First class. On one occasion I was in for a week and joked it was the best hotel Id been in. Looking back it pretty much was.

How many people can say they love their doctor better than family ?

Becky Parsons Dr Gupta is an incredibly good Doctor. I’ve gone through breast cancer in the last year, and I’ve seen more doctors this year than I care to count. By far Dr Gupta is the most attentive, thorough Dr of all of them. She is compassionate, kind and very knowledgeable. I do not have to advocate for testing or anything else with her, she is always a step ahead of what I need. She is wonderful and I feel lucky that I picked her from my list of available doctors.

Robert Skiles This is actually Michelle Skiles posting for myself and Robert. We have been seeing Dr Gupta now for 10+ years and love her! When we first moved here and was in need of a Primary Physician I was a little nervous. Coming from a medical office manager I worked for 2 of the best Dr I had ever known who also were my treating physicians.I’ve always been what the Dr’s called a medical mystery but these two Dr’s figured me out more than any Dr has ever been able to! So as you can see it was really hard to find a new Dr that could replace these Dr’s. After meeting with Dr Gupta I was so happy as well as relieved that I got lucky enough to find her. She picked up my medical conditions and continued my care just like she had been treating me for years. Not only is she a sweetheart but her medical knowledge is amazing and she really keeps up to date on anything new. She is extremely talented and keeps you current on anything you need. She’s been my angel for healthcare!! My husband isn’t one to go to the Dr anymore than necessary but he actually stays on top of his health needs more than ever since he started seeing Dr Gupta. David Galloway This is an old fashion hometown clinic for your animal. They get to know your pet personally. I love how they treat me and my pets here. You will too. This is the best most caring Veterinary Clinic we have ever be to. We love the staff and they love our pets. They are the best. Recently we had a pet pass away. We contacted the clinic to let them know so they could update their records. A few days later we received a condolence card from the Clinic. But instead of a generically signed card. It was handed signed by each of the staff members. And the Dr. that treated the pet took time to write a personal note. This is what makes this clinic stand out from the rest. P More Dr Broutski is kind, cares and tries to help patients and pays attention to what medicines can not work for you. He has been very helpful with my back and work documents. The only con is his office is usually behind schedule.

Thomas Burns Dr. Dhanota took care of business on my worn out knee. He straightened out the leg and I am up and moving about very well after two weeks. The swelling has gone down and he has me in with a great physical therapist. The staples have been removed and I feel better day by day. I am thankful that we have such great opportunities to have medical procedures like a total knee replacement done in the USA and right here in Yuba City. Lee Yang I recently just went to asked for medication for my back pain and time off for a foot injury. For some reason It seems to bother him. He just stood there and stared at me after if I just made him work. You go to a doctor to make yourself feels good, but this guys makes you feel worst leaving. In all my 40 yrs seeing many doctors, he’s the only doctor that makes me feel sick leaving. I’m definitely taking myself out from his clinic. I hope he reads this and change his arrogant personality. This is not the 1st time he made me feel sick leaving. But this last time took it over the top. Especially the way he stared at me n then tells me to take over the counter. It almost as if I’m not worth his time. If I’m not worth your time, I’m not coming back. Don’t go to this guys. He’s arrogant and rude. He did write me the note but I threw it in the trash. I don’t need his notes. He’s not the only doctor in Yuba city. My specialist doctor was able to get me the paperwork I need. If I can give a negative star I would.

Laura L Dr. Afato is caring and compassionate. I always leave his office feeling better, especially knowing that I’ve gotten the treatment needed to get well. He listens and allows his patients to do what they see best. He will make suggestions but ultimately allows the patient to be in charge of their health plan.

Samantha Osorio Afato has no concern for his patients whatsoever. I was seeing him for a few months for extreme anxiety causing panic attacks that left me unable to work. Afato kept giving me different patented meds that were very expensive. Some of these meds I shouldn’t have taken because they could’ve exacerbated my preexisting heart condition which I learned from my new dr. Afato knew about my heart condition. Every time I went in and told him I still have anxiety he seemed annoyed and would just tell me I needed to see a psychiatrist but was no help in terms of getting to a psychiatrist. Several times I left his office in tears. My new dr immediately thought I had a thyroid disorder and ordered labs. I do in fact have a thyroid disorder. Afato never ordered labs which could have killed me if left untreated. My new dr also had no problem setting me up with a psychiatrist, something Afato never bothered to do. His nurse is an incredible woman and very caring, even she mentioned my abnormal heart rate (caused by my hyperthyroidism) and showed concern for me. Afato wasn’t concerned that my HR was 130 while resting. I wouldn’t go to afato if he was the last doctor on earth.

Kaitlyn Combo The reception staff was very helpful and nice. My nurse was FANTASTIC! She knew what she was doing and she was super friendly and had great conversation. The doctor listened to my concerned and ordered all of the tests I asked for and prescribed me some meds to help with my nasty flu symptoms and it worked! cory mauldin This has been my clinic for almost a decade. They change doctors like underwear. You cannot reach a human in the referral dept, ever. Never have in 7 years. It takes them about 4 months to process a referral. My doctor is pretty good this time around. I like her. But a i would highly recommend that if you have any real medical issues to go elsewhere.

Karen Novak I took my sweet girl, Annie, to Davies Animal Medical Hospital on Feb. 27, 2025. We had noticed that Annie wasnt herself and that she was incontinent. We had to make the horrible decision to lay our girl to rest. Within minutes, a vet tech will show up to ask for payment. She never explained to us what the almost $700 covered. She quickly took payment when the Vet (Dr.Sharin Liddar) entered the room in head-to-toe gear as if she were entering an infected area. The next thing we know is that shes poking Annie several times to give her sedation. Well, after six pokes, Annie was in pain, excited, and upset. We should have walked out of that office then and there......but we didnt. Huge mistake. To make a long and sad story shorter, I will say that Annies final moments were stressful, painful, and devastating. My heart is utterly broken by what Annie endured at the hands of this inexperienced vet and her tech. Upon reaching out to Davies Animal Hospital, they could only say they were sorry. They took no responsibility for the pain our dog felt at their hands. The Vet showed zero remorse and zero compassion for us. I wont ever go there again. Please beware.

Everyone did what they could to help my cat. Dr. Medley was upfront about my cats condition and incredibly supportive every step of the way. She helped me come to terms with deciding to let him go. Rebecca Scarberry Now patients are not packed in the waiting room, they make the appointments so rooms are full and Dr can give you full attention. Dr is able to get to patients in the rooms faster. Also get to the patients that arrive in the waiting room 1 or 2 at a time. Also you get in and out from seeing the Dr much faster now.

Minnie D The dr didnt go over what I was concerned about, brought up rosacea on my face by saying "whats up with that rash on your face?" I wasnt aware of any rosacea on my face and wasnt there to talk about it either. Then the billing is THE ABSOLUTE WORST, they dont place accounts on hold but say they will note the account so youre not put into collections since they need to review a bill because they billed it incorrectly. They never call back and put you in collections THE DAY AFTER they said your account would be noted and not sent to collections since they had to review it. The worst. Do NOT go here if you are looking for good medical care from providers who actually care. Edit: ended up paying the copay for a doctor I did not see because they refuse to bill for the correct doctor and I didnt want to deal with the billing department anymore. Its been a year, they said they would not out me in collections since they were reviewing the case and put the acct in collections the NEXT DAY. They failed to fix the issue and NEVER call back. They didnt want the billing issue fixed because they wanted more money for a dr I didnt see and the dr I did see, WAS TERRIBLE. Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Ha Ha I cannot praise the staff enough! The surgeons, nurses, xray and lab techs, admins, and entire support staff were all top notch and every single one of them make you feel truly cared for. They all were kind and seemed to actually enjoy working there. The facility itself is equally great, with large private rooms. Also the quietest hospital stay, which is unheard of. Surgery recoveries are never comfortable, but the team here really did make it far more comfortable experience than expected.

Monica Scheuerman From the nurse that greeted me in pre-op to the staff that cared for me in post-op it was an all around wonderful experience! I stayed 3 days and 2 nights and felt more like I was staying in a nice hotel with an excellent nursing staff. The food was great and the dietary staff was so friendly. Thank you to everyone at Sutter Surgical for the best experience I’ve had and after 6 abdominal surgeries that is saying a lot! Enola Kaya Wow. This is a first! I had hand surgery 4 days ago and was I impressed? YES! Clean, neat, no massive lines or people in the waiting room being all weird. Looked like a hotel lobby. Pleasant staff, great doctors. Then...today I get a very nice Get Well letter from them...with A LOT of signatures from everyone that worked there wishing me a speedy recovery. I WISH WISH WISH it was an emergency hospital but alas....they only do surgeries and not ER. But I can tell you one thing...I will not ever go to Rideout for another surgery if I have to have one. Shana Shafer I found Dr Harry to be amazing! He was very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about my pets. I however prefer to get my meds from Chewy because I like the auto ship. Chewy is also half the price of this office for most meds. Debbie shamed me for using Chewy. Was rude and yelled at me that they would not speak to chewy ever to help my pet get his meds. She refused to help in anyway and as a result it took weeks for my pet to get meds he needed. Chewy tried so hard to get communication from them. They even lied to me and told me they called Chewy but the prescription was canceled so they couldn’t help. neither was true though, the order wasnt canceled and Chewy had no record of them calling! Debbie even tried to get me to schedule a new appointment to get something that was already prescribed to us! When someone else at the office handled the issue and made sure my pet got his meds I figured everything would be fine and we could continue to see Dr Harry but nope. Debbie avoids me and brushes me off to someone else every-time. She also tells me she’s going to give Dr Harry my message and then doesn’t. Debbies clear hatred of me prolonged my pets sickness and I cannot support somewhere that allows that to happen.

Crystal Salas I realized I never left a review but feel compelled to do so. My son, when he was 1month old was admitted to this hospital, which is an 1.5 hours away from home. The staff and doctors were truly very kind, compassionate and understanding of the anguish we were facing with our sick child. They were accommodating as possible to myself and his dad when we stayed with him that full week. My son got better and we were able to get home and he is a thriving 11 year old. I’m beyond thankful for the staff who cared over my child and made it possible to return home as a complete family.

Bill Zhang My wife and I had our baby here last month and had some amazing nurses at L& D. However, our last nurse Marlena did not listen to our concern at all about the pain level nor did she do much to keep my wife clean. The process was so poorly supported until the Charge nurse showed up per my demand... We came back after we delivered the baby due to my wifes tough recovery and being told to go to Labor & Delivery Emergency instead. The absolutely terrible Security Guard Lecilia told us we canNOT go there since we already have our baby with us (we are breastfeeding). She said you can just sit outside the general ED eith your immuno compromised baby and wait. I dont know what to tell you I have not seen worse patient experience in my LIFe having worked for 5 different hospitals... What a bunch of trash employees that covers up all the good ones in this place!!!

Shoutout to RN Hang & RN Vivienne for their genuine honesty, letting me know that my request for lidocaine made their jobs difficult (even though an L&D nurse i had seen before first introduced this option to me— RN Raquel had given me lidocaine before trying to stick an IV in my arm earlier that week, & had strongly encouraged me to request lidocaine in the future if I found lidocaine to be helpful in easing my discomfort.) Here are some of my *favorite* quotes from the incredibly lovely, ever so emphathetic nurses who were supposed to help me during my unplanned c-section to deliver my breech baby: “Which hurts more, me looking for a vein, or your contractions?” (RN Hang) ~i was 3cm dilated at this point. “Lidocaine may make you feel better, but it makes my job harder.” (RN Vivienne) “I didn’t mean to make you feel like you’re not being heard, Im sorry you feel that way.”(RN Vivienne) ~Instead of apologizing for her behavior towards me, it’s obviously my fault for being so sensitive. “If you want lidocaine, you could request a nurse who does lidocaine, but that isn’t me.” (RN Hang; RN Vivienne) ~is there not a hospital policy concerning nurses’ administration of lidocaine? The inconsistency among nurses is remarkable! Like a box of chocolates! ~And I *did* ask for a nurse who could administer lidocaine, but they sent these amazing nurses instead. ~And since i didn’t want to be difficult during the urgency of prepping me for an unplanned c-section to deliver my breech baby when i was already 3cm dilated, when RN Hang said she could leave (my emergency pre-op) to find a nurse who administers lidocaine, i said that wasnt necessary since i just wanted to get this pre-op process over with so that i wouldnt have to risk delivering my breech baby vaginally, which no OB there was trained to do, so a c section delivery was my only option. ~ after my c-section and starting breastfeeding my first newborn baby, the IV that RN Hang stuck in the corner of my left wrist, fell off. ~ though i asked for lidocaine again prior to haivng another nurse give me another IV, the only nurse who was available at that time was a nurse who did not administer lidocaine either— RN Vivienne. Since she failed to find a proper vein after sticking a needle in my arms multiple times, resulting in a few lovely bruises on both arms, she left. ~ Four (4) hours later, an “IV therapy” nurse comes into my room, without lidocaine, but with an ultrasound. Thankfully he found a vein, but i still never got lidocaine (even though i requested a nurse who could do this, multiple times.) “If you don’t like how I am working, you can fire me! It’s okay; I don’t mind. *laughs* (RN Vivienne) ~ she said this right before she left. “You wont need this IV for long anyway, you’re not a c-section…. Oh wait, you are?! I never had a c-section so I keep forgetting. *laughs* (RN Vivienne) *** But hey, Im obviously just a difficult, entitled patient whose pain tolerance is obviously super weak, so what do I know? Im not a nurse, just a pathetic, entitled, whiney patient. It’s not their fault I was there for an unscheduled c-section (for my breech baby which no one there knew how to deliver vaginally), and since RN Vivienne never had a c-section, it totally makes sense that she would have no idea how i was feeling. (it’s soo presumptuous & entitled of me to assume that these two RNs cared enough about me to listen to me without judgment. *** Sarcasm aside, im giving this hospital at least two stars— one solid star for the incredible c-section team led by OB Burkhalter, MD, who successfully performed my c-section & delivered my first baby without any complications + another solid star for the postpartum nurses (RN Jamie, RN Chloe, and RN Annalynn) who showed me true empathy & kindness, & listened to me without judgment, making me feel like a human being, instead of a spoiled brat/ diva.

Jennifer Guzman Recently did surgery on my elderly parent. Refused to provide ANY pain management saying that she needed to get it from her GP. The GP states that it is the surgeons job to handle post op care. When I called Fahey back to tell him what the GP said, he got on the phone and YELLED AT ME and further refused telling me to keep calling the GP. I have personally had multiple surgeries. THE SURGEON was ALWAYS the one to treat post op pain.

Cody Duncan Not gonna lie he will not tell you want you want to hear!! But he got me away from being scared just being human and telling me what I needed to hear. Just fixed my hiatal hernia him and his staff made sure there were no hiccups,and I felt safe, and really went above and beyond!! Guy knows what he’s doing and does it very well! Hard thing to find these days! Thanks doc!!

Joseph Croghan Dr. Fahey is a excellent surgeon explained everything was going to do for my Hiatal hernia so I could understand and make me feel at ease. Him and his office staff are great. Thank you again

Diana Otay Not good with bedside mannor at all and wont comment on the surgery so I know exactly what was done since it was an emergency surgery I really dont know. He told me to just go to the hospital and find out for myself but not from him...he was the surgeon!!

The Garden Gate Florist I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Fahey and his staff are. He has done 3 surgeries for me and 4 for my husband. He is wonderful at explaining everything that is happening and makes it seem so much less scary. We are so grateful for the care, consideration and expertise that they have shown.

Cynthia Alvarez Had my gallbladder taken out Friday 3/7/2025 and everyone from check in to my recovery was absolutely amazing! I checked in at 10am and I was discharged ready to go home at 4pm. Specifically I would love to recognize the nurse whom brought me back to the room to get prepped for surgery I truly apologize I forgot her name but I believe it started with an ‘R’ she was very sweet and explained everything she was doing. Then nurse Mike whom took me back to the OR could tell I was very nervous and he explained every single step that was happening until I fell asleep with anesthesia. Then my recovery nurse Nate was absolutely great! I was having a real hard time waking up but he made sure my vitals were good and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Thank you so everyone whom made my surgery extremely smooth.

Mary Damore I really didn’t wanna go to ride out. I was scared because of all the bad things I’ve heard about it, but I had no choice. My experience there was awesome. The young people there were wonderful. I had the best time in an ER. I’ve had in a long time if that could be possible. I didn’t sit and wait forever. I kept moving to different stages of my recovery. They treated me like a human with care and love tending to everyone of my needs. I will go back with no fear this time. Keep up the good work

Michelle Walker I just want to take the time to recognize an employee in the ER. His name is baldeep. And I very much appreciate him and the way he treated my husband at his visit there. My husband, to be honest doesnt have the best history with this hospital hes known for walking out before hes discharged, but this employee just made my husband feel comfortable. And he voiced his concerns for my husbands health in a way you dont usually get the chance to see there at the ER. I think hes absolutely wonderful for the patients experience all around in general and I think he should know we appreciate it. (If that matters at all).... Thank you... truly....

Jackie Olson The people who work with you are very caring and explain each and every step of the test. They made the whole experience so much easier and the restrooms and rooms where you wait or where the tests are given are immaculate. Thank you to the whole staff for making a long afternoon go by a lot faster.

Cynthia Freeman I went to the ER on Saturday February 8th, 2025 & had a very pleasant experience. I was treated with compassion & kindness during my stay. I was tested for a number of things & diagnosed as having Influenza A. The attending P.A. prescribed medication for me. I should be feeling better in another day or so.
