Bianca Sierra Ive been here a few times for pedicures, and basic manicure. First time for acrylics and let me tell you. She did an amazing job. Very considering and did exactly what I want. I think this is my new nail spot, Ive recommended it to a few ppl and no complaints for us.

Julie Zeto I have gone to Kace 9-10 times since they opened and I’ve had good an bad experiences. Today is the first time I thought, wow not going back there. I got a Dip manicure and at the end when she said ok your done I had dry hands with pink powder still on my fingers. I asked why they didn’t do the manicure and she said it’s extra. Then she proceeded to charge me $5 more than I’ve paid previous times. I am so dissatisfied with their service. I live down the street so this is no way to treat regulars. I won’t be recommended if this place to friends anymore.

vanessa vazquez I been getting my nails done for 20+ years, I even showed her a picture of how I get my nails done and length and she kept filling my nails and are so much shorter then I get. Ended up just asking for help polish as I knew I had made a mistake and should have waited the extra 12 days for my nail tech to return from vacation. Gel polish is thick, nails look like they are 3weeks old, I dont have that new nail crispy sharp texture..... will never go there again!!!

Stacy Forget Stopped in on a whim to get a pedicure. It was awesome! I was seen right away without an appointment, got to choose my color WHILE starting the pedi, and the environment was very peaceful and relaxing. The nail technician was so friendly and gave the best foot/leg massage Ive ever had with a pedicure. He was also fast and did a beautiful job. If I lived around here I would absolutely come back.

marissa mejia i came here today at 9am to get my feet and nails done and they did a horrible job on painting my nails and feet. the lines were not straight or cleaned up. they were very gagged. they still made me pay full price after i told them politely to fix it. i asked for a classic white french tip and this is how they turned out….

Barty Prakash Jody, the older lady with glasses and makeup did my pedicure. I am so disappointed with the service. She was extremely SLOPPY with her work and didn’t let me relax. She was very rough and sped through the service. I asked to keep my nail square and she cut a lot from the sides of my big toe and it looks weird. She kept twisting my big toe and giving me discomfort at many times. While brushing my feet in the tub she was so sloppy the water splashed over my pants. Also, she kept putting the UV light on my right leg to cure the polish & it sat on my skin. Now I feel the skin burning. My first and last time here.

Anita Palomares I wanted almond shape the older lady with the eyebrows gave me shark teeth looking nails. No!!! And she was rough with my fingers. Kept getting frustrated, and did not do the white part right at all. But my daughters nails came out great. I gave it a 2 star bcuz my daughters nails came out wonderful for her first set of nails ever.

LeAnn Kozub Got a french dip and a gel pedicure really good job! They are friendly and accommodating first time I walked in and even though they were busy they fit me in. They even came in early the next day to do my nails before they opened.

Ty Mo My first time. Generally nice and friendly. But uh check the pictures. One is shiny the other looks matte!! The technician forgot the clear coat on one of my feet. I got a color change bc I didn’t have time for a pedicure and now I have to make extra time tomorrow to get my clear coat. In which I hope there’s no issues with getting the clear coat on. Plus I hate when they polish and cure and then file your nail. You’re filing the polish off !!! I know no one is perfect but when getting a service there IS an expectation.

Dani Alexander I actually was a returning customer. I usually go in and see Leo for my feet, he does an amazing job usually. But just recently I haven’t been able to come back in a month because my big toe is so sore. It’s been a month am now I’m needing to look into if this is more serious than I’m hoping. I’m hoping this shop sees this and starts taking better care of their customers. I didn’t mind being a regular and I tipped pretty well if I do say myself. Plus my pedicures were never cheap. It’s just saddens me that Sacramento is becoming so money hungry, customers safety and satisfaction is thrown out the window.

Alexis Stewart Tina is AMAZING. Both myself and my (now future) sister in law came to her for the first time to get pre-vacation nails and pedicures. I gave Tina an inspo pic and she completely nailed it (no pun intended lol). The pedicure by the other woman (sorry I didn’t get her name) was also amazing and very relaxing. The both of them were so kind and fun to be around. I’m obsessed with how my nails turned out and my chrome toenails. This was also my future SIL’s first time getting nails and a pedicure and she couldn’t have been happier. Wonderful experience, I will absolutely be going back. Highly recommend!!

Morgan Ramos Tina Le is hands down my favorite nail artist and I have been going to her for years. Her skills, friendly attitude, and years of experience have made her an essential part of my monthly routine. Tina has a cozy calm space, which offers a peaceful escape from the typical nail salon chaos. I look forward to going to my appointments every month as I know I get to see her, hang out, and the space reflects her commitment to giving her clients a relaxing experience. One of the coolest things about Tina is her ability to do any nail design and she has more dip and gel colors than a typical large studio. Whether its something wild and intricate or a simple, classic look, Tina “nails” designs and colors every time. Tina is also super fair, kind, and really thinks about what her clients want. I highly recommend Tina Le for all your mani and pedi needs because shes dedicated and crazy talented. **Update: Tina now has an additional employee, Yumi! She is also excellent and so funny! She does an incredible pedicure, and I have loved having her in the space. Both ladies are amazing at customer service and really care for all their clients! Highly recommend them both.

Kamaria This rating is due to being charged $5 extra for long nails at the END of services, despite having paid $15 extra for a manicure on top of the $50 dip fee, which was subpar, she only cut my cuticles, she didnt clean my nails and I had to remind them of the hand massage, which felt rushed. The ladies were polite, I just dont like the fact that I paid extra for a manicure that wasnt a manicure and was told at the end about a long nail fee. My nails are natural and not that long. That should have been included in the manicure fee. Despite this, I still tipped $10.

Adriana Berndt I LOVE THIS PLACE! MY FOREVER NAIL SALON NOW! I used to go to lavender nails in lakecrest village and was a patron for years. During my pregnancy (6 years ago) and ever since I loved doing my nails as my only self care thing. Lavender just never gave me good service..I always had to wait long and had ppl get served before me as Im already sat. Or my 5 year old wants her nails done and I explain we want to sit next to each other and go same time..this was the kicker. They sat my daughter so far away and served and sat ppl for 20 mins before ever touching her hands and feet. I know shes a child but shes a paying customer who wants a little experience you know!? A little pamper. Shes a sweet patient kid too it just sealed the deal I need new service. Hollywood nails got us right in! No wait! Mai was amazing to me and my kiddo just such a sweet lady. We sat next to each other and she got her mani while mama did and some chit chat. She loved it! The prices are better too! I recommend making an appointment they always have availability and its just more streamlined with an appt. I have been going back religiously every 2 weeks and Mai is the best we well as the gal with long hair who sits next to her. She always chats with my kiddo and makes her feel special. Laura Buzzard I called here and asked if they could do my dipped nails and a pedicure.. they said yes and made an appointment for later the same day. When I arrived I waited and when they called me to start they said I could only get pedicure only cause they didnt have time to do my nails! What is the point of calling and making an appointment if you are not going to serviced with what your appointment was for to begin with.. The girls working there just laughed when I rejected to only get a pedicure .. I wont be back .. so unprofessional and lacking in customer service.just to be clear this is not my first time coming here . They were real nice the other times but the work is sub par

Looked up reviews of salons near me and Hollywood nails had pretty good reviews so I gave them a try. I walked in and they were able to see me with just a couple minutes wait. I got the VIP pedicure and it was worth every penny. The salon was very clean and neat and the staff was very welcoming and friendly Will definitely return.

Vicki Feliz-Smith Comfortable and clean. Very efficient and neat. Nice selection of laquer colors, and the sugar scrub on my legs felt really good. The massage chair was a bit distracting, and the pedicurists seemed a little brusque and impatient. This was my first pedicure. I would go there again.

Brenda Martinez Terrible experience. If I could give less than a star review, I would. I got my nails done over the weekend, I called the next day and told Diane that I was not happy with my nails and asked if she could please fix them. She gave me an appointment 4 days after!!! She told me to be there at 1030am, I got there and she gave me an attitude and told me she was busy. That my appointment was at 10am, it wasnt. I walked out and will not be going there again. I should have said something that day but I was there for a pedi and already had been on the chair for a long time. I don’t like complaining but what happened today was not ok. My nails look horrible. I’m so disappointed. I had to go to another salon and thankfully they were able to fix them.

Claudia Wells I visited this nail salon for a classic manicure, and I couldnt be more impressed! The quality of the polish was top-notch, lasting over two weeks without chipping. The atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing, making it feel like a mini retreat. The staff was friendly, and their attention to detail was flawless. Highly recommend!

Ashley Cantrell The nail tech was nice and did a pretty good job on my nails, but she was really rough with my hands, and my skin was a little raw and painful because she scratched my skin a lot as she was buffing my nails. My friend came with me and agreed they were rough with her hands too and made her bleed a little. Price and quality was good but I would rather try other nail salons before coming back.

Vikki Dela Cruz Got regular manicure and pedicure. Staff are nice and they weren’t pressuring me to get add ons or gel like other nail salons. Pedicure is nice and clean, so would continue to come back for pedis. I wouldn’t come back for my manicures though. They are not meticulous enough when it comes to cuticle cleaning and nail shape consistency. Also, really poor nail polish application even after I asked for them to fix it.

Heather Perea I have been coming here for years. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Clean and beautifully decorated. Sydney is my go to, she is amazing, I refer all my friends and family to her and she always does an amazing job! I don’t do anything fancy, just a pink and white but it’s beautiful every tim (although she can do anything) . Mimi and Nancy do my pedicures and they do an awesome job every time. My feet feel and look like a million bucks afterwards. I’m really grateful to have found a nail shop that I can always count on to do a fabulous job! Highly recommended!!!

Evelyn The only place I go to get my pedicure done. They do such an amazing job ensuring that I feel relaxed and pampered. No matter the time of day that I stop in they are very open to making time for me. They also do a great job with my kids giving them feet massages, pedicures, manicures and making sure they have a fun time. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Angela Nuno I have been to every single nail salon in midtown and had the great luck to finally find Lily about 3 years ago. I haven’t stepped foot in another nail salon since! Lily’s work is absolutely amazing. I always have her do a pink and white overlay on my (naturally hard) nails and I am always thrilled. She doesn’t apply the acrylic in a big thick ugly mess - nice and thin, her edge is never left and the nails never fall off - ever. And her fills - they are always perfectly blended with no ugly fill line. On top of her wonderful work, she is ALWAYS more than accommodating for appointment times and dates, PLEASE keep in mind you do need an appointment. She’s very busy, but definitely worth any wait you might have and I won’t go anywhere else, ever. She’s also priced more reasonably than anywhere else that I have found in Midtown for the quality of work that she does- She is simply the best. THANK YOU LILY!!!

Maria Benavides This has been my go-to place for a year and a half and I have recommended it to multiple people when they’ve asked me where I get my nails done. All of the ladies here are lovely and make you feel welcomed, but I go in to see Zaina specifically. She is always patient with me and how indecisive I am with colors and designs. They are very accommodating with appointments and make it really convenient to schedule. I am usually in here at least twice a month for manicures.

Melissa Roberson My gel manicure was ruined after two days when the polish pealed off. To begin with my nails were not symmetrical. I called many times to let them know and make an appointment to comr back but they never answered the phone. When I showed up in person they refused to fit me in and told me to make an appointment for another day. Avoid this place at all cost.

Evelyn Lopez Mattias I was getting my wedding nails done, before we started I asked if she could do a design. I told her which flowers I wanted and the colors.. She said she could do it. When we got to the designs, she could only do the childish looking flowers that I did not want.. so I had to scrap my entire nail design idea. She also never asked me what shape nails I wanted, she just assumed and started cutting oval.. I wanted square with rounded edges but it was too late because she had already cut my 3 of my nails. Did not leave happy.

Lorence Ramazzini My girlfriend and I have been coming to this salon for over 6 months now. However, recently our experience at this nail salon has been inexcusable and their behavior will be reported to the BBB. My girlfriend is Latina and I am Asian. When I come with her to the salon, which I usually do, the price is always much cheaper than when she goes alone. The price I pay for both a gel mani and pedi is $90 or $45 just for pedicure. Tip is always cash as this is store policy. My girlfriend has also gotten dip manicures and the price is usually $10 more. The screenshot attached only accounts for the times I didn’t pay in cash. Earlier today she went in and they wanted $110 for a dip manicure and pedicure. When she brought up the price difference they made it seem like she was in the wrong and shamed her for being cheap. They then said that different nail techs can charge different amounts based on how they feel they did. They scrambled to come up with an excuse for this outrageous behavior. They also charge to remove the old gel that THEY APPLIED, but only sometimes. Several times they have done rushed jobs and have skipped steps that are normally included in the manicure ie. massage, cuticle trim, cuticle oil, basic things one would expect for the price. Their business practices are shady at best and extremely racist at best. Avoid at all costs. Needless to say they lost our loyal patronage.

Jordan Hancock I always have the best experience at gig’s, every time I have come here they’ve exceeded my expectations and done such an amazing job!!! They always take such good care of me, I always come in with crazy nail designs and they always give me exactly what I want. Kim is my go to, she always does a fantastic job!!!

mendoza madalynn (maddie) Came into TJ Nail and Spa for a pedicure and I was left pretty disappointed. The shop opens at 9:30am but they didn’t open until about 10am. I could tell the person giving the pedicure was in a bad mood and was just on the phone calling somebody the whole time. I waited for her to ask me if I wanted gel but the question never came although she did ask what color I wanted. I told her dark red but she gave me light red… the pedicure was also quick and there were parts that hurt a lot. $25 for a pedicure is cheap, but there’s a reason why it’s $25.

ELAyonSinaloa916 I called on a Sunday around 6pm and she was able to accommodate two of us. It was only Ruby. The place is nice sized inside with four big comfy massage chairs. Ruby has a great personality and is very friendly. I got a pedicure and she took her time and it felt great. There are 3 different package. I opted for the middle one and it was super nice. I’ll be back soon. The prices are great and atmosphere is nice.

Betsey Love this beautiful and elegant large nail shop with plenty of parking. Best of all no harsh chemical smell. Open 7 days a week. Check open and closing schedule. Free tea, water, or even wine; soothing music; and big screen relaxing videos; massage pedicure chairs. The nail-finish last longer and the price is just right for the amount of work and product these nail workers put in. They even treated my ingrown fungal toe nail which instantly relieved the pain and released the pressure. The nail shop carries many products to help exfoliate the skin and/or keep the nails healthy like the antifungal product. Come check it out. I highly recommend it.

She also put on strengthening polish to help with my natural nails and overall feels super clean! Super no nonsense and quick service! Delilah Ann The experience was mostly positive. There were 4 of us including my niece who is 3. They were very kind to take us without an appointment. We were there just for fun, my mom and niece were our priority. The issue came at the end when I left a tip for my technician. I also provided a little extra for doing my nieces nails, who I assumed was cheaper. The same technician processed the payment with my sister, while I took my mom to the car. When my sister provided tips for the technicians that serviced her and my mom, the employee asked “what about me?”. My sister told her that she already received a tip, and she said it was only $5, which it wasn’t. My sister stunned by the interaction gave her the cash she had, which was like paying for another service. The pressure to tip, I feel was disrespectful and rude, especially as I’m trying to find a nail salon that can accommodate my mom. I thought I found it, but we won’t be returning. In addition, they don’t have kids prices. Just FYI.

Nelofar Zafari I regret going to this salon as they did a subparjob on my nails. The technician seemed inexperienced and did not execute the service properly. My nails ended up looking uneven and poorly finished was marred by the rude and disrespectful behavior of the staff. Kalina Bonita Very disappointed, bad pedicure and the color was applied poorly. I also felt like she was complaining to the other workers about doing my feet. Cindy who did my mani was rude and rough. She kept pulling my hands and fingers twisting them to the point that it was hurting. She hurt my cuticles and I to pull away when she burnt me with the electric nail drill. I will never come back.

Nichole Young Being fast is not always a good thing. I went in to get a Manicure and pedicure And both were done before an hour was up. My feet still feel rough and my nail polish is already chipping the very next morning. Save your money as they are priced about the same as everywhere else. And just go somewhere else.

Stacie LaMattina I called to see if they would accept walk in new customers for two manicures and they were so nice and fit us right in. They were they were super busy, too, (we arrived on a Saturday around 2pm) and it was only a short wait for both our chair openings! Very friendly, they did designs on my nieces nails and the prices were better than most shops, even after tip. Highly recommend. A++ service, felt very comfortable for my first ever visit.

Claudia Rodriguez I have doing my nails here for 2 years but always is the same, they don’t do what you want or they don’t have the color you want! I’ve always comeback because I don’t like to be picky but now I’m tired as you see in the picture I just have 3 days with them and the gel is coming out and also the stones. They use cheap products and do your nails as faster they can ! 1 hr for manicure I think is not enough time ! That’s why the nail came out to easily!

Emily Gavrilenko I have been to the salon 2 times now. The first time, (sept 5) I was taken very good care of. Honestly the best salon manicure Ive ever had. Got the perfect shape gel manicure, perfect polished. Not rushed or skimped. Lasted me 4.5 weeks before I came to get them redone just for the sake of a change. 10/5 stars for that visit. Second time I came in, (Sept 23) I was expecting the same standard of care and quality. The technician did a great job removing my gel, prepping and shaping my nails. But then another client came in who had a appointment with my nail technician. They were early for their appointments. 35 minutes early. After this, my nail technician began laying on the gel very quickly. Leaving gaps on the sides of my nails. She did the three coats as I wanted and I hope that it would flatten itself out, but it did not. I am never one to right bad reviews if it has not really affected me. But I have been growing my nails out and got them done for my baptism and engagement photoshoot this weekend. One of my nails is broken from the weak spot where there was a lack of gel polish. The spots with a gap of Polish were right on the smile line of my nail, where the nail turns White, and where the nail breaks the easiest and most common. Currently, the dents and holes are noticeable, and even if I get them redone before this weekend, one of my nails is broken now. I dont think that this entire nail salon has bad practices. As I said, I had an amazing experience the first time. I would definitely give this nail salon a try, but once you find a nail technician who works to your standard, make appointments with them I guess.

D L I wanted to love this place so badly and drove 20-30 min from home because of their high standards for hygiene and sanitary practices as Ive had a couple infection scares from pedicures at other salons. At first my experience was good overall. My pedicure tech barely talked to me but my manicurist was friendly once I broke the ice. They both seemed meticulous, were gentle, and I was happy with their work and the ambience of the salon. Unfortunately now almost 2 weeks after my services, I have a nail infection that is barely just draining. I also had the beginning stages of one on my toe but with soaking it didnt progress. Both spots were tender, red and swollen after the mani pedi but that’s not uncommon immediately afterwards and I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Ive never had an infection on my fingernails and this was a first and very surprising for a place that autoclaves. Im willing to try again but maybe with a different tech and wondering if that was the issue?

Emellia Zamani This place is an Instagram dream, which is reflected in the price for the experience. Only reason I’m giving it a 4 (wish it could be 4.5!) was because what you’re really paying for is the ambience and eco friendly polishes. My nail tech was lovely and made sure I was really happy with my color. But you can get a spa pedicure with hot stone massage and eco polish at a cute salon downtown (though less cute than Nailtel!). I’ll be back for a nail art manuxude but if you want more for your money, get a pedicure elsewhere.

Paige Reisman This place is really cute and has a nice aesthetic. They offered me a tasty matcha tea when I got there. It was also really easy to book an appointment online, which I appreciated! Unfortunately its prices are pretty high for what you get - my gel manicure was very slow (it took over 2 hours). It looked nice at first, but the tips started chipping within a couple days and started peeling after about a week. I personally would rather go to a less “aesthetic” salon and get 3 weeks out of my manicure!

Dana Said For the price I paid I would have expected the shape be perfect. $108 to take off acrylic & structured gel manicure but I’m still not understanding how it got to be that much… It turned out nice and I filed it more at home other than the shape, it looks nice

Amy Estes Ive been a loyal customer of The Nailtel since they opened a few years ago, and I still love it. The Nailtel is clean, the aesthetic is adorable, and they have Dazzle Dry, which I love (it dries in five minutes, lasts for weeks, can be removed with regular polish remover, and isnt a gel/powder). I highly recommend booking with Tatiana if you can. She is the absolute best: her attention to detail is incredible, she checks in about nail shape prior to polishing and is always willing to make changes. Beyond her excellent work, she is extremely kind, thoughtful, and pleasant, whether you want to chat or prefer a silent appointment. I am almost hesitant to share because I want to get my preferred appointment times. All of the techs here are wonderful and pitch in to help care for clients (grabbing water or beverages, helping at the register, whatever you might need). Its a great place!

Jessica I’ve been going here FOR YEARS a bad experience yesterday. I made an appointment to get my nails after getting engaged!!!! My manicure is EMBARRASSINGLY bad Jessica even told me to come back later but I wanted them fixed then! After paying 111 dollars for a manicure and pedicure! They can’t fix their terrible work??? They didn’t even trim my cuticles or put lotion on my hands!!!! They didn’t even wash my hands after doing dip! They are chipped already, uneven and they left nail polish all over my fingers. Don’t go here.

Sarah Craft Went for an acrylic set. Took about 2 hours for an okay set. The nails were uneven in thickness and some were lumpy. It’s been one week and some are already starting to lift. Overall the set is not great. The salon itself was clean and well maintained, and service was nice. I enjoyed that they give you a drink too

Brenda Horton I’ve been coming here for 7 years and am always happy with the results! Holly, Nina, Christie, and Ming all do a great job. I love their massage chairs- very comfy. I often fall asleep when I get a pedicure. The recent remodel looks great too! Conveniently located in Mid-town, parking is always easy to find.

Quinlin Fischer I don’t get my nails done often, and when I do, I’m never really happy with the quality. I wanted to get some new nails for spring, and I am so excited about them. I ended up sitting with Holly, and her work was very clean and detailed. She drilled underneath the nail, making them look very clean, which I haven’t seen many salons do. If I decide to get more, I will go back to her!

Crystal montanez Capital Nails has become my go to nail salon! Since Holly took over it has become such a serene and friendly environment. I am really particular about my nail designs and I always come up with new things I want done and Holly is always ready to help with my nail dreams. Even for pedicures the staff are always so nice and sweet. I loved coming here and bringing friends with. I dont hesitate to recommend everyone come in.

Carmen Luis Been to plenty of nail salons and tbh this is one of the best I’ve been to. I’ve had allergic reactions at other salons and this time around I’m obsessed! No reaction, very clean salon and they actually care about how you feel as they go along with your set. Lilly did my nails and I’ll definitely be back month to month! Prices are fair as well!

Unfortunately these days most people do not have common courtesy to cancel with advance notice or they no call no show.. Or they bring their kids in and they run around the salon or they come late and expect that we can provide a full service when we have appts booked right after. You mentioned bringing in an extra guest, our salon gets really busy and we would like to reserve the seats for our guests receiving a service. We believe that we have very few competition because we are absolutely 100% professional, 100% transparent especially with our $5 salon surcharge. We haven’t raise our prices since we opened and even after Covid, that is just to help with the rise in product cost instead of raising prices on each service. We also pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service. Our salon is clean and we aim to provide a relaxing experience while you receive your service. Shafine Houghton Go to the guy. He will have you right. (You might get barked at by “fat mama” their mascot(dog) but she no harm.) Sit bck and watch him do his magic. You will be satisfied. Orange set 1 1/2 months old. Update.. Lee did my last set. When I went back his attitude was completely different. For the last few days he will run in the back of the shop refusing to do my nails. Today, he tells me he don’t do nails anymore while doing a white women’s nail. Black costumers peep how they treat you. I refuse to spend my money at any racist location. They take our money speaking English then turn around and talk about us in their language. He prolly Upset because I was honest about the woman not knowing how to do nails because she don’t it’s my opinion I gave him his props. He does good work, but the racist attitude towards Black customers is not OK. A few of my Sorority sisters also stated when they walked into the shop, they was not greeted and They act like they didn’t want to even touch them, or do their nails. There are any black owned nail shops Sacramento area. Let me know.

Rene Simmons I am LOVING how my nails have been coming out so far. Ive been there twice and this is how my nails came out each time. I am currently wearing the blue coffin nails with gold flakes and Im living for it. I really recommend going there and their prices are so affordable! I am very satisfied.

Dora Lopez I went in about 640 (which they close at 7) and still did my nails w/o any problems.. so that’s a plus right there. Lani did an amazing job on my set and made sure they were even and clean! I had times where they didn’t care if I had nail polish or even cut my nails but she did it all ! Highly recommend this spot ! (:

Natalia Deltoro went in for a nail removal & the lady who was working me with INITIALLY was sweet. Then the man did my removal next & he was extremely rude, complaining, etc.

London Glover Would give zero stars. Nail tech Kristen told me should couldn’t help me AT ALL trying to fix one nail. She said multiple times that she cannot help me today and aggressively. Then she came back around and said she possibly can help at 4:30. I came in at 9:30 when opening at 9. Next customer comes in saying they need a manicure and pedicure, seated immediately, they’ll get pedicure services first. NEXT person comes in says she was worked on last by Kristen need her hands fixed, she was told to please be seated. Yall. I had one nail needing to be protected. And immediately got told no.

Jada Marie They still let me get my toes done after 6:30pm and I really do appreciate that because I know how It is having to refresh ! Didn’t get her name but she did a wonderful job on my toes ! Very friendly and I love my expirence still even tho it was closing time . Will be back

W Ii Terrible customer service from some employees. Im not sure if shes the manager but the lady who answers the phone is so rude and horrible at nails. She will take phone calls during appointments then rush through finishing nails. I knew she did a horrible job when I went back 2 weeks later for a color change and a different technician made a disgusted face and asked me where I got my nails done. Another time, I stopped in so someone could fix a nail that broke. The tech did it for free since I had only gotten my set the day before. As soon as he told me no charge, the "manager" began reprimanding him in a different language right in front of me and other customers. So classless!

Jewel Tilman I opted for an SNS dipping powder manicure at this salon, and Im thoroughly impressed. The nail technician was highly skilled and ensured my nails looked impeccable. The SNS nails are not only beautiful but also incredibly durable. The services quality was unmatched, and the price was very reasonable for the long-lasting results. Im a happy and loyal customer now!

Lele Mills This was my first time going to MT. I honestly have had some iffy experiences with other nail salons, little and big. I’m so glad I took this chance. First, I noticed they didn’t have a website to schedule which I was scared about because I have social anxiety but when I called, the man was the sweetest person ever. We scheduled a Mani-Pedi (both acrylics) for two and a pedicure for one, so three people total. They even called back to say if I wanted to come in an hour early we could because they were free! Pedicure: it was amazing for all three of us. We had lots of laughs when my mom was tickled by the foot scrub. When the wax was too hot, the man (so sorry I never got his name) cooled it down to my mom’s liking as she has sensitive feet. I honestly thought the pedicure was done after my nails were done and was kind of disappointed UNTIL I realized the best part hadn’t been started yet. A lengthy massage and hot stones were perfect for my feet as I work in food service. Manicure: Anh is the absolute best!!!! She did my pedicure as well as my manicure and with both, she did perfect. I’ve attached some photos of my manicure. I asked for something like beach inspired nails from Pinterest and she did even better than that! As with my pedicure she made sure every step of the process that I loved how it looked. It was perfect and I’m in love with my nails! Conclusion: GO HERE! I told Anh I don’t know how they aren’t more popular because they seemed so genuine and are very talented! Better pricing than most of the instagram nail techs I’ve gone to.

Ana Thompson I have been coming here for about 3 years and I love this place!! I have been to many nail salons in Sacramento and they are by far the best! Prices are extremely reasonable and the quality of their work is top notch! I come in regularly for a full set/fill and the special pedicure. The environment is always so peaceful and serene. The entire salon is kept very clean and organized. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. There literally isn’t any other place I’ve been to that has given me such an enjoyable experience. They treat you like you’re family! Coming here is the best feeling when you need some self care and want to relax and decompress after a long and stressful day.

Abby Rogers They fit us in same day for two full sets. I paid $65 for my set which is pretty great compared to other places. Really sweet and helped me pick the best color. I got a thin french tip and it looks great! It drives me crazy when the nails don’t end up the same length and they’re perfect.

Shannon Bell Gabby is so talented! And I think her prices are very fair. She’s done my nails so beautifully since January and had my nails perfectly ready for my proposal! She also does great nail art and will work with you to find the technique that works best for your nails. Highly recommend!

Terra Khan No lie, she is the absolute best both for her artistry and personality. I have left other nail techs in tears because I was unhappy but never with Gabby. She always does an amazing job and has an excellent eye for structure and detail. 10/10 def recommend

Mikayla Triffo Gabrielle was able to create my inspo nails to perfection. The salon is easy to get to, clean, and cute. I definitely recommend anyone interested in personalized and professional manicures to go here! I even traveled from outside of Sacramento, which was well worth it.

Lady Selkie Gabby is amazing with nails! Her designs are cute, plus she shapes and cleans up your nails with such care and attention each time. I get gels and they never chip and are always super strong. I’m so happy I found her shop!

Marissa Honrada I been on a hunt for a good nail technician! When I came around Gabrielle and saw all the wonderful work she did I knew I had to give her a try! I wasn’t sure what color or design I wanted. She showed me a few pictures/ Designs and went to work. I was beyond impressed with her design capabilities and she is very detail oriented!! I definitely will be back!! Already looking for designs for my next appointment!
