Ashlee Bartlett This OBGYN clinic is amazing. I was seen here for my entire pregnancy and postpartum as well. From the front desk staff to the nurses to the MDs everyone was caring, friendly and professional. I received wonderful, attentive and timely care from the nurses (particularly Rosie) and all the providers. Anytime I called with a question, I would receive a return call with 24 hrs. Recommending highly this clinic and doctors Shea, Wahi and Leininger. Worth the drive from Redding to recieve high-quality care.

Gail Harris My husband had surgery for a hernia and he received excellent care from Dr. Kay Stephens at Day care facility in Red Bluff. The staff at her office and also at the Day care facility was excellent and made us very comfortable. We highly recommend Dr. Stephens as she took the time and explained the procedure very well and in detail for what we should expect. Surgery went so well , he had very little pain and recovery went well. Dr. Stephens has a great rapport and I would highly recommend her for surgery!!

Amy Roberts Dr.Datu is not like any other Dr around. He genuinely takes his time to get to know you. He doesnt lecture you about any of your bad habits.

Laura Lewis Dr Datu may call himself a doctor but don’t believe it. He loses every single message. He does not return calls. He sends Rx to the wrong place. Then he sends in an Rx where the instructions don’t match the medication. He misses incredibly bad health issues like a deadly infection and then takes no responsibility. Those are all bad but the man is a major liar. He said he ordered a brace for my mom. Several days later I asked where it was. He looked me on the eye and told me any time because he sent the request days ago. I asked the nurses when it would arrive. They said he JUST THEN asked for it. He lied to my face. Please, if you care about yourself or your loved ones RUN as fast as you can to anyone else. Be warned.

Jenny McCollum We lived in Red Bluff for ten years. During that time Dr ďatu was our primary care physician, I am now 81 and I can say I never had better medical care in my life. He is a warm and compassionate man who remembers each of his patients. I really miss having him for my doctor.

Jeffrey Bisely Dr. Datu took great care of my parents, even when my mother had to enter a memory care unit in Red Bluff. He is a caring and patient man.

Danny Mathews Dr. McDaniel is an excellent physician. He is my primary care doctor, but due to a lack of physicians on my work comp insurance network. He is doing my work comp claim as well. I couldnt ask to be in better hands. He has navigated my course, through a lot of procedures that work comp generally tries to steer well clear of. He recommend me to an excellent surgeon. And when I needed to get a second opinion. He made me a referral to yet another top notch surgeon. So I say thank you Dr. McDaniel. Now I can get the treatment I need to get healthy and get back to my job

Tom Peck I should have given Dr. McDaniel kudos a long time ago. He was an awesome doctor that was always helpful and kind. Im all the way across the country now, but I wish to God I was back home in California so I could get his help once again.

Melissa Smith The whole experience was poor and below expectations. I was in a car accident and the front desk lady, nurse in the ER and the doctor in the ER treated me like I was a nuisance and wasn’t wanted. The nurse wouldn’t look at me in the eye, didn’t care to listen to my perspective and contradicted me when I was able to speak. She was angry and irritable. The doctor spent about 3 minutes examining me and forcefully pressed on my back which is where my pain was. When I grimaced and shook with his forcefulness he continued to force pressure on my back and did not ask me about my pain. It felt like I was an experiment for them to analyze. This in total was a horrible experience. I recommend that no one chooses this hospital. I was forced to go there because there weren’t other hospitals in this area. They take advantage of their patients because we have no option but to choose them. So sad and not a dignified organization.

Cheryl Osborne The DR was nice and thorough. They didnt seem to pass judgement. My time in the waiting room was short. Main complaint is after I saw the DR they left me in the exam room for quite some time. I finally had to go out into the hall and get someones attention. Its a good thing I did because the nurse I grabbed checked the roster and said I wasnt on it. She cleared it up pretty quickly and then they soon got me on my way. Overall, comparatively one of the best hospitals in the area.

Deanna Sinclair Hats off to all the nurses, even though they were short staff there was always someone willing to help. Every single nurse was kind, pleasant and actually seemed like they cared. My doctors were also amazing they explained everything in terms I could understand and were there every day to check on my progress. As uncomfortable my condition was I always felt well taken care of.

Marian Anchors When both Shasta Regional and Mercy Hospitals mistreated, (in this persons opinion, plain negligent decisions) my husband not once but twice......I will never go anywhere in the Shasta/Tehema County area other than St. Elizabeth Community Hospital. The staff are caring, knowledgeable, and competent in their practice. They listen and take into account the patients wishes. Thank you so much for your kindness!

Angela Pacheco The imaging center was great. The issue I have is with the approval department. After 3 days of waiting for approval I called to let them know that my insurance did not need approval. After many calls with no answer. Finally a week and a half later I got a call that they just received the order and I didnt need an approval. When i spoke to the imaging department they said they sent the request the day they got it, which was 10 days prior. I am not sure who was lying, but I ended up getting my CT scan at another facility the same day I took in the order. Very disappointed in the experience, especially when I am in pain and trying to get images to determine what is wrong.

Aleah Robinson My husband and I went in to get a covid test to double check on a home test as those are regularly invalid, the two ladies at the front desk were very sweet young ladies and helped us very well, unfortunately the late middle aged woman who was helping us swab and do the test itself was excessively rude, treated us like we were incompetent and just didnt have a good attitude in general. It was quite disappointing as we were being very cautious and wearing masks. I would go there again if I had to, but if I saw that rude woman, I would find somewhere else.

Russ Jedinak This is one of the best mental heath service provider in the entire state for there commitment to fostering and providing those in need with a variety of services and talented professionals that make everyone feel safe and respected. Im sorry that there have been a few individuals with difficult issues that have rated it only based on their individual experience. But as an observant person, I have witnessed the treatment of many individuals and with few exceptions, more related to an individuals diagnosis, they are the best at working with and providing an outstandingly healthy mental and physical environment that fosters great personal development. If you need supportive services or know someone that does, then as a tehema county resident you have the best. They also provide laundry and hygiene self services to the homeless and transportation to and from the facility from anywhere you live in the county 5 days a week, so they are here to help.

Carly Williams Dr. Leininger has been through two of my pregnancies, has given me wonderful OB care and has been there for me postpartum. I always feel comfortable with her! She’s warm, answers my silly questions even after hours and delivered my son and did my cesarean surgery. We are both doing great, he’s almost a month old now. She also preformed his circumcision which I was worried about, and he healed within days with zero fussiness. She’s my absolute favorite Dr, and I adore her to pieces. I HIGHLY recommend her for your personal care and babies care. Thank you for all you do :)

Ez Henny If I can do half a star I would. I would not recommend her at all I had the lack of her professionalism when I had her she made me so stressed about my weight/ gestational diabetes, telling me to eat more protein (not knowing I have protein shakes everyday) was saying I was gaining weight to fast then one day dr shea came in saying sally retired not knowing it wasn’t her then we ran the tests everything’s comes back negative he makes me feel at ease during my pregnancy then she did she made me so stressed and made me not want to eat at all even tho I was forcing myself most days to put something in my stomach.come to find out I’m having a big boy due to my husband being 6,2” and comes from a tall family I’m 4,11” so when she mentioned my weight, when it’s stressful enough to carry a large baby I did not see any professionalism at all .And one of my friends had a similar experience with her aswell I’m glad I have dr shea now to comfort me and put me at ease for making sure me and my baby are healthy and safe.

Lorien Michele Absolutely terrible experience. First appointment I was told because of my age (42) despite being in perfect health that I would be induced at 38.5 weeks. Abrupt and condescending when I questioned that plan. Asked about a follow up appointment and was told that Maternal Fetal Medicine would contact to schedule an anatomy scan and genetic testing. Was not asked to make an appointment on leaving the office. Made and kept appointments with MFM, to receive a call this morning from Dr Leininger’s office telling me they needed to schedule, when I told them I am on my way to LA for 10 days, for my husbands OPEN HEART SURGERY tomorrow morning and would have to schedule on return, they told me they now had a right to refuse care because I hadn’t made any follow up appointments. Treated me like I was trying to duck my prenatal care. Excuse me?!! I thought it was a DO and OBGYN’s job to take care of pregnant women and their families. Transferring care, do not recommend this practice.

Amanda Wigno Dr. Leininger provided great prenatal care throughout my pregnancy. She answers all my questions and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed during our appointments. I highly recommend her.

I would have been comfortable with any one of them delivering my baby. Recommending highly this clinic and doctors. Worth the drive from Redding to recieve high-quality care.

Amy Moran I had several years 2014 to 2019 of run around in Chico and UC Davis Cancer center regarding mass on ovary and cluster of cysts in cervix that I believed was Mucinous Ovarian Cancer and Adenoma Malignum. I was scheduled for major surgery with a female Dr at UC Davis which unfortunately showed herself without knowledge (calling Adenoma Malignum "very benign", its called that due to high fatality) and poorly lacking in bedside manner (patted my head, after dismissing me. routinely checking, eyes widened by what she and her fellow felt, and thwn without any direct answers, asked me vaguely if colon cancer runs in family. No telling me she felt anything. As a last ditch, to get answers, I scheduled with Pam Stewart at Dr Shea office, as she brilliantly helped me deliver my 5th baby at St E in 2005. Dr Shea had been overseeing Dr. Pam did the check. Felt what she said was a "mass." I scheduled the surgery at UCDavis but after another frustrating visit there. I switched my surgery from the "expert" green cancer Dr at davis to Dr Shea. He was so good. He listened. He validated my concern I showed him on my mri. He was kind. Laid out the plan clearly regarding my input. Showed complete respect for me. He did the surgery near total hysterectomy vaginally and A+ job. Up in just a few days and back to normal fast. In the whirlwind of my follow up visit, I failed to ask several questions and the final situation remained unspoken. I believe in the early years the ovarian mass had ruptured at least once, sending me to ER for pain and tremendous loss of blood. I believe the mucinous fluid spewed into my pelvic cavity, as in a sonogram about a year later, I could see the seeding (black round small dots across the screen showing on my internal cavity tissue) but the chico woman ob with horrrrible bedside manner could not admit I had been right and her dismissive attitude had been incorrect. At any rate, I have controlled the abdominal fluid build up and pain over the past 5 years by doing periods of heavy ginger powder in flax seed milk. (Ginger is anti cancer amd may work better than chemo with some cancers per U of Michigan) Id let it go for the last few years and am having some current symptoms so starting ginger again. I have theories of why UC Davis. Dr Greg Davis ( a good one in chico), a Colonoscopy Dr in chico, and Dr Shea felt they could not plainly spell things out to me. I wish they could have and while I no longer live in State I still wish I could have those clarifying conversations. ( in case, Cell- 530 230 7001.) All that rambling aside, Dr Shea was excellent and was the right one to do my surgery. I pray for his continued success and a big helping of grace to deal with the difficult patients he encounters.

Juanita Ocampo I had a horrible experience with Dr Shea Red Bluff Womans Health Specialist. I went for ultrasound and was confirmed that I miscarried at 4months ( my midwife Pamela Stuart who I trusted and preferred was not in that day) He then scheduled me for a dnc which I wasn’t not clear on understanding at the time what he would be be doing I was so emotionally stressed. Then during dnc he did not actually remove the baby as was supposed to have been done. A week later I had to go to ER because pieces of the baby was coming out. They had to fly me to UC davis. I was told I should sew them but I was too emotionally unstable. Now that I am in a better position to express myself. I know what he did was wrong. 2 days after the surgery they received the labs that stated no fetus was present just blood. Why did Dr Shea if Red Bluff not check on me. Why is after they received the labs he did not get me back to the office. Nothing. I waited 2 years to file a suit they told me I was too late. So I put in 2 complaints with the health board and no word.

Melony VonRotz I cannot recommend Dr. Shea enough. He delivered both of my babies and I had the best, most comfortable experience each time. Dr. Shea is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and always made me feel at ease throughout both pregnancies and deliveries. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answer all of my questions, and I never felt rushed during appointments. Dr. Sheas bedside manner is top-notch and he truly goes above and beyond for his patients. I am so grateful to have had him as my OB and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled OB.

Janette Cantor If I could give less than one star I would- I had Dr Shae twice once almost 24 years ago when I had my oldest son and he almost killed me because he didn’t know what post partum eclampsia was and did not address my high blood pressure after the delivery of my son. I ended up in ICU and it was the eye surgeon who told everyone what had happened to me. ( dr shae are you reading this do you remember me? I sure hope so) Then in 2004 he was my ob again when I was pregnant and I remember going to my first appt and letting him know my concerns and he said every pregnancy is different and we aren’t going to focus on what happened during my first one. The first half of that pregnancy was normal. I was gestational diabetic but it was controlled fairly well. But this pregnancy ended very differently- my son was a stillborn because I was having contractions on a Friday - and he did not want to do a c-section on a Friday. And told me if the pain gets worse go to the hospital- pain never got worse and I had an appt on Monday at the hospital. That’s when I found out not from him but from a nurse and an ultrasound tech my son was gone. Dr Shae- took over an hour to come to the hospital- when I asked him what did I do his response was you didn’t do anything wrong. And then he rolled my care off to Sally Cox and would never look at me again when I went into his office. He does not need to be practicing medicine.

selina nichols Wendy is the best Nurse Practitioner I have ever met!! She is the best health care provider I have ever had!! She listens and I mean really listens to you without jumping to conclusions so that she can care for your needs. She is so knowledgeable and will take the time to explain anything. Thank you so much Wendy!

Christian Johnson Told them I had a co-pay but they said there was nothing on their end and they would mail it to me. this went on for several appointments. they sent four cases to collections for $60 each. they never once sent me a letter. Had multiple issues with this location. the last one was I went for a walk in appointment and asked for a doctors note for work. the doctor left to do something and someone else came in to say I could leave. I told her I was waiting for a doctors note for work. She went into the hall and with the door open the doctor said I was trying to get out of work. they both we laughing. they gave me a note saying I was seen today with the date and time in bold letters and circled multiple times. I had a heart rate they couldnt lower and dangerously high BP. I dont know how youd fake that to get a few hours off work. I literally was going back to work after it. I only went in because I was having a heart episode they kept trying to prescribe me anxiety meds or muscle relaxers for instead of sending me to a specialist.

Heather Muhree I called in November and was given an appt for Jan 1. Great! I had the day off. The morning of, I called to be sure that they were open as it came to mind that maybe they werent. I was on hold for 2.5 hours in which the automated message indicated that the lines were busy. I finally decided to just drive over only to find out that they werent open. I called the following day and the blame was placed on me. I was told that they tried calling me the Friday before to reschedule but was told the line was busy. We all know how cell phones work. The line wasnt busy. They simply never called me. I checked incoming and/or missed calls and.. nothing. I was transferred to the OM who did apologize and was rescheduled for 1/16. The morning of the 16th, they called to inform me that the doctor was out of the office and they wanted to reschedule me for two weeks later. I refused. I went to the appt and saw Wendy. She was very nice, very friendly, and very courteous. She also listened to what I had to say about the service provided by the front office staff and apologized. I will continue to see Wendy as I greatly appreciate her bedside manner however, they need to replace the front office staff. I managed a medical office before and never would I ever provide patients with the kind of service that this front office staff provides. Id be willing to step in and get this front office headed in the direction that provides excellent care to its patients as opposed to simply showing up to collect a paycheck. Do better! Youre in the healthcare industry! People arent showing up because everything is great and wonderful. Theyre showing up because they are in need care and should expect good care, compassion, and kindness.

Colleen Adams The woman at the front desk made a mistake. No big deal, it happens. Apparently,not to her. She immediately got defensive and outright rude. I dismissed her behavior and sat down to fill out paperwork. Not even 3 minutes later she started in on me again trying to explain her behavior when we first walked in. I said, its fine. I just wont speak with her, after all, we are here to see the doctor and thats all. She then informed me she has the right to refuse service for any reason. I responded with... okay... are you refusing service? She then got loud and boldly stated that I do not even have insurance. *we just relocated for Idaho. My job offers insurance, but that takes time and my daughter is an athlete, so I was going to fund this out of pocket. She was well aware of this situation because we had discussed it perviously over the phone when I made the appointment. So, I informed her again that she was mistaken and I do in fact have insurance, but we will not be using it for this specific visit. I have never ever not once been turned away from any medical examination for lack of insurance with cash in hand. Today I was. If that wasnt enough she continued to attempt to shame me and my daughter in the waiting room... repeating over and over agin that we dont even have insurance. Just, dont go there. For what motivation was that woman just Vicious!? And I am blessed enough to have insurance provided to me when so many are not.

Clint Cabeceira I was forced to go to this laughing stock of a medical office by Partership Health. The medical staff and doctors working for this establishment have got to be the least caring, gaslighting and most unprofessional medical “professionals” ive ever had the misfortune of being “cared” by. Especially DR Waits. Hes allegedly been practicing at this establishment for over 20 years, im unsure what medicine hes been practicing in but im very sure hes been practicing in not caring for his patients and going through the motions of giving the bare minimum until hes able to retire. His terrible attitude and downright lack of empathy and professionalism is what gives doctors a bad name, avoid this establishment and especially this DR as if your life depends on it and as this is a medical establishment im sure it does to some extent

Jasmine C Staff is super helpful & nice even when wait times are a bit longer. I came in for a walk in & waited a bit longer than one would usually expect to wait & when I got to my room the nurse expressed how grateful she was of me for waiting patiently & gave me some insight on the inflow of patients & how it effects wait times throughout the week. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about their patients and how they feel while in their care.

D D This company provides transports and they always want to adjust times to be way early and abandon their clients at clinics that are not open in inclement weather. Then want to disclose PHI to the general public which violates HIPAA and is grounds for fines of up to 10,000 per violation. But they just say “sorry, we will not do it again “ yet they repeat the offense. They allow clients to vape in vehicles, speed to match their messed up schedules. The drivers are expected to cram a lot of individual in the same time slots. This needs a huge overhaul.

Dawn McCandlish I had a appointment that was made during my initial appointment establishing care and Ive got both terminal and Chronic conditions and disabled. Was getting rides to and from Dr appointment before moving back here. They changed my appointment time to 1 pm without telling me so I walked in 94 degrees to get there takes me at least 30 minutes each way,only to be told they need to reschedule and not even a Im sorry. Im in Soouch pain and had a recent fall injuring myself more but no help. The kicker is Im actually Indian card member and treated poorly. Thanks for the not helping me. Dr also changed most my medications that I previously used to help me.

Francisco Greenville Rancheria was a clinic me and my family used to go to for appointments. Now it hasnt been the place and its due to the fact that they have any or no customer support. We would call their phone number to schedule an appointment or to reschedule one for another day and they would never answer. You cant even walk in and make one in person because they will tell you to make one by call online. Which completely ruins the whole purpose of doing walk-ins. Youre better off going somewhere else like Lassen Medical for your appointments rather than this place. This place has become a hell hole for complaints and staff being so rude and not being able to help you with what you need.

Luz Need new staff that actually work and that enjoy working with people. Its not nice having to go the doctor with problems and then you are greeted by girls just gossiping and laughing amongst each other instead of interacting with the patients like getting them checked in right away and not on the gossipers terms.......

Angel Hoffman Their customer representatives are very disrespectful, and they do nothing about it when you talk to someone higher up. Also I have been going there for the past 7 years with the same insurance, but now that I want my birth control taken out for medical reasons I cant be seen, because they no longer take my kind of insurance? That is outrageous.

Jessica Jorgensen Dr. Malan will not give out medication previously taken without trying something safer and less potent. The office girls think they can give out medical information the doctor should be saying. Alex told me Dr. will not prescribe you your medication that you are used to. I would avoid this place and do not waste your time. I waited 45 days for calcium with vitamin D which the pharmacy could not fill because it was written wrong. Im better off driving 100 miles to see my old doctor in Mc Cloud or Dunsmuir. As for the mental health unit here, they will try to vector you into the crisis unit. Im better off at a spiritual group setting or a Yoga class. My last appointment was in January and they can not reschedule until the end of April. Im better off listening to FM radio and podcasts.

Tony Bennett Lassen medical or Dignity Health has become a joke. Their doctors rotate like the seasons and seem to be getting worse, if thats possible. Ive been a patient there around 20 years. Every time a new doctor comes in you have to start from scratch. Each worse then the prior one. This doctor, now my ex doctor, (I wouldnt post the name but shes been here about 2-3 months) did not take the time to even listen to my medical background. She was rude and acted like she knew my medical history, which she didnt. Nor did she want to hear it. The sad thing is we as patients are stuck and few choices. Its sad to see the medical profession drop so far down. My recommendation is find a doctor in Redding or Chico. I know its a drive but I honestly think youll get much better care. There are a few good doctors/PA but good luck getting into see one.

Mimi Ramsey Things were great until out Dr went somewhere else. So we got a new Doctor’s. Well my husband ended up with a completely different doctor. We live 35 miles away. We would get different schedules when we got the new Drs. The cost in gas was crazy. We asked to have the same person. It took like 3 months. My husband Dr said yes it would be no problem to have us both at the place/Dr. well when it came down to it, they first agree we could do it. But I had to change insurance and I got my insurance cards late. So they said we couldn’t have the same Dr. Then it change again, we are supposed to get the new Dr coming in. I thought it would have been easy to have the same Dr since we are so far away. My husband has appt on a different day. This so crazy. If you have family good luck keeping the same Dr. we are really upset with what is going on here.

Jenna Nichol-Fitzgerald My daughters former pediatrician was at Lassen, and we sincerely enjoyed every experience with her. I felt heard and respected every time. BUT to get an appointment was always 8+ weeks out, so if you have a sick kiddo you are seeing whatever provider is on-call. The last time I called to get my daughter checked for a diaper rash and I wanted a follow up on an ear infection that had to be treated at another urgent care (because we couldnt get into Lassen the day her ear drum ruptured)-- they refused to see her since I had it initially treated by another provider. They said she could only be seen for the rash since it hadnt been treated somewhere else. I asked, "they really cant just check her ears if we are already in there?", the receptionist responded, "well you said she has a rash, so we are only calling someone in the rash". I asked again, "the provider really cant take the additional minute to check that her ear is healing properly?" she said "No." Reluctantly, I still scheduled the appointment for the end of that day, then 20 minutes later they call and say they need to change the appointment to in a half hour or they cant see her that day. I just cancelled and will never be back. Either their receptionists are incompetent, or they sincerely dont want to see their patients.

Dalene Pena I am very disappointed in Lassen medical. The P.A Katherine chensey was very disrespectful to me and made me feel self conscious. Because of my weight and about my ability to pay my bill for them. I am very seriously thinking I need to find a new doctor if this is how they treat their patients. Katherine may be P.A. she has no right to treat me like Im less than a human being.

Kelcy Tils Been here many times for different reasons over the past 15 years. From simple flu symptoms to needing staples or stitches. Not every visit is going to go well and when your sitting there focused on your problems you stop caring about what theyre dealing with. Some times its an in and out visit, others they are busy and its a process. Yes some will come in an be seen first but its part of understanding that someone available can help them and your waiting for the person that needs to see you to be available. Ive never once had staff be rude unless I was irritable. Never seen through all the waiting, them being unreasonable or asking someone to leave unless they had a valid reason. If its something they can help with theyve always helped to their fullest capability. Theyre just humans doing their best to respond to your situation too. Might not permantly fix your problem but help point you in the right direction

beau saylor I have been seen in this er a few times and some good visits some bad. But it is expected but my last time I had been seen was a complete joke. I was brought in the back pretty quick and then just left in the hallway sitting in a chair for over 5 hours. Not one time did anyone check on me I kept being told I would get something for my nausea but never got it. Plus I had one staff member run into me pretty hard as he walked by an he didnt say a word like I wasnt even there. yes I understand that they were vary busy but the care I was shown that night was a complete joke.Makes question exactly what is going on there when it comes to the care of certain people and what kind of insurance you have.

Kathleen Hamill Great and compassionate staff. Would have given 5 stars but due to no fault of staff was in pain for a long time before treatment. The one doctor there was working hard as were the nursing staff. So the star not marked is directed at our overall healthcare system. They need more than one doctor to get the folks through triage.

Thor Whitby I had gone into the emergency room to to an exostosis that had broken in my leg. They wouldnt even let me speak with the doctor, they did the CT scan and had the nurse come and tell me the results and she had no idea what she was talking about, I was hoping to get the extra bone removed from my leg cuz it is quite large and is restricting movement and painful but all the nurse told me was to go home and stay off it for a week and it should be fine and that there was no necessary treatment..... So now I am stuck with a large bone in my leg that shouldnt be there and all in needs to be is taken out The bone had already broke off in my leg. Now they just need to cut it open and take it out you would think but no apparently they said theres no surgery for that so I have to suffer. They had supplied me with crutches and sent me on my way and also they did not open the door for me and I had to struggle holding the crutches my paperwork just to get out of the back room, I would not recommend this emergency room unless you really really need to go there... The staff should open the door for the people who need it not watch them struggle... And the patient should be able to speak with a specialist about their problem, not just a nurse relaying messages... Ive been out of work for a week now and after the week of healing that they had told me to do, I still wont be able to go back to work due to the pain in my leg and the restriction of movement, Im a roofer and cant go to work with a bad leg this may just lose me my job all because people in the emergency room did not want to help me... Also the paperwork that they had given me on my CT scan it had an area where it had education materials on arm exostosis instead of femoral exostosis completely different things. So yeah my visit was horrible

Carolyn Jeffery I was seen 2 days ago for a GI issue and dehydration. The nurses were amazing, attentive, skilled and extremely busy at the time. I couldnt say enough good about them. I especially liked Maggie. The NP ordered what I needed, which was cultures and iv fluids, but he needs to listen more and talk less.

Donna Saracino 3/14/23, saw her this morning and the reviews are right on point! I was there for a consultation and she was nothing but rude and less than helpful. She didnt really want to explain anything to me, she just wanted to get it scheduled. I told her if I do the colonoscopy, I would never do it or anything at St Es. She responded all right then, and walked out of our appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AT ALL

Le H Hands down to Dr. Alspaugh!!! I Went to the emergency room and was admitted to the hospital on 2/7/2022 she was very kind and professional, I am very thankful she was able to perform my emergency surgery, I just seen her today for my follow-up she was very respectful and kind and told me if I ever need her she will be there for me and her staff was all very kind! Thank you Dr. Alspaugh for taking good care of me!

Heather Adams Doctor Shoop is absolutely by far one of the best medical providers around. I have been a patient for years and have had the best care!

John Hann I love Dr Shoop and his nurse but the people working there are a joke. They have horrible service and no communication. I normally have to talk to Shoop’s nurse to get in to see him because they always tell me he’s booked out and can’t see me. Ive been going to Dr Shoop for over 10 years and when I called in to schedule a follow up appointment from knee surgery, they said he’s not excepting new patients. They said he dropped me cuz I haven’t seen him for 3 years when I know I seen him the year before with Covid. Those people are a joke in there and don’t take their jobs seriously. The doctor that took my appointment because “Shoop was booked” couldn’t even write a doctors note correctly and the MRI that was supposedly sent off never made it to the imaging center that was 2 blocks away. I’m glad I got dropped now it gives me a reason to fine an office who actually cares about their clients.

Heather with the big hair Dr. Shoop is great, if not a bit frazzled. It’s the clinic that’s the problem.

Donny McCaleb Their billing department staff is horrible and inconsiderate. I switched banks and forgot to update my auto pay and bank info with them. I called to make a payment and update my info just a couple weeks later and they had already turned me into collections. They never even made a phone to me to try and see what was going on. Horrible customer service!

Paris Espinoza Service was poor and slow. The receptionist was very rude on the phone when calling in regards to my appointment. I was given major attitude and questioned why I even bothered going to their clinic. I was cut off when speaking and rushed when I was talking. This was not the only Dignity Health in this area in which the receptionist was this way. Cornings Dignity Health clinic as well. Due to this, I am no longer a patient at Dignity Health. Employees need to realize theyre in the medical field to kindly help patients, not be rude to them.

K D Friendly office. They got my referral from my insurance in a few days, and had me scheduled a few days after that. I needed to reschedule, and they were able to reschedule me a few days later. Im a veteran. So it can be difficult getting the VA, community insurance, and the community provider all working together, but the office staff at 2528 did a good job.

S Mohler Receptionist was nice & so was the nurse, but DR. DANIELS made me very uncomfortable. When I asked him a question in regards to the pain I was feeling in my back, he said I had a "cute butt" . I was so shocked I couldnt think, my mind went fuzzy & my PTSD rose to the forefront & I felt assaulted all over again. I repeated no no no & got out as soon as I physically could. There is nothing this management could say to make this better. I am filing formal complaints with the AMA, as well as Dignity Health.

Patricia White This hospital deserves a rating of zero. The E.R. is extremely slow, the doctors dont listen to patients and they used to routinely send me out feeling no better than when I came in. I refuse to use this hospital now. As for the regular part of the hospital, the doctors are rude and wont even talk to the patients family members except to harass and make people feel bad. All of my experiences with this hospital are terrible and I will choose Enloe Medical Center in Chico any day over St Elizabeths hospital even though it is 10 miles further drive.

Danelle Hunter Dr janoski and his assistant are very unprofessional and incompetent they can not read tests right and violate HIPPA laws yell at patients in front of staff and waiting room patients about personal medical care he should be stripped of his license and the assistant should be fired they put my family member through mental and physical anguish very unprofessional and do not know what they are saying or doing my family member has a critical long term injury and was treated so horribly and this has been a stress on the whole family something needs to be done to do right by my family member!
