Maybe Litzie Im a kid and I truly believe the service could have been better. Not only are the ladies who do the pedicure uneducated but they are rude. I have come here one other time for them to put help on my nails and they painted right over my cuticles. Today I asked for a gel pedicure with french tip. The lady took maybe 20 minutes and it turned out horrible it was very sloppy and just looked disgusting. Obviously as a child I told my mom since she has authority and she told them what was on my mind. She said that she would fix it but honestly there was no fixing that mess. We asked her to make it regular clear gel and before she re-did it she started complaining to her co workers and purposely hurt my SKIN whilst fixing her mess. As an adult she should know better. Im just disappointed.

Lee Lee ANTONELLI I used Orchid Nails on a consistent basis about 7 years ago. One day the owner Cindy was fighting her employee so harshly. Bullying the employee Mua Mua VERY BADLY for about an hour straight. I started going there again approx 6 mo ago. Mua Mua serviced me and did such an OUTSTANDING JOB and had the SWEETEST SPIRIT that I wouldnt let anyone else do the job. Yesterday I went in and waited about 40 min for Mua Mua. Then Cindy the owner told me that Mua Mua couldnt do my wax. I asked why & Cindy told me all this negative stuff about Mua Mua. Right in front of her. Cindy nearly feels like a slave owner in how she treats her employees. It was AWFUL AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I SUGGEST STRONGLY YOU NEVER GO HERE! Plus Cindy does a HORRIBLE JOB waxing.

Rosie Cindy and Tina are both great! I have been going to orchid nails for quite a while now and I love it! This is a nail shop where I take my daughter and Cindy is always very on it can do will do spirit but shes more then just a nail tech I walk in there like whaaaasup Cindy shes became one of them girls in my life .... I recently moved and I take the hr drive just to see her .... Keep going Cindy ....

Alana Rodriguez The worst service ever by cindy and tina didnt paint my feet clean and correct. Cindy the owner charged way too much and the nails broke off in less than a week. 100.00 didnt clean underneath the nail or the cutcles.. This place is the worst..

sneh chand I had the worse service given by Cindy the business owner. I been going there on a regular basis for my nails and wax. Tina did my nails and came out all uneven and truly very ugly. A new girl who don’t speak English did my pedicure and after sitting an hour it wasn’t dry. Next day I went in to talk to Cindy who have known me for a while. Instead of listening to me why I was there she starts asking me what u want me to do. First of all she didn’t listen I was just there a day before. But u professional and very much u respected owner should not have a attitude. Instead she should stop listen and work with her family members or staff in making the service better. Tina has lot of issues with most customers and Cindy avoids to improve overall.

Cherryleen Leynes I called Vicky’s Nails just before 6:30pm on a Sunday. And I asked if they can accept a walk-in (they close @ 7p). Lyn said yes. Lyn was super nice and very accommodating (all the staff there that day before closing was actually nice and friendly). I will definitely come back.

Roxy Manning This is my second time coming to Vickys nails. Im a fan! The technician is very thorough, leaving my feet callous free and healthy looking. I had a complicated nail art design. Vicky did a perfect job and gave me exactly what I wanted. On top of that, very transparent and specific pricing with no surprises. I think I finally have found the salon of my dreams.

Cristal Medina I love this place. Kathy did my nails & she perfected them as you can see. I love how she cleaned out all my cuticles. They have the most beautiful colors to choose & such a clean salon! VERY friendly staff!

Stephanie L I had a great experience here. The staff were friendly, the place is clean and bright, and my nails came out as desired, which so often isn’t the case these days. Wendy was awesome! Parking is a bit tough, but there’s parking behind Trade Joe’s and the church. I’ll definitely return here!

Sarina Amrute My experience with Diamond Nails has been like most nail places, sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s subpar. I hadn’t been here in quite a number of years and just went again last weekend. The facility had been updated since my last visit and looked very nice. Parking is a bit rough but still doable since there is a small attached lot. There is street parking nearby if you don’t mind a little walk. My technician was very friendly and did a nice job, I am very pleased with the outcome of my pedicure. The price was reasonable and in line with other nail places.

alysia gritz Very clean very lovely. My mom and I had an appointment today for pedicures and they did a fantastic job as always. We got the number 2 wirh Gel nails. The massage and hot stones felt sooooo sooo good. They also offer massages too. Foot massage and full body. And they do haircuts and color too. I got a wash, blow dry, flat iron, and trim all for $95!!!

Deeana Owens I went to this place a few times. The most recent visit, they damn near burned my fingers off. They soaked my nails in hot acetone and it took weeks for my skin to recover. I’ll never go back. I haven’t gotten my nails done since. I got PTSD from that.

Reema Patel The lady at Lillys in Hayward who did my manicure was rough n my fingers while filing nails. She did not put an undercoat before putting gel and my nail color was showing. And nails looked 2 tone. She cut my nails too short too. And whole taking my payment she threw the card back on me. Right from the beginning she was rushing with me. When the pedicure lady was working on my toes, this lady wanted to do manicure on me from the side. I found this absurd. Another thing I noticed was that when a customer walks in they talk and laugh about them. I felt very uneasy here. Maybe thats why the place was empty as customers find them annoying.

Lashonna Collins I have been going there for over five years and never had a bad experience. I only get pedicures they are always done correctly and my feet are always smooth and pretty when I leave.I am always happy with my visits there.The ladies there are all nice. I had to update my review I went in there last week. I did not have an appointment , it was one person getting their feet done,one nails and one getting there haircut.She said let me finish haircut and your next ,so she soak my feet.I’m waiting another lady comes in and they start on her feet I didn’t say anything thinking she had an appointment.The other lady is finished with her pedicure and leaves.Im on my phone and I look up and ask the lady next to me did she have a appointment ,she says no.Two people are getting their haircut ,one nails and two eating.No one says your next or nothing. I waited 40 minutes soaking my feet.I get up dry my feet put my shoes on and start walking out.No one said so sorry for your wait you’re next,they just looked at me and I left. I have brought my mom,sister and friends here .It was so much better when Lisa worked there they have went down and lost a loyal customer.

alms baasha Walked in without an appointment and me and my cousin got a pedicure / deluxe package, which is feet cleaned and waxed and gel pedicure and my cousin got a manicure right after. They are sweet ladies and gentle. I definitely recommend☺️

Sean Stuart This place used to be good when they didnt have as many customers. Long wait time and horrible service make it no more attractive. I went there and waited for an hour without being asked why Im there? The workers dont focus on their work instead theyre busy discussing their stuff. Hair cuts are not welcomed because of their low price tags, so its a waste of time and resources. Secondly, the workers are calling their customers and lines are not respected, first come first serve is not a rule here. Last, the quality of service is very low and you can get that service way cheaper and quicker in other places in proximity to the business.

Taylor Made Bad attitudes work is slipping and too expensive. I dont think these owners and technicians realize you wouldnt be in business if it wasnt for the customers. I think they need to have more appreciation and offer a free design or 2 for thier long standing customers. Or have a customer appreciation day twice a year to let us customers know we are appreciated.

Rachel Riojas Dont go here, not for acrylic anyway. The dumb thing is, I called ahead and asked if they do Gel X (gel extension) nails and they said yes. I sat down, and I told the worker 2 times that I wanted Gel X. She said okay. She thought I meant just gel color, when I corrected her she said no, no we dont have that we dont do it. I ask again, just to make sure, she says they dont do it there. I decide to go with acrylic even though I hate it because no one takes the time to really sculpt and make something pretty, case in point, my nails. Then another worker shows me that they do have it. He says this to me after I already committed to acrylic. He said its actually called Gel X Mas. He points to the menu, its no where on the menu. Worst experience ever. Go to Oh My Nails.

Richard Harris These women refused to give me service. Granted I wasnt looking my best, it has been a long night. My feet were killing me. They refused me service I assured them I was able to pay but to no avail. I told them I would be back. So today Im making an appointment then I can judge there work. About 15 women in there and NO one would help me. Butt no worries TREETOP ALWAYS wins. Check back for the follow up.

I waited for over an hour untill I finally said how was I waiting for an hour when I had a 12 pm appointment. And all one of them ssaid was if I could be patient. I will absolutely never be back again.

Suma T I and my friend went for 60$ pedicure which was their top hoping that we will have a nice experience. We walked in and immediately we got the service which was really nice.. But the whole experience of relaxation was missing. The lady who did my pedicure was neither friendly or gentle enough. Completely dissatisfying experience

Piece of advise, Always schedule your appointments in advance if you want Long to do your nails. I schedule my next appointment always before I leave the nail salon.

Nicole I came here for the first time to a full set and showed Long the design I wanted, which was on his IG. I was charge $100 for something that didnt come out the way that was in the photo. Being that he charged me so much I did my own investigation and contacted the customer that tagged him in the photo to see how much he charge her and it WAS NOT $100 and it was a full set she got. Please be aware of this shop and the why they charge their customers based on your race. I honestly feel that I was racially profiled and I will take this matter up legally.

Jay B. Terrible. I was late to my appointment and still waited an additional 20minutes. Long is rude and a liar. I asked for a full set and showed a photo of what I wanted and he told me he didn’t have any clear tips. They were sitting right next to me though, he just didn’t want to fix his mistake. Then I asked to change my design but he said he couldn’t do it but it was only black nail polish and matte nail polish. I would rather sweep sand at the beach than go there again.
