Rominna Garcia I have been to many nail salons in my life, but this is by far the best place I’ve been to. I have been here many times over the past 5 plus years and can’t believe I haven’t done a review yet. They are always clean and friendly it does get busy but I have never been there for an unreasonable amount of time or had to wait very long. The receptionist or owner I’m not sure but she is so friendly and sweet it feels good walking into the salon to her welcoming presence. All the girls there are friendly and nice they do a good job I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them for a mani or pedi I’ll go to any of them but if I’m doing a full set I will definitely go to Dee. If you’re looking for a good place this is that place you won’t be disappointed.

Jacqueline LaGrange Favorite nail salon in the Bay Area. Affordable and great service. Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for a while now and they do the best job on our pedicures. We get the Sugarcoat Special. It has this jelly that makes your feet feel amazing afterwards. I recently got acrylics for the first time and they turned out amazing. Bebe is our favorite but everyone there is excellent. Highly recommend

Estefani Ocampo Got my nails refilled by Jen And pedicure by Lee both did a great job. Facility is always clean, staff is very polite. When I request appointment by yelp I get a response very quickly. The owner is a sweetheart very accommodating. They have very cute kids chairs for pedicure. 1st time visit my technician was on her phone having video calls I wasnt a big fan of that.

Juliecita This place was okay they fit me in last minute, unfortunately the way that the place is set up is a long bar counter kind of thing, its all one table and the nail tech stands behind the bar and mine was standing the whole time and made me feel as if she was in a rush, so I felt as if she wasnt actually taking her time. She nicked me a couple times on my fingers which was a little frustrating, overall the outcome of the polish color was great. But Im going to have to give it to Stars just for the service

I recently went in for a regular pedicure cause I had ingrown toe nails . Tina did such a great job taking them out . They used to be so much more swollen & it was even hard to walk . There much better now . I definitely recommend you guys going they have different types of pedicures .

Anda M. I came here for Pedicure and Gel removal “ not powder “ gel that should be removed manually with nail files. Lady who doesnt speak english wrapped my nails in foil and use nail polish remover, or some acidic liquid for paints and left on my nails too long , after that she used electric machine to “ drill deep into my nails and removed all layers of my nails , damaging my nails to the core . Only when I felt actual pain I told her to stop . It was too late . I am in so much pain that I cried the night and morning after . I came to have my nails done and they made injury on my body . I can sue them . The pedicure was ok . If she was tired and could not do it . She should say come next day, or ask other lady to help her. I am prone to infection Now . Instead she was rushing to do it in not proper way . Just thinking about profit . Its My b day this week and Holidays . Now I can’t have my nails at all for the next 6 months .I am in Big pain that I cannot help my child to dress, or do basic life functions. Other lady just said sorry and fully charged me for Pedi and said I dont have to pay for “ removal “ She made my fingers disabled and left me in pain . I am not bad person to ruin someone job , but they should be accountable for this .All my nails are totally removed all layers of it Its just soft skin underneath and bones .Will take me 6 months to grow my nails, plus I am prone to infection and further injury .I am writing again 3 months after my nails never recovered. I have a damaged mail bed and the owner never called me as written below . I would expect at list free treatments in the future :( Last picture in my nail 3 months after .I can’t even place extensions on this

I visited this place for my nails, first of all they didn’t listen to my requirements clearly so they had to redo my nails.. I requested them for a sample nail colors pallet to choose colors like any other spa. The lady who was doing my nails said they don’t have one, They just do by referring photos that we show. I was amazed, but later I saw the sample was shown to other customers. While doing my nails she continuously hurt my nails I almost got blood in few nails, photo attached. Over all had a very bad experience, they invested fear in me to do nails in future.

Rachel deLahunta My gel manicures from Diva nails last longer, closer to 3 or even 4 weeks still looking decent, compared to other salons Ive gone to in the area where my gel manicure will start chipping before the end of the first week sometimes or beginning of the second week. The prices are better at Diva nails than other salons Ive gone to in the area as well. The service is great too, I enjoy my visit each time.

Shristy Agarwal I’ve been to this nail bar a couple of times, before Covid, or during that timeframe! I’m not sure I’ll be back after my latest experience. First off, if that mattered to you, they’ve dropped the 5% cash discount to just 3%, and they don’t give out stamps anymore, which was kind of disappointing. Small perks like that make a difference, you know? On the bright side, Tiffany was amazing! I had a hard time narrowing down a color (I mentioned like 5-6 options), but she really took the time to help me find the perfect one. She did a fantastic job with the filing, paint, and cleanup too. Big thumbs up to her and the other lady who did my hand nails! (Sorry she didn’t have her name on and with all the other conversations on I couldn’t fit in the, oh what’s your name).. That said, the overall experience wasn’t great. The manager was a bit weird, and the team seemed rushed. She had this strict “teacher face” vibe and made me feel like I was wasting everyone’s time for taking a few extra minutes to decide the color for my feet and hands. Sorry, I’ll do my “homework” next time, right? It stressed me out and took the fun out of it. Also, the massage they do is so basic—it’s really just lotion on your arms. Nothing relaxing about it. Pricing is pretty standard, I mean this is how much it costs in a good-looking nail bar. Again on the bright side, the salon is pretty and well maintained! Parking is easy, loads available in the shopping complex. They seem to stay busy, so definitely call ahead to check availability. At this point, I think it’s time for me to try out some new nail bars and see what else is out there. I would have appreciated a warmer and welcoming experience overall, for the time and money put in.

Bing Goldsworth Ive been going here for a few months and they are the best nail place Ive found in the South Bay! I have had my nails done by several of the artists, and each one has been equally amazing! Super friendly & top notch staff! I also love this place because it is very well ventilated and you cannot smell all of the typical nail salon odors.

Forest Sunseri Ive lived in Campbell for 15 years and ever since VNB opened I’ve gone here. Recently though I have questioned why. Aside from Helen who is friendly and puts effort into making sure my nails look good, every other nail tech I’ve had has had a bad attitude and over charged for poor service. I feel bad leaving this review because the owner is so nice but this time I left confused on why I left a tip for once again nails that look cheap. I came in with long almond nails and wanted to change it up by making my nails shorter. I kept in mind that they charge $10 if you want any other nail shape but square but being that they where previously almond cutting them shorter would naturally give them a coffin shape- yet my nail tech argued with me that I needed to pay extra money to make them look EVEN. Now I have lump weird random length nails that I spent $90 on. Ultimately the customer service once again was very poor. Next time I’ll go to KNB where I can count on my nails looking great without being overcharged. I’m honestly disappointed, I live right around the corner and would hope that any establishment would treat its paying customers with care and hospitality.

Barbara I go here often because it’s pretty close to where I live and typically have a pretty good experience but rarely 5/5, I think it really depends on the nail stylist you get because I’ve had one or two that were pretty quick and not careful with my nails and it turned out just okay. Usually I get French manicures too which I feel are pretty hard to screw up. Had a great time this trip, including pics of the chrome nails I got below. Average pricing, definitely not cheap if that’s what you’re looking for but they get the job done. The superstar is the man that mans the phone and desk, he’s super kind and welcoming, great charisma!

Sharlene Flesher For a no fuss pedicure, this is my favorite place for it. Prices are super reasonable and it is a big and beautiful location. Tiffany is the best at making sure you are comfortable and happy, and I also enjoyed working with Lisa on my first visit. I like that they have many options that are quick, and not every pedicure has to be a long drawn out ordeal. But if you do want that, they have those options too! I came here for proximity and price, and I return because the selection is great and it’s always an easy experience. My color also always stays on forever even though I just do normal non-gel color.

Margaret Gabat Clean salon, friendly ladies and quick service. Ive been going here for at least 15 years now and I dont want to go anywhere else. Best times to go are during the morning and early afternoon on weekdays. They get busy on weekends and parking gets full in the shopping plaza.

Mai Yang Im not a person who gets my nails done often. I went in today for the first time to pamper myself for mothers day and I had a great experience. Walked in and the gentleman in the front was welcoming asked what Im there for. I wanted a simple manicure and just color, no extensions, fake nails or acrylic. I went for the eclipse package. And the nice petite lady Quyen, who worked with me was so sweet and friendly. She suggested gel to make it last longer, so that was added. I told her I wanted nude/pink color and she found one exactly like I imagined. She was so light with her hands and gentle on me. We had small chit chats and she made it fun for me. She gave me a quick arm massage which Im surprised she still got grip and I told her that she is strong and she immediately lift up her hand because she thought she was hurting me lol. No I was just commenting her because Im more of a deep tissue type of person. I thought that was really funny. She will randomly ask me if Im ok or if she hurt me in anyway through the whole process and I thought that was very caring and kind of her. Overall finished under an hour and cost me $40, without tips. My nails came out very pretty and Im happy with the results. It looks better in person than in the photo. I would definitely come back. And recommend to those who wants a simple manicure done.

The atmosphere of the place feels so friendly and calm. The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and asks for your input and advice on your nail to make you love them, and everything is perfect to your liking. They even offer a $3 discount if you pay in cash.

Ale C The lady that did my nails (acrylic ones) destroyed my nails, she used a smaller tip on my nails and I didn’t know (of course) and that damaged them terribly creating dip as you can see in the photos. The service was rude, I was feeling like a 8 years old while she has holding my hands grabbing them without care, I got blood on my cuticles as well… overall horrible.

Danielle Sinclair I was a last minute appointment today, and Lan was able to fix my nails that looked awful. She did a lovely job with the builder gel and kept my nails looking natural which is exactly what I wanted. I could also hear from the woman next to me that she was extremely happy with her nails, and she got an intricate design and some gems for Valentine’s Day. They were also beautiful.

Harika Madarapu If i could give less than a star i would do it! I had my nail extensions done here. I had a plan to go to alaska and asked them for northern lights theme on my nails, i even showed them a reference picture. The lady doing my nails doesn’t know how to do it. She called the owner and she came there showed her a nail which didn’t turn out to look like what i asked though. But, since they were in a hurry i was okay with that. Within two days the color on my nails started to peel off but since i was on a vacation i called her after i returned hime maybe after 8days. The lady was telling it’s quite normal for the nail color to peel off if you don’t maintain properly. I always keep my nails for atleast 2months and this never happend to me. I even had pain on two of my fingers . When i called she told she can’t refund my amount but she can fix it. But, when i walked in after 2days and asked her to remove my nails she was not willing to that. Worst customer service and the owner was too arrogant . And all the nails look like they are about to come off look ar the corners . And this is within a week This lady is clearly lying look at the screenshot attached which shows the payment made on 8/27 and she says 8/7. I never asked her to adjust the nails or redo the nails. Why would i ask them to redo when I didn’t like them at all in the first place. She was the one who told she would redo it for free on a chat and when i went in there she started arguement when i asked her to remove my nails.

Stacy Dickinson Don’t go to this location. Made the mistake of coming here while running errands and should have gone to prune yard. Got my nails done with dip powder on Thursday 8/4. The very next day 6 nails were cracking and chipping. It’s now been 5 days and I’m taking them off because they have cracked so badly that they get stuck in my hair. Pictures are from one day after and four days after. Should have just paid for a básic manicure and gotten a massage, cuticle trim and nail polish that wouldn’t ruin my nails.

caitlin martin They make appointments for you without you even doing so. They send other peoples credit card info to strangers. No complaint gets handled. There are many appointments for me that I never made and they wont stop doing it.

Mark T Not much of a pedi guy but my feet needed it bad before my Vegas pool party trip. These girls were amazing and very accommodating. Gentle but was able to clean out the crud from between my toe nails with out removing my toe nails. Highly recommend.

Mayra Deleon I booked an appt with CC, and she texted me if I could come in earlier. All the staff were welcoming, and CC sat me right away. The whole time I was there, it felt different than a regular nail salon. The vibe CC and her staff have is amazing. Sophia did my pedicure and made sure that I was doing OK and that she wasnt hurting me, which was a plus to me. Sophia also introduced herself at the beginning, which no one has ever done at a nail salon before. CC did my GELx nails and I am in love.

Gabriela Marengo Wish I would have known there was no refunds! I got my nails done friday of last week. Same day one of my nails broke... I had to go back to get it fixed. I went back and drove with 40 mins of traffic... only for two more nails to break of the following day. the shop is located in a super congested area where traffic is horrible, going back every time for broken nails when they arent even a week old is not realistic and a huge inconvenience for a mommy of 2! I asked for some sort of refund not full as i know products and time was spent but they do not do refunds. It is not fair to have poor work done and be punished to drive back every time to get them fixed. I will never come back!!!! AVOID THIS SHOP! YADIRA DID MY NAILS. THESE 5 star reviews are not it and the instagram fooled me!!!

Tram Nguyen I love CC Nail Bar! They just opened, so it’s perfect because I am able to get any appointment time I want. I recently went to get gel X done by CC herself. She’s super detailed and takes her time with me. I never felt rushed. She was always checking with me if I liked the shape. My nails look amazing! I went back to make an appt for my husband and I to get a deluxe pedicure here. The massage chairs are AMAZING! They’re better than any chairs we’ve ever been on at a nail salon. My husband loved his pedicure by CC. She gave him the best foot massage and he fell asleep twice lol. I love my toes and would 100% recommend CC Nail Bar to everyone.

Kelly Morris The only nail salon I’ll go to. I’ve been going now for at least 10 years for gel manicures and regular pedicures and I’ve never once had a bad experience. The ladies are kind, talented, thorough, and genuinely want you to leave with nails you love. I don’t ask for a specific person because they’re all top tier.

Stacy Dickinson I’ve been going here for years and the quality has been better in the past but you just can’t beat the price. Everyone is really nice but sometimes the attention to detail is lacking. My last pedicure my nails were not cut well and the nail polish was not very good but the massage and overall pedicure services were great. Make sure you check before you leave and get everything you want!

Leona Messink I am very picky with my nails, and when my regular nail salon was temp closed for refurbishment I had to find another salon as I had a trip planned. Based on the reviews I decided to try Pedi Nail Lounge. Mai was very welcoming and friendly and the salon is also welcoming, bright and very clean. I have no complaints with my regular place but wow, what quality and service. Kim was amazing, she really took her time. I had an acrylic fill and usually I am in and out in about 25 mins, and it took nearly an hour here. Not a complaint, the extra time was so worth it. Kims attention to detail is not something I have encountered before, she did a beautiful job. The prices are very fair and competitive with other salons, and parking is very easy. I am so happy with Pedi Nail Lounge, they are now my new regular salon (sorry previous place) and I will definitely ask for Kim again next time. Highly recommend them!

Rachel Salinas This is by far the best gel manicure Ive ever received. I recently removed my acrylics and usually Ill get a gel manicure after. I decided to get a gel manicure at Scott and Benton nails for the first time, and typically my nails will feel frail and weak. That did not happen this time! This is the strongest gel manicure Ive ever had. I got them done after two weeks but I easily couldve gone another week or two before getting them done. She also has an amazing selection of colors. Any any color you can think of she will have it. She takes her time which is why the manicure lasts so long. For me to get a gel manicure it took about 45 to 50 minutes, which for me is the perfect time to spend in the chair. I love that I can make an appointment and get in on time anytime I need to come. I will be making this my regular place for nails. My gel manicure was $30

Adrienne Martinez Went there for a gel pedicure. It literally took the girl 2 hours and 15 minutes! The lady seemed inexperienced and did not address my ingrown nails. I had to tell her twice. And even then did not fix them. I had to go somewhere else afterwards. I was quoted one price and then when I went to pay, it was $10 more.

Florencia Quiroga I loooove this place, the staff is so welcoming, kind and loving. I get silk nails done for the last two years. Gel nails had damaged my nail so much and silk it’s been amazing for me. They last me for so long without breaking or chipping at all, I literally go every 3 weeks once my own nail has grown enough. Prices are reasonable and again the attention is amazing!

Janet Uhlir I wanted to have my hair cut, bleached, and dyed pink, and Hunny had an appointment available and was affordable. The appointment started at 3:30, and she spent until 8:15 pm, after closing, working on my hair. The bleaching took a long time because I have a lot of hair, even after getting it cut from mid-back to shoulder length. She recommended leaving it natural at the roots, which I wasnt sure about, but I ended up loving how trendy it looks. She mixed a cool magenta pink for me, which still looks great after a few washes. Heres how it looks now, over a week later and still looks fresh. Thank you, Hunny!

Xiao Wu Great nail salon with much attention to details! They welcome me immediately after I walk in. Provided water and snacks. Lots of colors, and she did an amazing marbling effect after i showed her a inspo picture! I also loves how they include pricing on their website.

Vivian This used to be my favorite nail salon for when I needed a gel manicure, so it hurts me to write this. I enjoyed coming here because the service was great and I was always greeted with a water bottle and banana chips to snack on. Its a nice touch! I recommended this place to my girlfriends when we needed to get our nails done for a trip, and unfortunately, that would end up being my last visit. I thought that the visit was fine, despite the workers there being more chattier than usual. I didnt think too much of it. When we left, my girlfriends told me to never go back there again. Two of my friends understood and spoke Vietnamese, and they told me that one of the workers there wouldnt stop talking about me. Turns out, she was making fun of my hand eczema. My friend told her that she understands her, and that she should stop. It was overall a disappointing experience. Ive dealt with bullying since childhood, but did not expect this to happen as an adult. I do not wish this business any ill will, but I do hope that the owner reads this and tell the staff to do better.

Hana This has been my nail spot for the past three years while in law school. I went to several other places before finally coming upon this one and when I did- I never let anyone else do my nails. Wendy is the best. Before Wendy, I thought it was normal for acrylic nails to fall off after 3 weeks or so. However, with Wendy, my acrylics stay in tact for over a month. Wendy is so talented, gentle, and amazing. Wendy and these ladies are magic! Love them.

Georgiana Tugui Took them 3 hours to do acrylic, never come back again, this is the second time I came to this place and second time taking too long. didn’t listen to my instructions asking many times to do the nails shorter now one of my hands has bigger nails than the other one. If I’d ask again to make them shorter I would probably waste another hour, never again. Been to other nails salon but never took this long. Now I have to fix them at home wasting more time with my busy schedule.

Joyce Ho Popped in today as a walk-in around 5:30pm - it was a few minutes drive from my work. Was immediately greeted by a lady (I didnt get her name), but she took care of me for my pedicure! I rarely get pedicures except for special occasions so I always splurge when I get a pedicure. I got the deluxe gel with chrome on top! The lady helped me pick a really nice nude color and the chrome went perfectly with it. Think Hayley Bieber glazed donut outcome (not posting no free feet pics here). The ambience will chill with some music playing in the background. The lady who did my pedicure checked in with me periodically as well when it came to the temperature of the water, hot stone and towels. Overall, I had a great experience and love my nails!

I was there b mistake because its 2 nail salon on that area, but I didnt cancel my appointment because I thought its not right just dont show up in last minute, I went there with hope to get a good service and maybe I can be there customers but Amy was so RUDE with me in each question I asked about the difference of the products she gave me an attitude. She was so nervous and cute one of my nail! I dont recommend this unprofessional with zero customer service salon at all.

Pallavi Benegal Kearney Love Royal Spa and Lounge! All of the nail technicians are wonderful, but I go to Amy specifically who is so gentle and takes her time doing my mani and pedi. Never have I ever had bad service there. The salon is clean and very well kept. I highly recommend Royal Spa and Lounge for all your nail and waxing needs. Iknew is awesome with her waxing skills!

Bo NaKoa Amazing work! So detailed. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’ve been to most salons in Campbell but not going anywhere else again. It’s tucked away off Bascom, 3 minutes from pruneyard but once you find this gem you won’t look anywhere else. The ladies are so friendly and passionate about making sure you’re happy. Pedicures take at least an hour curated and detailed to your liking. Family/ Female owned small business, that deserves all the credit. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Carolina I had taken time off work and drove all the way from Gilroy, where I work, only to be told that my appointment had been canceled by my usual nail technician due to her mistake of double-booking. After that, I was feeling upset, but THANK GOD, I found this nail salon nearby. From the moment I walked in, they were so attentive and kind. I can be hard to please because of my perfectionism, but I was extremely happy with the results. The male nail technician did an amazing job! He put so much time, effort, and attention to detail into his work. I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices were. I’ll definitely be coming back! I got acrylic over my natural nail with a white tip, and I was so impressed with how well they turned out. The two female staff members were also incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend their nail salon!

Hang did my nails 3 times, and she was consistently meticulous as well! So grateful that Ive found a place I can trust my Mani/Pedi to! Kim did a marvelous cat eye gel manicure for me. Its the first time I tried cat eye. Even though I know cat eye shows much better with a dark background color, Im afraid of the dramatic dark color. The light color with a darker shade as accents worked well.

Emma Payne I always get my extensions here, I’ve gotten both Gel x and powder extensions. Jolie is the best nail technician. She has great attention to detail and the nails last without breaking. She is able to make changes if you have a problem with something, which I appreciate. Price is reasonable too. I’ll keep coming here as long as I’m in the area.

Alicia Johnson This place was recommended to me by a woman whose nails I admired. My daughter was getting her nails done for prom and I needed a fill so we went one Saturday. Will definitely be back. Quality work and our nail techs took their time but didnt take forever. I was iffy on what exactly I wanted and they helped guide me. Also my old salon doesnt do brow waxing so I was pretty jazzed to find that this place did. Im not going to complain about price. Nails are expensive and for as freaking good as our nails (fingers and toes) came out, totally worth it. I did fail to see that they were cash only but they do have an ATM and will accept Venmo or Zelle if you dont have anything else. Definitely with the price and the drive

Edi B Please THINK TWICE before thinking of visiting this salon!! I came in today with the impression me and my boyfriend were going to have a calming experience for my full set and a pedicure. The rude nail lady ‘ Kim’ seemed to have been interrupted from her lunch to do my nail set. She made me uncomfortable the whole time with her small gestures and unpleasant vibe. My boyfriend was across from me getting a pedicure and he could tell I was not content .The nails are not terrible but it’s definitely not what I asked for. I let the owner know about my experience with Kim so they can be more mindful about the people they let work there since it takes time, money and patience for these services to be done. She told me she can fix whatever I wanted but my thing was to share my experience at the salon. Mind you I didn’t end up my pedicure done. If this is your nail lady please make sure she is well fed before the appointment or regret your decision on coming back here again.

Evelyn Ruiz Do not go to this place. Yesterday, Wednesday, I went to get my nails done because I will be going on vacation on Friday. They were simple orange nails without any details, it was a refill, and they charged me as if it were a new set. Its fine, I didnt say anything because I dont like to argue about prices; I always like to pay what peoples work is worth. This morning, the polish on one of my nails fell off, I arrived at 12 to get it fixed. When I told them I needed my nail fixed, they all started speaking in their language, and no one gave me a solution as to who would fix it. I waited for them to attend to me, 45 minutes passed, and no one said anything. So, I asked how much longer I had to wait, and they told me another half hour. I told them I couldnt wait that long because I had to return to work, and I left. Today, I returned at 7:10 PM because I saw on Google that they closed at 7:30. When I arrived, Tracy, in a very disrespectful manner, told me that they couldnt fix my nails because it was too late and they had to go home. I told them that Google said they closed at 7:30, and she said it didnt matter what Google said, she had to leave, and they didnt want to fix my nails. I came twice during the day, wasting my time to fix a bad job they did on me. I asked them why they didnt respect the hours they had posted. She responded, "Complain to the owner, dont say anything to me," and turned away in a very rude manner. I know Tracy only does pedicures, but there was another girl doing a clients nails, so I wasnt going to spend more than five minutes doing just one nail. Four months ago, I came to get my pedicure, done and ended up with an infection in one of my toes, which left me unable to walk for a month. I assumed it was just bad luck and didnt complain because thats not my nature. However, this time, their treatment made me feel extremely disrespected.
