Robert Polonis Dr. Chopra has always taken care of my needs at hand. He has referred me to the right specialists for health care that requires a specialist. The staff has always been cheerful, attentive and supportive.

H. Briseno My mom, who is in her 80’s, went to get checked because she was having issues with swallowing. Dr. Chopra is the Dr she normally goes to for any visits; she won’t anymore! He prescribed her a Z PAC! Did NOT check her ears, nose, throat…nothing! They just checked her blood pressure that was all that was done in that visit. Why does a doctor prescribe an antibiotic when he did not do a through check up because he was in a hurry? He assumed or felt it was what she needed…That’s a shame and very negligent! Did not care about her health, just getting paid for it!

Nadine Ourique I called in and it said English press one. So I pressed one. Then it repeat it again so I think you may be having issues with your phone. I needed my mom’s prescription filled out. Pharmacy said waiting on office. Office said pharmacy had it. So went back and forth.

Louie Haro Dr. Chan is a great Dr. Very thorough and does not just rush you out the door. He listens to you and includes you in treatment options. Way different experience than my last primary doctor. Last Primary provider would stand by the door and talk to you would rarely check to see what the issue was that you were reporting. Ryan G I do not feel like I got the best care possible with my latest visit. I felt like my Family Care physician did want to try and understand my condition and determine the right tests to perform to determine a diagnosis. I have found a few studies from well known institutions that my symptoms could be a byproduct of COVID and my symptoms were dismissed as being related to a supplement I take called Athletic Greens. There is also the fact that I see the doctor an hour after my scheduled appointment and I had blood work done by the doctors request on a previous visit but we arent schedule to discuss this at this visit I must schedule another appointment. Very inefficient and I dont feel like I am being taken care of.

Trav Jord the VA clinic is great. every time i go there i am impressed with the nursing staff, especially nurse Alex. she was extremely kind and caring. very concise but yet warm and friendly. i couldnt have a better experience. Dr Verduzco is always nice and caring and helpfull in anything i need. the wait time from the time of my appointments is always on time without delay. complete satisfaction all around.

TheBarberian Small clinic. Staff at counter and nurses are great to deal with. Drs have been hit and miss over the last ten years. A few real misses. Like they couldnt have their own practices in the real world misses. If you get a bad impression switch as soon as you can. I just transferred to the main hospital, because that seems to be where everything is at.

Lindsay H I went for labs and the woman who drew my blood is master at her craft! I was conversing with her about shopping with her daughter and didnt even feel the needle. I suffer from migraines, so Ive been stuck many times. But with this woman, didnt feel a thing. It was actually kind of amazing!

Sherry Ferreira Normally I have a great experience here. But today that all changed. I took my daughters in at 10:05 for xray because they both got hurt over the weekend and couldnt get them into the dr... and didnt want to take them to ER.. There were a lot of people, so I knew we would have to wait. 11:40 I go to the desk to ask when they might be seen, because they took a few people ahead of them and i had to get to work...and the receptionist said, "yeah they should be done soon." The way she said it was so rude and made me feel like I was unwelcome. I go there every Friday to get b12 shot and never made to feel this way. Also the receptionist made me feel like i was a bad mom.. and I am not. I hope next time is better.

Noemi H Its an urgent care, so yes, there can be a long wait which is understandable. The staff is actually really polite and have kind demeanors. They have you waiting but they at least get you called behind the desk area to check vitals and what not, then have you sit back in the waiting area until a room is available. The wait was long (I waited 2.5 hours) but they do have restrooms available, TVs, clean new office and A/C. Looks like they also do beauty treatments which seems like those clients do get seen pretty quickly which makes sense since they have a quick treatment then theyre out. (Thats what it seems like Im not sure thats the case.) Once I finally got in the room the doctor was quick like maybe like 2 minutes. Shes not there to hear your life story she already has info of why youre there, from the notes on the previous vitals check so she doesnt waste time, which is fine because that what your primary care physician is for, not the urgent care. I was there for a painful sore throat she confirmed it wasnt strep, but since I was in some discomfort she prescribed meds for care and I was out and back home. My prescriptions were immediately available at my requested pharmacy. She had 14 people waiting (since she had a pile up of people from before she took lunch - the people on the list from before lunch were not physically there but were on a return schedule so it would look like they just came in but had been waiting from before) so I can imagine shes got to spread her time pretty thin to help everyone. It may seem like theres not many people there but they may have a list of returning patients which is understandable. I see the negative comments and I think people expect their in depth care that theyre used to getting from their primary. This office provides the care needed, I was patient and kind to them and they were kind in return. I have no complaints about this office what so ever.

Carina Andrade If I could give a 0 rating I would. I’ve been there twice with more than 2 hrs to spare before closing, doors being wide open, and their schedule reflecting 8AM-8PM just to get an attitude from staff stating they are closed and no longer accepting patients at that time. If that is the case why have the doors unlocked, or at the very least post a sign stating they’re closed or not accepting anyone else so people don’t waste their time, money or gas stopping at this useless place.

JB Cathey I wish I could give a review of the doctor because it looks like they might have been a good doctor. My review is the service and how I was never called in to be looked at. I saw other people come in much later than myself and yet they were called in and they left me sitting there. I kept sitting and thinking surely I will be next but NO. After being there for over an hour and seeing others being served I knew it was time for me to look somewhere else for help.

Contreras Outdoors I want to thank doctor kent im not sure if its kent or kant but thanksto him my son is now in surgery because other doctors just wanted to give him pills for the pain but he recommended to twke him to ER and it ended up being appendix like he said we need more doctors like him not just some just guessing

Cheyenne Lynch The doctor “GoodWill Princewill” had the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. EVER. I literally was running out of the hospital in full tears crying after being helped by this physician. I had been in and out of the hospital for a threatened miscarriage for the past week or so and was told my pregnancy could be ectopic and to come back for another ultrasound within a few days. The doctor prior to him warned me that if I experienced any pain in my abdomen to go to the ER immediately. I started experiencing pain in my lower abdomen and went in to then have the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. He told me “take Tylenol for the abdominal pain and that’s it, we don’t see anything” I then went on to ask if I should be worried about ectopic pregnancy and he said “even if you do have one they will just have you abort the baby so I wouldn’t worry about it”. I told him the only reason I came in is because the previous doctor told me to closely monitor my symptoms and come back within a 1-2 days, he goes on to say “we tell that to everyone in the ER.” I literally burst into tears and ran out of the hospital crying. I have never in my life felt so dismissed, and distraught over a doctor in my entire life. I truly hope this man gets fired. I cried the entire night from his rudeness and lack of care. When I told him he seems so nonchalant compared to other ER doctors I’ve spoken to he literally told me “we are different genders.”

Rosa PLASCENCIA Female nurse and Dr had horrible attitude towards us as if they were angry to give us a diagnosis.Son and I were going to be sent home without a diagnosis. I told the nurse that we didnt get a diagnosis and we were going to be sent home and she gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes. When she went to get Dr it was as he was upset to go out there and speak to us he also had an attitude with us do not recommend this hospital Dr had an accent as if he was from Jamaica so you guys have an idea who Im talking about Nurse was short chubby around he mid 200 with rose cheeks

Donna Blain I may not go back to Adventist Health in Tulare, CA, but I probably will as it is so close to my house. I was in the ER waiting for 3 1/2 hours. They need more than one doctor in there. Also, I have received three surveys. How many does it take for my point to be taken?

Doesn’t Matter I have insurance that does not require my to have a PCP but since Covid no specialist will see you without a referral so I scheduled a physical to meet the Dr she did the physical ordered routine bloodwork and asked if anything else was bothering me I said my shoulder hurts sometimes. Since I already met my deductible this year they needed a way to get money out of me so they took that and changed the coding. Trying to make it look like I went in there for my shoulder instead of a routine physical. Also the billing dept is rude. The bill has not even arrived and she called at 8 in the morning with an attitude. About a bill I had not yet received, had no idea about and is false billing.

Ruby Navarrete This place has horrible wait times for injections. The doctor walked out of my room at 10:59 at 11:10 I walk out to inquire about my injections that the doctor had ordered and Victoria or Vicki looked at me up and down and made a face like questioning who I was. I then proceeded to tell her my name is so and so and I’m waiting for vaccines. She tells me “well I’m busy.” It wasn’t until 11:30 I walk back out and as I’m leaving an LVN named Jasmin saw how upset I was and she asked if she could help. I explained the situation and within 7 minutes she was in there giving me my vaccines. I transferred care because I thought FHCN was bad but no, this place is worst!

C Sosa Everyone is very I very friendly and professional and helpful. I really love my doctor, Dr Odiakosa. She listens to me. The only problem I’m having is having difficulty finding another psychiatrist outside of Visalia Adult Clinic. I have extreme anxiety with panic attacks and agoraphobia and I’m not being treated for it. It really affects the quality of my and my family life. I desperately need help as the medication I’m currently on need help. This is no way to live!

Samantha Cruz Their front staff and the medical assistant who led me to their room was so sweet . Now the doctor was so rude . She was asking me my medical history but was not listening to what I was telling her she was arguing with me about things she’s didn’t even give me the chance to answer to. I went in for headaches but this morning I woke up with a cold by chance I asked her can I bring up another concern it being my cold . She told me “no this is a short visit you are not the only patient I have you will have to come back in another two weeks I have things to do” mind you she was not even in the room with me for five minutes and the whole first she spent not letting me give her my medical history… she also told me that I need to loose weight .. if she looks on my chart I have been loosing weight and the other was to drink water while i have the biggest jug of water in my hand and that was her answer to why I get headaches. Now I know why she was the only doctor open

V G Had an appointment last week and they scheduled with the wrong doctor so I had to take off another day of work went in for an appointment today and the staff and doctor were so rude and not understanding AT ALL! Waiting in the room for about 30 minutes and the nurse saying hes not in here yet and telling the nurse about me wanting a female doctor and her saying your in his column he has to see you I kept simply trying to tell her i would like a female doctor. I work in a clinic and this is not how things are handled. The doctor had attitude because I felt more comfortable with wanting a female doctor for a pelvic exam. They are so rude and unprofessional and the end of our conversation was with the door wide open with the doctor in the door way and the big head nurse standing behind him. I had to excuse myself from the situation and left the clinic what a waste of money!

Roger Rojas I came into Tulare VA Clinic, a day after i had an allergic with my meds (i went to ER at sierra view hospital the night before). And, so the nurse at VA Clinic said they would overnight me a different prescription for my health. I said great, 2 days later and no meds, for they never inputted to Fresno VA Pharmacy, for i had to come back to this favility... These Va Clinic people are a joke, because they see a lot of patients, that was thier excuse, and they dropped the ball...I believe its cuss they do not care about our health & are not very concerned with us Veterans.

john walker I am so thankful for the VA and especially the Tulare Clinic. We live in a country that takes care of its veterans and, yes, there are some miscues, Ive made a few myself, but I am still very thankful and the staff and doctors have given me the care I have needed. There are options, you can always go wait at a non-VA Dr. and wait there and pay for it out of your pocket. Ive used my Tri-Care with some success but in the end I prefer my VA, both in Tulare and Fresno.

khelbisi I have been a patient of SVVC for close to 20 years. I have nothing but respect and love for the Doctors and their support staff at this facility. This clinic hosts primary care, mental health, hearing services, labs, pharmacy and a wide variety of support groups and meetings. The Drs, nurses, and their support staff are kind, courteous, caring, and professional here. We are lucky to have them here in Tulare County.

Steven Pavelski I drove 3.5 hours to get some treatment. I was out of town for two weeks but was able to come that day only as a walk-in as was recommend over the phone. I was turned away at the door for having my toddler with me. Apparently he was not welcome there. I do not have time to arrange a sitter nor was I forewarned that this was the policy. My wife did not take the journey with us. How dare they treat people in this fashion. Of course this is typical sociopathic government employee behavior on display. Lording petty power over their tax cattle. Who cares that I am a two time war veteran with a purle heart and honorable discharge seeking help on a medical issue? Certainly not them. How dare I have my boy with me apparently. If this has anything to do with the completely exaggerated Fauci flu going around we all know its largely a non-issue and just another excuse to torment decent people with sadistic games. I have taken him to his doctors appointments during the peak of the covid psy-op with no issues other than being compelled to wear the humiliating face diaper. Absolutely shameful and evil to advertise as a health clinic for veterans. Just another nest of government drones mindlessly obeying the whims of their lords. Hopefully my health issue heals on its own.

Bre F This 1 star is for the woman that works in the Lab room. Why would she think its okay to come out where a group of us Veterans are waiting and loudly say "whos dropping off stool?" Talk about tasteless and extremely unprofessional. She needs to do better, definitely not a shining moment for this clinic.

Urgent Care got me in and out within an hour. They deserve more than five stars.

Tiffany Stephens Hands down the best place for care. My son went in unable to breathe and they took excellent care of him. He has a phobia of needles and they were very patient with him even getting down on their knees on the floor to give him a shot. He was able to get a chest xray and breathing treatments and home in under two hours. We love the staff at Tulare Urgent Care. They all are amazing.

Bunny Rabbit Goodness there is a Big sign hanging in front of Doctor business, saying Dr Roy Chan, is accepting new patiences. I have been trying to get through and left messages and no one calls me back. I must move forward and look for another physician and people that answer their phones and take it seriously that you need to see the doctor. Note: why even put a big sign up that this doctors accepting new patients when its false advertisement??

Ashley Raney If I could give him and his office no stars I would! They are completely unprofessional! November 21st the Dr. never showed up to my apt time, the assistants in the office I was seeing him at couldn’t get ahold of him and didn’t know where he was so they assumed he was in surgery. I left and asked them to have him call me which he did 6 hours later! He called me and didn’t even have my chart in front of him and questioned me on who told me I had gull stones. I had a scan done that showed them, if he had my file he would know that. Then he told me his office was going to call me in a week to schedule. They never called I had to call them 2 weeks later just to be scheduled. My original date was Feb 3rd then they called me the Monday before Christmas and told me to come in for surgery December 30th. Its now Friday, 2 days before my surgery and I still never got any paper work for my pre op and I have Been calling that office for DAYS trying to get information with no luck on anyone answering. I finally got ahold of someone just to be told that my paper work wasn’t approved on time with my insurance when they have had a week to figure it out! So now I’m out of work for two weeks because this office fails to communicate and submit stuff on time. DONT GO HERE if you want professional work done.

Realyst_ Nytemare ZERO STARS I have been attempting to reach this office for approximately 2 weeks…I’m wondering if anyone works here. I have a referral for surgery and get no answer or call back to my voicemail messages left. UPDATE: Well, it’s been 2 weeks since my original review and still have not received a return telephone call or even so much as a voicemail message from this office. I’ve been calling routinely to try and reach anyone at their Tulare office to no avail. If anyone knows how to reach them without actually having to drive to Tulare, please contact me.

Jessica Cisneros Just had my surgery to remove my gallbladder and the whole experience was great. The entire staff was amazing and truly made me feel as comfortable as I could be. The nurses and Dr. Entabi were truly helpful through my short stay. I will forever be grateful and thankful for the amazing support and experience they provided for me.

Renee Lapin Dr. Entabi might be OK as a surgeon (so far havent used his services), but hes a "mature" man and badly needs an orientation on professional conduct. Im an old lady...but he called me "sweetheart" on my first and only visit (a consultation)...pinched my elbow and shoulder on the way out....asked if I "wanted to see [his] bicycle"! Come on...this wouldnt be tolerated from a medical assistant...or even a janitor!

Kevin Capper I have been to Central Valley Pain Management multiple times since late 2015 for steroid injections into my spinal canal as well as intramuscular injections for chronic back pain. Dr. Grandhe and all of the other staff are very courteous, and they explain thouroughly what they are going to do and what to expect. They have gone above and beyond to try to releive my pain, and they are currently trying to get me approved for a spinal cord stimulator through the V.A.s Veterans Choice Program. The staff here are very respectful and professional, and I would recommend this business to anyone seeking relief from pain.

erica jensen I had a call from a person named Brooke. She proceeded to question me about injections and setting up an appointment. I refused to discuss the injections with an office person. I told her so. I also explained how I struggle with my hearing and asked if the drs wear masks. She said they do. I explained that I am extremely hard of hearing and I lip read. Brooke told me she can ask the drs to speak up. I asked for an ASL interpreter. She said that it is my health insurance to provide one and not the office. I asked for the office manager name and number. I was given a bad phone number. If you are deaf/hard-of-hearing avoid this practice .

Trestine Carabay Went many times for injections, every time in waiting outside the room I hear the tech having long drawn out conversations about herself while I’ve been waiting a while. She even does this with me when I’m in there with her, I have to be short and not engage. Makes me wonder if that’s why the wait is always so long

I had my appointment at 9:00am I been waiting for a dam hour. I don’t understand why in the world this clinic gives appointment if they don’t have no respect ✊ for my appointment time. I came in with appointment and the lady in charge of calling the patient call first the people who came in with out appointment. So what’s the point of getting an appointment if this employee don’t care about my appointment. Not coming back don’t think you are the only clinic here in Tulare.

Nathan Southard It was my first time walking in, show them my insurance card and ID and sign in and after that they said they will check my insurance to see if they take it, 5 minutes later they tell me they do. So now I’m waiting to be seen with about 6 people ahead of me. LITERALLY 1 hour later they call my name and tell me since I’m a first time patient I have to pay $140 and every time after that I have to pay $90. I told them no thanks I’ll go to Visalia clinic where they don’t make me pay they just charge my insurance. Not sure what kind of scam they pull but to make me wait an HOUR just to tell me it’s $140 just to be seen is so far beyond unprofessional I couldn’t believe they wasted more then an hour of my time.

Tiffani Jones I love Dr. Contreras and all his staff they have always tooken good care of me.Ive been a patient for over 8 yrs now. The wait is long but thats because he takes his time to listen to you and figure out whats really going on a quality thats hard to find.

Kim Frost I can never talk to anybody here. They put you on hold and never come back to phone. Its very Frustrating because they let there faxes for prescriptions pile up than act like it was never sent. Than Im having to call CVS than back to calling them and being put on hold for 5 mins than hung up on.

willis higdon My mother inlaw has been here for less then 2 days and waited 3 hours for water and when it did come there was spoiled milk in it. Asked from assistance to use the restroom and 3 hours later still no one to take her to the rest room.

Linzi Alexander APS was filled and state confirmed that my mother was being neglected. Meds were not given, she was not being changed, her hair was matted , they were going to charge me $60 to cut her nails. The dr or myself was never notified of any physical or mental health decline. They tried discharging her to go home knowing her abdominal was distended and hard knowing she was confused.

Jennifer whatever you do , DONT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONES HERE ! i been behind these doors for about two years ! these “administrators “ don’t give a abt anybody but the money . they don’t treat these residents with respect. food is horribleee !

Thomas Hester Went to the front desk and was ignored by woman typing on her phone. Went to the next desk and I could have been invisible. The staff here is either so self-absorbed or too incompetent to deal with stressed out people concerned about their loved ones. Amazing you havent been closed down yet.

Vanessa The nursing staff has shown absolutely horrible bed side manner. Rude, short and very irritated. Leaving residents in soiled briefs for 30+ minutes. When I asked the staff their name, she declined to tell me. So sad to see the way they speak to the residents of this facility. The occupational therapists are amazing. Only smiling faces in the staff that we’ve seen!
