Connie Sain They got me in really quick and they were nice, but ultimately my nails look awful. I went in with decently long nails that were cut off only for them to put tips on and then not be able to do French tips because of how low the tips showed through. I could have painted my own nails this well at home. Sadly, money and time wasted.

Melissa Sidhu I drive from Walnut Creek to get my nails done. Thats how good they are. Im a Nurse and I have to have neutral color nails. Ty is really good about keeping them short and natural. These are a bit longer than usual because these are my birthday nails.

Candace Nelson If I could give 0 stars I would. I showed up to my appointment at 10:30 as requested by the owner. The shop was closed when I arrived. I was there to receive a pedi and lash extensions. Had to wait another 15 mins to be serviced a pedicure. The employees never wash their hands and proceed from customer to customer. On top of it all, my toes look hideous as the nail tech left paint all over my skin. The gel color is lumpy. I will never return to this place.

Danielle O Beautiful, bedazzled salon here in Vacaville that makes me feel like I’m in Barbie which I loveee! I got my lash extensions done by Tiffany within an hour. Very quick service done on a comfy bed and relaxing music. Would recommend to call ahead or schedule an appointment if you’re wanting to get lashes done here. Only suggestion I have is maybe integrating more communication on the aftercare of lash extensions. Overall, a good place :)

Haley Mackey MID. if gel x is what you’re looking for, don’t bother coming here. while everyone else may appreciate their trinkets, i felt overwhelmed and dirty as i imagine they’re not throughly cleaning with all that junk they have. i’d like to add, their nail products gave temu. everytime i put my hand in the gel light it kept malfunctioning, i was irritated. the underneath of my nails feel thick asf too. wasn’t worth $60.

Mikena Dillard The failed to set the gel on my nail, which I paid extra for. They rushed through and didnt even trim my cuticle. Wont be going back again and dont recommend. I tried to get them to fix it when I noticed it there the first time but she didnt do anything helpful other than try to file the gell that already started peeling off. Do not go here!!!

Sash A-N This salon was recommended by a friend. I dont normally leave reviews. But have to. I have visited Here 3 times and 2 of the 3 times I have had a bad experience. Not only are my nails looking awful, I also got cuts from the drill ( also got a cut from the drill during my 2nd visit)During this visit I asked if the tech was going fix my nails and she said at the end . Yet I was charged $40 for this mess. Please tell me if I am being unreasonable. I will not recommend not visit again. Edited: Not a week later ans I lost a nail. Hair tangled in nail due to lifting. Sighs.

Jennifer Johnson I am not someone who complains… I literally had to make this account to submit this review because this is the first time I have ever left one. This used to be my go to nail place. The last two times I have been here, they have messed up and this last experience I know for sure I will never go back. I got my nails done for my wedding.while I was getting my nails done (gel) the lady asked me not to dry the hand and keep it out of the dryer. I did exactly what she said and when she can back to me she started insisting I already dried them after she told Me not to. I had to repeat to her multiple Times that I did not dry them. But she wasn’t convinced and continued to put another layer of gel on that hand without it going in the dryer prior. After I got home, the next day I noticed that same hand wasn’t as glossy and had a black underlaying that was coming through while My other hand looks great, and shiny. I was getting married and had a busy week so I wasn’t able to make it back in until 4 days after and was told I should have came back the next day and would not be getting a refund. I already had to get married with these nails. And to lose a customer over one set of nails Is ridiculous .the lady was rude and unsympathetic. I will NEVER go back to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I really appreciated the extra care they took to make sure that I was happy with my experience. As a full mom of three little ones it takes a lot of effort to get out and “treat myself” and I was very glad I did. Will be back soon! ☺️

Callie Hinkle I am in love with this salon. Tracy is absolutely amazing with dip nails. This is my second time coming here after multiple attempts with other salons with bad results. Tracy takes her time and is a pleasure to be around. The salons environment is wonderful as well. They are inviting and ensure you have a great experience. This last set was amazing. Please see how Tracy absolutely slayed my set and gave me exactly what I wanted. The left is Pinterest and the right is the set I got. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!

The way the polish was applied it never fully set so now I can either do it myself or pay another place to do it. Also the sign in the door says they take credit cards...they do not and told me cash only. Everyone was very friendly but next time I will go somewhere else.

They are still so nice and shiny. 100% recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My first time in and I had a great experience. They took me as a walk-in so I had a little wait but they set me up in a massage chair and gave me a bottle of water! So clean and nice. They did a great job on my dip nails too.

Luxurious scents on towels and the sugar scrub for legs and feet. Appreciate the attention to detail shown. Next time Im in the area visiting relatives Ill definitely go again.

Kelly J Ive been going here for 4 years. This husband and wife nail business has always been friendly, professional, and quick. Ive rarely made an appointment because they are always so accommodating and always staffed. During covid, they ensure the place was clean and protect themselves and their clients from spreading germs. This place always opens on time too!

Valerie Marchand One of the best pedicures I ever got! I got the green tea mask with cucumber and oh my goodness... it felt amazing! The cooling cucumber created a wonderful sensation on my legs. This was followed by a leg scrub and the mask again. She put cuticle oil and lotion on my legs and started the hot stone massage. The chairs are massage chairs and are great. This isn’t the usual place I’d go to but my salon is temporarily closed because of COVID. This place is right down the street and a little cheaper. I’ll definitely be back again!

Precious I was very surprised by the low prices, but like they say, “you get what you pay for”. Little time was spent scrubbing my feet, “hot stones” were room temperature at best, and the polish job was sub par. She forced my sandals on before dry and ignored when I tried to tell her the sandal was rubbing against my toenails. I get to the drying station and see that the paint was damaged, as expected. They grab another technician to fix it and she ends up telling me that the polish I chose was “bad. No good” , and prompted me to select another. I chose and she looked at the bottle and again goes “oh no honey. This color no good either, see.” She they then tried to convince me to pay $10 extra dollars for gel… I paid prior to the discovery of the discrepancy, tip included and she actually expected me to pay MORE money after they messed-up my pedi. She grabs 2 other colors and begins to paint a test-nail then urges me to a specific color kind of similar to the original. I definitely will NOT be back and do NOT suggest giving this place your money

Amber Love STOP! This place is just amazing! The pedicure room has low lighting, super quiet (unless other patrons are being oblivious)! They offer so many different packages! For $60, I got a bunch of treatments TO INCLUDE arm and back massage! Its +$15 for gel, but SO worth it! I think I just found my new spot! The chairs are comfortable and high end! The place looks clean, staff was so nice!

Hannah Whitenight I just recently visited this salon just last weekend. I went to get my toes done with my future sister in laws because my fiancé and I were having an engagement party the next day. However, my experience was far from great. Coming into the salon I was fairly excited, unfortunately the lady who I had doing my pedicure did an awful job. When doing the cuticle and nail trimming, she cut way too deep into my big toe causing it to start to hurt immediately after leaving. Not only that, but it looks like she used the same tools on me she did for someone previously. For the first three days after getting my toes done, my toe was in so much pain it hurt just standing on it. I ended up getting an infection in that toe. Not only did that happen, when she was massaging my legs, she was rushing so much that it hurt. She consistently kept “clawing” my legs and knees that I just wanted to leave. Keep in mind while my sister in laws were still getting their massages. My lady was putting top coat on my toes and smearing it as she was leaving it and didn’t offer to fix it. I sat in the chair for another 10 min while my sister in laws were stilling getting massages and another 10 min while they where getting a better paint job than I did. I am not one to stick up for myself, and one to cause a scene but I left really upset and physically hurt with what happened to my toe. I sadly will have to say I will not come back. My experience was awful.

leleslittleloveables Hands down the best place to get your nails done in Vacaville. The environment is always welcoming. The employees are also equally talented, which is hard to find. They offer an Ultimate Pedicure which includes a back, neck, and arm massage. I never have to call in advance to make an appointment since everyone always gives an equally enjoyable experience. Although I do have to shout out some of my favorites. For getting my nails done Henry always does a wonderful job. He always makes sure to replicate the photos I show him identically. For pedicures our go tos are Lili, Julie, and Bee. They all give a really good and thorough massages. Highly reccomend this place!!!

Keeping it real Trish The best prices in Solano County. Very friendly and cozy spa. Felt very comfortable. They took me on a minutes notice, and were kind enough to stay opened after closing. shazia ahmed I went to this business to get a haircut and they were horrible. They did not wash my hair, and blow dry my hair. I asked her if she can give the full service but she said THATS AN EXTRA CHARGE. I PAYED $50 FOR A HAIRCUT AND MAKING LAYERS. THATS INSANE! I GAVE THEM MONEY TO MESS UP MY HAIR. LADIES DONT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR HAIRCUT. Cici can’t cut anyones hair. I don’t know who gave her a license to cut hair.

They soaked off my previous acrylics from another salon, did a full set on me, a full set on her friend, and a fill on my daughter. Everythjng turned out great. When I pointed out something I didnt like, it was fixed right away. They asked every step of the way if I liked how it looked. I had the best pedicure ever with her! I did the Travel Pedicure, since I’m getting ready for my trip and she was so relaxing and took her time! Then she did my manicure. Now I’m a simple person usually just getting my fingers and toes the same color but I wanted to venture a little a get a design. I showed Ann the picture and she nailed it spot on! I know in past reviews I thought I might have found my new salon but I’m definitely staying at this one until I retire and leave Cali next year!!! Lizola Breazell My experience at the nail salons has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a 5 o’clock appointment and unfortunately was met with a 45 minute wait even though I had it booked. I finally sat down around 545 and she was trying to rush me and my decision. I originally wanted a French tip overlay however, she argued for just gel when I told her the color was too light for my nails, she started getting irritated with me so I switched to a solid color, she rushed me throughout the whole entire process. She did not cut my nails correctly or even give me the full hour the service mentioned. When it came time to pay she told me it was $65 and tried to force me in to tipping her. Even though i left the chair unhappy. The toes were not worth 65 not what I wanted. I recommend finding a different nail shop as these people are money hungry and rude. She did not clean up around the cuticles and painted over a mark. They also seem unsanitary.

Now for the pedicures….the chairs are relaxing and the pedicure was just as amazing. At a long day at work, my husband fell asleep during the foot massage.

Tyara Walker Ive been here quite a few times, but the last 2 times have been horrible . Very nice staff but I feel my nails have come out looking "nubby" and not cute. Paid $35 and I do not like them. I told the lady and she said "next time we do better shape. Your nails short" I just asked for them to start being shaped squared and theyre each different.. I got the dip powder service and the lady i had made my nails super thick and they look so rounded and bulging, which is why I say "nubby" looking. The dip powder isnt even fully covering the nail either... When i used to get acrylic here, theyre good. But not for natural nails. I also posted a picture of my nails and how they look (day 3 of having them).

I smeared one of my toe nails, went back to have it corrected, and they were more than happy to fix it even though it wasnt their error.

Tiffany Gardner Do not go here!!! Terrible service!! So rude and they cannot do any designs! My nails are sharp and uneven also charged me for pink and white and painted on the white tip! Left lines and bubbles through out my nails! They cut my daughters toe and couldn’t get it to stop bleeding!! Still charged her full price to, and couldn’t even do the design she asked for because her toe was bleeding so much!

Ann M This was the second time I used this nail salon and Ill keep coming back. I highly recommend Mr Nyguen (I hope I spelled it correctly) for a pedicure with the massage and either of the Phan sisters for mani pedi as well. Honestly theyre all great here.

Ana Vazquez I moved from Hayward to Fairfield and I haven’t been able to find a good nail salon. I’ve gone to some and they are ok but not great quality or prices to high. I was driving by this one and decided to go in. Wasn’t busy they took me in got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The staff was nice and honestly. I really enjoyed it all. Love! My nails and you can tell they took their time and were very detailed with the work. I will definitely return. This might be my new spot!

When arriving to the nail shop the ambiance was very pleasant and welcoming, Lisa was very sweet and friendly everyone was friendly and welcoming … I showed her what I wanted for my nails and she took what I showed her and made it come out way better…they even made time for us to get pedicures… which were THE BEST !!! if I could give 100 stars I would, they offer drinks (mimosas, coffee, water, etc) very Friendly. I’ve been going to another nail shop in Vacaville for 8 plus years and they did us wrong today so we ended up coming here and I have found my new home for my nails. Thank you Lisa and Loan !!

Orli Shavratov I asked for this design as attached on the photo with a reindeer on it, the whole time he was doing my nails he was super rough. I wanted these nails in time for Christmas, it had a little reindeer design on it. I asked him before starting if it was something he can do on my natural nails and he said yes. As soon as the time came to do the design the black polish for the reindeer eyes kept seeping through my nail when it dried under the machine. When I brought up my concerns that it doesn’t look good he kept getting frustrated and tried to redo it with no success I told him just to make that nail look like the rest, no longer enjoying the experience & wanting to leave. He kept complaining the whole time I had small nails and it’s “hard to do the design”. That made me ever more upset and all I was thinking why did you agree to it if you can’t do it? When he filed down those two middle nails with the unsuccessful deign he forgot to put the pink undercoat on one of them before doing the red French tip. So it was just a filed down nail with the French tip no pink undercoat….. and when I told him the nail looked messed up and to fix it he was getting mad and said I should’ve said something before I put it in the dryer. As if I need to tell him how to do his job! He forgot and was too ashamed to admit and was talking to me as it was my fault. As soon as my appointment was over I took a look at my nails and he did a very floppy job. No cleanup. The French tip on certain nails wasn’t even painted all the way through. Horrible experience overall. Never coming back.

AntoinetteD Smith My feet were treated with the utmost care. My technician oiled, lotioned and massaged my legs in a way I didn’t realize I needed. And I always love the paraffin treatment and hot stones. I wish I had gotten her name. She did equally as wonderful with my “plain Jane” manicure. I love this place. I should never try any others. It’s truly a treat! PS, I had a snack and she even brought me some water without me asking for something to drink - very attentive‼️ On another note, it was nice to see how kind the technicians were to an elderly woman who was brought there by another family member to get her nails done.

Jeanne Whitehouse This is my favorite nail salon in Vacaville. Ive been to others in town and honestly TopCoat is where I stay because it is clean, organized, the staff is friendly, and my pedicurist, Katie is the best! She always does a meticulous job, can do beautiful art work, and she talks to me. I find it annoying when someone is working on my nails while chattering on and on to their co-workers in a language I cant understand. Dont get me wrong, theres still a language being spoken that I cant understand, but at TopCoat the customer is engaged if they want to be. Im always offered a beverage when Im seated and always leave with a satisfied smile on my face. Whenever I have accidentally messed up my nails they always fix them without complaint. I always get the Ultimate Pedicure which includes callus removal, exfoliation, massage, steamed towels, hot rock massage, etc. It really is the best! Another great add-on is the collagen treatment. It makes such a difference during summer months when I need extra moisture. I cannot recommend TopCoat Salon enough.

Katie Rose Rocky always does an amazing job! Love all the designs he comes up! He is friendly & cares a lot about his clients. I’m always very happy & impressed with his exquisite work. The salon offers complimentary beverages & cocktails which is very fun. It is very clean & organized. All the staff are very nice & welcoming.

April Skidmore First AND last time coming here.. I came in for a manicure. Was going to get gel but the guy (who was very nice) said dip powder last longer so I decided to go with that. I wanted a light pink color. He however used the powder that is used for acrylic nails to get a pink color.. I thought it was weird when he was using a brush with liquid, then I realized. My nails are different shapes, some arent as smooth and a few of my nails have bubbles on them. I tipped him $10 nonetheless. I went to the front to a lady to pay, its either cash, venmo or zelle. I was told $40, so I venmo $40. She had the audacity to say what about tip?, which is rude and uncalled for. I dont even have to tip, its not a law. I told her I gave the guy cash. I then leave, get in my car and shortly later she comes running out saying I owe $20! She said I did a full set and the price was $60! I didnt even do a full set! Like an idiot though, I found $20 in my car and paid, then her deameanor changed and she was suepr excited. Dont trust these money hungry crooks. $70 for nails that have to be redone.

Amy Zink This nail salon is always clean. They have a large selection of nail options and colors. The pedicure chairs are well-maintained, and give the best massages! I love getting my nails done by Paula or Quinn.
