Jackie Kalinowski Leanna is absolutely amazing! She did my lash lift and tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the final look is so beautiful and natural. I love how lifted and defined my lashes are now! Emily Martin Today I went in for just a lash lift. My eyelashes are very straight. I’m in love with the curl that Natalie gave me! Highly recommend Natalie. Looks really natural!!! And she was very gentle and I had no irritation in or around my eyes.

Justine Lieberman 10/10 what a beautiful experience! I had a facial with Natalie and my skin is truly glowing, like no filter needed. Natalie was extremely kind and listened to my needs, she seems very informed and even gave me some suggestions that I can do on my own at home to help with the redness in my cheeks. Usually when I have treatments I ask for a heavier hand to help dispel my stress, but this time I asked for a lighter touch and I feel like it was exponentially more soothing. My body absolutely needed the more tender treatment and I left feeling relaxed and have been complemented repeatedly since my facial. The products she used all smelled very nice and were gentle enough for my sensitive skin. I am completely sold on the skin care and will continue using it to maintain this glow and softness.

Holli Fortune I dont normally write reviews but our experience overall yesterday was terrible. First impression is this place is very dirty. The floors are disgusting, the chairs are dirty, even the nail polish ( the little thats there) is unkept, old, goopy, and dirty looking. We had made an appointment but they were not ready for us. They first told us to sit at two chairs that were visibly dirty. When I stood there and refused to sit, she told us to go to two other chairs on the other side of the room. Not much better. They had not been cleaned yet from the previous clients. Still had dirty wet towels on the foot board and discarded supplies in the sink. We sat there like that for awhile before someone rushed by and picked it up, filled our sinks with cold water without any kind of fragrance or salt. We had to ask twice to get hotter water before they got to us. The tools they use here are questionable. All the towels here are disgusting looking. Theyre stained, old and ratty looking, and look dirty even if clean. The tools are just thrown in bins, which made me wonder- do they actually clean them in between customers?! The pedicure itself was lacking. He didnt trim my toes, didnt clean underneath my nails, didnt trim or clean my cuticles. When it came to the callus remover Im pretty sure the plastic wrap he put on my feet were used, and I question the cleanliness of the scraper, along with all the tools ( which is why I didnt say anything about cleaning under the toenails and cuticle) The hot towel was warm and partly dry, he just kind of threw one towel over both legs for a minute and the hot stone he used for maybe two or three minutes. He was rough, rushed through everything, and didnt seem happy at all. My friends pedicure was no better. It was the worst pedicure weve ever had! The only thing he did do well was the polish on my toes. Which was why Im giving two stars instead of one. So basically I paid $65 for a polish change. I would not recommend going here. I seriously question the cleanliness and thats honestly enough for me to never want to go back. Then add that the service was terrible too. I cant believe the place was as busy as it was! Well never go back and definitely wont recommend it to others. And to the staff, you need to deep clean that place, including the chairs! Throw those towels away( they sell big bundles right across the way at Costco!!), buy new polish and organize it, actually give the full services someone is paying for without roughness or rushing, and honor your appointments before walk ins! The place could be nice if you actually cared!

Kathleen L Lovely people, clean establishment, reasonable prices. I don’t know the gentleman’s name but he did a great job with my pedicure!! Took the time to fix a couple of nails that had problems and I was very pleased. Definitely one of the best pedicures in quite some time. My manicure was good as well. Would highly recommend!!! I

E M Outstanding job from BCBC nails! If its not obvious, I have a finger picking problem. I felt safe in their hands here because I have had painful experiences in other places with them not taking caution to my nail beds. The art design is wonderful and I love the details and shape! I will be coming back again! I apologize for not getting my nails tech(s) names. They did wonderful though. Thank you, thank you, thank you! :)

Ofelia Lopez I was a walk in and was helped right away. The whole staff was amazing. Mary did an amazing job. However, I came back two more times and its like she was different person?. She was not like the first time I met her. She was a bit arrogant. She still did a great job with my nails but made me feel very uncomfortable when she demanded me turn off the massage chair because she was painting my nails. I had no idea she was even talking to me . I was getting a pedicure done at the same time, so I thought she was talking to the lady doing my pedicure which by the way did an amazing job and was super nice and friendly. All Mary said to me was "turn it off, I am painting." She said it again and thats when I realized she was talking about the massage chair. That was a bit rude and uncalled for. She didnt even look at me when she said it. Because of this reason, I will never come back here. I had just told my family about this new place I had found and unfortunately will never go back.

Enisio Dos Santos Would never recommend this place to a friend. The owner has no people skills. I went there for months and she never responded when I walked in and said hello. Last time she changed my appointment 30 minutes before my scheduled time so that she could take a walk in and then refused to do my manicure and pedicure like I had scheduled. She said one of the other girls could do my pedicure even though I had specifically scheduled it with her. I did not want the change but they both insisted. Ultimately Amy was in such a rush that my gel manicure lasted 2 days. That has never happened to me before.

Kim N. A++ service in a clean, sanitary, and friendly environment!!! The ladies here were absolutely wonderful - very polite and professional! Their pedi-tubs have disposable liners, which is great! I would definitely recommend this salon to friends and family! I dont remember her name, but my nail tech did a wonderful job! I got a deluxe pedicure, and she was very thorough and took her time. She did the basic pedicure steps followed by a sugar scrub exfoliation - which actually lasted a decent amount of time! Then there was a menthol mud masque with a quick massage, followed by hot towels. Seriously the best part! Last, there was a great massage with oil and lotion. And the polish looks great! By far one of the better salons Ive been to... And my family owns a salon, so Im pretty familiar with how nail salons should operate. Ill definitely come back to get my nails done!

Isabel DO NOT COME HERE. I asked Tina for short nails and she made them long and got mad I asked her to cut them down. She cut my skin and made me bleed and put GLUE in the cut to stop the bleeding. The polish was applied lumpy and rushed. When I complained about it which I hardly ever do , they didn’t do anything about it. The nails also popped off 2 days later.

Zee Q. Come here with your mind set on what you want to do and how much you can spend. Things were going well until I kept getting suckered into spending more and before I knew it, all my grocery money that I needed to do later that day was gone. Almost $100. I didn’t want nail polish so instead of substituting it, I was charged $5 for buff and shine. The man pulled my right arm across myself to do the manicure from only my left side. He didn’t even move his chair to properly do my right hand by sitting on my right. So obviously some cuticles and nails were left not so trimmed neatly nor evenly. They don’t have a hot lavender paraffin wax dip to do a hand treatment but a packaged plastic glove with some supposed collagen liquid to put on. Like the kind you get with a box hair color kit. It’s so not worth it. He massaged my hands up to my forearms and it hurt. The next day I had a bruise on one arm which took a few days to feel better! You’ll be left high and dry with all the sweet talk and perhaps without the shirt on your back and an imperfect mani pedi. I had to trim and fix it up on my own at home and take it easy not to touch my bruise. The icing on the cake was, when I was paying the bill, the man didn’t let me close it and asked up front, “What about tip?” I was so shocked at his brazenness. Not coming here again.

Mary HS I normally really like this place, but the past couple times Ive visited Ive had some questionable experiences. This previous visit the technician took off way too much cuticle and cut me on multiple fingers. Instead of trying to clean it she tried to just keep painting with blood all over my nail. I understand everyone has bad days, and I want to give this place a benefit of the doubt as I have had some good technicians here, but not cleaning a bleed and trying to just paint over it is a little ridiculous. After the bleed stopped the rest of the experience did not improve. Half my nails were not even painted evenly, and there was nail polish all over my fingers that I had to pick off myself after my appointment. You can see from the pics the nails are not evenly painted, and have cuts. Definitely consider a more qualified technician if you can.

Gris M I just visited this place. I didn’t have an appointment and they got me in with no problem. The woman that greeted me asked if I had a picture…I showed it to her she said oh no problem. I asked for a natural French tip. She then asked an older woman to do my nails. The older woman asked to see the picture I showed it to her she said perfect. During the initial steps I asked her to make sure the apex of the nail was not flat. When I asked her this she seemed upset and responded with “I have not yet filed them.” I said “I know I just want to make sure the shape is what I want”, she seemed confused so I addressed the other woman and asked if she could explain she also got upset. I was so disappointed all around terrible service. My nails look ugly, wide/uneven, thick and the color is not what I asked for. Never coming here again. Do not recommend!

Kristien Jones I love this place. The ladies are always very accommodating. The product used is high quality. My gel stays on my nails for almost a month. I love and highly recommend this place. I read other reviews about polish chipping but it may be due to how they treat the manicure. If your hard on your hands polish polish will not last. Overall this place is awesome

She does a builder Gel mani on me + Waterless Gel pedicures and let me say my nails have never looked better. Not only does she provide a clean , safe environment but a spa experience! Olivia Litz for starters there was no pedicure chairs. then there is many stations but only two people working. when i was having my acrylic soaked, she filled up a bowl with acetone. after she was done taking the acrylic off, i told her that there was still acrylic on my nail and she kept telling me to wash my hands. then when she was painting my nails with a clear top coat, to dry my hand she used a mini desk fan. not a uv lights, a desk fan. after i was done and was waiting for my mom to be done, she was arguing with another lady telling her that she had to take her own nails off. to which the lady said she had to go. don’t recommend going there.

Rose Rodriquez Everything started out well. They were enthusiastic and listened to my concerns. That’s when things went downhill. They had other people show for service and started rushing through my service and even jumped up and left my nails unfinished to start someone else’s manicure. He used a rough filing board on the nails of my hand… the type used on hard toes nails and tore up my beautiful natural nails in and effort to rush. My rounded nails are now misshapen jagged nails. The gel polish peeled off the next day with no impact or damage to cause this. Through the clear gel you can see the portions of my prior manicure that was left behind. He tried to cover it by building heavier coats of clear gel rather than fixing it. The polish on my toes after 1 hour still did not dry and wiped right off. It felt like there was oil mixed with the polish… probably not wiped off well after pedicure. I can honestly say this was the worst manicure I have ever received. Definitely not worth the $70 I paid.

Wendy Del Monte These ladies are great. Mani/Pedi $35.00. Tammy and Kim did a great job and are the sweetest. It is not a fancy place and they dont have the big fluffy chairs but you get a great experience and a great mani/pedi for a good deal. They will make you feel like you are valued as a customer.

I have only been going to this salon for over 15-20 years since the beginning. They never raise the rates so I can give bigger tips.

MaryAlice Peng Bellacures saved my nails for my wedding! I had originally gone to a different salon in Simi and they came out looking so sloppy. When I showed them to the girls at Bellacures compared to my inspo pic, they immediately were like heck no, we can fix those. And they did! They squeezed me in same day, had a ton of suggestions for how to achieve my dream look, and were overall incredibly kind and attentive. Lilly did my nails and is a GENIUS. She talked through all my options, showed me how things would look on sample gel nails, and was super detail oriented. She took 2.5 hours to make sure my pearly chrome gel-x nails were PERFECT for my wedding. Even a week later, my nails still look incredible! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Sarah Saint Laurent My husband and I are disappointed in the service we received. We booked lymphatic drainage mani pedis but neither of us received the deep breathing exercise or dandelion tea, my husbands nails were not shaped properly and are still uneven. The polish on my nails is thin in places and doesnt cover my whole nail, the very bottom of my nail near the cuticle was left bare on every single nail and the corners of multiple nails were also left bare. We also didnt get massages on our hands or feet at all, we only received the dry brushing, gua sha, lotion and ice roller. What we received didnt feel even close to worth $280 ($260 for the two mani pedis and $20 upcharge for fancy polish).

Lilly Jordan The Westlake village location is amazing! From the cleanliness to the genuine and attentive customer service. I also value that this salon does everything from gel x, dip, bio gel and even is certified to offer dazzle dry. It was my first time in the salon and I usually get regular polish. However I was educated on the dazzle dry polish they offer. I was highly impressed by the short dry time and adherence! 2 weeks and my manicure still looks flawless! Will be coming back soon for another power polish mani ( dazzle dry). Thank you bellacures and team for giving Westlake this amazing space.

Ruby Fletcher Got a pedicure (gelicure) and my lady was amazing! I forgot her name :(( tonya maybe? She was very thorough and I know this pedicure will last a long time, very clean in the spa, pretty nice reception. The only thing for me was the comfort of the chairs, they are almost like couch chairs and it’s awkward for my height to sit and have my legs comfortable during the pedicure. The techs are also sitting on a rolling stool so I can’t put my full weight on the foot stand they are sitting on without pushing them away! As always I wish the massage was a little longer but they set a 5 min timer which is nice to know you’re getting your full time. I would come back if they had more comfortable chairs

Robyn Weston I went in for a manicure yesterday. I have naturally long nails which I definitely take care of. I’ve never had a manicure that required a drill to remove the cuticles. Not one cuticle tool in sight for my hands. The nail polish didn’t even last 3 hour before turning brown and peeling off in full nail shedding. Perhaps that’s because I was only deserving of one coat of nail polish. Obviously low quality. Now, I have marks in my nails from the use of the drill. I won’t be going back here. They seemed more interested getting a gel polish up-sale than anything else. Disappointing establishment for such a simple service. The nail technician was a nice lady but that’s not what I paid for. A cosmology school would have done a better job.

Cyn Helms Andy did a fantastic job on my new set of acrylic nails and my new hair color/cut!!! The salon is very clean, everyone was pleasant and helpful. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. Appointments arent required but durning busy hours its best to call before you leave if you dont have time to wait. Overall I feel the price was fair to me and Andy. I will definitely be going back. Definitely Recommend ٭٭٭٭٭

Ashley Schroeder I was hoping to have a great experience on my second trip but unfortunately I didnt. Your experience will depend on who you see. Today I wish I hadnt gone in, I spent $65 on nails Im going to spend hours removing when I get home. None of them are the same shape or thickness, she was too distracted to be consistent, and its not what I asked for because she didnt think what I wanted would look good to her so she refused to do it. It was a very quiet appointment and now all I want to do is cry looking at these hideous nails I shouldve never paid for. Just ask a lot of questions before they start, like I shouldve. I absolutely love this salon! I had been hunting for awhile for a new place and Ive found it! Theyre so nice and they are very knowledgeable, far more concerned about my nail health than just putting on whatever. She took the time to explain keeping the nails healthy and doing the dip vs the gel vs acrylic and listened to what I was looking for and how I wanted my nails to look. My pedicure was incredibly relaxing and my skin feels amazing! I cant say enough good things about my experience, Ill definitely come back. I found my new place ❤️

Robyn Glassman Madeleine is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! She is passionate about what she does. She is always welcoming, kind and professional. Her studio is very comfortable and always immaculate. The process she uses on my nails are the best I have ever had. I am a special Ed teacher and I’m constantly washing my hands, using glue, paint, decorating bills tin boards and my nails can go 3 weeks before I see her again. You will be so happy you found her!

Her work is amazing because you can tell she loves what she does. I also love the 1 on 1 environment rather than the loud and crowded nail salon. Book an appointment and you won’t be disappointed!

Madeleine is very detail oriented and really takes the time to do things perfect! She keeps up with the latest and greatest styles and you can tell this is a passion of hers which I greatly appreciate! I also had my eyelashes permed and love it! Her studio is very clean and so girly. A great place to come and pamper yourself!

Francine Andrews I made an appointment here because it is close to my work and I was extremely disappointed. I had a HORRIBLE experience and want to warn others!!! 1. The lady sitting at the front desk, who did my nails, was very rough with my fingers and even cracked a knuckle while pulling on them. I felt rushed, stressed, and very uncomfortable. 2. When she said I was finished, I felt the edges and my nails weren’t smooth. I had to test each one myself by seeing which ones caught on my clothes. When I informed the lady and asked her to smooth them out…she handed me the file tool and asked me to sit in another chair to do it myself. OMG – are you kidding me??? She immediately started working on another customer. 3. Then, I had to wait a long time at the front counter just to check out. I was ignored until I asked out loud, “Can someone check me out please?” The same rough lady took my card and put it in the machine. Then, I was left standing there, again, completely ignored, for another five minutes while she was doing someone else’s nails. I had to ask for the status before I could get my card and receipt to leave. 4. And, the gel manicure, which is supposed to last at least two weeks, began chipping on several nails the next day!!! I had to file and apply my own polish on all of them just to try and save any more from chipping and breaking off. I paid for a gel manicure and, now, I am not sure what product was used??? 5. I want my money back!!! It was the worse nail salon experience I’ve ever had and I would NEVER ever go back there again!!!

C Dubb Great price-stayed late to take me-decent gel mani & reg pedi. Ill go back. Perhaps some of the other reviewers neglected to take into account there IS a cultural difference-but give them a break already! We are all in this together!! They stayed late to take care of me, otherwise, I would have preferred more attention to my cuticles, how straight my nails ended up & the paint job. Crystal Delgado I was a Walk In in need of help with a broken nail that was done elsewhere. Without hesitation Tom not only fixed the broken nail but he redid all my nails so they matched and looked more natural then asked if I liked Skulls and scary movies … YES, and that’s when I knew I found the Perfect person to take care of manicures … both ring fingers got Skulls and my left hand with a Moon to match my love for all things spooky and Halloween. Aaliyah Zapata I never wrote reviews but I got really disrespected from coming in for my appointment. Emily is good friends with my mother but today she really was very beyond rude to me. Im the daughter of my mom that Emily is close with. When I came in! She gets up and starts to say "what do you want to do?" I reply back that "I want only white and to go shorter" she comes and says that "Im confused, and cant speak well." She starts to say that "if I want only to cut only and no paint, and no refill." Which made me nervous and kept saying "ummm" nervously. She kept getting a little annoyed because I kept saying "umm" which I just want to cut shorter and get white only. My mom made an appointment for me to get refills. She knows what Im getting. What got me upset is when my mother came in the lady started to laugh like its funny I cant speak well as she points out. She told my mom that I cant speak and kept saying "umm". I was just nervous and confused about what was going on. My nails arent even good at all. She did my nails that arent even at all. Some are square like sharp square but others arent even square at all. Especially, dont come there because she told me that she doesnt care about my feelings. The way she said it was beyond disgusting! I never seen bad behavior with a nail tech. She really is rude and will be losing her customers of how she is! Today, she lost 4 people at the same time! She thought I was gonna hit her like Im not a type of person who fights. I was trying to express how I felt uncomfortable. She really didnt care about me, or any customers feelings just her business! Dont waste your time coming to a place that youll get mad disrespected for no reason! Find a good place instead and have better customer service!

Renee Saglie My 8 year old daughter and I used to love coming here until she went with her babysitter yesterday and the mail technician kept cutting into her skin (on top of nails) and when my daughter was complaining of the “stinging,” the technician told her to stop squirming. Now my daughter never wants to have a pedicure anywhere anymore. It was a horrible and traumatic experience. We will never go back.

Arina Levintant This place is absolutely the best in the area! I have tried multiple places before and non of them have this high quality of service. The job here is done with love. You feel the attention to details throughout the entire time you spend here. Everything is super clean and you actually feel like you had a pedicure and not like your feet were washed quickly like you experience in many other places. Prices are definitely reasonable so I don’t understand why people complained on that. I had a special pedicure which was absolutely worth every penny for 55$ and a Menicure Gel for 45$. Give this place a try and I’m sure you will visit them very often. I will!

Mercedes Hunt My sister and I had a wonderful visit at this lovely salon. Its new and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. There was good ventilation and no intense nail smell. Cody and Bella gave us a Mani/Pedi with gel polish. The attention to detail was incredible. My nails look great! Their prices were reasonable. It was a great experience and well definitely be back!

I have been getting my nails done for a few years and visits to many salons, but since I found Helen, I have not turned back. Now, my gel manicure is very easy to maintain and I rarely every have acrylic breakage. Biogel is also available. Helen is hands down the best artist ever! Her attention to detail is great and she is always willing to work with the client. She really goes above and beyond the normal mani-pedi. Clean, professional, friendly, and flexible. I find Milan nail salon staff are very accommodating and very pleasant to their clients. Helen, Tom, Tonya and Kim just such wonderful people. They treat me like a family, not just a clientele.

Every member of the staff is kind and does a wonderful job Ive done pink and white fills, dipped nails and acrylics, pedicures and paraffin wax all very well done. Helen does my acrylics they are beautiful and boy do they last! No lifting! Tammy and Tania both do a wonderful! pedicure and I really love the designs they do The prices are competitive and the selection of polishes is wonderful. Helen runs the shop beautifully and is always very welcome and attentive to customers. Helen even found a special liquid for my acrylics so I don’t get the allergic itches afterward like I used to.. The selection of gel colors is great! Please bring cash to tip the ladies directly and if you can pay cash or write a check for the service that helps them even more to keep their prices competitive. Teryn Heninger This is my all time favorite nail salon the owner Helen is just amazing and it’s such a great environment. I have been coming here for over 5 years and not once have I had a bad experience with the employees. 10/10 recommend they are very accommodating to your needs. They also do a great job at doing mani pedis, dip powder, bio gel, gel and much more. Everything is great!!!

kal loul This place is a nightmare. They trick you with pricing. The lady was watching a tv show on her phone as she did my toe nails. I was afraid and thought she was going to clip my toes off. She convinced me to pay extra to get callus removed but did a poor job and I showed her the areas she missed then she blamed me and said it was my feet that are very dry. The manicure was less than mediocre and she kept many cuticles and I kept pointing out areas she missed til I got tired of correcting her. Getting my nails done is usually a relaxing process and this was far from relaxing. I got a clear polish on my nails and literally started to chip off the same day I got them done. I’ve had it last over 2 weeks every time I’ve done my nails at my salon in NYC. I don’t recommend them unless you’re looking for something very temporary. Overall im happy my nails, fingers and toes are still intact because man that lady was not paying attention

Emma Andersen I never post reviews, but have to for Love Nail Salon. I grew up in the area and used to come to the salon when I was younger, since then, it has changed ownerships a couple times. Ever since Tracy took over a few years ago, it’s been better than ever! I drive all the way out from Santa Monica to get my nails done here. They also have bio-gel, which I love and the prices are very fair. Tracy truly cares that everyone has a great experience and is such a kind and sweet person. Today I got a French gel manicure and love it. Highly recommend!
