Savannah Landaverde Cutest baby pink almond nails! This was my second time here with a different nail tech and they took their time to do a wonderful job with the shaping. Ive been going to USA Nails and Spa before here but Ive received my favorite acrylic sets twice in a row. Very underrated spa! :)

Tish V I went in for a manicure and pedicure, what I appreciated was that I wanted something more that just an average pedicure and there were different levels of spa treatments for the feet. It was great, the salon was clean, quiet, they allowed one to relax, and you sit in a spa chair. The person who did me was Tina and she cleaned and shaped my nails without hurting me or going too far. The person who did my hands was great as well. They were cut and shaped. I left very content with the service and price. Thank you

The gentleman that worked on my nails did not rush my nails, even though they got super busy a bit after I got there. Sam finished off my set a little after & they looked amazing. Monica Silva I had the basic service pedicure done with gel polish for $45. The price was good but not the service. Be careful if you get a pedicure the tech was really rough and cut me pretty badly and was unapologetic. I was scared of infection so I rushed to treat it at home. Tools did not look sanitary. The receptionist had no customer service and neither did the techs. Honestly, do not recommend unless you are on a tight budget.

Iam Poopoo I recently visited Euphoria Nails & Spa, and I can’t express how disappointed I am. I went in for a simple nail removal, nothing fancy, but I wish I’d never set foot in this place. The moment I sat down, I started noticing just how filthy everything was. The floors were dirty, surfaces hadn’t been wiped down, and the entire place felt incredibly unhygienic. What shocked me most was the state of the tools. I expected, at minimum, that they’d be sanitized, but they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I started to feel really uncomfortable, but I was already halfway through the process. It’s hard to relax or enjoy any service when you’re wondering if the tools used on you are clean. Honestly, I’m not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this experience was so awful that I had to say something. I wouldn’t recommend Euphoria Nails & Spa to anyone, and I definitely won’t be back. Cleanliness is non-negotiable in a nail salon, and unfortunately, this place is lacking in that department. I will also be reporting this place to the local health department it’s shocking they’re even allowed to operate in these conditions.

Juan Rodriguez The nail tech was great, and I loved how they came out.. however, when it came down to pay, the owner said $25, and then when I saw the receipt, it said $26. I said he charged me wrong and said the difference was due to my payment method was a debit card. I called him out on that and said he needs to tell the clients that BEFORE he rings it up. He apologized, however I told him that he shouldnt be running his business that way. I still gave my nail tech a tip, yet the experience had lots of opportunity.

Mary Lou Markley This is the worst overpriced sloppy work. Had to remind him how to cut and clean the cuticles. Some were older and dont communicate well at all. SOME looked like they should be in retirement. Disgusting; over booking, long waits, sloppy work. Nails HAND & TOES are cut square and edges not trimmed. They are high priced and not very organized. I will advise all my friends avoid this nail salon. We were left sitting for A VERY LONG TIME; AND NO CHECKING ON US. The Old man who did my work should be retired. They are so unprofessional. The receptionist appears to run this shop with short staffing, over booking and poor quality of work done. I will write this review on YELP OUR bill was for 3 of us and over $300.00, dollars. My daughter had a nice one and my twin; but mine was the worst and I complained to the receptionist. WE SAID WE WOULD NEVER GO TO THAT SALON OR EVEN RECOMMEND. WE DID NOT GET $OVER 300.00 DOLLARS OF QUALITY WORK. The only nice thing was the furniture, which does not reflect great work or the People who are doing the work. You should not have to tell or correct the procedure being done, and the communication was a real barrier, and he did not like being told what he had not done. He was skipping my cuticles hand and toes. I dont mind paying for good service ; but this was the worst.

Joy Yatar Hey Everyone! Check out the amazing Halloween artistry that Jimmy created on my nails. It caught me by surprise because I was going in just to get a simple pink color without the bells and whistles. He was getting ready to put on the shine, the finishing touches to my color. At the last minute, he says: “Did you want to do Halloween?” I said: “Sure, okay.” I didn’t think much about it, but I started to see all the details and care as the images emerged from my nails. All I can say is: “Sooo cute!” This hidden gem is nestled inside The Junction at Wagon Wheel. I have been coming for about a year. My nails have lasted up to 6 to 8 weeks, usually because I am too busy to come in. They never chip or break, so it is definitely worth the investment. I get compliments on my nails all the time. All the nail technicians here are talented and there is always someone to help. Green Nails offers a diverse variety of nail treatments, packages, and services so you can leave feeling your absolute best. They also offer wax services. Tammy who also does my nails, almost always does the wax for my eyebrows. She is amazing. Always warm and gentle. She makes the experience comfortable considering she is pulling my hair out with hot wax. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for 15 years + and this has been the least painful experience I’ve had. I am not sure why – in other places that attempted to shape my brows, I have been told my brows were difficult to shape. Tammy has never had a problem.  She has been able to transform my brows to complement my face. If you have not booked your appointment yet, you need to do it soon before the holiday season!

Loraine Cuentas Garces If I could rate this place zero stars I would. To start off I came in wanting a new set and a pedicure and I left with a pedicure and a removal. The staff was not welcoming I felt like I was being judged from the start. Felt like they were being racist to me. Seemed like they didn’t want to do my nails as I waited with my friend and she was in the bathroom and someone was waiting to do her nails as I sat waiting for someone to do mine right next to her. Don’t know what their problem is. Then I proceeded to ask if I could have a full set without cutting my nails and they were very rude about it so I told them I just wanted a removal of my old acrylics. They proceeded to soak my hands in bowl of acetone usually at other salons they take cotton and aluminum foil and wrap it around the nails. My fingers started drying up and turning white. The guy who was going to do my nails left me. Then the person doing my toes kept touching my new tattoo I explained to her that I just got a tattoo and asked if she could be careful but she didn’t care. Then she asked if I wanted lotion for both feet I said yes the classical as in I wanted it all and then she didn’t even put lotion on my entire calves. Then they laughed in my face. I swear I almost cried. They were so disrespectful and mean. Then they ended up ripping my acrylics off even though I said I wanted a soak off. It was horrible I could have done the same thing at home at that point. My hands were white and dry and they let me walk out like that. Later my friend asked for another coat of the color she chose and the nail tech told her no and walked away. It was when the person sitting next to us said “did she just say no, she can’t do that.” And told us about her horrible experience and how she wanted to leave already and we explained ours she then got up and left and wished us the best of luck because they were so bad. The lady then came back and was just really rude to my friend. It was so embarrassing I never felt so looked down upon in my life. I’ve never been treated so bad. I still have dead skin in my feet and I left with small pieces of acrylic still on my hands as well as non buffed nails. I don’t know what type of pedicures or services they are giving but it is definitely not it. Do not recommend at all!! Super bad service and super overpriced for two baseline pedicures and a removal where they just ripped my acrylics off it came out to $86.. Urban nails in Camarillo is my go to spot but any other spot would be better than this.

Kelsey Derrick I left crying. I have only ever had Gel or Gel X. I went in to get my nail fixed and found out I had Acrylics on! After saying 3x what color I was wearing ( Funny Bunny & Bubble Bath) she painted the fixed nail white! When I said it was two separate colors she didnt care and proceeded to charge me. So not only do I have acrylics on for the first time in my life, my thumb is a completely different color. Customer service is terrible! I will never be returning

Natalya Hiatt This place is the worst nail salon I have ever been to and I’ve been getting my nails done consistently for over a decade. I went in with my friend for pedicures and for starters they took way too long for someone to sit down and start on my friend’s nails when they had plenty of nail techs sitting around doing nothing, my friend is Colombian and even the African American women sitting next to us was saying she felt like they were being racist as well because the customer service was so horrible but they were nice to certain people. I got a regular polish pedicure and I asked the woman to put a third layer of color on and she said no at first and I was just so confused and then the woman next to us started questioning it because none of us have ever experienced a nail tech telling us no to an extra coat of color (most places will actually ask if you want 2 or 3 coats). Once the tech heard us talking about how crazy that was she came over and did an extra coat but was very sloppy with it and was incredibly rude. I had plenty of nail to work with and the tech cut and filed my big toe nail completely crooked . The tech also almost cut my skin and I had to tell her “that’s my skin” and pull my foot away. Also they left dead skin on both my friend and I’s feet. My friend came in prepared to get a fresh set of acrylics and asked for a soak off and instead of using cotton balls and tin foil they just put both her hands in a bowl of acetone and didn’t even get all the acrylic off and literally let her walk out with jagged dried out nails that they charged $15 for them to destroy her real nails. It was insane the condition of her nails they let her walk out with. Go anywhere else other than here they are racist, rude, overpriced, and don’t even do the full job or even a decent job. I have no idea how this place is still in business….

Michele Martin The reviews of this place were not very good so I’ve been holding off going, it wasn’t as bad as i expected but it wasn’t anything amazing either. My nails look cute and no one is going to notice the imperfections as much as I will, however when I’m paying $90 i would like it to look a little better. I wanted a more natural look where you wouldn’t really even be able to tell i had gotten them done, i don’t think that look was achieved but they’re still cute. The Pedicure was $28 for a classic and I’m satisfied with that completely (especially because i don’t have the nicest feet) Service was good and the wait was short; it’s close to home so I’ll definitely go back.

I get so many compliments on my cut and color every time I see her. Not to mention the salon has a fun, yet peaceful atmosphere. Its always clean and the staff are super professional and kind. Love coming here!

Julie P Mallory is awesome! I am super picky about hairdressers... but Im so thankful that Im impulsive too. I really wanted to get a Brazilian blowout and I knew if I made an appointment in advance I would have canceled it because of the cost and several other factors. I had a little extra money on my anniversary on June 29 and I decided I was going to try to find somebody to do my hair that day. I went into Michael Kelley salon and Mallory switched things around made time to fit me in for the very long appointment! (4 hours!) Since then Ive been back to her 2 more times for cut and color. She is amazing! Not only is she an extremely talented hairdresser, she is a very sweet person! Im so glad I found my new stylist!

I get my nails done here by Angie. April Im sorry if you and your daughter had a bad experience. But Angie is the best Ive ever been to in the 15 years Ive been getting my nails done. Shes never cut me not once! And my nails always look amazing. When I changed nail salons I actually began to get compliments on my nails by coworkers and family. And the best for last..... Jen, I get my brazilian wax done by her. She is very professional, fast and does her best to make it as painless as possible. But lets face it ladies youre getting your cha-cha wax. Theres gonna be some pain. If this is your first time and your researching for someone to go to shes the one. I just moved to the east coast and Im looking for someone again. ugh!!!!! Oh and yes they are pricey but remember you get what you pay for. If your willing to be a guinea pig and find the right salon for cheap be my guest. But for waxing in such a sensitive area I DONT THINK SO!

Britney Minor Had the WORST massage Ive ever had in my life. First it took me almost a month just to get in touch with the front desk to book an appointment. Then when I finally got an appointment they cancelled days before because they double booked my slot. Spent another few weeks trying to get another appointment (I would have went somewhere else if I didnt have a gift card). Finally have my appointment and my massage therapist Stacy comes to get me from the front 15 minutes late and gives me the worst massage Ive had to date. She also didnt offer water afterwards like they normally do after a massage. Just the worst experience ever.

Tj J This is not a nail salon, they do not provide standard nail services. they’ve destroyed my nails and had the most make shift set up I’ve ever seen, I should have left when they pull out filthy tools with nail clippings in it or the target portable home grade pedicure water machine but I didn’t because I’m not good with confrontation. They drilled my nails so thin it will take months to recover and the set was so horrible when I pointed out the nails were crooked and misshaped they said I still had to pay full price no matter what the nails looked like because they spent their time on it and it didn’t matter. Why they advertise themselves as a nail salon is beyond me. If you found yourself here or that you accidentally made an appointment here from just picking a place…. RUN!!!! do not get this place confused with next door just go there.

Cam Azidsk I will be honest, the first time I visited this place was to know what services they offer. So they did my nails and the result of them were not the best but not the worst. They do not have the UV light lamp so I ruined my nails when I took off. The nails fall off within a week so for me that was ok, I had my reasons why I needed fake nails for brief time. They charge cheap; for what it is giving, it is receiving. On the other hand, the lady did my eyebrows and they look amazing. This is an elderly friendly couple and they try their best, they work hard. Besides, this a peaceful atmosphere.

Shannon Lott my hair stylist while I was getting my eye lashes done by kaleigh who I give a 5 star * * * * * However when the owner and her husband spoke to kaleigh about joining NL beauty kaleigh was upfront with both of them & stated she just had a baby & and hadnt built up a clientele just yet. They both promised when she started at NL beauty she wouldnt have to worry that she was going to be so busy! Susies husband said he was going to go around and market kaleigh as did Susie they would advised & Susie has a big family all girls like 11 or so sisters big family so not to worry. Well with all that said she wasnt worried she was scared to make the change considering how much she would have to pay for rent however with the promise shed be busy she thought it would be a perfect place for her to work she liked everyone @ NL beauty Susie, co-workers even husband. She still loves it there however its been about 6 months approx. and has yet to be advertised on the web page, their Fb page and Instagram page not even the sign in front of the building that was also promised up front not even walk ins So u can only imagine paying rent and barely having a few clients a week!!!!! Do the math if u only make for example $500 that week but your rent "example" is $1200 your $700 in the hole... Its a shame that this is why Im writing this review only because of their promises. "empty promises" Dont promise what you cant fulfill. Because maybe had she know this she would have stayed at the salon she was at and making a Some money & not in the hole every month especially raising 2 small children ALONE! This had to be said and Im sorry because its a beautiful salon nice owners and co-workers. Its the empty promises that got to me. kaleigh is a hard worker and good at what she does Hair, lashes, waxing, Brazilian blow outs, extensions, and more I give kaleigh 5 starts * * * * * I always walk out loving my hair the color, style, and my lashes. I also give the salon 5 starts its beautiful inside and very clean. Kaleigh she doesnt like conflict & wont say anything so Iam being a advocate. lets all help kaleigh if you know her and have had your hair done by her or lashes anything and you like her work please write a review let help her get busy so she can stay where she is and loves @NL beauty

Terri Garvin Shelly greeted me at the door in great spirits. She presented herself very professionally, clean, accommodating, and pleasant. She had great ideas for my hair color and style. She did a glaze on my hair that made it look amazing. She also performed some waxing that didn’t even hurt. My mani/pedi was so relaxing and my feet are super soft. Shelly gives the most amazing foot and hand massages. She has a large assortment of hair and nail colors. Shelly’s also very inexpensive. Especially for as professional and experienced as she is. This is not your cookie cutter massage: He will find the trouble areas and apply all right techniques in his arsenal. For me this included scraping, active release technique, and cupping. So glad I found someone who can really help with my shoulder and hips.

The salon facilities, hair and nail areas looked beautifully adorned and the massage room was just gorgeous. Very relaxing. Everything was clean, smelled wonderfully and very nice music. She listens to me and what I’m hoping for and my hair always looks great. She gives great head and neck massages. It’s such a treat every time I go there. The salon is gorgeous and comfortable.

Shannon Meyers Such a gorgeous facility and lots of fun treatments are available — my husband and Mom and I LOVE Riley’s manicures and pedicures, super luxurious and private and Kelsey’s spray tans are perfection and she even came in on her day off once to perfectly time my tan for a Hawaii trip. Theres lots more, they can handle almost all your beauty needs!

Lupe Ricardez I have been coming to the Ventura location for about 3 years for my biweekly appointments. “Lee” never disappoints. She’s fantastic along with the other staff. They are efficient, professional and great at what they do. The owner keeps her salon very clean and sanitary. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed. Instead, you will leave happy with beautiful nails and feet. They also offer brow clean up.

August Hardie My girlfriend visited yesterday for nails. Ryan declined her initial request to do a special nail design. Then she asked him to do a french tip design... he didnt know what that is. The salon had pictures of french tip designs on the walls... which were pointed out to Ryan as reference. He began and was very rough with her hands, forcing them into positions and not using his words. He was aggressively filing her nails to the point where my girlfriends mother had to step in to ask if everything was alright. Then, using an electric nail file, HE CUT THE CUTICLES MAKING HER BLEED on two fingers. She became very upset but still wanted the job finished. She was extremely disappointed at the finished work: nails were glued crooked, theyre too thick, paint left on fingers, and chunky acrylic left on the under side of the nails. She feels EMBARRASSED having these nails.

Shyann B They provided excellent service and were very friendly. However, I was shocked when they charged me $75 for my 5-year-olds mani-pedi. The menu price is $32, so I questioned the extra $40. The staff struggled to justify the additional charge and eventually reduced the price. Overall, I ended up paying $178 for my full set, pedi, and the kids combo, instead of the $200 they initially requested. The owner later found me in the parking lot, apologized, and admitted she was upset that her staff overcharged me. Despite her apology, I won’t be returning due to this price gouging.

Megan Mikhail Grit & Glam Beauty is my all time favorite place for my nails. The salon itself is so relaxing and welcoming. The salon staff is beyond accommodating and professional. My nails always come out gorgeous- I am constantly complimented and they last so long. I am so glad I found grit & glam, and recommend anyone in the market for a nail salon.

Morgan has truly made this salon a place of community, her attention to detail and care for her clients is unmatched. Mariah Jimenez being someone who has never cared about doing their nails, after going to Morgan for the first time, i was converted. i’ve been a loyal client for a consistent 4ish years and that’s because i can say that this is my favorite part about every month, coming in to this salon to just relax and get pampered is my favorite thing! everything that they do here is always so efficient and well done, all the staff are very sweet and inviting/welcoming, i couldn’t ask for a better and more professional spot to just spend some time at to unwind. i definitely recommend this salon, you will not regret coming here, Morgan is an amazing business owner and will never let you down :) if i could give more than 5 stars i would

I was choosing between two white colors and the lady had no patients AT ALL she showed me the colors and wanted me to choose RIGHT AWAY! She started slamming the nail color on the table saying “WHAT DO U WANT” “and I told her I want a soft white but she told me she liked a bright off white better and she kept getting mad because I wouldn’t choose her color she yanked my hand and really made it seem like I was an inconvenience and unwanted by the way this is in the span of 5mins by the way. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL PLACE . The gentleman was really nice

Krissi Hobbs My mom and I got pedicures and I got acrylic nails. Weve never had a better pedicure! We brought my kids and they were so sweet, every staff member talked with them while we were getting our nails done and it was just the best experience. Our nails look great, everything was clean, price is decent.

Avery Ryan Peter does an amazing job. Took time to perfect each nail. Im obsessed with the quality. Every time I walk in Im greeted warmly instead of rushed along like many other salons in the area.

Amber Lynn I should have read the reviews before going here, just the worst pedicure Ive ever had, it was genuinely stressful. I had to ask for a wet towel and left as fast as I could because the lady mixed in sugar or something with the lotion and left my legs and feet sticky everywhere! I need to take an additional shower when I get home because I couldnt get all of it off. No bottom coat to the polish, and left polish all around my nails on my skin. Almost no massage, but honestly halfway through I just was so put off I almost walked out in the middle anyway. Also, they are priced higher than my usual place by $4 and only take cash, no card like all the other places Ive been to in Ventura. Just terrible.

Gaby F I was extremely disappointed with this nail shop. I arrived at 6:25 PM and asked for a regular manicure, but they declined to serve me. The gentleman, who was already cleaning up, mentioned that they close at 7:00 PM, yet there were still 40 minutes left until closing. Both the website and the sign clearly state that they close at 7:00 PM, so why refuse service? If you stop taking customers earlier, you should update your closing time to reflect that. This is terrible customer service. I won’t be giving them my business again or recommending them to anyone. Bad work ethic! If I could I would leave no star however the system doesn’t allow me too. Do not go here.

Casey Queen I asked for a small heart, which i was told was easy. it came out as a black smudge with black smeared around. none of the nails were uniformed, and all were bumpy. i also bled twice

Cathy Andersen Came here to kill some time while waiting for a phone repair next door. The pedicure was ok, but not worth the price. My toenails have rough and sharp edges and the gel polish is uneven. After sitting down, my nail tech came and put a dirty hot bean bag shoulder thing around my neck. It looked like it had never been washed. After everything was finished, I was told that they ONLY accept cash payments. I had very little cash on me and they told me to walk to Vons to use the ATM there. So on top of the lame pedicure, I also had to pay a fee to use the closest ATM. Never again. They need to have a sign in the front door that says its a cash only business.

Lilly Flores Came in here with two sisters and one friend (who was just tagging along) me and my sisters showed our nail tech our designs and gave all of us an estimate of $55 each. My dad showed up later to check on us, but later once he left, they tried to charge $70 more. Once we confronted them, they had no defence and claimed to had “accidentally” charged my friend, who got nothing done there, for a full set. After they realized she wasn’t being charged, they only took off $30… which doesn’t even cover a full set…Cannot deny that they have great nail techs and do good work, but would definitely not trust them. CALCULATE YOUR PRICE BEFORE PAYING. ASK FOR SPECIFICS AND WHY THEY CHARGED EXTRA (if they did).

Meagan They were in rush to get off work.It was right about closing time and my nails suffered. My full set acrylics came with bumbs and grooves thru out them. The middle finger has a chunk missing right at the tip

Myra Keeney Such a bummer because the lady herself was very nice but while doing a pedicure for me she cut way too deep into my skin and made me bleed. And after 24 hours I realized I had a toenail infection on both big toes. I went to the ER after 5 days or Avon pain walking and they said most likely they didn’t clean their tools properly and infected me and now I have to get the infection cut out.
