Paula Vaughn I have finally found a nail salon I like and that I keep going back to. The staff is very friendly and willing to work to accommodate your requests (nail designs,etc), It’s very clean and the prices are reasonable. Even though I have my 2 favorite staff members (Kris andnV) that I make my appointments with, Ive had all the staff work on me at some point and I have never left there disappointed.

The manager treats you like a number.. and has all kinds of ways to overcharge you.. when I didnt like the nail polish result.. she wanted to charge $5 to do it again?? $5 this.. $5 that.. save your money and time.. I wouldnt recommend this place at all...

MIREYA GUILLEN Horrible services! The nail polish was different color shades on my nails. Some were not polished completely. I told them I didnt like it, and they acted like they didnt understand me. The owner said she would Zelle me back my tip, and I never got it. She would not give me back my tip. They have sloppy service and unprofessional management. Unethical transactions they did not return my overpayment. Ninas Nails and their employees are unprofessional sloppy and dishonest.

Chelsea W. Today was my first time trying Bling and I can safely say that I will be a returning customer! The entire staff was welcoming and kind. Tina, the manager, provided me with excellent customer service over the phone and asked how everything was going during my manicure. My nail tech, Lee, did an incredible job with my chrome acrylic manicure. He was patient, friendly, and skilled. My favorite part about his service was the attention to detail. He did not rush and ensured that each nail was perfect before moving on to the next. I have never been completely satisfied with a nail tech’s attempt at shaping acrylics; until today, that is. Lee shaped my nails flawlessly. Make sure to ask for him whenever you go! Overall, I am so happy I decided to get my nails done at Bling. I can’t wait to return!

Mary Moslenko Tina and Lee are very professional. They both do nails perfect I am a nail biter and my tips stay on for at least six weeks. If there is any problem Tina and Lee will fix. Best nail salon in Orange Conuty.

I showed them a photo of what I wanted (an ombré chrome mani) and they were able to achieve it in a super lightweight, comfortable gel manicure because I didn’t want to do dip. They were so nice and quick! Would definitely come here again!

Makeup by Karina Reyna Horrible experience. I showed up to get a new set and removal of my old set. The lady proceeded to remove my nails and the first one she did, my pinky, she ripped my nail. She didn’t soak them off to begin with, she tried sliding a nail tip under to remove. Which should never be done. I’ve always had my nails soaked off. She then proceeds to soaking off the rest of my nails. Once she is done removing them, I walk out upset clearly. She still follows me to my car and said I owe $10. The owner then came out to say I owed money and I showed her my pinky and said never mind. HOW?! She ripped my nail. Don’t come here.

Nayeli Gonzalez This is the second time this happens with the same girl I repeated to her what I wanted and she still cut my real nails and so I didn’t get the service I wanted because she had to end up cutting all my nails because of how short they were and I didn’t want acrylics because of my job. She then proceeds to say I asked you what I wanted I told her I told you twice and she cut them because she thought they were acrylic and I told her no they were my real nails. Then since she messed up she said she was giving me a $10 discount from the original price which she was saying is 18$ however she kept adding the discount to the original price making it more expensive and I kept telling her if your giving me a discount it should be $8 not 28$ she even did it on the calculator and was adding so I don’t know if there making up the prices then and there but I won’t be coming back because clearly they don’t listen

evelyn garcia so really loved the nails, my 3rd time here I believe. each time I get them exactly like the picture! only issue this time is a rhinestones keep falling. the very next morning I realized 3 were missing. I went back and they kindly fixed it. a couple hours later I realize 2 more had fallen off. would think if Im paying 90$ for nails the rhinestones shouldnt fall off, didnt care to call again for a fix since it takes time and gas out of my day to make trips to the salon. all this happened within 24 hrs of getting this set.

Miriam Lozano ive been here twice and both times my set has come out exactly like i wanted them if not even better. below are the sets my friends and i have gotten. i dont remember the price for the first set but the 2nd one was $130 and the 3rd set was $100. i feel like these prices are fair considering how much time some of the designs took. all of these were done by different nail techs so you can tell everyone there is very talented.

Elissa Tashman I walked in this Nail shop around my area and i will absolutely be coming back here again . Right away when i came to the shop i was greeted and treated respectfully with a nice welcoming as a first time customer . Chi who did my toes and included 2 acrylic nails ( the big toe only ) and since i have been insecure about my feet , many other nail shops have chosen to decline me or want extra money from me for my tiny toes . Chi is incredibly honest and i love her for that , telling me that the big toe is the one that pops out the most and the rest of my toes are fine . Overtime sitting around Johnny who is incredibly amazing always catered to my need asking if i needed any drinks . And when it came to me asking if i should add gold and silver on top of my flower gem and he was honest and gave me the best i could ask for. Love it here and will for sure be coming again ❤️

Soon Tammy came and greeted us (manicure). My wife asked if they can do what she wanted. They both happily obliged with no pressure or questions. Kylie White DO NOT GO HERE !!! I have gone here TWICE now and this is my final straw! I went the first time and got the pink set done and i was so disappointed in the work . My nails were lumpy and looked TERRIBLE. Their nail tech acted like she was in a rush even though I was the only one in there. i barely made it to two weeks and they kept getting caught on my hair BECAUSE SHE ALSO DIDNT PUSH BAVK MY CUTICLES! Eventually they ended falling off mostly at 2 weeks because she did such a lousy job! AND THEN SHE ASKED FOR A TIP AT THE END OF SERVICE???? I gave her one bc I felt pressured but i would not do it again. I only went back and got the purple set because my boyfriend paid for it and I actually really liked them but only because I had to tell her exactly how i wanted my nails. I had to guide her how to do her damn job. I had to show her multiple photos and correct her multiple times because she wouldnt paint my full nail and she kept shaping it wrong EVEN WITH AN INSPO PICTURE ! again she didnt push back my cuticles so now my nails are lifting and one already came off ! I got these done oct 9th so it has only been two weeks and they have been giving me terrible issues. I have had acrylics before and I know what a good acrylic set is! you wont find that here at Tranquil Nail spa!! I have never had an issue with my nails lifting the way I did here. I only went here because they were close to chapman and within walking distance, i will no longer be going here. I will take my hard earned money to somewhere that actually deserves it! not to this lousy place.

My nails I showed a picture they said they could do that . The design was horrible I had to change it and even after they looked bad, not happy at all . Maricruz Hunt My daughter discovered this location. We were seeking a place closer to her home, so why not? Pedicures, incredible, and her manicure on barely nails were a treat. We were beyond surprised with complimentary bubbly, too! Very clean, sweet & humble. I headed back over that same evening for my powder fill and am beyond thrilled with my shorter nails that fit my daily activities, especially with my 8 month grandson.

Maya Owainati I went yesterday to get my acrylic nails filled arrived for my appointment at 1 and they made me wait an hour before doing my nails. She then did an extremely sloppy job and I was even getting comments from other people about how bad they looked. I went back the next day to get a refund and she said I had to wait half an hour because the manager wouldn’t be back so I asked her to call the manager to make sure. She did not and assured me the manager would get back in half an hour. So I sat there wasting my time for half an hour and then after the time had passed I asked if he was coming, she said she wasn’t sure and it might take another half an hour. At this point I got very upset and asked her please call your manager and ask him when he will be back. Or please just find a way to refund me without me having to wait around (for example having her manager venmo me back since that’s how I paid) she refused to call the manager and first and then finally did and she said probably another half and hour to an hour. I wasn’t going to wait around anymore so I asked can you please just have him venmo me and she couldn’t give me any solution and then she started yelling at me angrily and being very rude telling me it’s normal to wait when you come because you have to wait at a doctors office (not the same thing at all) and that my nails were so “ugly” when I came in before. She repeated called them ugly. She kept going on and on and eventually I just left crying because I didn’t know what to do. The French tips were all different lengths and some of them super uneven, there was extra polish around the sides, the bottom pink layer of the French tips were all blotchy and uneven and you could already see my real mail underneath after one day.

Quyen Chu all I have to say is wow! the service and ambiance here was absolutely impeccable. I had my nails done by Kim and she was nothing but patient, skilled, efficient, and kind. while doing my nails, her years of expertise really shown through. she really pays attention to the details and considers your opinion before solidifying the design which I really appreciated. everything was super clean and hygienic, I would definitely come back and I recommend coming here for the cutest nails! :)

I followed his guidance and I am SUPER pleased with the results. Not something I can say about other local salons. My nails are not hating me and I am did not leave regretting the process I just put my nails thru.

Samantha Payne I love going to this nail salon. Its always busy but its so worth the wait. Everyone does such great nails. I got mine done by Tom, whose the owner, & I just happened to pull a picture of the nails I wanted on Google & he looked at it for a second & instantly he got to work. He was so fast & thorough & the nails were seriously strong & the perfect length cause I type all day at work & these dont slow me down at all. Only downside is theyre more expensive than other local places but you are getting exactly what you pay for. Went a couple weeks later to get my fill & again I had a great time. Illll definitely be going back again.

Aguilar Adriana I went in and specifically asked for a fill, I already had a set that just needed to get re-done…they charged me $90 for this set alone and with pedicure I ended up paying $145!!! They will up charge you by laying acrylic powder instead of doing gel! I am no longer returning to this establishment , they gmfu..I’ve gotten full decked out sets with diamonds and ombré for this price and the audacity to charge me almost $100 for this? Ridiculous …they are desperate

Molly Rae Tauro I moved to Orange about 2 years ago. I have tried a few different places but this nail salon is superior in every way. I always get a dip manicure and a gel pedicure and the quality is the best at Spring Nail Tips. The dip manicures are the best results I have ever had, they are willing to do designs and really do the best job. Once they even took 2 hours to fix a horrible dip manicure I got from another salon. The customer service is excellent as well, they are so kind and helpful. I even buy Girl Scout cookies from them. I love this salon and all of the pretty ladies working there. Just a FYI because they are so amazing they are busy, it’s best to go in the AM right when they open or call to make an appointment.

Gerda Ance Rieksta This is my first time getting my nails done in the USA (I’m from Europe). I didn’t make a reservation beforehand; I simply walked into this nail salon and asked if they were available, and they took me right away. The thing is, my natural nails are very thin and short, so they suggested acrylic extensions. I was okay with it, as I usually get gel extensions and havent tried acrylic ones before. The only thing that left me somewhat dissatisfied was that he didn’t really prepare the nail and didn’t even touch my cuticles, which was surprising (although, again, I’ve never had acrylic nails, so Im not sure how they should be prepped). Then he proceeded to attach the tips and apply acrylic powder. Everything else was fine. Oh, and I requested an almond shape, but it seems more oval to me. Anyways, we’ll see how long they last; thats my main concern when trying a new nail salon - my nails are sensitive and if theyre not prepared properly, they might come off within a few days. I guess well see. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with everything else. The entire process only took 40 minutes, which Im not entirely sure is a good thing or a bad thing. Its quite quick, and Im curious if it might affect the quality in the long run. The total cost was $45, plus a tip, which I think is reasonable for America. UPDATE: it’s been almost 4 weeks and everything is still good!! :)

Jasmine Mccowen I’ve been to this nail shop over 20x so my review is going to be the upmost honest, Karen— i love, she’s neat, caring, open-minded.. if she doesn’t know how she will figure out how to do it. Everyone else I cannot say the same. I was here for a service one of the technicians completely tore of my nail leaving me with a bleeding nail, and blood under the skin. Was only offered $5. After ALWAYS paying full price, it was disgusted to be treated like this. It’s already awkward being the only black person in there and having to wait to be serviced after non poc come in and get seated immediately w/o an appointment. This will be my last visit. I hope Karen gets back from her vacation and opens up her own salon.

They also gave me some padding for my elbows so they wouldn’t hurt from resting my arms on the table while I was getting manicured. The hospitality here is great and I would definitely go again :)

hoang nho What a welcoming vibe in here. It feels so welcome and cozy, they’re so busy busy which i think they must be good. What i love the most is the spa chair, cause im a guy so i dont care if they have good color or not, i only care their vibe and the spa chair just so comfortable to make me fully enjoy the whole time i was in there. Rosie Corrales I always appreciating their excellent service and quality work. However, my recent experience with a gel manicure has left me quite disappointed. I got my nails done last week, but the gel polish started chipping off within a week. This is quite unusual, as my gel manicures from here usually last over three weeks without any issues. Given the price, I expected the same long-lasting quality this time. While I still appreciate the friendly and professional service, the premature chipping of my gel polish was a letdown. I hope this was just a one-off issue and not a sign of declining quality, as I really do like this place.

They gave us complimentary drinks and made sure that we were all taken care of. I got cat eye on my hands and my feet and i absolutely loved it. Being able to speak to them in Vietnamese was a true joy for my special moment, so definitely recommend for my Vietnamese community (they obviously speak English as well). My permanent go to spot for family and friends. GelX + Luxe Pedi (gel) easily lasted 4 weeks in perfect condition through international travel. Still going strong and beautiful.

Gabi Soumokil I’m seriously disappointed. I haven’t received a pedicure since before the pandemic so I’ve been doing my nail at home. I wanted to get a nice gel pedicure and thought it was time to go to a salon so they could properly do so. She barely did anything. She barely pushed back my cuticles and didn’t even cut away the dead skin. I got like a ten second massage, she pretty much just rubbed lotion on my legs. And she just slapped the polish on. She didn’t even ask me if I liked it before she went to go help someone else. When she saw that I was upset about it, she attempted to clean up the gel by digging a nail file into my skin, not even really cleaning it up.. I’m honestly so disappointed that I probably won’t be getting a pedicure again. This was supposed to be relaxing, but instead I’m upset that I paid $45 for a service that barely even qualified as a pedicure. I’m not sure if they were tired or what ,but I don’t recommend. It’s a waste of money.

Tiffany was absolutely fantastic and took very good care of us. I appreciated all of their COVID precautions taken by the staff. The massage chairs are absolutely the BEST!

Minhee Kim I came at 3:30 after making an appointment at 3:35. Two ladies came in at 4:00 while I wasn’t seated and then they got served first. Mid filing my nails down, after I get seated, my nail tech gets up to help someone else and starts doing their nails while my feet are sitting in lukewarm water. I’m. 21 year old student who tips well but I feel I wasn’t taken seriously here and I won’t be going back.

sherri Daneshmand For the second time the owner Tiffany double booked and triple booked my service on top of others . Made me wait for 45 minutes while she went between me and two other people for a pedicure and facial I just wanted my nail color changed after 45 minutes I walked out and paid just to get my polish removed she wanted me to wait even longer just to put on new polish I would not trust them again when they give you an appointment .to top it off she was rude about the situation instead of apologizing for triple booking people so ahead of can make more money she was blaming me … I was on time and picked my polish color instantly twice when she brought the wrong color from her chart first time . I would not go back there is more choices in the area . Kristi who offers pedicure on the other hand and has worked there for years is good and polite she apologized for her boss !!! Kristi does a good job and she is polite . Wish she could work at a better salon .

Jillian If I could give them more stars, I would! I have tried countless nail salons in the area, never seeming to find the right place where my nails were consistent, long-lasting, and with the sweetest staff…. Until I found Glossy Nails. Every single time I get a fill or full set, they are always the best quality nails I have ever gotten. The staff here, absolutely warm my heart and are so inviting. I often will go a full 4 weeks before getting a fill and yet, my nails never crack, split, or anything of that sort. The staff always greet me with the sweetest smile and the best customer service. Everyone here treats all of their clients with nothing but kindness, care, and respect. Every time I go in, they always ask how I’m doing, remember events I had previously attended last time I saw them, and are beyond friendly. Not to mention their very fair prices!! I am so grateful I found Glossy nails, I won’t ever be going anywhere else! I am so appreciative of all the hard work everyone there puts in and they never cease to do the BEST nail work. Ana Castro Couple weeks ago I went there Tracy made my nails but since I got there she act very rude to me, this was my 3rd or 4 time there. But I think if a person doesnt want to due it please tell me directly I dont want to do you nails, Im tired or whatever but dont treat people unrespecfull. I even gave her a tip which he didnt deserved. Respect to be respected. Thank you

TN BN The shop looks very clean and cute. The business owners were welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. I got my nails done to the perfect length and color. I would recommend family and friends to this location.

Alexis Saeger I am so incredibly picky when it comes to my nails and I have never had a bad experience at Glossy. Brian and Tara always take care of me! I love how the check with me after every step to see if I’m happy. I will defiantly be continuing to come here.

Kaitlyn Tran The best nail salon I’ve been to in a long time!! There was a great attention to detail and I’m obsessed with my nails. It’s a clean space with quality products and professionalism. I love that they can do designs. I got gel x extensions today for the first time and I will definitely be returning to get it again. Other photos are from fun designs I’ve gotten from them too! Every experience has been exactly what I’ve wanted. Would recommend Glossy to everyone!

Vanessa Luna My go-to nail salon! Whenever I’m in town I never fail to visit Color Me Nail Spa. Their facilities are pristine, the techs are courteous and skilled, and they have very reasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and stop in the next time you’re feeling the need to treat yo self!

Jack H I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received at this nail salon, especially from the owner, Helen. We paid $110 and the results were dreadful—nothing like what we had requested. After explaining that we were leaving for vacation tomorrow and couldn’t come back to fix the issue, Helen was unhelpful and rude over the phone. She refused a refund, stating, “we can’t give your money back because she can’t return the nails.” I’ll attach photos to show just how poorly done they were. While I always support local businesses, I truly hope this one makes way for a more caring and competent provider in Anaheim Hills. Thank you to Tony who was actually trying to help me! Unfortunately it’s outside of his control. (Pretty sure everyone can tell which photo is which. But I attached the photo that we showed to them, and I also attached the photo of the result — it’s shocking)

Cristina Gao I have been getting my manicures and pedicures with them for almost 10 years now! Ive had countless of manicures done by Donna(the owner), Nikki and Mia(my current go-to nail tech). They specialize in SNS(dipping powder) manicures. Of all the nail salons Ive been to in the Orange County area, they have by far the largest selection when it comes to dip colors(100-200+). If you are looking for a place that is affordable and can get you a long lasting manicure, I strongly recommend them. Ive had times when I crack one of my nails within a week of getting them done and Ive gone back to them for a redo on the nail free of charge and I cannot express how much I appreciate them for it. Make sure to call and make an appointment because they can get busy and might make you wait as a walk in. As of 2/28/25 getting a SNS manicure here costs $45 and a regular pedicure costs $25.

Rosalie Valgreen Very disappointed. Do not recommend this place. I got my nails done here for the first time and she made a mistake with my nails she added a different material that created bubbles and she started over and added the wrong color than what I chooses from , I let her know and kept working on my nails and didn’t bother to acknowledge she messed up again. That same day the one my the acrylic nails snapped on my way home , most of the nails had snapped throughout that day.the nails felt light which was good but felt very thin.I wanted to return back the next day to get it fixed because It was closing time by the time I left the salon and they asked me to return another time.I did and I asked to get them fixed and they wanted me to pay more than what I originally paid for to get a new set done when I went in the second day with receipt to show prove I had recently got them done . They were being very rude. And didn’t want to remove the broken nails off my fingers when I asked I wasn’t going to pay for a new set of a higher price than what they originally charged me . the tech did not introduce herself non of them did with the last two visits I went too . They didn’t seem happy to help me the tech kept talking to her coworker next to her and pushing my hand away when she was done removing them. Gave an attitude. Hope Carew I’ve been coming here for 12+ years.. Enough said. Kidding haha but I have been coming here 12+ years. It’s the only nail salon I can go to and trust I’ll get a good mani/pedi. This is the kind of place you come to have a relaxing experience. Expect to be here a while not because you’re waiting but because they take their time and really do a good job. My SNS nails easily last 4-5 weeks. If they get new product they ask for feedback on how they lasted to try and make improvements or they stop using it all together. I recommend making an appointment considering it’s a small salon. They won’t sacrifice the quality of their work to try to get people in and out to make more money so you could end up waiting a little if you don’t have an appointment.
