Cheryl Chan Dr. Wei is always patient, detail and warm. I got so nervous about my diagnostic and needing for surgery. She comfort me, holding my hands and assure to me that everything is ok. This means a lot a lot to me. Dr. Wei performed the surgery and I recovered well. Scars are minimal. She really got good heart and hands. Plus she is so pretty. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. Victoria always there to chat with me to makes me feel comfortable. I really do recommend Dr. Wei. She treated her patient like family members.

Irina Litus When a friend found out I might have ovarian cancer, she recommended Dr. Judy Wei. From my first visit to my last follow-up visit after surgery, Dr. Wei and her staff took such good care of me. I cannot praise the staff enough: everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Wei is extremely knowledgeable, skilled and caring. I am so glad I chose her to do my surgical procedure. On the day of my surgery she made me feel safe and calm. I knew I was in good hands. She performed everything flawlessly and with a minimal amount of impact on my body. As a result, I recovered amazingly fast and with almost no sign that I had just had an operation. I was so happy that now I started using Dr. Wei for her aesthetics care department. Again, amazing results! Thank you Doctor !!!

Ingrid Chen Doctor Wei is an amazing and attentive physician. During my pregnancy check ups she always took the time to answer all my questions in detail and I never felt rushed. She is detailed and gentle which is very important as an OB to a first time mom. During the delivery process, she stopped by the hospital many times throughout the night of induction to check in and always made sure to communicate with me all the steps and progress. Would recommend her to any women or mom to be!

Chenying Qin Dr.Wei is a great OBGYN, her stitching skill is outstanding. She is patient and very careful about all test result. Her staffs at Irvine location are also very nice and having good skills. I’ll definitely go back if there is future pregnancy.

Jacquelyn Raynaud Dr. Wei’s office was so great! I received Botox and lip fillers. I just recently stopped breastfeeding my son, and I knew this would be something I’d do for myself once we had finished our journey. So my girl friends and I made a day of it and drove to Irvine. Dr. Wei and staff were super friendly, and made sure to talk me through the entire process prior to any pokes. Would highly recommend!

The wait time isnt bad at all, i mean shes in the room with us for over half an hour sometimes! Not all doctors do this, most are in and out! Ive seen reviews about them "overcharging", being in the medical field myself, i just laugh at these comments! Doctors have to bill for their time. I mean you get what you pay for dont you? if you dont want to have to pay for extra services provided then maybe a quick in and out visit with a 2 hour wait is the place for you! They are very caring and compassionate. Every time i go in for an appointment everyone seems happy, including the patients! I would not take my child elsewhere! Dr Lee and Dr Everts are phenomenal providers!

If you prioritize your health and well-being, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this office - its best to avoid it entirely. I currently do not have any patients who have been affected by errors caused by your office staff. Instead of me calling your office, it would be more appropriate for your office to contact me. Her professionalism, expertise and compassion are beyond compare. My husband and I cannot emphasize enough how pleased we are to have found Dr Seymour and Halcyon Health.

Augusto Peraza I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this physician’s office. My wife and I scheduled physicals to get routine blood work done, and we were seen together in the same appointment. The only difference was that I mentioned my history of high cholesterol, which I’ve managed through exercise after stopping medication three years ago. Despite this, I was issued a single lipid test, while my wife received the standard three-part lipid test typically included in a physical. To make matters worse, I was charged $115 for the office visit and had to pay out of pocket for the blood work, while my wife incurred no costs. Essentially, I received less care for a higher price. Furthermore, I called the office to inquire about this bill, and unfortunately, they offered no help or assistance. It has been a month, and the manager still has not returned my call. I would advise future patients to be cautious when mentioning any past medical history during a physical at this office, as it may result in unnecessary costs. Additionally, based on my experience, it may be more cost-effective to visit an urgent care facility for minor concerns, especially for those with PPO insurance, as my last urgent care visit only cost $65.

Lynnann AKA Grandma Made an appointment with Dr. Fishbein a month ago. Was told they had to verify my insurance before an appointment could be made, it was checked/approved, appointment put on books. Now less than 24 hours from appointment Im told its being cancelled because my insurance is not okay. Nothing had changed on my end. So I responsibly do everything as directed and now have to look for a new doctor and wait weeks - without meds - to get an appointment. This doctors staff is inefficient, unprofessional and cannot be depended on for basic administrative tasks. As a retired Medical Assistant, their complete lack of accountability, zero effort to make things right or voice any concern for their mistake was shockingly poor customer service. Beware. If they are making mistakes at the most basic administrative levels they are assuredly making far worse with prescriptions, electronic medical record maintenance and billing!

Sharon Valdez Last time I visited was about 2 years ago. I refused coming back due to my negative experience and misdiagnosis from the doctor who seen my husband who ended up in ER same day. I shared my feedback and refunded me the visit on which I appreciated but it was not easy coming back for a while after that. Last week I had to take in my daughter and thought giving it a try since the convenience of being closer to home. I was very pleased to say the least! I was very impressed by the staff you guys have there now. Very friendly , heart warming and professional. They helped me out , accommodated my zoom visit with the doctor for my daughter based on my work scheduled. I believe it was Dr. Kelly ( sorry I can’t fully remember the name) she was amazing, sweet and patient. She had us stop by office for my daughter to take a COVID test and was very gentle and not scary as everyone makes it sound. I was very happy! The staff young lady and gentleman both super helpful and professional. I am glad this office has taken pried on improving their services and the right qualified people are there. Thank you for all your help and getting us through that week. Thankfully my daughter was back to school!

Nova OuYang I am absolutely outraged and appalled by the service provided by the front desk at this clinic. My eldest son is currently in the process of legally changing his last name—a complicated and lengthy legal procedure that takes anywhere from 6 to 12 months, if not longer. Before moving to this city, we were always treated with understanding and respect regarding our familys situation, whether it was in Hawaii, Texas, or even at my sons school. However, the experience we had with the front desk at this clinic was nothing short of shocking and infuriating. The front desk staff had the audacity to express "curiosity" about why my husband and son have different last names, and proceeded to ask a barrage of irrelevant and deeply offensive personal questions: "Why is the last name different? Is he a stepson? Is he adopted? Is he not your biological child?" These questions were shamelessly asked over the phone on speaker, with my son right next to us. My husband made it clear that my sons biological father had passed away due to kidney failure, and that we are in the process of changing his last name, and we did not want to discuss this matter further. Yet, the front desk staff, in an appalling display of insensitivity and unprofessionalism, admitted that she was "just curious"! What kind of professional behavior is this? The front desk has no business treating a patient’s personal life as fodder for their own curiosity and gossip. To make matters worse, the front desk called us back later to inform us that she had discussed our private family matters with her "supervisor" or colleagues and suggested that I sign some kind of consent form. This is not just a blatant violation of our privacy; it’s an outrageous breach of patient confidentiality and basic human decency! We had already clarified that our insurance coverage was in order, yet she felt compelled to spread our personal information around like it was some kind of gossip to be shared. As a mother, I am furious and deeply hurt by the front desk’s behavior. Simply because my son’s last name currently differs from the rest of the family, the front desk saw fit to treat us with such blatant discrimination and disrespect, to the point of invading our privacy. I seriously question whether the staff here have any sense of professional ethics or basic humanity! This kind of ignorance and rudeness is absolutely unacceptable and must be addressed immediately.

The doctors are excellent, and the front desk staff is always polite and professional, which is a rare find (and something I value as someone who works in healthcare). Dr. Mike is especially amazing—he always takes the time to listen and provide thorough, compassionate care. Highly recommend this place!

lisa bauer Dr. Paskil listens to me and takes my concerns seriously and with compassion. He spends time to ensure that my issues are addressed and that I understand what is going on. Both he and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My appointments are on time. Hes probably one of the most time sensitive doctors I see! He offers teleservice and also uses MyChart - a fantastic tool for the patient to communicate with the doctor, have access to test results and other health records, make appointments, etc... All in all, he is everything a doctor should be, and hes the best!

DAPHINY Dr Lee has been my Primary Care Doctor for many years. Hes wonderful, caring and is very smart, knows very having to do with being a doctor. What I mean is , if youre not felling well he will figure out in minutes whats wrong, and hes always right... Love my doctor PS His wonderful nurse is a darling too, love her... Daph

Shea Feehan I went to see Dr. Lee for an annual physical, which is 100% covered under my health insurance. I also needed to establish a primary care physician. Dr. Lee did the bare minimum. He did not check my breathing/heart rate, he didnt take a urine sample, he didnt check for hernias. He actually had no physical contact with me, for an annual physical, which is ironic. His office then sends me a bill for $250 because I am a "new patient" and "the annual physical is not covered under my health insurance because I am a new patient" which is not true. I confirmed with my insurance company that this should be 100% covered but the doctors office didnt bill it correctly. Ive requested multiple times for the change to be made. They refuse to make the change, they hang up on me, theyve called me Ms. in emails which is actually all you need to know about how well they do their job - because they have me medical records and they know Im a male. Needless to say, will not be returning.
