! Thank you so much!

Melonie C I do NOT recommend this place! They have now scheduled me TWICE for a visit in which I showed up and the provider wasn’t there and wasn’t working that day! Then they try to lie and say they called me but my voicemail was full (they didn’t call, my voicemail is NEVER full ). The unprofessionalism and the lack of ability to do their jobs is astonishing. Then they want to laugh about the whole situation. The drive time alone is an hour and a half to get there ! I couldn’t tell anyone to stay further away !

Michelle Neufer I was seen last week. I got right in. The front office staff were polite. The medical assistant was very sweet and when I asked about her background she shared just a bit. What a wonderful story, respectfully shared. The Dr/PA was very very thorough. The nurse explained everything he was doing and what I was receiving. I felt my medical needs were very well taken care of. I will use this Adventist Urgent Care for all my urgent needs.

Mary Quintero This place is THE WORST. I have been trying to see my provider for almost 3 months now. They have almost no appointments for working people. I scheduled a 4 pm appointment twice (had to wait for literally weeks) only to have them cancel it both times the day of the appointment. I cant get my medicine refilled. I cant get the results of my tests. It is clear that they do not care one bit about my health.

Jesse Castillo Very unprofessional place to make the patients driver wait hours at the office. Like yall cant call us when the patient is ready to be picked up?? Like why do we have to wait here? Are they going to feed me waiting for 4 hours? Are they going to make me hold the patients hand while being operated on?? So stupid. THANKS FOR NO HEADS UP ON HAVING TO WAIT HOURS. Wish I knew to be prepared!!!!

E Bray Unprofessional !!so annoying Nurses just sit and talk while patients wait forever got here at 10 am and its 11:18 and still no update just told wait In the waiting room while nurses all stand together talking about the lotto, lunch , about there garden , how the patients labels are wrong the nurse said " I dont even look at the labels I just print them "ummm shouldnt you verify if theyre correct matching the right patient . .worse place ever to come I do not recommend ! Least they can do is greet you and give updates on why theyre taking so long I asked how much longer they said 45 min . They should schedule appointments accordingly .

Carmello Nesta I’ve had two great experiences delivering at Kaweah and would recommend it to any other moms. Any nurse I came across during my visit was so sweet and respectful and very good at their job. I went into spontaneous labor two weeks early in the middle of the night and had to arrive by ambulance. It was very intense and very fast so I appreciate the hospital and its staff for delivering my healthy baby girl. Thank you

Nichole Hawley In December of 2019, I almost died because of this hospital. On a Friday I went to the ER, because I couldnt breathe. I couldnt even eat because opening my mouth to take a bite, caused me to be extremely short of breathe. I sat in the waiting room for 6+ hours, got the run around and wasnt even offered a breathing treatment. When I finally saw Dr. Lucero, he said I had a little bit of pneumonia, it was no big deal. He gave me an Augmentin tablet and a Norco, ordered a prescription, and then said I needed to leave. My BP was 180/100. I asked multiple times if he was sure I should go, because I couldnt even breathe. He said, "You are a young healthy girl, you need to go!" I left. Took me 30 minutes to walk to my ride who was out side the surgery doors, because I could not breathe to even walk. Over the next 2 days, I got worse. Fever was so bad, one extreme to the next and I couldnt get it to break with over the counter meds. Sunday afternoon I decided to go to Urgent Care, because I felt even worse. At urgent care they were concerned because I couldnt hold my breathe for even half a second, they said I had to go to the ER. I cried, because I kept thinking Id get the same crappy Doctor I had already had. I got a ride to the ER, and the first person I came into contact with at the check in desk, told me I couldnt breathe because I had anxiety and I needed to calm down. They checked me in and took me back right away because my symptoms had worsened and I had been there only 2.5 days prior. They put me in zone one and asked me to change co I could do an x-ray. I couldnt breathe, so I couldnt even get my shirt off. They immediately took me to Zone 2. My experience in Zone 2 is the only reason why I can give 2 starts. I would give 0 stars based on my interaction with Dr. Lucero a couple days prior. Zone 2 was amazing. My o2 was in the low 80s, even with high flow oxygen. They hooked me up to antibiotics, steroids, and got my labs going. Based on my 19 whit blood count, plus all the other symptoms, they told me I was septic. The doctor told me if I had waited one more day to come in, I probably would have came in intubated or even worse. I had 2 different types of pneumonia, a viral and bacterial. The viral pneumonia was later discovered to be COVID. They ordered all the things, and later admitted me. I did have an anaphylaxis reaction to the CT Contrast (no ones fault, didnt know i was severely allergic to it.) The Zone 2 staff handled it amazing and got me back. The Zone 2 staff was absolutely amazing. Its ashame that my first experience was with such a horrible doctor. Did I mention I worked at this hospital? Ya, I did, and he knew it, because I was on my lunch break when I decided to go to the ER. Nothing happened to this doctor, and I felt completely unheard. The ER Director came to talk with me while I was in the hospital, and he must have mentioned 12 times it was his day off and his daughter was waiting on him. Even working there, I was completely unheard and my life almost being lost didnt matter. He was a doctor, and I was just a tech. Even being an employee at this facility didnt get me decent treatment.

Tivis Landers My wife was in ICU in 2018. Her overall care was very poor. Some of the doctors were rude as hell. I had to cope with the bad care while concerned about her life. She didnt survive and the poor care just added to my loss. On the 24 of this month I had back surgery. I didnt want my surgery there but had no choice. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised on how I was treated. After surgery was taken to my room. From the moment I got there I was treated like a king. They treated me with a smile on there faces and were very positive and listened to everything I said and answered every question with conviction. I was EXTREMELY HAPPY and SATISFIED with my care. God bless them all.

Jeanna Brown We were fine till we were inside ER waiting in the isle. Waiting for the DR I asked if someone was coming and got told Doctors dont come that fast. I said well wed like to go since they arent going to do anything for her and we need the IV removed. 5 minutes later this same tall black guy walks by repeating what I said to two other hospital people, mockingly. Weve been here 8 hours and would like to leave since they cant do anything for my cousin. Said has to be the primary doctor to assist. Shes already in pain again to where shes starting to cry.

Camery Hulsey This is regarding the Visalia Adult Clinic for mental health thats ran by Kaweah Health, I called to inquire some information as simple as a fax number & the lady who answered my call had an extremely rude demeanor. When I asked her for her name she said Irene & when I asked for her last initial she refused & hung up on me. All I was trying to do was get a fax number to do my job & she made this extremely difficult. There is no excuse for the way in which she was speaking to me. If you dont like your job, quit. when you act like this you are hindering & delaying patient care. I dont usually write reviews for these types of businesses, but that encounter was so nasty I felt inclined to say something as this was the worst business etiquette I had experienced in a long time. Do better.

Sylvia Ayala Believe me, the only reason I’m giving five star is because of Dr. Eric Sorensen. The receptionist that I talk to on the phone was rude she thought she knew everything I just don’t understand why they have to be so rude to people and then when I called back to talk to the manager then I was scheduled for an appointment. Dr. Sorensen is wonderful I will always go back to him.

Carly Bowers I signed my child for getting help here and the therapist assigned to lacks the ability to be completely transparent with me and when she decided it was appropriate to ask for my child to be put on a 72 hour hold based on a picture and her misconstrued judgement about myself and refused to give me the respect of looking me in the face and getting to hear my perspective or allowing me to attempt to help him out. This therapist doesnt effectively communicate with me therefore I dont want her around my child;

Stella Vargas Initially, I was explaining the Health form to the provider Alex Herrera at which he told me "We dont just give out signatures here, and apparently youve been denied" I gave the provider a bewildered look and explained that the form in question is the assessment. At which time he stood up and told me "leave go elsewhere". Mind you after Ive been in the waiting room since 0800 hrs., went to the nearest ATM and withdrew cash, and returned to the office. Im grateful I got my money back. POOR BEDSIDE MANNER.

Jessica Torrez I dont understand why this place has so many bad reviews. The staff is amazing. Never rude. I think the longest ive waited in the waiting area was 5 minutes. Ive never had issues getting through to them over the phone or having to wait forever on the phone. Theyve always made sure to help me out and give me answers. Dr. Javali is the most caring, sweetest, and understandable doctor here. Only once theyve had to reschedule me, but thats just life, things happen. If you need to be seen right away and its that big of an emergency go to your nearest hospital.

mike Rio This place is literal trash. My partner tried many times to set up an appointment with them and they wouldnt even answer. And now that she got an appointment, they literally cancelled on her at the last minute. And this appointment is for a pregnancy check up. They rescheduled her for next month. In which it is far too long to wait while pregnant

Emily Phillips My experience with Adventist Health has been extremely disappointing. It seems there is a significant gap in patient care and responsiveness within this organization. I have reached out to their Risk Management team multiple times over an incident of negligence that occurred with one of their providers, this includes over ten phone calls and three emails, yet I have not received any response. This lack of communication raises concerns about the level of attention and care provided to patients, who deserve more than simply being treated as another insurance claim. It’s unfortunate that the community does not have more reliable access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare services.

William Gracey I have a 17mm kidney stone that just gives me excruciating pain at all different times. I was scheduled for a pre op and that morning I could not move talk or do anything but try and deal with the pain until it subsided. So I call them the next day and they cancelled my surgery. So had they given me some medication for pain I could have made it but instead I call them and the soonest they could get me in was a month away. Yes they have always been no help to me. Worst place I’ve ever been

Annamarie Martina The worst clinic to come to. Unprofessional and their customer service is non existent. If you get any type of medication, infusion, or treatment that requires authorization don’t count on them to get it on time. They will let you go without and you will have to call them everyday to check on the status. The call center won’t transfer you to a manager or the appropriate medical assistant, they will just lie and say that medical assistant is off on that day. You’re better off going to another clinic or making the drive to Fresno.
