Hailey Carlton Holly is the best nail tech I’ve ever been to. She does my nails perfectly every single time. She never misses.

Patricia Gomez Hollys husband does my pedicures every time Ive been there. There is some what of a language barrier. Ive noticed that the last few times after Ive left the establishment and had a chance to take a good look at my pedicure, it seems that the entire nail is not completely polished. Its my fault for not looking before I leave the place. If I do decide to return, I will take a better look to make sure it doesnt happen again. I go there because its conveniently located. They seem to be a nice couple.

Anita Sharp I had a great experience at Hollys Nails & Spa! The business is immaculate-not a speck of dust anywhere. When you walk in you are greeted immediately, and surrounded by the sounds of soothing music. Seriously-it made me want to take a nap! The staff is very friendly & professional. There are cold sodas & water available if you would like one. The prices are great, & I felt completely pampered after my pedicure. There is a dizzying number of polish colors to choose from. Ive just found my new go-to place for all things nails!

Heidy Lomeli I am very disappointed in this location. Although most employees are very friendly, I had a very poor experience. John grew frustrated when asking him questions about the color options. He immediately called another employee to continue to work on my nails stating “I don’t have time” continuously. He then walked away shaking his head and came back after a minute. He sat on his chair and continued to be very passive aggressive as another employee stood next to my chair. I calmly communicated to him that his tone and form of communication is not ideal for a small business. I simply had questions, just like any other client would. I felt very uncomfortable. I opted to not continue, but they also didn’t remove my tips. John moved on to take another client. Turns out he had time after all. The location is beautiful and my husband had a great experience. I just thought it was important for me to highlight my personal experience.

Michele Hodgkiss I’ve gone to 7 different nail salons since I’ve been back to Fresno. This hands down is the best. I had a great relaxing pedicure. Clean and quiet atmosphere, no acrylic smell The massage chairs are great!

Crystal Baltierra The quality of nails does not match how much they charge. I took my daughter in for nails, she got almond shaped nails, with a simple blue polish and 2 stars on each nail. When we went to pay they said we owed $75. I questioned the price and they said it was $45 just for the nails and shaped, an additional $10 for polish and $20 for the design. I attached a picture of what my daughter got. I definitely will not be going there again. On my way home I stopped by an actual nail tech and she was appalled by how poor quality and crooked the nails are. She said she charges $80 for nails and that includes design. She showed me her designs and they are amazing. She said it looked like someone new to nail school or a kid did my daughter’s nails.

Amy Martin Tommy is the best! I am very loyal to this establishment because I used to have to go to the podiatrist to help with my ingrown toenails. Not anymore! Tommy does an excellent job in cutting my toenails (and making them beautiful) so that I dont have the problem anymore!

Brenda H I came in expecting a really nice pedicure. The pedicure menu isnt very detailed. I got a citrus deluxe gel pedicure, $55. It seems like a very basic package. Service was good, but I dont think i would come again. The salon looks really nice but the pedicure chairs were HORRIBLE. Thats why I put 2 stars. It was so hard to get in and out of the chair. I dont know if the chairs have the ability to move forward and backward, but I felt so uncomfortable. Thats something they need to consider, better pedicure spas.

Holly Simpson Jason was really great. Im using a walker now because of back surgery. He helped me in and out of my sear, even walked me to my car. He gave me a perfect pedicure. His massaging my calves and feet really helped with pain I had. He was very gentle and I liked his soft singing to himself. I will ask for him again.

Diana Saldana It’s an alright nail salon, they offer acrylic, gel, eyebrow wax, pedis, from what I seen. I gotten my nails done about three times here, thought I’ll give it a try since my nail tech is out of state. Okay shaping, some were bumpy others were smooth to the touch. Price is about 50+ for new set and 40+ for refill. They do walk ins as well, usually busy after 4pm. If busy it’s a 30+ min wait. Reason I stopped going is because they don’t soak off your nail like they should to avoid damaging your natural nail instead they get a fake nail and go between the acrylic and natural nail to take it off which is a big no no for me and it upsets my nails.

Samantha Kimber I love this salon! Even if you walk in, they’ll accommodate ASAP. Every time I’m here they are sweet, fast, the prices are good, and my nails are always cute no matter who does them.

Jocelyn Paz The nail tech cut me and the cut is very deep. It wouldn’t stop bleeding on the seat and is still bleeding after hours. I made sure to get an antibiotic ointment but now I’m worried about an infection. I would not recommend.

Love my nails, the gel lasts nicely! 5/2022 update - Im updating my review from one year ago because the last two times that Ive been there recently including today have been great. The two techs that serviced me were very gentle and did a great job with my nails (I went from acrylic to gel because my nails are so thin) and the gentleman that did my nails was very delicate when filing them, I didnt feel any discomfort at all - super grateful

Sherly Moua Don’t ever go here. The guy I got who did my nails sucks. Speak no English and didn’t understand me on what I wanted. They over charged me and didn’t even tell me. My nails are all different shape and size. Can’t even do no designs that’s why I went basic. Don’t spend your money here.

Janae Aragon One of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. When you come in they immediately look at you side ways and give off a really unwanted presence. I showed the lady what I wanted, she didn’t even look at the picture and just nodded her head. The way my nails came out you’d think a kid did them.

Pricilla Hernandez Do not go here you’ll end up paying double to repair the damage that they do. This was by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever received a pedicure. My nails are Not even have old nail polish on them. One of the tech kept hitting my leg to position me to her liking! The other told me they don’t do nails for people with medial issues like diabetes. They kept talking to customers poorly about past staff. At the end instead of apologizing about the issues Lilly said maybe next time I should do it myself. I told her no maybe I should go somewhere more professional! Especially since your equipment is not sterilized.

Theresa Carr So Ive been here a few times and the prices are right and you always get what you pay for. Ive been happy so far however my last visit I wasnt happy so I gave them a call and she told me to come in and she did up my nails again and perfectly and Im very pleased with the service and she did not charge me to redo my nails plus when I went in it was very late at night right before they closed and I was in a hurry as well as they wanted to close. So I cant blame them solely for me not being happy with my nails when I should have at least given them more time. They are very personable and I feel like Im treated very friendly when I go there I really like this place thats why I called to get my nails fixed when I wasnt happy.

Brandi Nicole **Updated Review** This place is close to my house so Ive gone here 3 or 4 times over the last few years when I didnt feel like driving across town to my regular spot for a pedicure. I previously left a bad review for this salon, but I needed a pedi and was pressed for time, so I cautiously decided to give them one more try yesterday. Best. Decision. Ever. The salon is now under new management and has new manicurists. I went to Miss Lee for a pedi, and girlfriend did her thing. Seriously. She did a fantastic job. From start to finish, she was very friendly and thorough and while she worked, she took the time to ask me about different preferences with what I wanted to make sure I would be happy with the end result. I think this is going to be my new to-go place for pedicures! I think the name of the salon is going to change under the new management, so Im not sure if anyone will be able to connect this review to the salon if the name does change. If it does change and you happen to see this...I HIGHLY recommend Miss Lee at the salon that is or used to be called Lily Nails & Spa on Fresno and B Street (in the Food Maxx/Rite Aid shopping center)! Your feet will be in good hands!

Crystal I went here in mid December for a pedicure and my feet and gel polish looked great! It stayed on until a few days ago when I had to cut my nails. They lasted for 2 and a half months! I will be back to get them done again soon.

Cristianna The man that did my nails was so unwelcoming. He didn’t speak to me at all except to ask for the color. I asked for a black French tip. He tried to cut my cuticles but he ended up making me bleed. After that he didn’t cut any other cuticles.he didn’t clean my dead skin at all. I had 4 nails that were uneven af. I went back to have them fixed but he just fixed 2. The experience was just overall messy. Definitely will not be going back.

Squeedle Dee Have had good experiences but I will NEVER go back now... Not worth the PAIN and FRUSTRATION! I have been going to Bella Nails for about 6 months and have always had a pretty good experience. The lady that works the front desk can be rude and snappy sometimes, but overall they have always done a good job on my nails. The last time I went (about 2 weeks ago) I had so many problems that I will never go back. I got there at about 5:30 PM to get a fill. I asked for some very simple Halloween nail art (orange tip design included in pictures) that I was originally told should be no problem. After about a 10 minute wait I was told to that Laura would take care of me. I showed Laura the image of the nail art I wanted and she exclaimed that it could not be done and that I needed to pick one color for my nails. Ok, fine. So I asked for a gel French tip with black polish instead of white. She said ok and began working. She was very good to ask me about the length and shape and listened to what I had to say. She laid the acrylic but when she started to shape my nails is when the real problems began. When using the nail drill, she ended up grinding off the skin surrounding my nail on EVERY SINGLE FINGER. The first time it happened, my thumb was BLEEDING EXCESSIVELY and she apologized. Alright, accidents happen, no big deal... moving on. Then she starts on the next finger and does the same thing. I told her multiple times as she was working her way through the nails that it was hurting, but she didnt seem to care. By the time she was finished, she had made 5 of my fingers bleed and ALL of them were completely raw from the drill getting my skin. She starts to paint and literally ARGUES with me that I need to have solid black and not a French tip because its "faster and cheaper". Eventually she agrees to do what Im asking and we finish up. As I go to pay the lady (a different one than normal. She was super kind!) asked why I changed my mind about the nail art. When I told her Laura said she couldnt do it they went and talked. The lady from the front came back to to tell me that she DIDNT WANT TO DO IT... She didnt want to. So I didnt get what I wanted and was more than happy to pay for. Overall my finished nails themselveslook pretty good. The shape and lines of the French tip were great (hence the one star...) But here we are TWO weeks later and my fingers are still sensitive, healing and scabbing from the excessive drilling. Like I said, I have had good experiences before. But this was horrible. I dont plan on ever going back... Lauras laziness and inconsideration killed this place for me.

Kimberly Hill Just called to make an appointment with a certain nail tech and was told by the receptionist she had NO clue who I was asking about. That is a lie there are only a couple of men who work there and he has worked there for years! Unfortunately I as the client cant remember his name. This lady who answered the phone has also worked there for years! I see they have lost nail techs over the years and boy I see why ..They are rude to each other as coworkers so jealous if someone comes in and doesnt ask for them to do their nails... Getting mad because the MEN do a better job without the drama and attitude! I will NEVER be back!

Clara Varner Nancy did an amazing pedicure and the best foot massage ever. Tommy did such a good job on my manicure. Honestly this place has never let me down. Every time I go they do a great job. Will always be coming back.

Obinna Ihenacho The atmosphere was quiet, which was on a Wednesday. The massage chairs are phenomenal. The price for a pedicure was affordable. The technician did a very good job on my manly worker feet. She was attentive to the water temperature and excellent detail to my cuticles as well. If you need cash, there is an ATM nearby. If you are from out of town like me, I recommend this place.

Kamaljeet Dhaliwal I came in to get my moms nails done and she didnt like them and she told them that the nail Polish was flooding her cuticles or there was not enough nail polish. The owner was so rude and blamed my moms nails and cuticles for the nail polish not being applied correctly. Staff is nice and understanding but the Owner kept making exuses. Also they were talking rudely about customers in their language.!! never coming back

Kimberly Rivera I hate to leave a bad review because I love coming here to have John do my nails since he’s very nice. So anyways I came in October 26th 2024 and got a thick heel removed by another Asian older guy.. I suddenly feel an itch on my feet.. next day I’m bleeding and turns out I contracted dermatitis! The guy who did my feet was very unsanitary. He had just been done with someone’s feet and wasn’t even using gloves with them! He does me next and doesn’t even clean his tools! Anyways I go in 4 days later to get a refund . the boss is there and asks me to explain and show my legs. My legs are bad and well honestly he gave me a refund and that’s a good thing he did because or else it would have gotten worse. It’s true what the people say. He’s super rude! Didn’t even feel bad for my legs and said “oh we clean all of our things!>:( don’t come here again, we have cameras ! >:(.” And I was like tf? Oh trust me I won’t ever be coming to any salon after this. I’m doing my own toes and fingers at home! I’m not trying to get an infection again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s true what they say “chinos cochinos!!!!”

Rosemary Ambriz I come here for pedicures I always ask for Julie. She not only does a great job but she massages you if you get the one with the massage. She doesnt just rub she actually takes her time massaging you and never rushes. Definitely recommend her and this place. I only see great customer service by everyone each time I been here. It is out of my way I live in Sanger but worth the drive.

L DeeLyia (Dandelions) For a person with healthy nails. I absolutely hate it when the tech does not respect that you have a naturally long nail bed. My technician kept separating my skin from my nail bed and filing it until my skin separated like 1mm. This hurts and now I have weird short looking nail beds. The side profile appears like my nails are lifting off which is not attractive. Never going there again.

Victoria Sanchez Highly recommended Linda she the girl to ur right when you walk in. She sits in the first table by the window! My nails never pop off, the shaping is well done with no bumps or left over residue from glue or powder acrylic! She so good at it you will be in and out in no time!

Nymph Jellyfish (Ranmaru) The employees are welcoming and the prices are great, but I wouldnt go there again. They were not busy when I came and the service seemed too laxed. First, I got a pedicure. It was quick and barely any soaking. The scrubbing was so brief and light that I didnt even realize I got a scrubbing done. Next, I got my nails done and usually, from what Ive seen, a manicure is usually included, but I didnt get that. This part was probably the one part I was most disappointed in. My nails were slightly crooked so I have to go buy a filer to fix it, there are some solid chunks under my nails and the tip of my fingers from the powder building process, and the nail drill also cut a bit into some of my finger nail fold. I think, based on observation, I should be able to buy my own kit and do my nails on my own. Lastly, I got my eyebrows and lips waxed. This was the only okay part for me.

Ari V If I could give 0 stars. I would. The owner, her name is Helen, short hair one of the first seats. I made an appointment for 2:45. When I got there she was helping someone else (not a problem), she then stopped the other girls nails to do mine (not cool or professional), she asked me 10 times throughout doing my nails what color I wanted but I couldnt decide just yet, she got a little aggressive and told me to sit somewhere else while I decided and then went back to working on the other girls nails. Once I chose a color, she again stopped with the other girl and took me back into her chair. While waiting I noticed that she didnt fully apply acrylic to some spots of my nails for my fill, some parts were still rough to the point that it was catching on my shirt. When I sat back in her chair and pointed this out, she got aggressive yet again and tried to pass her lack of work off as "I just tried to make your nails thin", which has nothing to do with spots missing acrylic for my fill. She then added entire gobs of acrylic onto my nails, enough of it that it got uneven and it was the amount that would normally be used for a full set! She was rude, did a bad job and could care less about fixing her mistake. She also rushed way way way too fast in doing my nails. This was my first and last time here. If you go, dont get your nails done by Helen the owner.

Falon Ferrari tv I love the work that this place do Ive been coming to them for a while now. The only downfall is they Dont really specialize in designs and when it comes to long nails its a no-go. Ive been getting my nails done for 12 plus years consistently and Ive never had my nails break this often. If you like simple nails or short nails this is the place to come. Finding a place to do your nails its like finding I think a mate it has to be compatible with what youre wanting. This is a good place to come give it a try!

Heather Gomez My family has been coming to City Nails with Helen for years. My daughter has been coming to her for a year since her last prom- they wont go to anyone else. I decided to spoil myself a bit and have Helen do my nails . Wow! I already knew how amazing she was but experiencing first hand is a completely different experience! Helen is an artist , and a perfectionist. She takes so much pride in her work and her priority is for her clients to be very happy and satisfied. LOVE my Ombré ring fingers! Ive always lost nails in the past ...but not with Helens set! I went in for my fill today ...she is so fun, warm, inviting , honest , and talks the whole time ! Which is nice ! I came in showed her a pic of what I wanted, and of course she executed and exceeded expectations! Theyre so pretty! (And Im picky) Also, the shop is always clean and everyone is nice! I highly recommend Helen and City Nails:)

Julia Cruz My nails feel so much better with their first coat of paint for the summer season. My tech was excellent. The tech working on my wifes toes was very detailed and she is happy with her feet again. I loved that I was able to get a same day appointment and that I was out really fast. Good place to go.

Briana Bray I went here randomly and Im so happy with my nails and the service. I normally get long stilettos and at most other nail places it takes 2 1/2 hours. I had Helen and she was great; she only took 45 minutes AND she shaped them perfectly. I didnt have to ask her to fix them and she was so nice and gentle. Also, I only paid $45 and the price didnt suddenly go up because the length of nails I get, like at most places. This nail salon is the best one Ive ever been too in literally every way. The quality of service is amazing, the price is fantastic, and my nails are actually perfect. If youre looking for a nail salon definitely come here and ask for Helen.

C R Went in for a hard gel mani. I already had a hard gel mani but they were grown out ( my usual nail girl is on vacation so I decided to try this place out) these are my natural nails and I decided to go shorter. Since my nails were grown out and shaped as an almond, they charged me an extra $10 since they had to file them down and its now considered a "shape change." Apparently the girl in the front also didnt tell the guy I wanted a mani so he only went around and cut my cuticle after he put polish on, he didnt even push it back. Lol. In all I got stuck with some thick nails and paid $63 for this. Wouldnt recommend for hard gel manis and wont be going back.

Parker Pokorny I had a pretty decent experience at this nail salon, but I do have some mixed feelings. The service itself was fine, and the staff was friendly, but one of the technicians got a bit too argumentative when I chose my nail color. Instead of offering suggestions or collaborating on a compromise, he seemed frustrated and even rolled his eyes when we didnt see eye to eye. It left me feeling a bit uncomfortable. My nails do look okay, but I wouldve appreciated a more professional attitude.

Bianka Perez i’ve came to this place multiple times and the service is amazing. kloe does wonders with pedicures and always makes sure we get the best of our appointments. there was a rude customer that overegaggerated in the salon and the receptionist handled it very professionally. other than that it’s worth every penny.

Thomas Little Been here a few times and they’ve done this each time. So today I just walked out. You walk in ask don’t have any openings. Yes yes you sit down we get station ready. 10 minutes later go to chair 7. Then you sit in chair 7 for 20 minutes nobody comes. If you’re busy be honest say we have a 30 minutes later wait do not lie.

Elaina R I’m really sad about the acrylic manicure I got here. I’m not sure about the name of the woman who did my nails, (I think it was Yvonne) she actually cut me twice on 2 separate fingers. She cut my pointer finger and opposite ring finger really bad and was so rough when filing that my fingers are sore. She didn’t do any grooming like trimming hang nails or lotion or anything like that. I paid $68 and honestly I wish I would have spoken up about the price considering she cut me 2 times. I loved my pedicure and the woman who did it, Nadine, was so nice but I’m not sure I’d come back again.

I couldnt really understand the ladies in there but we both communicated. Clean place. They use plastic bags for every single individual so thats really comfortable to know.

Jas Tee I wanted a French tip with hot pink with almond nails. She was fair with the price which was $40. But she had such a hard time trying to make the French tip that her lines couldnt be even, so I just told her to cover it up with something because I didnt want my whole nails pink. Definitely going to find an IG nail artist here in Fresno next time :/

Elizabeth Jaramillo It’s rare I take the time to write a review but I want to warn others before you decide to get a service in this place. The employees were rude not only to me but another lady that was getting her nails done. All three working seemed tired and frustrated. The lady doing my manicure filed my nails unevenly, did not take the time to clean my cuticles, the water used to soften the cuticles was very cold AND she wasn’t able to finish me so the gentleman that was there was tasked to massage my hands. He had JUST finished smoking a cigarette and he did not wash his hands which made my arms and hands smell like his..and to top all of this off the warm cloth to clean y hands had a mildew smell. The worst place I have gone to get a manure. Lastly, the salon is not kept up and pretty dirty. Try to stay away.

julia swain They were not really friendly at all, I came here for a fill and pedi because my other place was closed. I did not receive a “free drink” with any of my services and the lady doing my nails did not bother to ask how short or what shape I wanted on my nails. I’m not the one to write and complain but I was very disappointed in the service and personalities of people. Straight up rude. My nails are crooked but I didn’t want to start a fuss over it. Will not be coming back.

Iya Nla This place service has gone down. The nail polish is old. Then I was charged 86 dollars for a manicure and pedicure and my nail polish is peeling. They offered to fix it but my schedule is too busy to drive back down for 1 nail to be repainted. Its a nuisance. Nice service but not everyone that works there is a trained manicurist, I wanted acrylic overlay and was told they didnt understand what I wanted, to then be told they dont know how to do it. Is this a nail shop? I am so tried of these nail shops. I dont know what to do.

NkaujNtshiab Entertainment I gave them a 5 star because they are so deserving of it. All of the staff went above and beyond for me, my boyfriend and both our mothers. They were so caring and thoughtful towards the older clients. If you havent yet, please check them out. I would definitely go back to them when Im back in town. Alma Orozco My nails spa place is closed on Sundays, so I googled spa places open and I came across this salon... definitely went above and beyond my expectations... staff was friendly, salon was very cute and clean and he did a Amazing job on my pedicure will definitely be coming back!

Sarah Morozov I had a wonderful experience at New Look Nails. I was able to secure an appointment the same day I called. The salon is easy to find and very clean. I was welcomed when I walked in. I immediately took a seat and eas asked to pick my color. Ben has excellent drummel skills and took care in soaking off the old powder in preparation for new powder. He chatted with me while he worked. Which is rare! I am very happy with the entire experience and will be returning in about 2 weeks for another fill.

Shannon Babcock I have been going to this salon since before they changed ownership. But I have to say this salon is my new favorite. New ownership is what this place needed! The new staff is kind, friendly and take their time, even when I make a 6pm appt! They now offer walk ins and are open on Sundays which has been such a relief for those who work 9 to 6 Monday- Friday. They value their customers and pay great attention to detail. Another plus-- they dont charge extra for gel polish like every other salon in Fresno does! and you get 2 colors included in the price! They dont try to scam you to pay extra. Theyre honest people, and will make it right if your nails lift early, etc and I will continue to be coming here for my mani/pedis! ❤️

melissa newton I have been going here with my mother in law for over a year. Over the last couple of months they have changed management. The new girls are absolutely wonderful and we have been really happy with their service. We get pedicures and our nails done almost every time. They are willing to try any style and do a very good job. The last time I even took my daughter and she loved how her nails turned out. I highly recommend them.

Jasmine People When I walked into the salon today, a young lady from across the room asked if I had an appointment. Unfortunately, there was no warm welcome, and I had to share my personal service details with everyone present. After I mentioned that I didn’t have an appointment, she inquired about the service I wanted but only speculated that the next available slot might be at 12:30. Despite my request for confirmation, she only reiterated her uncertain guess. Additionally, no one took my name or any information to secure the appointment. This lack of attention to customer service was disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this salon. RESPONSE: Your response suggest a lack of professionalism, and Id like to address them directly. When I entered your salon, I wasnt greeted but was immediately asked what service I wanted. While a couple of feet may seem close, it’s still across the salon, and proper greetings should be standard. She mentioned an available appointment time, but no effort was made to confirm if I wanted to schedule it. An ETA is not the same as an appointment. She mentioned that the next available appointment might be at 12:30, but an appointment implies a specific, confirmed time, which is why I asked for clarification. In fact, another client even intervened to clarify the time I should return, which raises the question: If my presence made anyone uncomfortable, why would someone feel compelled to assist me? If my presence had indeed caused such discomfort that it affected others, why wasnt service refused immediately? It’s concerning that this issue was only raised after my review. I walked into your salon with no other intent but to receive a service, and I find it troubling that you perceived me simply walking in as making others feel uncomfortable. I apologize if my presence as a Black woman made you or anyone else feel uncomfortable. Its unfortunate that Black individuals are often unfairly perceived as having a bad attitude, and I regret that this may have influenced your perception of me. Lastly, your reference to my other reviews was unnecessary and irrelevant. I am entitled to share my experiences honestly, and this was no different.

Kaley Dawson This place is just 2 minutes from my house so I figured I’d give it a try! And the reviews are so right, the wonderful lady who did my nails last minute was so sweet, she genuinely wanted to get to know me and regardless that they were closing in less than 30 minutes she took her time and didn’t rush anything! This is a photo over 2 weeks later!

Maribel Lozoya Nice people but my nails looked awful after one day. I had dip done. The lady rushed and I had to go the next day to get them fixed as the top layer was peeling off. She agreed to only do 3 nails. Days to follow...well, they have continued to peel off. You can see pictures below. I decided a third time is not worth my time nor effort. I will simply write this review and not go again.

Lisette If I could give zero starts I would. One of the worst pedicures and manicures I received. I kept telling the lady if she could fix and clean them up and was getting eye rolls from her each time, oh and paid 99.00 for this service. Never will I go back. This is one day after my service.

Jackie A Save yourself the money and time and don’t come here. I’ve been going here for years but this was my last time. See photo below for photos. Asked for a polish French and they rushed through: the polish was clumping and uneven as I sat for the recommended time. The nail tech removed an ingrown nail from my toe without my consent. Further, nail techs are generally not licensed or qualified to make this kind of removal. The same man scrapped underneath my nail so hard I almost jumped out of my seat. Finally, the hygiene practices here are awful. Techs use their bare and long nails to scrape the sides of polish or gel off your nails or if they do wear gloves, they touch your feet with gloves, then touch other items they use on ever client line the tub of sugar scrub thrown in an a baby formula tub. Finally, I asked about the 15% off attached to the business information on google - they didn’t honor that discount. Goodluck to anyone who goes here! :)

Sheree Northern I had my nails done for my granddaughters wedding. The person I was sitting with didnt speak English so my communication with him was never acknowledged. The tips were too narrow and he then cut the sides to save him from filing. I asked him to stop after protesting and insisting he STOP! His acrylic application technique was amateur at best and I wanted them off and another nail technician. Three and half hours later I finally left with something that was not worth what it cost in money and my time. Sort of embarrassing for me at the wedding. I wont be back to Diva.

Ruth Anne Lozano Nothing worse than getting your nails done and getting upset every time you look at them. I came in for a simple acrylic overlay; my index finger acrylic had popped off so that needed to be fixed as well. If I’m paying $40 to get my nails done I expect the shape to be the same.. I had to ask the gentleman to fix the shape repeatedly until I ultimately had to walk out with them looking like this. I wish I had gone somewhere else. I have to go home and completely file and reshape my nails myself. I can find better service somewhere else: Luxor nails is down the street off Maroa and Shaw, you’re better off going there honestly.

Adisyn Brunson PLEASE READ ALL OF IT The service was absolutely terrible. By far the worst salon i’ve been to. Within the first five minutes the girl doing my manicure cut my finger open. I get it mistakes happen and i wouldn’t care but she was hiding my finger as if i didn’t know she cut it open. After scrubbing the blood off roughly with a towel it was still bleeding so she put super glue on it. While all as this was happening she was still trying to hide it and kept spraying it with hydrogen peroxide. After messing up three times she finished. By this time she knew i noticed my finger and pulled me in a whisper “DO NOT TELL YOUR MOM I CUT YOU” since i am underage and went there with my mom. When i was done i sat by my friend as the another lady did her nails. As we were talking, respectfully not disturbing others, the lady yelled at my friend “STOP TALKING”. She always cut my friends finger and put a futile oil filled with fragrance all over the cut. Out of all three of us my mom had the best experience but even then after telling multiple people what color she wanted multiple times they still picked a different color to do on her.

The nail tech I had was really good and the leg massage was amazing and the pedi itself looked great... the only thing that ruined the experience was rudeness of the woman sitting behind the reception desk when I went to pay for the service. When I asked if it was X amount to clarify the dollar amount for service, she snapped "yeah" almost like she was put out...I teach high school freshmen and many of them have more respect than what I was shown. I will be back because the season is clean, and the techs do their jobs well, but lady, your reception and customer service need improvement 10/18/24 UPDATE: Had another fantastic pedi and no one at the front desk to give attitude-transaction was handled by my nail tech-wish I had gotten this name!
