Chloe gave me an absolutely stunning Gel X manicure—her attention to detail and precision are unmatched. My nails look flawless, and I couldn’t be happier! Vicki gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in years—she took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and the massage was heavenly. My feet feel brand new! The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their clients. If you’re looking for top-notch nail services, I highly recommend Chloe for manicures and Vicki for pedicures. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place has such a wide variety which allowed me to choose exactly the shade I had in mind for Fall. I got a manicure and pedicure with Laura. Tiffany Brown My daughter and I have come to this nail salon twice and just love it. The owner is so sweet and remembered us, even though we came a year ago! My daughter thought that was the best thing ever. The place is clean and comfortable. Very easy to book an appt from their website. hannah breeding i came in last minute to get my nails done for our wedding, michelle was the person who did my nails. she was a kind, loving, sweet woman!! im so thankful i found this hidden gem, she was great to talk too, she was super gentle, i highly recommend her doing your nails. well definitely be coming back thanks to michelle!!

Caroline Fung Michelle did my gel X nails and she was great! She stayed past opening for me and still took her time. Each step of the way she asked me if I liked the shape or if there was anything I would like fixed. She created a comfortable environment for feedback. She reassured me that if anything happened I could come back to see her for no charge. I would skip the pedicure in the future though. It was decent, but seemed pricey.

Grace Choi I just had the most therapeutic session at this nail salon! My nail technician was Michelle and she did such an amazing and thorough job on my nails. Justice Ann Made an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time for a manicure and pedicure. On the day of appointment I had been taking an Uber from my resort and was going to be 10 minutes late. I called to let the owner know and she let me know that ten minutes meant I had to choose between a manicure or pedicure. I understand that I had said 9 am but I can’t believe 10 minutes would make enough of a difference I wouldn’t get what I had wanted. Ended up canceling my appointment all together because I was so disappointed in their overall lack of accommodation.

Archana Sheth I called Le Petit Salon on a whim as I had noticed this cute salon and looked up their services but still had questions. I was even more excited to visit as Kim, the owner patiently answered all of my questions. I have been getting nails done for years but never did anything fancy as I was apprehensive about the UV light and the feeling I get during the curing process. But with my luck I got an appt later the same day and walked into the dreamiest little salon ever. It’s like a dollhouse dream and was greeted immediately and then walked through the color selection process and ever so gently seated and started a mani and pedi. It was my first time doing the cat eye effect and I love it! A very fair price for the quality of the experience. I will no doubt be back when I am ready to treat myself again. Aside from the kindness of the ladies that worked on me: Mindy and Lia - Kim the owner is a gem and has a beautiful mission for her business and the overall nail salon culture. Cant wait to go back!

Rachel Cherry I have been coming here since they opened! I actually found them bc I saw a girls nails in my workout class and asked her where she got them done. And i was forever hooked. My nails always get complimented. I’m so particular about my nails and went just about everywhere before finding 1989. They are so professional and really care about the services. Love them all.

Stephanie Gonzalez I had a gel x fill with builder gel and gel polish + a regular pedicure. I had called yesterday and they were able to schedule me in for the following day. My nail techs made the experience super pleasurable and relaxing. I was able to get in and out in 2 hours.

CAROL VOOGHT CLEAN, upscale salon. Great services. Humble technicians. Had a pedicure and the technician took extra time to address my big toes which had issues of the nails growing into the skin. Very painful and unable to do at home. Great massage and pedicure with stickers. I will be back, even though this is a drive from my house as I am a full-time resident in Lake Arrowhead. Its worth the drive.

I most recently gave a last shot and got gel x mani on Sunday 6/2, it has been 5 days and 2 nails have popped off within minutes of each other. So disappointing what a waste of 60$

User The person who did my pedicure was Mai and i highly recommend it. I’m only visiting from the east coast and decided to stop by. So.... I’m also a nail tech and find it hard to find a good place who can do it to my liking. I have bad ingrown (not naturally but because others pick at it wrong, it’s pretty deep) and she cut them out sooo gooooood and also kept my nail straight and square. I got the $45 deluxe pedicure with gel polish (so $60 total) and she was efficient and took her time with my pedicure that I kept looking at my watch, wondering how much time has passed. She was gentle with me, super sweet with me and gave different recommendations to restaurants in the area. I did not want paraffin on my feet, so she offered to extend my massage. With the gel polish i chose, i picked a hard color; a creamy nude thats off-white and blushing. She painted on so clean and pretty. It wasnt on my skin. It wasnt streaky. Again, i highly recommend this place. As far as sanitation, i approve! The pedicure stations have disposable liners, she had a lot of sterilized instruments available in packets and she threw the used packet away. The buffer and file she used were thrown away as well, which i appreciate. I watched the manager make her rounds through the salon and wiping down commonly touched areas. So to wrap up my lengthy review, THANK YOU MAI. Thank you Andy and Tammy too for being nice to me.

Every time I have gone I have been so pleased with their work and prices! I will never be going to another nail salon. If you are looking for high quality nails you have got to try this place out! I visited this place on 29th of Dec for a gel pedi and a dip mani with a friend .. we made an appointment the previous day and they kept accepting walk ins and giving them priority .. the behaviour, the work was absolutely unprofessional .. they kept forcing us to accept the shabby work they had done .. my friends nails started chipping the very next day itself ..my dip nails look like they have been done by an amateur.

Angel Dixon Ive been coming here for a couple of years. 100% better than the one down the block with a similar name. They do T.A.P. which a lot of salons dont do. Better than acrylics. Love this place. Got a TAP fill and Cats Eye over that. Great for spring.

Mia Moore My new nail spot! Found this location a few months ago and have been coming ever since. I typically get a dip powder manicure. My real nails have been able to grow the longest they’ve ever been! Each time I’ve been here my nails have come out great, and I’ve had a few different people do them. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but they never turn me down for a walk-in, which is so nice! The price is also very reasonable and the best compared to other locations nearby. PaigeDHD Because of the craziness happening in the world right now I haven’t been able to go down for a fill, but I’m a month out with my acrylic set and they have NOT broken! I’m amazed at how well they held up. Jewels have not fallen off or anything. I definitely got what I paid for. It was a little pricey but SUPER worth it. One pic is fresh, the other is ONE MONTH GROWTH (I trimmed myself)

Sheena Marie Super unprofessional took over an hour just to do fill. they handed me a basket of gel colors and when I picked the color I wanted and Hailey got very upset, she tried to get me to change my color four different times when I told her no its okay she said she was going to charge me $8 more for the color she kept complaining to the other coworkers about the color that I picked and she started slamming her drawers because she was so upset the lady next to her was coughing the entire time she was working and the file job on my nails is super crooked my nails are bumpy I do not recommend this place my basic gel fill came up to $63. I watched three people walk out of there with thumbs that look like toes because the filing jobs were so bad.

Pokie Pineapple The employees are friendly. The pictures posted of the interior are extremely outdated. The chairs are not green, the walls are not maroon, and there are zero chandeliers lol. It’s actually really dirty. The walls are stained, the place looks like it hasn’t been swept in weeks, and they allowed a customer inside with her dog (maybe registered as an emotion support dog, but not wearing any indicators). The person whose chair I took over was not wiped down prior to me being seated. The lady did a decent pedicure. It’s a great place to come if you’re not concerned about cleanliness, the “luxury experience,” and want a cheap pedicure.

Heidi Valdez They do the best job out of all salons I’ve been to! I live in Temecula and drive an hour to get my nails done here. I’ve tried other salons and no one can get the shape and quality quite like them! I have been coming here for YEARS and will not go anywhere else. Charry Koczwara I’ve only gone twice to this nail salon. Both times are both satisfactory. James the receptionist sets the tone. Very warm and welcoming and will make you feel comfortable. Clarissa and Nikki are wonderful! They will not take advantage by upselling- they are truthful with what service is appropriate and suited for you. 100 % recommendable!

Ellie Jitto I usually don’t write reviews but I had to! It was my first time at GT nails and I had a great experience with Becky. I got dip powder on my natural nails. She took her time, was detail oriented, and I appreciated that she would make sure I was satisfied throughout the whole process (with length, shape, etc). It was super busy in the salon, but my experience did not seem rushed — she was probably the most thorough nail tech I’ve seen! I will for sure be back :)

CHRISTINA KELLER I wish this salon was in Texas! We called last minute to schedule an appointment for a pedicure and manicure for 2 children and 2 adults. We were able to schedule something within minutes. The establishment was clean and had a great color selection. The staff were very friendly and gentle. They were so sweet to our little ones and did a great job with their requests to add flowers. We will definitely be returning on our next visit!

Chanelle I had never found someone who’d give me the true Square pedicure I desired . They would always end up obviously rounded no matter how long I grew my toenails for them to be able to give me the shape . Then I had Mimi for a pedicure and ever since then she’s the only person I go to ! Who I believe to be the owner there is always super sweet as well and everyone in general is hospitable . I will keep coming back for sure ! :)

Kathy Zummo This was my first time here. I got Mimi for my manicure and she was so sweet and patient. She made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Annie did an amazing job on my pedicure and the message felt very relaxing. I also got my eyebrows shaped and upper lip cleaned. Overall, it was a great experience. Being 8 months pregnant, they made this mom very happy. I would definitely come back.

After going to Myu Beauty to get my nails done (first for acrylics and now just for regular gel nail polish), as well as my eyelashes, I honestly can not reiterate just how much they care for the well being of your nails and lashes while maintaining the aesthetics you want! They are skilled artisans over there! Eyelash Perm: My eyelashes are short, stubby, and go straight down. Their eyelash perm makes it look the exact opposite! Made it look like I did my make up everyday! Lasted about 5 weeks for me, so definitely worth it. Nails: They really do take their time to carefully do your nails, and they do their best to maintain its health! The nail techs are very skilled in their craft and can do very intricate designs on your nails. They also have very cute trinkets that they can add to your nails for an even more unique design! :

Georgia Halkia This place is a hit or miss, depending on who is doing your nails. I got a fair job many times here, but I never wrote a review. I do not do my nails often, and usually, I get the basic package, which is not cheap! This time, I went in with a gift certificate worth $100. I had a very special event, so I asked for an experienced technician with gel manicures. To make a long story short, the gel manicure was thick and uneven, and the pedicure was a total mess. I had to ask the lady twice to clean the red polish from my cuticles. There was a dollop of polish on my ring finger, and I did not say anything to see if she would correct it before applying the final coat, and she just left it there. When I said something, she seemed unhappy, and she started to speak Vietnamese to her friend, who was doing my toes. All in all, I dont recommend this place. When you make over $100 with the tip in an hour, be decent enough to provide a service that is worth the cost! Unacceptable. Update: I visited the salon yesterday because I had a last-minute event, and I was able to get in fast. The technician ruined my nails and added thick coats of nail polish to finish fast. One day later, it is coming off. I am done with this place!

Baro Bax Ive been a loyal customer of Happy Nail at Barranca Irvine CA for 4 years and have generally had positive experiences. The salon is clean, welcoming, and the owner, , is always warm and professional. Ive particularly enjoyed my pedicures and manicure, which are consistently well done, and the technicians are friendly and attentive. However, my recent visit for a manicure was quite disappointing due to the behavior of one of the nail technicians (Bet-I might heard her name wrong). She was incredibly rude and unprofessional regarding the tip I provided. Her reaction was uncomfortable and made me feel unwelcome, which is surprising given the otherwise excellent service Ive experienced at this salon. Despite this incident, I want to emphasize that the overall atmosphere and service quality at this location are usually top-notch. The other staff members and the owner make sure that customers leave satisfied. I hope the management addresses this issue so that all clients can continue to enjoy their visits without any negativity.

Rajvee Patel This place is an absolute scam. I called to ask how much they charge for a simple pedicure and the lady lied to me and said it was $35. Then, when I get to the salon, I ask for a pamphlet of all their services and they rush me to my seat and I have to ask again for the pamphlet only to find out that the service is actually $30. The lady doing my pedicure tried acting like she was doing me a favor by "giving me a $5 discount" and "including a 5 minute massage" (even though that was supposed to be a part of the service). These people are very sly and use business tactics to make you feel like youre special, meanwhile theyre literally doing the bare minimum (and you can see right through their facade). Dont even get me started on my actual nails. Horrible job. She literally placed A DOT of paint on one of my toes and you could still see the entire nail on the sides. Terrible place. Dont go. Save your money.

Rucha Tadwalkar My first experience here pre-Covid was great. The woman who gave me a pedicure even gave me tips on how long I should leave my nail polish on. It was the type of service I had never received before, and it turns out, haven’t received again. I have been here a handful of times and it seems to be getting worse each time. The last time, the woman barely gave me a massage although I paid extra for it. Her hands were just resting on my foot, not moving, at one point. She hurt my toe while cleaning so badly that it actually hurt for a couple of days afterwards. She didn’t give me any time to pick out a color in the beginning or let my toenails dry at the end. It all seemed rushed and like she didn’t want to be there. I would say if you like the Happy Nails chain, try another location. That is what I am going to do next time. It’s also interesting to observe the ethnicities of the people giving one star reviews versus five star reviews. See for yourself.

Angelika Tracy Id been going for years....then moved away n cone back. Theyve always given good service n though they often speak among themselves they all speak english. I noticed a hispanic gal made negative comments about this very thing ...know that spanish is being doused on the public in phone calls commercials employees n more as if it is rqual to English...which it is not in USA.

I leave feeling refreshed and loved on. Thanks, ladies! My nails stay on and looking great for 3-4 weeks. They have SO many colors, and if you can’t choose they always recommend their favorites.

B B Horrible service! Do yourself a favor and dont go to this place. The person that did my pedicure was in a rush and didnt bother to file down the existing acrylic from my nails or to buff them out before applying new color even after charging extra for it. She took off after coloring my nails to attend to another customer while I wait for her. She returns after a while to tell me that Im done. I tell her that she forgot to apply top coat. She claimed that she had already applied it. I almost had to raise my voice to convince her otherwise. Never going here again. I had to re do my nails at home because they looked awful.

Yulia Yun The workers are nice but the quality of work is horrible. The polish looks wavy with dips - i could do it myself at home, no top coat, the polish feels spongy/ rubbery - meaning it is a bad quality, they did not clean up under the nails after finishing so it feels that there is something stuck - very annoying. Bad for design. The lady didnt know how to do basic lines and had to call manager. He basically created his own design because he couldnt do the opposite way. Very amateur work.

Melody Safouri I regularly get my manicure and pedicure done here and love the results. I prefer buffing my nails over gel, and Henry did an excellent job with my manicure. He also gave my hands a fantastic massage, which was incredibly relaxing. My nails look so healthy and shiny now! The salon is always immaculate and takes great care to avoid damaging my nails or toes. I recommend that Ana for gel nails and Henry for massages and buffing. I’m happy to give them a well-deserved five stars!

Dr. Lucy Fathy-Devera Kristine did my gel manicure, and I couldnt be more impressed! She is incredibly professional and detail-oriented, and her meticulous attention to every aspect of my nails was outstanding. Even when others stopped by to chat with her, she stayed focused and kept the conversations brief, maintaining her professionalism throughout. Ive honestly rarely had someone put so much effort into making my nails perfect, and I really appreciate her dedication. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her. I was initially hesitant because of the reviews, but Kristine is absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend her.

Cathy Buck I got a 30 minute "foot" massage and asked them to put my own polish on my fingernails. The foot massage was more of a leg massage - which is definitely not what I wanted. And they charged about $15+ to put polish on my nails - no polish removal needed. And it was my polish.

Alexandra Cosials If I’m spending over $132 for gelX…it is expected to not receive this kind of work. The excuse was that the designs were too difficult, but even the simple flowers were not placed nicely and the line work was absolutely sloppy and the bulkiness and texture of nails was horrible. I spent 2.5 hours there and thinking I went to avoid more stress, as I’m leaving on an extended work trip, I had to then spend extra time at home to do my own nails. Notice the care of a nail technician that couldn’t even put cuticle oil to hydrate my poor skin!

Victoriano Yaritza (Yarii) Hello All, I have been coming to this place since for some time now, whenever i feel like getting my nails done. This is the only place I could think of that provides great service always takes into account what you want. Yes, there could be some ladies that just try to push for you to get what they want. But for the most part, if you do voice out your concern, they will accommodate your preference. I did just a regular pedicure ($27) with gel nail colors($15), and I did acrylics-shorts ($50) as you guys can see on the images they came out fantastics!!!!

Pamela Wu Came in w long nails, told her I wanted it trimmed but still long and coffin. She cut it in half to the point it was so short I don’t know how they could be considered coffin. I pointed out she cut my nails super short she just told me it would break off easily and that’s a damn lie. She sprayed hydrogen peroxide and one of my nails stung cuz she broke the skin. And the final piece was when I was done and left and there was heavy hard clumps under my nails. And I still ripped her $10. Just cat eyes manicure and it took an hour and a half

Charlotte Waddell I had a manicure and pedicure here and seriously it was one of the best ones I have had in socal. All of the girls and guys are super sweet and do such a good job. They also do the best neck and shoulder massages. My lady was so sweet. I ended up loving this nail polish color and she let me keep it. Seriously would recommend this place and will be coming back.

Anon This nail salon is an overpriced disappointment. The cleanliness is questionable at best, making it hard to relax when you’re worried about sanitation. Customer service is a gamble—some nail techs are kind and attentive, while others act like they’re doing you a favor just by showing up. Don’t even think about asking for adjustments like water temperature; you’ll be met with eye rolls and attitude. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and client appreciation.
