Bailey Drucker I was leaving on a 6+ week trip, and I knew it would be a month before I could get my nails done again. I asked for tips, and they ended up doing an extra coat of what I can only assume is MAGIC, because my nails still looked AMAZING after a month (grown out of course, but still very neat)!!!! In fact, I got engaged 2 days before the month mark, and people thought I had just gotten them done! Cannot recommend them enough if you want a long lasting manicure!

Cheyenne Rogers Meg is amazing. I first started going to her based on a friends recommendation. I’ve gone to her since May of 2024 and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. While it hasn’t been long my nails have lasted over a month each time. I also bring my daughter to her and she loves her nails every time.

Narine Khechumyan I’ve been going to Meg for years and I’m always thrilled with her work. I go in with color/design inspo, or we brainstorm together because I trust her. She takes her time to make sure each step is perfect, so if you’re looking for a quick nail job, this isn’t it. I’ve never had my polish peel or nails break, and they last for weeks. Parking is easy and her space is clean - I can’t recommend her enough!

She didn’t sand down my natural nail so much that it hurt (which has happened in the past). And she didn’t cut my cuticles too short either.

The Witching Hour is an intimate and clean nail salon that really takes the time to treat your nails with care! The photo attached is my manicure at 2 weeks, still lovely and not chipped! Holly Walker I find it very disappointing to be a new customer and I had to wait an hour for my appointment even though I had already made my appointment I had to wait for a very long time. I was told that someone would be helping me in a few minutes but I didnt expect to have that long too wait. I figured it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait at most but an hour is really pushing it. And when the technician finally came to help me all she said was thank you for waiting not apologizing for taking so long. Its not good customer service to do that to customers and make them wait for a long time and they are new. I understand that the technicians are busy but there has to be better time management and making sure customers are feeling comfortable. I was not comfortable. I didnt think I would have to wait an hour either and not be told that it would take longer than a few minutes. The technician really didnt do a great job. Just mediocre. She didnt even give me a massage for my hands and arms and she barely gave me a massage for my feet and legs. She didnt help me out of the chair and she was really not very nice. I understand that the place was busy but I didnt feel taken care of by the staff. I read the reviews and thought this place would be a good place but I was disappointed with the long wait for an hour and the lack of communication and customer service. This was my first visit and more than likely my last. If I had driven myself I would have left but my friend took me so I waited but I dont think it is right for your staff not to be more diligent about time management and better customer service. Be attentive to all customers and make sure they are comfortable with how long it is taking especially when they made an appointment and they have to wait for a really long time and your staff needs to communicate better with the clients and not just talk about clients with other staff but make sure the client is comfortable and not waiting for an hour to get service especially when the client is new and not feeling comfortable with the lack of communication and customer care.

Jamie B Visited here for the first time on Friday. I originally made an appointment for Thursday, but they looked incredibly busy and I was pressed for time, so I moved the appointment to Friday with no problem. Ben did my nails (gel manicure with colored French tip -$45). They turned out amazing. He was very busy, but still provided a great experience. Cash only or Venmo. Definitely recommended.

Me and my sister love her! She makes you feel welcomed and she open to do whatever design you would like she truly makes getting my nails done 100% better! D N One of the worst experiences of my life. They kept getting costumers and didn’t really do a good job. They were rushing and took 3 hours to get a pedicure and manicure. If you are like me that doing your nails is a pampered experience. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Left super stressed

Kat Norcutt THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR NAILS. GO ELSEWHERE. I came in for a gel removal and gel manicure. I asked the technician to keep my nails as long as possible since I was happy with the length. She chopped them with the clippers, even after multiple requests to keep them long. I also asked multiple times for her to even out my nails with the file, and although she did, she didnt do it well. They are not well shaped. I could have done a better job myself. I was given a discount after I complained but the manicure should have been free for the quality. Additional warning: this salon filed my nails with the sander even after scraping off the gel - this only causes damage to nails and is NOT healthy for nails. Other customers seemed happy but my experience was very disappointing and a major waste. UPDATE: I returned to have them rectify my ruined nails with a top coat. They wanted to charge me regular price.

True Taurus First time visiting the salon. I was a walk in requesting a pedicure and manicure. I had an old set of powered gel acrylic nails that needed to be removed. It was a hard task but Thanks to Ruby she saved the day. My hands and feet were pampered and I love the quality of the service I received. I will definitely be returning.

Angela S.C. Chabolla My Mani and Pedi went from $65 to $120 really quick. I added a design (on 4 nails total) and got matte nail polish on my hand and toes. There was no mention to me it was extra for a matte color on nails and toes. My toe nails were cut way to much from the sides where it looks like there oval shaped. I dont think I will be coming back here.

Chloe Hartounian I refuse to go to anyone else to get my nails done. Arsineh is the best! I had a bad experience at a nail salon a few years ago, so ever since then I get very anxious getting my nails done. Arsineh is the only nail tech who has been respectful of my boundaries and is very gentle with cuticle care. My gel pedicures last for WEEKS! Not to mention she is incredibly sweet and just a pleasure to be around.

Brittany Maddock Went here for the first time today and absolutely LOVED IT! Kristine was my nail tech, and she paid such good attention to detail, and asked me what I liked and wanted adjusted along the way. Overall vibe of the salon is so nice, calming and extraordinarily clean. I got Gel X nail extensions done with nail art for a convention this week and they turned out great! Will definitely refer friends.

S.H. Jacobs This is THE nail salon to go to. Id bet my hard-earned money that you wont find a classier spot anywhere. I got a Russian manicure with hard gel that lasted 4 weeks! The best part is it looked so thin and incredibly natural. If youve never had a Russian manicure I plead with you to get one here, just once. Try it! I initially thought ""Russian Manicure" was just a gimicky way of advertising but no, theres a real difference. They are so meticulous and genuinely care about the health and quality of your natural nail. My manicure was over an hour. The pedicure was also ridiculously ahmaazzzing! The technician opened up a packet of "olive" scented goodies and put this concoction in my pedicure bath. I cant stress enough how luxurious it was. She then proceeded to pamper my feet with such care that I wondered if they thought I was a celebrity. When I glance around though, I saw they treated everyone this way. Whaaaat! This place is next level. And if you go, make you check out the bathroom which is so exquisitely designed that it belongs in a high-end hotel. I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Tracy Simms My daughter and I visited this nail salon on 11/30/24 to celebrate her 19th birthday. I found this place on Google for Russian manicure and they do a FANTASTIC job and we will be back VERY soon. The customer service is GREAT, snacks, coffee and water are offered. The manicurist take their time and when theyre done your hands and nails look like the women in the fashion magazine. OMG the hand lotion that they use is good quality, none of that cheap lotion at your average nail salon. The nail salon itself is BEAUTIFUL, modern and classy. I raved about this place to a couple of co-workers and they are looking forward to their visit. Trust me you will not be disappointed coming here.

Dee Tramboni Gel x nails were done by an older Asian lady that didnt know where the nail tips were. That should have been my sign that she had no idea what she was doing, but I already waited 30 minutes after my appointment to be taken care of. One nail popped off a few days later, and I had to reshape them myself. Paint job was lumpy.

Susan Pilat As with any mail salon, There are lots of different people that can do your nails. Once you find one, stick with her or him! They provide great service and care about every single one of their customers. The owner will personally text you, And they generally genuinely do their best to give you great service. Whenever I come here the offer me coffee or tea and when they do the callus removal they spend at least 5 minutes, Versus other places that just do it for 2 minutes. They have done silk wrap gel nail Polish and the acrylic nails and they do beautiful work. Also the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

Edita Adamian This place is disgusting! super old and dirty! They dont use sanitary method. The brush she used to clean the soap off my feet had residue on it. After she was done, she just left it in the old gross cup. She tried to drill my nails with a drill when all I was getting was a regular pedicure. She would not stop even when I told her twice to stop. I never ever come here but was desperate because I was super busy with school, and I forgot to make an appointment at my reg place, and i had a wedding to attend. This filthy place is super close to my job. I dont know how theyre are still in business. Ill be spraying my feet with bleach when I get home. Never again! OMG!! few min before I was done, a lady came in with gel pedi. As they were filing her nails down, the lady had fungus on ALL of her toe nails. Eww! This is not ok. I dont know how the lady keeps coming back. She was a regular. Oh wow! I will be reporting this establishment to the board. Be ready for surprise visit.

Anasheh Khodagholian Ive been coming to this salon for the last 5 years and thus far they have done an impeccable job. Today, I decided to get chrome gel mani. The nail tech who did my nails did not do it properly; a first for me here. I asked her to please redo the polish because its was thick and gritty. I offered to pay twice since it was a complete redo. The nail tech became visibly upset and had someone replace her. This new nail tech berated me the entire time she was taking off my polish. She was rough with my hands (picture attached), so I asked to please charge me for the pedicure and let me go. She charged me $61, for the pedicure and for the poorly done gel manicure that she took off. I was in shock. When I asked that she at least please put a proper polish on my nails, the entire team joined in on raising their voices at me, suggesting I was a difficult customer, "too picky to make happy." They bullied me into signing the sheet for my visa because when I said I will not, the nail tech shouted "Even better, I will charge you even more!" Im a tired nursing student. I just left here crying. This was a terrible experience. After all these years, I never imagined what happened today would even be a possibility. I understand these people work hard, which is why I never tip under $10 and I was firm in insisting to double pay today. Their attitude today was anything but professional and it really hurt my feelings.

Amanda Billingsley I don’t typically write reviews but felt it was fair to say I didn’t love my experience here. The salon was clean and the staff were polite, but the quality wasn’t quite what I was expecting. My cuticles were scraped back and forth with a metal tool, which felt a bit aggressive to use on nails, and during the manicure 7 of my fingers were nipped by the tool and bled, leading to 1 getting infected. The nails themselves turned out fine, but not great. A few have inconsistent or streaked polish, and some have the edges bubbling up. I’m hoping this is a unique experience and not common for others visiting, but I unfortunately can’t say I would recommend making this a regular salon.

TAH Music I came for a pedicure for 29$. I was disappointed when I walked in at the smell (smelled like a dog grooming place or almost like dog poop/or a dog being groomed) and also the fact that they didn’t have normal spa massage chairs with the foot bowls. They only have regular sitting chairs and a basket filled with water. I was already here and tbh they were really friendly and nice so I stayed. The pedicure was great, however the main reason I get a pedicure is for ingrown toenail removal and they weren’t able to do that. One lady tried but it was ineffective. If they had regular pedicure chairs and someone who knew what they were doing when kit comes to ingrown toenail removal I would keep coming back, but due to those two things I won’t be.

Tara Daylami Extremely professional. Appointments always start on time. They never make a fuss about correcting a mistake. I’ve been coming here routinely (once a month) for about a year now. Kind of a bummer to see some of the other reviews of people who have only visited once. All that to say, if you care about timely appointments with kind staff + higher end products — especially ones that are non-toxic, vegan + cruelty free, I would recommend at least checking out this salon.

rana khalil I went to Tinct based on a recommendation from a friend. Decided to give them a shot since they are close to my house and she had a good experience. Overall my experience was good but a bit underwhelming. The nail techs are sweet and really great to work with and the place is clean so those are two pluses. However, I did feel rushed and my manicure started to get bubble/lifting within the first day. I didnt go back since I was leaving for a trip...needless to say they didnt last one week which is a bummer. Wanted to love this place, but most likely wont go back.

olivia lubeck THIS IS ONLY FOR WAXING — I was burned in 4 places on my face. These photos are over 24 hrs after I was waxed. She was super friendly, but must not know how to gauge temperature for wax. I knew it was hot but thought she knew what she was doing. Over $60 for burns. Bummed this was right before a trip. Going back to threading.

Quality of color is also very bad like it came out in 3-4 days. During service 2 worked continue talking in their language which feels like that talking about us and make us feel bad. Emilee Bargoma They take their time with your nails. Its not a "quick" like most places are now adays. You will walk away with well-made nails that last you quite a bit. Go there, youll be happy you did! As far as service is concerned, they are okay. Not the best, but not unfriendly either. Just go get ya nails did, sis.

Lisa Pozo I have come here for years. This is a very friendly establishment. Sweet people doing nice work, at very reasonable prices. Theres enough parking nearby if you need it. Parking is metered. Great leg and arm massage. Just a short vacation from your responsibilities I am sure youll enjoy.

J Scott Treated me like a machine, not a human. Im still on the hunt for a nail salon that cares about having a business relationship with their customers. As soon as 2 more woman walked in, she started rushing EVERYTHING. She ended up cutting my cuticle to where it bled, not shaping my nails right and the rhinestones i asked for are crooked. She wouldnt look at me, wouldnt talk to me and wouldnt give me a manicure after we were done with the acrylics. Horrible. If you want to be treated like just another person in LA and dont care about having any kind of revisit every couple of weeks, then this place will probably do. Shame on this place for treating guests like this. I could have been one of your best reoccurring customers, but I guess you guys dont care about that.
