Candice Stephens I live in Coachella I drive to Highland to get my nails done. I’d like to add I’ve been going for over 5 years . I went in to get my nails done .The next day my nail chips.I happen to be in town for the weekend so I stopped by thinking easy fix right.Nope not at all instead the lady is telling me she can’t fix it she can put polish over it mind you my nails are natural so it’s already feeling like it’s going to snag and eventually break. I tell her hey I live an hr away can you just fix it she insists I come back tomorrow which I’m not . I’ll say the service at this place has went down I don’t know where they find these nail techs but what bothers me is how much I have to pay for natural nails all for them to not to be worth the $80 spent.

Jerusha Place can get crowded if you go Friday and the weekend. But Wendy is awesome and they give the best custom pedicures in the area. Reasonable prices for the area. Alex is awesome his dip nails are incredible.

Kristy Belles Visiting from out of town. Mom took me here yesterday, manicure was great. As for the pedicure, girl kept digging and digging and cutting in the corner. Today, in a lot of pain, red and puffy, crust and oozing from corner of toe. Not happy.

Dalim Gabriel (GBD) Dodate reciew on 11/15/24: They are still keeping their good work & name! My wife & daughter both are sky high happy. They took time to provide great valued service. For the current rate pls check my pics. Very clean & neat work. Even they will try their best to make & match a color of your choice. Their pedicure & manicure service can be little upgraded if I compare with other places. They are very experienced, well mannered, hospitable & over all do pretty good. Did great job for my wife & daughters nails. Average price compared with other shops but well & long lasting work. We are happy and going to be back again.

Christine Espinoza-Fikes I’ve been to this location twice once for a pedicure and this most recent time I decided to get a full acrylic set per a friend’s recommendation. I’ll start by saying I’ll never go back after this second experience. I got both a pedicure and full set. I informed the man that was working on my finger nails that they were too thick. He stayed because of the style it would show the ombré line. However my right hand looked okay but my left was ridiculously thick and misshaped. He refused to make them thinner. I ended up leaving and going back and informing him they were just not even. He was asleep in a pedicure chair soaking his feet so to say he was upset for being woken up was very apparent. I was kind in saying what I asked during service and he kept trying to argue. I eventually stated I did not come back to argue and said forget it. My French tip on one of my feet weren’t all the way to the end so the lady was going to fix that for me so she did. Another very kind woman offered to fix my nails for an additional charge. I accepted and she fixed them. It’s just not worth it to spend money for a service you aren’t happy with. They still weren’t great but better than they were.

Sarah Lindsay I like the look of this place. I remember going when my sister had a wedding a long time ago. They massaged my feet. I dont think I got gel though because she told me she three coats of the pink lol. I should have kept clear . I was watching another lady and they did more work on her than me. It was nice being pampered.

Debbie Royer Jennifer does great work. I will only let her do my nails. She is gentle and pays attention to detail. She always takes my feedback and adjusts. Expect to wait when you go, even if you have an appointment. Peter (owner) can be a little too rough for me. He has done my acrylic once and cut my skin. He can come across rude sometimes, but if you are respectful and nice to him, he will be the same to you. They do a kids manicure for my daughter and she enjoys it. I have had a couple of disappointing experiences here, but will continue to go back because they are friendly and Jennifer does good work.

Sell Big Bear Hannah did my daughter’s nails and they are beautiful!! We were in the area for a girls day and have found our go to spot. They take their time and were so kind. She loves her nails!! She paid great attention to detail and they came out absolutely gorgeous for a very reasonable price, they are just what my daughter asked for.

She was able to do exactly what I asked my nails have never looked better. I didn’t get the name of the lady that did my eyebrows but she was great too my eyebrows grow funky she noticed that and shaped them without making them thin. overall amazing service.

Jennifer Palacio I went with a friend and it was a great experience! We did not call ahead and they were busy, but still accommodated us rather quickly. They use tub liners and appeared to have clean tools to use for each person. They had a great color selection and were very skilled in all the areas. The massage, heated towels and overall removal of rough areas were all exactly as I hoped. I had already clipped my toenails to my desired shape and length prior to going and they were respectful and left them as they were. They just cleaned around them and buffed them as needed. We both got the Deluxe pedicure (regular polish) at $40 and then tipped with cash. I believe cash is preferred in general. They accept cards but may have a fee. Zelle is a great option without a fee. Be mindful before going that the parking lot is most busy during typical meal times, as it is shared with some restaurants. We will be back!

autumn andrade 2 stars and hears why. The nails are amazing. I love how they look. BUT the nail tech David cut 3 of my fingers. 1 during cuticle trim, which he just decided to put nail glue over so that it stopped bleeding. and 2 during buffing and shaping. It hurts. No I am not returning.

Liz L Came here with my friend last night and they helped us right away but what happened next was a complete disaster. It was a small lady who did my nails her station was a dirty mess didn’t even say hello or really asked what I wanted.. I had to asked her for coffin nails and they came out looking wider then the square shaped nails even after telling her to please file the sides more . Nails and diamonds are completely uneven and different sizes even after asking her to please fix it. The nail polish wasn’t even put on properly as you can clearly see on the pictures. Not to mention she kept getting up to wax eyebrows without even really letting me know and 95 % of the time she was doing my nails she was talking on her phone and texting literally at the same time as she was doing my nails it was so unprofessional we will Never be back here again worst nails and service I have ever gotten hands down and of course she lost out on a $10 tip I always give. Now I’m going to have to soak off the nails and do them again not even worth $52 Take your business elsewhere !!

Monsters mama I went in for a full set. Wanted Halloween nails, let him choose design. Have been complimented so many times on my nails. When he did my nails, je didnt ebem catch the skin beside it so didnt leave any wounds. Will definitely go back again.

It’s a lovely couple that owns this place and they are very sweet and informative about all your professional nail supply needs and equipment. For reasonable prices and amazing discounts.They have literally everything you could possibly need for professional use to do your nails. From gem stones, to acrylic powders, nail tips, and even pre cut stiletto tips. You name it I’m sure they have it. Been going here for 4 years now and I just love their nail supply store. I am not a paid person to make this review I am genuinely happy for their services and wanted to share my years experience with everyone to ensure their ongoing business.

L I spent 34 bucks and now I don’t have to go to a nail place and pay $40 for dip. I did it myself at home and they look just as good!

Not even the atms charge u that much and I got two powders that were the same size and the tag on the shelf said 7 and he said that one was 12 when it didn’t say that on the shelf and there’s barley anything priced he gives you any price he comes up with I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you wanna get ripped off honestly , I didn’t even get a lot of things either for it to be this much

teciasexy08 I told them I wanted stilettos. The job they did was not stilettos. They shaped my nails croocked which caused one of them to break half way within a week so o took my nails off sooner than i imagined. Paid way more than I should have bc they were throwing in charges I wasnt aware of! Claimed they put gel in my toes but the paint started chipping after a week which had never been my experience getting gel. Other than that they do know how to do nice designs and they are friendly and they do try to hurry to get you in a chair. Just make sure your on their butts about specifics. Edit: oh yeah and they beg for tips! They kept bickering with each other about whos getting the tip from me and then would periodically tap me through my services telling me to give the tip to them and not the other one. Ridiculous!

Rosa Munoz I was there for pedicure. They ask you if I want this wanted that , my manicure wasn’t done had full set nails, no matter I always tip. This one lady was in front of me saying tip $ 5 repeatedly I was damn end up paying $90 in total, pedicure with design, full set with gel, eyebrows and mustache. They charged me extra $7 or $10 more bcuz they forgot to charge me about my mustache. Bad experience haven’t been there over 5 years came back leaving with a disappointment. Wanted even nails on toes she made them shorter and hand nails were so squared. SMH

The lady who put on my eyelashes used excessive clumps of glue and the she had me hold the fan and the extensions, next day some lashes were separated and I went back to fix and she charged me $9 so I paid but she added more glue and more extensions 3rd day at work right eyelashes separate with my natural eyelashes …. Terrible service I DO NOY RECOMMEND AMYONE HOING HERE FOR EYELASHES!

One thing I dont like is how the owner and other employees act and get mad when you request someone specific!!! Its unprofessional of them to argue with each other in front of customers and with customers!!!

I told the lady I wanted to get a full set and that my mom would get a mani pedi. She looked at me and then looked away without even saying anything. After waiting for about 30 minutes because there is only two ladies working and they had a customer, she finally Told me it was my turn. I described what I wanted and she said it would be 25. I said ok and gave her my nails. She told me "pay me now" I was like "?????? I pay before? Thats different" she said "then go find somewhere else that charges afterwards" . Shocked, we left. Mean ass lady!

Helen Johnson Nail Time is the best! Ive been doing my nails with Vince for over 10 years!! Annie does my pedicure. Vince always makes my nails look perfect! I do acrylic and gel nails. Just make sure you book an appointment ahead of time because its only two people and they get busy, especially in the late afternoon.

I was in the area and desperate to get a manicure and polish, so I stopped in during the day...Not peak hours at all, but they acted too busy for me. The man that greeted me upon arrival was rude; I just smiled and asked again if someone could give me a manicure and polish. He acted like he didnt want me there; it was awkward. A lady was walking by and I nicely asked her if I could get a manicure and polish; she just kept walking and asked me questions about acrylic nails and gel polish. I told her I didnt have acrylics, just my own nails with gel polish and she smirked at me--How utterly unkind and unprofessional. I felt like I was begging them...I turned around and walked out. Although I have a lovely nail shop/spa I go to on a regular basis, Im in this area often and thought I could catch a quick mani and relax a bit...This is not the place to do so!!!

stogyloco Omg never again I will come here. Reasons y I get my pedicure is because of the callicus removal and the lil massage but nope not at this location. Plus they do it old school with a foot bucket I guess u call it in a fancier way a foot spa if that cause they dont massage ur feet. Anyways Im over it. Plus she didnt even get a simple design correctly its jus blue and a white like above the blue. Im not gonna pay a high price its not worth coming here

Chelsey Hook ThiS place is by far the worst nail shop I have been too. The lady doing my nails spent maybe a half hour at the most. Within a hour of leaving one of my gel tips broke because they were way to thin. Then after looking at them more closely I had 3 nails that were totally crooked. I went back the next day and was telling her how they were not straight, broke within an hour of having them on. And way to thin. She told me no she would not fix them only the one that had broke even though I had paid $50 gory full set. She was rude and when she fixed the brokwn one it turned out worse them the rest of them. This place sucks!

Kelsey I am not one to leave poor reviews however, after waking up this morning and feeling the pain from the pedicure, that was the final straw. Came to get my nails done for my wedding due to all the great reviews. Last picture is the inspo I provided- wanted that with almond shape. Nails thankfully look good from far away however, they are poorly shaped and bulbous. The pedicure I thought was fine, but woke up the next morning with the side of my toe red, swollen, and painful. Most likely a bacterial infection from poor sanitation. It hurts to walk on, and is less than ideal when I am going to walking on it all day in heels for my wedding. This was $120 for the cheapest pedicure and a full acrylic set. I feel like I wasted my money and they did not set me up for success for my wedding day. Just hope my toe doesn’t get worse so I don’t have to go to urgent care morning of my wedding. Also just an FYI, they do the mani and pedi at the same time, so it is not relaxing whatsoever as you are crossing your arm over the whole time and trying to keep still and balance the curing lamp on your lap.

Received a pedicure and manicure at the same time, which was nice for saving my time! Pedicure was nice and relaxing, very nice! Manicure was luminary with French tips and chrome top. Haven’t had my nails done in 3 years. The tools she used made my nails hot so I told her and she was accommodating to make me comfortable. Only downfall is my nails have these tiny bumps probably from not cleaning them off before applying the polish.

You would want them to rush when they’re doing your nails. Just remember just to be polite and wait because they’re work is worth it

Alex was very patient with me when it comes to my hands tensing up lol And she was really relaxing to talk to you both did a great job and will be returning to do service with them pictures down low what I asked for versus what I got they did a pretty good job

Peggy Villa I have not gotten my nails done since COVID closed everything for a while, so I was overly exited when I found out that they not only open but taking walk ins. They have the proper safety glass and all employees wore masks the entire time I was there (even when I was the only customer). The guy that did my nails did a great job! Will definitely be coming back

Alejandra Santana If I could put less stars I would. everything was very fast, the service was super fast and I didnt even realize when it finished, I thought it would be worth it because their prices are quite high even though my manicure and pedicure was simple. I went on Tuesday and today is Friday and my nail suddenly blew off. PLEASE DONT GO THERE... EVERYTHING IS BAD AND THERE ARE MANY FLIES FLYING AROUND

lucí m went to this place yesterday for the first time and the people were nice. I got a design done and I did enjoy it but the reason why I didnt like this place is because the nail shape that I usually get didnt come out how I personally like it also it hurt really bad when the lady was doing my nails and this never really happens at my other nail shop also if youre gonna get oval / almond shaped nails dont come to this place because they do them so weird especially the thumb (Ill insert a picture) but other than that the people were nice it was okay I guess 4/10
