Amparo Martinez Worse experience, I requested gel color, my manicure wasn’t done correctly I ended up having nail polish on my skin. After requesting that the owner fix the poor job, she replied saying, if I want something perfect we cannot do it for you. I remained calm after that comment, she wanted me to pay first before fixing it. Her attitude and poor costumer service was unprofessional. I didn’t disrespect anyone at any point, the only thing I did was requested a normal clean manicure. NOT GOING BACK FOR SURE.

Uncommon One My pedicure was to include stones. They weren’t used. The tools are washed but not disinfected for at least 15 minutes between clients. The foot spa liners are changed, but the basins aren’t disinfected for at least 15 minutes between each customer. The e-file they use to file peoples toenails isn’t changed between customers. I specified twice I only wanted my chin waxed, but she asked about the area just above my chin and charged me without disclosing there would be an additional charge. The waxing menu said 8, but she charged me 10 plus an additional 5 for the area I didn’t ask for. The relax mani is supposed to come with an 8 minute massage. There were a few minutes on the arms and a few pats on the shoulder. Definitely won’t be back.

Janet Gonzales They let you make an appointment but don’t honor it. You have to wait 30+ minutes after your scheduled appointment to get your nails done. Time to find a place that values costumer’s time.

K P Poor quality, poor service. The polish job looked terrible. The pedicure was painful. I asked for a neutral polish if a nail couldnt be repaired. They assured me it could then told me I would get a nail fungus and they didnt recommend it. They didnt finish my pedicure, but charged me full price. Dont go here! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Gabriella Reyna Horrible job. I’ve came to this place for my pedicure twice before & enjoyed the job that was done at the time. However after getting my nails done today was the worst experience ever, the lady was annoyed after I asked her to fix my shape after showing her a picture of off white nails with a square shape, they looked coffin to me so I asked for them to be fixed. She was filing the sides down so much that I was bleeding. My nails are so chunky & lumpy! I myself am a service provider & couldn’t help but notice all of the state board violations this time around. I paid for my nails along with my step daughters nails & we were on our way.

Folsom Aaron (Prince Lyon) i went in here for a regular pedicure, I walked in and the lady was sitting in the lobby with her shoes off, didnt even know she worked there. At first, everything went well with the massage and everything, then she started cutting my nails extremely low and crooked!!!!! and it seemed as if they were rushing my business to close, because as soon as we left, they started closing, didnt even clean just put plastic around the part you put your feet in. Overall THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR ANY SORT OF NAIL SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Vanessa R Terrible! I won’t be back. Paid $75 for a glitter ombré set. Michael did my nails and did a horrible job. Covered all the “glitter tip” with my base color. When I informed him I didn’t like them he stated I can come back in 2 weeks (to charge me for a fill). Last time I didn’t like my nails I went back the next morning after paying $80 and he charged me $40 more for a color change. I will never be back. Everytime I go I’m rushed and prices go up. They’re rude here. Lost my business forsure and my nails look terrible !!! Avoid this shop at all costs.

Jocelyn Calbreath Some of the worst nails I’ve ever had. One nail has a giant lump, which I commented on and he said “will file.” Then barely touched it. Two of the nails have smudged paint on the design, one is completely crooked, and none of them are uniform in design or even close. I walked out in tears and cancelled my eye brows because it was so bad.

rylee knight i had an AMAZING experience at V.I.P nails. they had the BEST customer service and always asked if i liked it or wanted to change every time they did something to make sure i loved them. they weren’t rough at all and they take time and pride in their work. super afordable and can do trendy fun nails. definitely reccomend going!!

Danica Coelho None of the staff was nice, they had had attitudes. I got over charged just to remove nails , that were mostly off anyway, and apply a regular top coat of nail polish. The type of nails I had on, gel extensions which are amazing, they talked negatively about and tried to get me to get their dip nails. I would never recommend this nail salon, even as a last minute resort, which is why I was there. Next time, I will just wait.

Sofya Yaroshevskaya I am so happy that a friend recommended this place to me. I used to always have to do acrylic nails because my own were in rough shape. Lily got me to switch to dip and since then I have truly noticed my real nails getting much better, stronger, and healthier! Very clean salon with a great vibe and a enormous selection of dip powders, gel, and regular polishes. Im very picky specifically about the shape of the nail and having all 10 fingers match. Lily has never disappointed! The rest of the staff are wonderful as well. They take their time when cleaning and scrubbing my feet. And to top it off they are the most punctual salon Ive ever been to! I have never had to wait longer than 2 minutes to be seated. Dip Nails know what they are doing and I highly recommend!!! Keep up the great work!!

Alec A Honestly, I was loving the vibe/ people, but if I could say the lighting is extremely low in there. SO to start I was charged $105 ($95 without tip) for a fill and pedicure with gel. My fill was horrible. Wrong color, chipped nails, not enough coats. the guy that did my nails kept answering the phone every 5 min and was not paying attention to detail. Would love to come back, but not if theyre gonna charge me that much, just for them not to care. It was my fault as well for not checking before I left and tipped $10 in total the guy that did my toes (xoxo) you did amazing and took your time, my toes look amazing!

Sharron Scott Ive been searching for a new place to go all over Brentwood so I tried Dazzling Nails. After reading reviews, I scheduled an appt with John. I came in and like others, the decor was nice, there are lots of chairs, but it didnt feel "warm" in there. Like friendliness was not filling the space. They definitely paid more attention to their regulars than establishing a relationship with anyone new. I get seated in a spa chair for my fill/mani. I liked that I could have them done both at the same time but, I didnt like how they wouldnt let me look at the different polishes so I could choose what I wanted! They kept telling me later later. Didnt like that. They had a variety of options and I wanted to check them out. Why tell me no ? lol Then I had to tell John 3x that whatever he was doing on my nail was burning, I dunno if it was the speed of the acrylic tool or him pressing down but it was not a pleasant experience. He could not me what I asked for (aura nails) but Im satisfied with the ombré+chrome ones I got (pictured.) I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and this is how I look 2 days after. NEVER will I go there again nor do I recommend them. For $140, not including tip, not worth the pain I went through.

Natasha Stridiron I had booked an appointment for 1:30pm for 2 pedicures to be done together as a nice mother daughter quality time and unfortunately, they ruined it. Our appointment was at 1:30pm and we didn’t get sat down until close to 1:45pm. Then they only worked on me and had my mom sitting next to me waiting and didn’t offer to even turn on her water to at least soak her feet. I completely understand that at times, it can get busy but then what was the point of making an appointment for 2 pedicures? If you can’t prioritize appointments then don’t take them. My mom was sitting and waiting for someone to at least offer to soak her feet until around 2:15pm and still nothing. My mom asked the woman who was doing my toes why it’s taking so long if we had an appointment for 2 and the lady did apologize but still didn’t offer to at least turn her water on to soak her feet. Then there was a couple that showed up and walked in and immediately the lady offered them if they wanted to take a seat and turn their water on. This is when my mom got very disappointed and decided it was time to just leave since it was now around 2:30pm (a whole HOUR after we made the appointment). My mom expressed her disappointment to the lady that was doing my toes and then decided to leave since she has to go back yo work in a little bit anyway. My mom does not get a lot of time off from work and this was the only time we could squeeze in time together and unfortunately, this place ruined our day. The work that the lady did was nice but the customer service was horrible. What’s the point of making an appointment if you don’t prioritize them or make sure you have enough staff to cover the appointments for that day? Very unprofessional and bad experience. The gel pedicure was $50 and they didn’t even apologize at the end when I had left for ruining our day.

Ashley Beath They over charged me for a pedicure when I stated I only wanted the 35$ pedicure. I had nail polish on my toes and they didn’t even paint them, because I wanted to save money and do it myself at home and when I went to checkout she just swiped my card without even telling me the cost and it was 55$ she stated that I had to pay extra for the scrubbing which is included and that my toes were gel which was not true because she took them off with an alcohol wipe. Not trying to be rude because I come here a lot but she completely did not communicate or tell me the cost till after and didn’t even give me the option tip stated it was included. Really disappointed in this place after that and will not be going back, but not like they care.

Bianca G If I could give zero stars I would (for the manicure, pedicure was decent). The person doing my nails was sweet, however why say yes to a design if it turns out you lack the skill? Upon looking closer at my nails they were just a mess. Three days before my wedding and I’m crying because I had to give up on what I wanted and make it easy for him to do:basic French tip. Lilly torres Honestly they are good but not that good enough.They need to work on their costumer service and also hire more people they lose business because they don’t have enough staff and also some of the staff can’t do nails or they just try to get you in and out. They don’t know how to shape or even do a simple design. They need to hire more young people who actually are learning and will take the time to do nails.45 is a lot for nails that are uneven not the same size.

Michelle M I came in on December 8th 2024 and had my gel x removed. The woman who removed them confidently began to drill the nails off. There were moments I was squirming in my seat in pain (my thumb and index fingers) I just thought well, she is doing this so confidently she must know what she is doing? She finished and charged me $20. I left and IMMEDIATELY knew she destroyed my nails. My finger tips and nails were extremely painful. For weeks after they were throbbing in pain. I have NEVER had any issues getting my nails done, I have healthy nails. I sent these photos to my friend who is a licensed mail tech on the east coast and she told me without hesitation that this woman just destroyed my nails and it will take MONTHS for them to heal. It is now Feb 2nd and they are still paper thin and break any time there is any growth at all. I am unable to open any medications at work (I am a nurse) this has affected me in so many ways. I am legit traumatized from this experience and scared to ever get my nails done at a random salon again.

Madison Arminio Kelly did my nails a few weeks ago and they are absolutely amazing! I showed her a picture off Instagram and asked if she could recreate them. She really took her time to listen to what I wanted and didn’t pressure me to get acrylics. She even added on a gel top coat that was meant for strengthening weak nails when she noticed mine were a bit brittle. Heidi did my eyebrow wax and they turned out looking very nice! Both ladies were super sweet and friendly, definitely recommend this place!

Our nails were done by May and Annie (she did amazing nail art). Not only were Annie and May amazing at their craft, but also personable and professional to boot. The shop was lovely and very clean. This is my new nail spot!!!

Effie Ashley Wish I could give this business -0 stars. I took myself and my 3 kids to this nail spa and spent $480. My nails were horrible but I kept it didn’t complain. I booked another appointment to give them another chance. I went in for my appointment today and the lady was so rude. They did a horrible job and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The person they had helping me was at first trying to rip out a dip powder instead of using acetone. I had to tell him multiple times he was hurting me. After that, I’ll never go back there and spend my money.

cc jammy Worst experience Ive ever had at any shop. I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy. The nail tech yelled at me when I asked her to correct a mistake that she made on my nails. The design was so awful I asked her to paint it one color. She started to yell at me, I asked her calmly why was she yelling at me. She kept yelling, I asked the other nail texting the shop could we switch Id be willing to wait for another nail tech. I was ignored until one of the customers told her nail tech that I was speaking to her she then brushed me off and told me she didnt have time today although there was a few people in the shop.

Barry Bullock My fiance went in to get cats eye nail polish. What she got was a mess! Painted black then put too much pink polish. They looked brown no black showing.we went back and they refused to redo the lousy job or refund our money. She was very rude and yelled at my fiance. Not the way to do business! I would never recommend this shop to anyone. The old lady that did them is very rude and doesnt acknowledge any questions. Very dissatisfied never going back. Will pick a more reputable show that gives their customers what they ask for and if its not right redo them. Should have known better than to go to a nail salon in walmart!

Chelsea Barnes 0 STAR The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…. I dont even know what to do except warn anyone who decides to go here… I went for a pedicure and left with a chuck of toe and nail missing.., I told the guy 3 …! THREE times do not touch this nail..: (it is special …meaning it’s difficult to cut and only I can) I’m 35 and have thousands of pedicures with no issues with people not understanding do not cut this. I got in my car and just cried and cried….and even when I got home just cried because it hurts so bad. HORRIBLE. And he kept and extra $10 giving back my change…. I was just so upset and wanted to leave i didnt even argue

S. G.M. By far the worst pedi Ive ever received. Hard to even call it a "pedi" as there was NO massage or filing of my nails. You read that correctly, NO MASSAGE. My feet were actually not touched. A total waste of time and money. I recommend going to Ems around the corner... which is what I shouldve done. I didnt want to cause a scene so I just paid, but I was pretty much robbed of my money.

Andrew Allen My wife and I have been loyal customers of Classy Nails in Brentwood, California, for several months, visiting regularly for our monthly pedicures. We initially chose this salon because it stands out as a bit nicer compared to other local nail salons. The furniture is newer, and thankfully, the salon doesn’t have the strong fumes often associated with nail salons. Over time, we discovered that the quality of the practitioners varies. Some are quite skilled, while others are not as proficient. To ensure a consistently good experience, we requested the names of the practitioners we preferred and began to specifically request them for our appointments. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, two incidents significantly marred our experience. Firstly, the staff tried to switch me to a practitioner I specifically did not want, right in front of her. This was embarrassing and uncomfortable. I had to firmly insist on keeping my original request. This particular practitioner has a habit of digging her thumbnails into the soles of my feet and gives an overall poor foot and leg massage. Additionally, her inability to communicate in English is frustrating, making it difficult to express my preferences and concerns. Secondly, we were subjected to high-pressure tactics to upgrade to a more expensive package than the one we usually get. This aggressive upselling, especially given our history of regular visits and generous tipping, was quite off-putting. Given these unpleasant experiences, we have decided not to return to Classy Nails. While the salon has its merits in terms of ambiance, the issues with service and pressure tactics have overshadowed the positives for us.

Erika De Avila Just had the worst experience…. I needed my nails for an interview tomorrow. I told them to only file not cut. And they cut. Then when he was cutting my cuticles he would not stop at the cuticle he was cutting my actual skin. When it started bleeding like crazy he put a napkin over it. And then put blue liquid over it. My blood is in the nail polish there now btw. He painted my nails and the nail polish was turning red because of my blood. Lady at the front told him to stop because i was telling him and he didn’t understand me. I literally left in tears. If I get an infection or aids I’m going to kms. Will be updating on infection.

Mel This was the worst experience ever, almost everything was dirty. Didnt provide the services they promised, didnt have much of a color selection. The man doing my nails couldnt make them straight after an hour of shaping them. My finger was burned and there was glue all over my hands and nail paint. on top of it was too expensive for a bad job. My daughter also got a French tip and the lines were way off and the wrong color.

Patty Rogers Terrible! I went in to this salon for a pedicure and dip manicure. I have no complaints about the pedicure, it was fine but nothing special. Jason did my dip nails and he did a horrible job. Days after I had them done, my nails started lifting around the edges and my hair would get caught in them. Within two weeks I was able to pop them off like press on nails. Generally you can never get dip off without going into a salon. No lie, these popped off like press on nails, all ten of them. Would never go back there ever!

Amy Gray I recently had acrylic nails done for $85 (before til), but unfortunately, they lasted less than a week. While I appreciate the effort put into trying different designs, I felt that the overall skill was average. I believe clearer communication could have improved the experience, as it seemed we were going back and forth on the design choices. I wanted to express my preferences, but it felt like my input was overlooked in favor of the stylists vision. In the end, I didn’t leave with the look I wanted, and it felt like I paid more than I should have.

Stephanie Carrillo Took my three cousins to get their nails done. I paid for two of them. I was charged $98 for child’s regular manicure and gel french tip manicure plus a $10 tip. I did not want to give them a tip but I felt pressured to leave them a tip. I don’t know why I was charged so much. The service is good but prices are outrages.

Update: Ive been here a couple of times now to also get gel manicures. I really like this place. Clean and kinda big and can usually accommodate for the same day.

Mariah Heneby Love this place. Called on a Saturday and they were able to get me in for a Gel Mani. I was with Terri and she was so sweet and funny and did an amazing job. Massage was nice and she made sure the nails were exactly how I wanted them. Salon is very clean and welcoming and beautiful inside. Will definitely be back.

Ijanae “Nae” Love comin here! No one has been able to execute my nails the way *Tu* ( sorry if I misspelled) does! If I come in w a inspo she COPY & PASTE everytime. When she free styles she still applies the pressure. She’s the only one I’ll let touch my nails. They last longer than 2 weeks when I need em too. You get what you pay for and this shop is definitely worth every penny ! Great service w great conversation! Everyone is so friendly!

Crystal Nawabi I came here for the first time and I regret it so much my goodness I’ve never had a pedicure with gel falling off so quick or chip is more the word too it . First off I always get gel the water was cold I had to tell the lady it’s cold so knowing I had gel already she does the minimum using the drill then adds a nail polish which I’m assuming is for gel to come off , well it didn’t work so she was having a hard time with my old gel she was using a Cuticle Trimmer to remove my gel ??? I’ve never seen anyone do this. So I tell her to use the drill she tells me “people don’t like that” I said well everyone does it and it’s better so she does catching my skin multiple times. The reason for the bad review is because I like to let people know how Really businesses are And this one was the most disappointing due to the gel chipping off the second day did I go back? No, I did not. So whatever they’re using is very cheap and I would say it’s not worth what you pay for . it’s very obvious the person doing the pedicure with the glasses was not licensed.

Christina Tague I live very close to this nail salon, and I was having a very bad day and wanted to treat myself. I dropped by on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, and they were able to take me right away for a manicure in full set. On top of that, the shops owner is very kind, sweet, and personable. It’s clear she cares about her business, but her clients as well. She takes great pride in her work, and takes her job seriously. And the cherry on top of it all is that they do excellent work here! I highly recommend this place, I’ve only been here once but it feels like I’ve known them for years. If you’re looking for a quality salon, with quality people, this is your place! I have attached a photo of my nails, almost 3 weeks after I got them done. They have lasted great, no problems whatsoever, and I still get complimented on them every day!

Lindsay Ryan Amazing staff and pricing! I have tried a lot of salons in the area for pedicures and this has been the best! Great selection of nail polish colors and services. I was able to call ahead and make an appointment and they were ready when we arrived. I will definitely go back.

CHRISTINA Wagner I went in to get gels. Very nice people. I was suspicious at how inexpensive it was. Two weeks later the polish PEELED OFF. My nails were brittle and weak. I do not recommend this place for gels. My daughter’s normal nail polish wore off after a week. Terrible. Do not recommend.

JULIET BAYLOR Ladybug is a no-go place for me. I can’t imagine that I came to remove my acrylic powder wrapped over my natural nails for $20. I anted to pay wt card and they are asking for extra. Like y do u have bill extra for a choice you made? Ask all your customers to bring cash and stop the rip off!

Jemellee Manaoat Been here a few times but first time rating it. Sandy was very good with the pedicure! Loved my foot massage and she also is very friendly. I love how my gel nail polish came out and loved the color. She really took her time and she fixed my finger nail with no charge. If it were other spas they would have charged at least $5. I’m very happy with my pedicure. I’d come back again.

For them, quantity is what counts not quality. And without waiting for a tip???? The work they did to me today was of very quality and my nails were left with a rather bad finish. Im not happy about that. In effect this is my last time I visit this business. Its throwing your money away.

Lizz Hollis You can tell that you’re going to have a great service from the time you walk in. The shop is clean, smells pleasant and Ashley is friendly, accommodating and professional. Everything is sterile and sanitized which I love. My daughter and I both received pedis and I also get acrylic full set with designs. 5 stars all around ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
