mandisa clarke Very nice salon. Pricy but not bad for the area. By is amazing. These are my real nails. Full set acrylic overlay $60 I did do gel. The shape is perfect. They just dont cater much to real nail clients so with the acrylic my nails are dumb thin. I think I will go back to silk wrapping.

Reyna Elizabeth Fonseca I was served by the gentleman with the highlights that works there. Very rough and rude, my nails didn’t came out like I wanted and his vibe was unwelcoming. Pedicure lady was a different person. Very polite and friendly asking how I like my you nails through the process. Nothing compare to the man that work on my manicure. On of them was too fat and every time I asked to fix his, his face ana nosy language wasn’t friendly.

Carla Fierro The lady was nice. I don’t hate my nails but $75 for these nails. I got got ripped off!!! No design no gel I just asked for clear coat. 10$ extra charge for “color powder!” & did not tell me extra charge until she was done!

SendWith LoveGifts Each time Ive visited, Ive left with cuts on my fingers. When I mentioned it to the staff, they blamed me for requesting short nails. Its frustrating to be made to feel like its my fault when the service is so careless. Additionally, Ive often been burned by the filing process, which should be a relaxing part of the experience but instead feels painful and rushed. The pedicure I received was also underwhelming and definitely not worth the $30 price tag. Ive tried giving this place multiple chances over the years, hoping for improvement, but I finally understand why they struggle to keep customers. Even during peak hours, the lack of clientele speaks volumes. Save your time and money—look elsewhere for better nail care. (3 cuts on my hands, 1 on my toe all in 1 visit)

Salina von Borstel This was my first time coming to this place and just from the phone call alone I already liked this place. The energy and all around positive environment along with the beautiful decor, made me happy I made an appointment. JR is a man with an infectious smile and happy go lucky attitude. My nail tech Julie was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. I felt like I was talking with an old friend. 10/10! I’m definitely coming back!

The wait wasn’t long, the service was fast but very thorough. Water temperature was perfect. Cleanliness was the best I’ve ever experienced. They had the color of gel I asked for. So kind and gentle. The staff is soft spoken funny and made me feel very welcome. I enjoyed the experience so much and love my nails.

Candace Baez My Grandmother and I went in to have a pedicure and were treated very kindly. I made an appointment the evening before, they fit us in early to accommodate my request for a next day appointment. I also had a gel manicure which came out beautifully. Only unfortunate thing I can say is the color I had on my toes ran out, so I couldnt get a matching color, however the lovely woman technician helped me select a closely matching color. The Gentleman that helped my Grandmother was so gentle with her. I highly recommend using this business. Very clean shop, decorated beautifully, the music was soothing yet modern. Destination slide show scenery videos were lovely, nail color options on their big screen TVs are also helpful for waiting clientele. Ill be back for sure.

Maggie Hartman This is about my 3rd time coming here. Ive been really happy about the quality of the gel manicures here. They do last. Nelson and Mindy are great, my manicure is lasting 3 weeks without any lifting. This time got an ombre gel manicure and am obsessed. Mindy took her time and didnt rush the process. Would definitely recommend this salon to my friends who live in the area.

willie blawer I called a day before to make an appointment for a full set. Got to the shop and they had just started on two other people and said I had to wait till someone was free. So I got a pedicure while I waited. I was almost done with my pedicure when the technicians started arguing about my full set. Long story short I didn’t get my full set. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. The pedicure is one of the worst I have ever had.

I felt cared for and listened to about my stressful life. She cleaned my nails up to look like I never worked a day in my life. I was taken by a young man, I honestly didnt get his name.He took off my old gel polish and gave me a full set of acrylics with gel polish. They were long, hombre, coffin shaped nails and it was still adorable for what Im used to. They came out very pretty.

Jamie Muller Look. I’m not a super picky, my nails have to be 100% perfect type of gal. They did a good job. My nails look great. They were singing karaoke the entire time, but you know what?! I kinda enjoyed it. It was different and I like experiencing different cultures and vibes. No one was rude or mean and I was asked what I needed to be asked without awkward small talk. Walk in. No apparent mention.

Selma Markovic I’ve been coming here for a year now, and every time I have been super nice about giving them another chance over and over again bc they are close by to my home. I’ve had it when the male did my nails, he didn’t properly remove my gel polish, he wanted to rush it causing me pain. I told him, he then left a layer of gel polish on. Another time, I did my gel polish and the manicurist seriously thought I was going to walk out of the salon with a terrible job. If I’m paying $100+ for your service, I’m going to speak up if you’re doing a $5 job. They are so rude, inconsistent and I’m done with this place.

Yonnie Baum-Moss Go to Tammy. She single-handedly took care of my ingrown toenails. They were HORRIBLE & PAINFUL. She made the process tolerable. She had a pleasant attitude, even though I came in at 6:30 and it was closing at 7 o’clock, but Tammy took care of me. Danielle Kelley Well after coming here for 17 years I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I am getting a pedicure and after 15-20 minutes into the pedicure the young lady was told to stop working on my pedicure and to take another customer. This is the second time this has happened under the new management. I have had to wait over an hour in the past even with an appointment. Unfortunately I think I have been a little too understanding with this establishment. I’m so disappointed. I had planned for a manicure as well. But I will just finish with the pedicure and go elsewhere today.

Adriana Morales Omg.... please do not go to this place.... when I went in and sat down In the chair for a pedicure, I started looking around and noticed how dirty everything was. The floors werent swept and the cabinets/ display shelves were dirty. The walls looked patched up and the baseboards were all scratched and dusty. The lady who helped me was nice until it came down to the scrub and massage. She only did the front of my legs then put a timer on for the massage that was supposed to be 10min. She started the timer and took 4 min to put all of her tools away and clean her station so I got 6min. It was not a massage, she basically rubbed the lotion in and whipped it off. When it came time to pay she kept asking for cash, I only had my card. She ran it but didnt do it right and she claimed it was declined. She demanded cash again and I told her I dont have it. She was being very rude and I told her to run it again. This time it cleared. Not a good experience at all. I normally dont do reviews but I felt today I had to.

Corrine Gray This was our second visit and it was just as wonderful as our first. Another great pedicure for me I always have so much stuff to clean out of my nails they bring instant relief with their techniques. They are so patient and kind to my little one. She was so excited to get a design on her nails this time. Thank you, cant wait to be back!

Kelsey Scroggins I paid 71$ for poorly painted nails and she didnt even file them nicely. I wanted white tips but she decided to paint the white on instead and it turned out awful. Ive never paid even close to 71$ for acrylics its usually 44-50 max. Definitely do not recommend this place total waste of money. Will go to persimmon in the mall next time.

Laura Harmon Ive never had my nails done before and my experience with this place makes me want to never have them done again. I was talked into a gel-x manicure. The woman cut my cuticle and made me bleed, said nothing about that, and gave me the worst manicure. She didnt file anything into a shape and left it lumpy and only partially cured. It peeled off the following day, leaving my fingers covered in uncured gel. Today one of the false nails popped off entirely. It is supposed to last up to 4 weeks and didnt even make it 1. Avoid this place entirely.

Sellys Phat Life Went in for a fill & left with my nails not complete!! The guy at table 1 assisted me. I had 1 broken nail, & literally took him 10 minutes to take it off! At that point I already knew the service was going to be slow & terrible. When he was applying the powder on my nails he applied it over my skin, left a whole blob of it underneath my nail which then he took off but sooooo painfully. He also put so little powder on one nail that would bend when you would touch it. I told him to just finish applying the nail. He himself even told me "you dont have to pay". Also when I went there was nobody & the girl at the front desk said it would be a 30 minute wait. Will not be going back here. He also did not shape the nail correctly. I asked for coffin & got what you see in the picture.

Didn’t want to keep waiting to see if he’d eventually get it down so I decided it was better to go somewhere else to get the French tip I wanted.

I called other places nearby that all said they could do what I wanted but when I showed up they all told me they actually couldn’t so I walked in here with no hope and they said it was no problem and they did not disappoint at all! They were all super friendly and my technician listened to everything I was asking for. They can literally do anything and this is my new go to spot!

Juanda Scoggins The owner and "best" tech in the shop rushed through my nail job and acted as if my business was an imposition to her. My nails were damaged and peeling (matte) less than 24hours after I paid and tipped well for them. I returned for the repair and they seemed to be amused that I had to return. While the repair was fine, I had to sacrifice time to return and the customer service was deplorable.

Astro Girl Highly unsanitary! The lady literally tried using the same file on me and the lady before me! So gross. The prepping of the pedicure was horrible. I had gel on my toes and she used clippers to peel it off damaging my nail! 2/10 pedicure. Posh nails on magnolia is the way to go. Never trying somewhere new again !

Rebecca Garcia Did a good job. They try to force you to get an expensive pedicure by showing you a separate menu starting at 23 dollars. But actually the pedicure costs 17 dollars. I feel they also over charge for a gel manicure. Maybe other places charge 32 dollars and up, but I dont think its worth that. The lady who did my feet also wanted to use the SAME TOOLS SHE USED ON THE LAST PERSON. so Beware !! & make sure you request new tools P.S I saw ticks? Under the tables.

I’ve been going here ever since, even following my nail lady back and forth or wherever she went. Everyone is caring and nice! If you have any concerns just let them know and they will take care of it asap. Easy appointments, always ready to take anyone in.

Maria T I had been to this nail salon when I first moved here in 2011-2012. I didn’t have a great experience so never went back. Since I frequent that shopping center often I decided to give it another try. The basic pedicure is $30 so I upgraded to the one above at $35. It was nothing special but what really ruined the experience was being left to “dry” at the chair. After 15 mins I realized she isn’t coming back no one is acknowledging that I have been sitting here waiting. Really regret leaving a tip and definitely won’t be back.

Corrine Gray My husband, five year old and I came in with appointments on a Sunday. Everyone on staff was so friendly and kind. I do my nails at home and have been trained in pedicure techniques. They have excellent technique and most importantly safe technique. It was a relaxing and wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

Mary Ruiz EDIT I HAD MOLD 2 WEEKS AFTER THIS APPOINTMENT PICS AT THE END! IM SO FREAKING DISGUSTED DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! The more I look at them the more upset I get. Never again. Im pretty sure who did my nails was not licensed. I went in for a new set. He only did a fill. I wanted very sharp nails, he did some weird almond. The color is spotty and the application is really really bad. I have to go somewhere else and get these fixed because they are really really really bad. And they charged me 60 DOLLARS for this sloppy job, and it took 2 hours. I just want to cry. I am also in the beauty industry, I need nails that last me 3 weeks at least. And I get them done EVERY 3 weeks. I will never come back here again. Dont waste your money here. Just go to hot nailz or 4h nails instead. Better quality for less. Im so freaking upset.

Jackson Ijanae “Izzy” I was confused from the time I got there. Be shown an iPad of confusing services where the prices listed aren’t the price you pay was extremely disorienting. If you pay with a card, they round the price up to the nearest $10 or whole number. The lady who did my feet barely exfoliated them and I had to do it myself at home at 9 months pregnant. Terrible service.

Joy Hoffman Worth every dollar - it was a really relaxing & thorough pedicure & spa treatment (collagen pedi - $69). Not rushed - I felt pampered. I fell asleep I was so relaxed. Salon looks new - comfy massage chairs (10 total), 7 manicure tables, nice ambiance. I walked in without an appointment and felt fortunate to get in to treat myself. Its also in a big shopping center (Riverside Plaza) so if there is a wait, there is plenty to do to pass time until a spot opens. Im not from the area but Id come back if I was visiting again. Ask for Alan!

Ginny Bartlett-Elbert I have been coming to this salon for 10 years, as the new ownership has happened it seems the online scheduling does not match their in house books of availability. The last 3 times I have booked an appointment online using their scheduler someone has had to call me and cancel it. Very frustrating! I love most of the ladies who provide excellent work here so they do book up fast. I understand that just wish the appointment system matched the in person or at least someone would update it from the in person books so destination trips to the mall are not a waste of time. Although they did say they called me to let me know, I was already dropped off. Rant over

Rufus Oloong Never stepping foot in this nail salon again. They gossip about you in Vietnamese, and yet expect a tip. Horrific, if you only knew. The color I received on my nails did not match what I wanted, and I politely asked Linda if there is anything you can do to fix it. She looked at me and said "no". I told her thank you, and spoke to the receptionist. Linda walks to the desk and the receptionist told her to put another a coat of gel polish on top. Linda, visibly was frustrated and next thing I know staff kept crowding the table and they said a mouthful. I did not get an apology. I know mistakes happen but, how it was handled was the last straw for me. Theyre not forthcoming about the prices either, and the experience is not relaxing at all. I am never coming back here and advise my friends/family not to come here either.

Montanna I’ve came to this place multiple times and was always satisfied but I came today and was disappointed. The first pic is what I wanted and this is what I ended up with. Some of my nails came out crooked and the design honestly should have came out better. I paid $66 for this and it was money wasted :(

Sonia Martinez If I could give a 0 star I would this place is horrible. The lady that did my nails messed them so bad. I had acrylics done with a gel polish. I was looking for a specific color and design and I showed it before even getting service. I was told she had the color and was able to do the design. It ended up being that she didnt have the color and didnt know how to do the design. I had nail glue all over my fingers the filing was horrible I was so unhappy I had to go get my nails redone again at a different place. When the lady took off the nail Polish that she had done the gel was not even dry the first layer was still wet. Horrible experience will not go there again.

Crystal Bonker Had been going since March without any issues. I always made an appointment and was taken care of in a timely manner. I enjoyed not having to worry about my nails for up to 3 weeks after getting the "dip nails". However recently I went and had the worst experience. They were nearly 30 minutes late in getting me in the chair after my appointment time. Then, the girl who did my nails not only took over an hour, she sliced my fingers several times with her tools. I walked out feeling sore and frustrated. Still, I was initially willing to over look the one bad experience, since I had been going for a while without an issue. Except, now here we are a week later and I have a painful infection under my nail bed right where she sliced me with one of her drills. I think Im done with dip nails for a while and will stick to painting my nails myself (once the infection clears).

Ariyana Banks I’m extremely pissed. My daughter and I have been coming here for at least two years to be treated disrespectfully. Had me waiting for almost two hours, even though she told me 45 min, while others were going in front of me. I tried not to make a big deal until another customer who was getting her feet done told me she would have never waited as long as I did. I’m very disappointed, I’m not sure if it was because I’m black. Whatever the case is. I won’t be coming back ever.

Consciously Consumed I came in with less than 45 minutes to spare for an acrylic fill and my nail tech was ON IT! She finished in less than 40 minutes and the price was so fair! Cant wait to come back with more time for an extravagant design. Thanks for saving me from crunchy nails!!

Dani Banter I don’t typically go to get my nails done. I don’t have money, but an opportunity to get my nails done as a birthday gift arose and I went to Sierra Nails. I have a hard time picking what type of nails and color to get because other nail places I went to gave me stuff I didn’t like. I got my nails done by Lanny, she eased my nerves and helped pick something that went with my skin tone and I really loved how they turned out. She’s very nice, and keeps you entertained while you’re getting your nails done. She did excellent work, I’m so happy with my nails.

viridiana hernandez BEST NAIL SALON IN RIVERSIDE, HANDS DOWN! I didnt take a before picture but girlllll ! I had like no toenails cause theyre so small haha. I asked Jennifer if it was even possible to make acrylics and she made it happen! I even got a pinky toe nail!! I also got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. Clean and easy, little eyebrow massage helped. Ill definitely be a returning client, thank you ladies!
