Patricia Franco I’m so happy that since moving to this area and after much struggle to find “my nail tech”, I’ve finally found her! Her name is Tiffany! She does the best dip. She is quick, but doesn’t rush and hurt you. She does the shape that you want. She does the color/design that you want. She is just amazing! She’s usually pretty busy, so make sure you call or text them in advance and book your mani with her. You won’t regret it! The place itself is super spacious, clean, and there’s plenty of free parking.

Paint job- perfection. For context-I have been to some very nice salons. The pride in the work was evident. Also the salon was clean and well-cared for.

Sally Couser Fast and friendly! Great job on my nails the first time. But now not so much. Service is not good. If you make an appointment be prepared to wait while they take a walk in 5 minutes before your appt. they are not Covid safe or certified. No social distancing between stations. And they will only take cash no debit or credit. They are nice people but not worth the risk

Ira Montoya Never again will I be back to this place!!As soon as I arrived I specifically told them no gel I get a really bad allergic reaction to gel they didn’t listen and put gel on my hands I told them once again he still managed to put the LED light on my hand and I told him no! and the man got upset started to slam the nail polish on the table (so unprofessional) pedicure done by Nancy was good but it’s not worth the experience I had. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

elena Maes This is by far the best nail salon Iv been to. One, Kim does my nails the best anyone ever has. She’s fast and she shapes my nails so my nail beds look small and my hands delicate. She also gives an amazing pedicure and the salon has a huge variety of beautiful colors - I can’t stand when a nail salon has a low variety of colors (and you have to go through a bunch of annoying swatches on a ring). I wake up early to go before work, that says a lot about how good this place and Kim is.

Brie Gibson Really bummed. Wanted to love this place but first the nail color was distorted (dark in some areas light in others) so it looked almost tie dyed. Then four days later 2 nails broke. I’ve only had this happen only once with powder dip and that’s because I slammed when we were replacing our flooring.

Annick Ospital-Cone This place is great. The women are nice and they have a great variety of colors to choose from. I usually call ahead on my way over just to make sure they can take me but just walking in is fine too. Regualr mani + pedi costs about $38 + tip. The spa chairs massage well and are in good condition.

In the last several weeks, I have not even had a chipped nail. I love this place and appreciate Julie and teams service and experience.

Michelle M I had a great experience getting their deluxe pedicure. The service came with a lot. It was super relaxing and one of the best pedicures I ever received. I also got my brows waxed. Cat and Vin were both very sweet and did a wonderful job. Ive been here a few times and everyone who works here always makes me feel welcomed. I appreciate that they accommodate walk-ins and same day appointments too.

P. G. Priyam I’ve been coming to Luxy since they first opened, and I’m so thrilled to see them continue to grow and succeed. They’re incredible, and their deluxe pedi is my favorite. Their gel manicures have sometimes lasted me 6-8 weeks?! Which is truly absurd and also a testament to their care and quality. They get busy so I always like to make an appointment beforehand - or at least to call ahead and check their availability on the day of.

Discovery Bay French Bulldogs Today was my first visit. I walked in an hour before closing and I was serviced right away. The staff is exceptionally friendly, especially Hannah who placed a full set of beautiful acrylics. Prices are very fair with a relaxing vibe. I will definitely be returning.

Uranzee Ulambayar Came here 4 times in 3 years prior all very very bad experiences. 2hours for the dipping powder( 65$ +10$ for the 2 extensions=75$ and tip ) . 1 hour for the cleaning nails , taking all the mess she did (25$ plus tip). taking more Costumers even she is not done with previous ones and stops caring on the quality of the job, Saw few times flirting with male Costumers and forgetting that there is someone sitting and waiting for her to finish the job!

Calanit Kamala Such a lovely nail salon. I love how clean, spacious and airy it feels. Chairs are great and the pedicures are a real treat. Adding mani is just $15. All the staff is absolutely sweet. I do my waxing here too.

Kaylin Fisher I always have the best time here with DJ. She is very artistic and patient when it comes to nail designs. I usually get a full acrylic set with all kinds of different polishes and designs every three weeks. The nails are all the same shape and length which is not something that can be guaranteed at some other shops. I can usually bring in a bunch of pictures Ive found online of new designs and we will choose the best looking one for her to do. She also has new design ideas from other customers if I cant decide. She has done some really intricate designs on me and her pricing is very reasonable. DJ also waxes my eyebrows and cuts/colors my hair. Nails forever is a one stop shop and I always leave impressed.

Aaron Grogan-Jackson The reason I decided to get a haircut from DJ, was because she has cut a friends hair for years. As a man, you wouldnt think to go to a place that might be considered a place just for women. But I went for it. I had hair below my shoulders, and I was tired of dealing with it. I went in with a picture that everyone in my family decided was the best haircut for me. Im impressed that DJ was able to cut my hair based on the picture I bought in. The experience was great, and the price was extremely reasonable. My family was blown away that DJ was able to cut my hair exactly as everyone suggested. I plan on going back again when I need a trim.

Rachelle Carzino DJ is the BEST!!! I’ve been with her for over a year and my acrylic nails are always perfect. I haven’t had any issues with lifting or breaking and I only see her every 3 weeks. I just recently began using her for my hair and I’m just as happy with her performance. Her prices are extremely reasonable, the shop is always neat and clean, and I highly recommend Nails Forever Hair.

Zer Iyer I have been coming to this place for years. Is it fancy? No. Are you going to get a spa experience? Definitely no. However, the owners here have always been warm and welcoming and the service provided is really great. The basic spa pedicure involves a good massage chair, hot water soak, scrub, hot stones and full leg massage for like $30. Where are you going to find that in 2024? They take their time in everything so it’s not a quick visit but I think the value for what you get is well worth it and you are supporting a small family business. I promise you will get your money’s worth (and then some) if you come to this place, but don’t expect frills. Personally, I don’t need a full zen experience every time I get my nails done, so this is a great option if anyone is more interested in substance over style.

Elise Lucchese Went here for my wedding nails and very disappointed! Firstly the nail polish came off within 3 hours of getting my pedicure. Secondly the quality of my gel manicure is awful. The angle they are pointing is ridiculously bad. I don’t know how they didn’t see that they are pointed up towards the ceiling. I was too embarrassed to ask them to fix it but also realized they probably would have just ruined them even more. Will never go back there again and I will be going to have my nails fixed before my wedding. Really such awful quality all around.

Valeria Hudelson I got basic pedicure here. No products added to the water, a pumice stone used for 10 secs didn’t even get the basic callus off, a single layer of nail polish that chipped next day. In the end the tech basically rushed me out by turning off the massage chair while I was still in it, and there was no other clients waiting.

Gaby Orellana i came here to get my acrylics removed. once the lady started taking my nails off, she went straight to scraping them off under the acrylic nail which was very painful. they did not use any kind of acetone before hand to ease the removal. there was some blood from my nails because of how forcefully the nails were taken off. the lady even cut one of my natural nails in half and tried to glue it back together...the whole experience was very painful. never coming back here.

H B Ask for pricing before you get a service done. I went in for basic manicure. She talked me into a powder dip manicure. Never had one done before and she assured me it would last longer. Ok, no problem. I asked for 2 mails a different color and she insisted on nail art instead. Again, I should’ve asked how much extra it would be for the 2 stickers she put on my nail. My nails turned out nice and it did last about 2.5 weeks before chipping. I was ok with that. But it also cost me $90 with tip. That seems pretty excessive to me. She asked me 3 times for a tip. I always leave a good tip, but I felt taken advantage of. Lesson learned to ask for pricing upfront and know the only concern they have is getting more money.

Jess H This was honestly one of my worst nail salon experiences. I decided to get my nails done for my wedding and after 2 hours, I told the woman doing my nails that I had to leave even with my nails not even close to being done because I could NOT miss my flight! She refused to let me leave! She continued to do my nails and eventually, I had to say no! Long story short, I missed my flight! When I came back to let her finish, she had the nerve to charge an additional $20 after I paid $75 plus $5 tip even though she did NOT finish! Very money hungry and poor customer service among other things… I also saw a review stating that they don’t sterilize their tools & I didn’t see any new tools being used on my feet and I came at the end of the day. Truly hoping for the best. Overall bad experience :/

Adriana Serrano I really liked going here for eyebrow waxing I usually get my eyebrows waxed here with Wendy her work is amazing and she does a very good job. I was very disappointed with my experience when I went yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed I was waxed by a different lady who cut my right eyebrow off way too much from the front and she did not do a good job at all at shaping them evenly. I went back inside to tell her that my right eyebrow was not even to my left one and she just made excuses for it and refused to give my money back I don’t recommend waxing your eyebrows here with anyone else but Wendy. The lady’s customer service skills were horrible and she didn’t seem to care at all whatsoever.

However, I don’t see them using new nail files or pumice stones or sandpaper on the dremel for each client. It makes me worried about foot/nail fungus.

Naomi Reeves Ive been a customer for 12 years, and this nail salon is by far the best Ive ever been to. Its impeccably clean with modern furnishings, and they truly know how to do nails the right way. They offer an incredible variety of colors that are low in chemicals. Ive even seen their sanitation records from the county, proving they use perfectly sanitized tools for manicures and pedicures. It feels like youre in the comfort of your own home while enjoying a mani/pedi, complete with a big-screen TV. Plus, they offer a complimentary glass of wine! As a family-owned business, I will definitely continue to support them for years to come. Their appointment-based system also helps with time management, making the experience even better! They just opened up a new shop to expand and take new customers!

Rena Roc Very nice experience. It’s rare to find a nail shop that actually feels and smells ventilated, but obsession nails is that. Nancy takes great care with quality of service and experience. From the thoughtful decor including artwork by Luci to the care given to comfort in placement of led lamps. Juliet Rodz Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Milford Nails. Before making my appointment, I was very specific about the service I wanted. I asked if they did Gelx manicures, and I was told they did. Based on this, I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM. When I arrived on time, the salon appeared very busy, and I didn’t mind waiting. However, they didn’t begin working on me until 12:00 PM. When I mentioned the service I had booked, they informed me that they didnt actually offer the Gelx manicure, even though I had confirmed this over the phone. The owner came over and told me they couldnt do what I requested and tried to offer me a completely different service that wasn’t what I had asked for. At no point did they start my manicure, and when I asked if they could please do what I had requested, the owner became rude and walked away, leaving me talking. She then told me she was refusing service because they were "too busy" and even suggested I go back to the salon I usually go to. I was left feeling disrespected, and my time was completely wasted. I have long natural nails, and had I known they didn’t offer the service I requested, I would have gone elsewhere. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to anyone. The picture is how they left my nails after she told me she was refusing service. They had someone wrap my nails wiand sit there even though my appointment was at 11:30. I asked for a manicure and she told me it would be $15 the cut my cuticles? And $85 to use acrylic gel which I never asked for. It was supposed to be simple. A gel manicure and repair the corner of 2 nails with Gelx if they couldnt do anything at all. This is very disheartening for a person who already deals with social anxiety. This was a horrible experience to say the least. I would leave zero stars if I could.

The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a cold water and settled into a massaging chair that felt like pure bliss. The relaxing atmosphere—dim lighting, smooth music, and leather seating—made me feel right at home. I opted for their “Organic coffee and cream ,” which included a crisp nail trim and an amazing foot massage. The massage chair added an extra layer of relaxation that made the experience even better. The prices are about the same as a haircut, and if youre looking to treat yourself, this spot is definitely the way to go! Make sure to bring your punch card and cash as they give discount option for cash.

Todgii Eva They told me it will be $55 for my gel set and when it was time to pay she said it was $85. The pricing was misleading and the nail art she did on one single finger was $15 when it was time to pay. She didn’t tell me they charged $15 for a flower on the nail. Never going back there again. First and last time. The finished product was thick and the nail didnt look natural.

Brittany Rien This quickly became my go-to place for pedicures. The pedicure room is dimly lit and very calming, so the whole experience is soothing and relaxing. They have a good variety of pedicures to choose from. I also just started getting gel manicures, and I was very happy with this experience- very thorough and meticulous. From top to bottom, they always make sure to check in with me and make sure Im enjoying myself and pleased with the service. I love it here!

The lady that works there said she had no time to do my nails for a fill because she was leaving to pick up her kids after I had called and made an appointment, but then someone else walks in while I’m still there and she sits her down and starts doing her nails!!!! So rude I will never go back!

A H DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PHYSICALLY VIOLATED, TREATED POORLY AND HAVE YOUT TIME WASTED. Typically I get my nails done at a shop in Oakland, but since Ive been in Concord, Id been looking for a new nail shop.I called prior to walking into Citi Nail on Friday just to check the prices for a full set. I found them reasonable for a full set and Gel Polish , so I decided to go in and give them a try. Lisa was my initial nail tech and was very polite at first. I mentioned to her my thumb wasnt straight and said shed fix it. It wasnt until I got home and got a second opinion from my sister that we noticed the thumb nail on my left hand still wasnt straight after she "fixed" it. I called the shop right away to ask if I could get it done over and let them know that I would be in the next day. The man on the phone (owner Lee) said okay come in. I came in Saturday and Lisa began to fix the nail. I explained to her atleast 3 times that the nail would need to be removed since its already molded in acrylic unevenly and cant be fixed by filing. Instead she proceeds to file my nails on both thumbs in too far instead of just redoing my left thumb to match my right. Now making both my nails uneven, stiletto shape as opposed to almond which is what I asked and paid for upon initially getting them done.The man that owns the shop comes over and taps me on my shoulder 3 times pretty hard with the back of his hand(First Physical Violation) than points for me to sit in his chair instead of politely asking me to come over so he can fix it.I found that to be EXTREMELY aggressive and rude. He proceeds to clip down the tip of my nails only removing the tip, not the whole Acrylic. He then adds another tip on my nail then proceeds to put the acrylic over the old acrylic making my nail extremely bulky, like a bubble, causing alot of pressure on my natural nail underneath. As well as them being to long. As I am looking at my nail he then tossed the nail file at me and tells me that I can file them down myself.(Second Physical Violation).I explained why I was unhappy about my service and had asked for a refund. Even telling him he can clip the nails off because I just want my money back.The owner ,Lee proceeds to laugh in my face about the situation, being absurdly rude in front of other customers and tells me how it doesnt work like that and that I cant have my money back. I left the shop in tears, frustrated and traumatized by the treatment Id received. I was never rude, raised my voice or came off with the slightest bit of aggression. All I did was ask for a service THAT I PAID FOR WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY ,to deserve how Id been treated.(even tipped the first time I came in). I dont see how this place has gotten 4 star ratings or is still even in business. I had to go to another shop to have them cut down, refile and soak my nails in acetone to thin them out because the acrylic was so thick causing pain to my thumb nail which COST ME MORE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you have a preference on how you want your nails to be and are paying for a service DONT EXPECT THAT FROM CITI NAIL. Its as if asking for what youre paying for is an inconvenience for them to do. If thats the case you shouldnt be in the service industry. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Mercedes Kemp I have never had my nails done before, so I walked in knowing nothing. I didnt even know what I wanted. Andy was amazing. He laid everything out and taught me what I needed to know to make the right choices, and helped guide me where I drew a blank. He was excellent company and we had lots of great conversations and laughs. In the end, I ended up with gorgeous oval nails that felt incredible, and looked even better. I am so grateful and impressed, and I found out when I got home that they even matched my favorite unicorn mug. When Im ready for my touch up, Ill be going back and trusting Andy to work his magic!

Amanda Ybarra I have been going to Mai (Dimension Nails owner) for 10 years now. And for 5 of those years I would come all the way from Sacramento just to have her do my nails . She’s that great . She knows what I like and what I don’t like . If you give her free range on the design she goes all out for you and her prices are reasonable. Her nail salon is always clean, organized and welcoming to come into . I highly recommend making an appointment in a timely matter for her because her shop does get busy with walks in and such. I wish people could be more understanding and patient with her at times when appointments may take just a bit more time than expected. Some things are completely out of her control . I am so happy to have moved back to the Bay Area , I live in Antioch and gladly make the drive to concord to see her for my monthly full set and pedicure . Thanks Mai for always taking care of my beauty needs this past 10 years !

Galina Moliboga Not sure what you have to do to get 5stars, but my experience is no more than 1. This place was recommended very highly to me. Yesterday went to get my nails done and what a s.... job. Owner asked me if I was happy , I said no (nails looked terrible) All she did was wished me a good day. Do not reccomend this place to anyone. Picture one week later after my nails (gl)were done

Candi Conger Highly recommend Dimension Nails! I’ve been going to Mai for over 10 years and have been getting my nails done for 30+ years. She uses high quality products, I go every 3 weeks for a fill and never lose a nail, my pedicure last 6 weeks!! She’s an amazing artist and does incredible work!

A A I got dipping powder on my natural nails and within 2 days after getting them done here they started to break off. I really loved the service and the people but very disappointed with how my nails started to deteriorate.

It was Sunday & they still serviced me and didn’t make me feel bad about being the last customer! I stopped getting my nails done for a year because of terrible service, but I was happy to be taken care of by MIA & Helen! If Mia is not in charge, she should be!! Ana I got my nails done at the unit here in Concord on Saturday afternoon. It was the first time, I just asked to remove the gel nail I had and do a normal manicure. Without gel or acrylic, the same day at night the nail polish started to come off. I paid $49,45 for nothing, very disappointed with it.

Cheyenne Byrd i’ve seen every person in here. i have to shoutout michael who did a beautiful acrylic toe nail set and ken who did my nails beautifully as well. my two new favorites! i’ve been coming here since they opened and they’ll never lose me as a customer!! everyone is wonderful and super sweet.

Katherine Mullane went in to get a gel manicure, the polish was applied way to thick and came out lumpy. the women doing my nails also cut my skin when trying to cut my cuticles and i left with my finger gushing blood. after less than a week my nails started lifting and polish peeling off, which pulled up and ruined my natural nails.

Vanessa C Its raining and my kids really wanted to get their nails done. Please dont ask how this comes into their mind. All I know is I needed to find a place that was open at 9:00 in the morning and surprisingly there are not a lot of places open at 9:00 in the morning but this place was and we got there early at 8:55 and they still took us in and this lady patiently trimmed and painted my kids nails with no question or concern. She treated them like VIPs and that they were welcomed and she spoke to them and was just very kind. It was such a good experience that I definitely want to go back to get my own nails done here and I dont even get my nails done. And she only charged me $5!!!!

Tee Breana I will never come back here again. I got my nails done here and they came out really cute! But when I came back to have them removed the lady basically ripped them off. It was extremely painful and she made one of my fingers bleed. She offered to put oil on it and proceeded to grab the clue to try and glue my actual nail back so it wouldn’t bleed anymore. I had to take my hand away and tell her no. I was still charged $15 to go through all of that pain. She didn’t even soak them first, she just cut them down and started ripping them off with a tool.

Ann Sen NAIL INFECTION ALERT!!!! Your nails will be INFECTED if you go to this salon. I’ve been going here for years with my husband but the lady butchered both my big toes last Saturday. I still have a tip. Fast forward4 days now, I have a. Bad nail infection I have to take antibiotics and get it drained. I have no medical condition to cause this

Grace Al My sister brought me here to get my nails done and got Kay, service was 10/10! ☺️ Very satisfied with how my nails turned out. I got a gel manicure with the shade 126, perfect for fall. :)
