Dr. Hilty’s concern for our care is exhibited in many ways: 1) He would recommend physicians for a particular ailment as an orthopedic surgeon for Kingston’s knee problem; 2) He ensures safe travel abroad by providing a summary of our health history and medication in case the need arises, e.g., Paxlovid during the COVID pandemic; 3) He provides extra safety measures for Carol, who is immune compromised, by giving her monoclonal antibodies during the COVID pandemic; 4) He responds to our telephone calls and emails promptly when we have questions; 5) He interprets the laboratory results in layman’s terms for us within 24 hours of receiving the information; and lastly, 6) He ensures his nurses and receptionist have the same pleasant and caring attitude toward us and his patients.

dean thorstad Dr. Troy Mounts performed cervical disc replacement on my neck. His team made the process smooth from the pre op and post op appointments to the actual day of the surgery. He was personal, communicative and his skills excellent. My neck and body felt so much better within 48 hours of the surgery. I would recommend Dr. Troy and his staff to anyone needing relief from neck and back pain.

Cindy cea I got my surgery done on 11/05/2024 for a Anterior Cervical Decompression and Fusion at C4-7 , I was really scared alot of people told me not to do it , but I decided I was going to do it , so Im not gonna lie first week was really hard for me not because of the surgery, but it was because you have to manage how to sleep with the collar on, finding a good position on bed to sleep , and yes some pain that you can manage with the medicine they give you after, remember its a surgery so it takes time to heal, on my second week I felt way better , my pain I could said 90% its gone for now I still resting, no more headache no more back pain , and its been only 6 weeks from my surgery, just take it slow on going back to normal life, communication with doctor and his staff was really easy every time I had a question I would just send a text message and they would reply really quick, so far I could said that this surgery did work for me.

The annual physical is very comprehensive, and Dr. Dunlop is very good at explaining the results of the bloodwork and other testing. He listens, is patient and offers suggestions. He is also open to referring me to a specialist or to physical therapy if he believes it will improve my health. Those referrals have had positive results. The staff have also been very helpful and easy to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Responses to my lab/exam results are quick and timely. Best doctor I’ve ever had and I truly appreciate him as a person and physician. The staff that works in his office are all amazing. And I do want to mention his assistants, Diana and Mattie, who have helped me a great deal throughout the times I’ve been with this practice. They are caring and concerned, and go out of there way to help with my questions and needs. Mitos They got me in sooner than my scheduled appointment. The process from intake to discharge went like clockwork. The staff are knowledgeable of their own posts. Each discipline met with me and explained what needs to happen within their scope of practice.

Dr. Canfield is matter of fact which helps the process go quickly. He is also attentive to what is discussed and he has suggestions and possible courses of action on the spot.

Wolfgang Kaml Doctor services appear to be great, but their billing department is a whole different story. Terrible or no communication, calling at 12:15pm on a business day is outside of business hours, getting a payment notice a day before Christmas holidays with no ability to pay online and being then deferred to collections, not providing an email address for communication. Not a good billing department experience!

Shannon McNeely Dr. Dimitri Delagrammaticas replaced my right hip in January of 2024. A year later, my hip is wonderful. No pain, excellent range of motion, and I can hike again! He carefully explains what the surgery will entail, the procedures, and the recovery process. He created a complete pamphlet explaining everything which was a real help. I highly recommend Dr. D, the staff, and French Hospital which is where I had the surgery.

Wait time was a bit long, but that is not a negative because Dr. Johnson took his time and was understanding, which was appreciated. Office is challenging to get a hold of for appointments and any follow up matters.
