Autumn Hazel This place was awful!!! They treated my sister horribly. A hospital is a place where they should take care of people not be cruel to. She had a pseudo seizure because of her anxiety and the hospital staff hit her, threw water in her face and lost her shoes. They did not help her at all. They were extremely unprofessional and cruel.

Taheer Jaan I am a very busy man and I do not have time to leave reviews, but today UC Davis hospital in Sacramento made me sit in the waiting room for 8 hours. I got this time to share my experience. Hope this help some of you who decide to choose a hospital for their love ones: 1. My mom visited the ER for a stabbing sharp pain on her chest above the heart. She has been in UC Davis for 28 hours now despite her heart rate, ECG, and scans look normal. 2. UC Davis hospital does not allow family members to translate for their love ones. They use translation services. The translators are not certified. She was unable to translate for the patient. Lots of information was missing in between. This is unprofessional and unethical. 3. My family doctor in UC Davis recommends over the counter medication rather then prescription medication. She reasons to reduce health care cost. In contrast, UC Davis hospital use translation service paying $120 a hour rather than allowing the family members to translate for free. 3. The hospital does not have the decency to validate the parking ticket for a patient. You must pay $24 dollars for parking if you wanna stay with your love one. While they charge 10 thousands of dollars for an ER visit. 4. The hospital is definitely dirty as all the reviews says. Definitely unorganized and a chaotic. 5. I am still in the hospital. Already been here for pass 28 hours and not sure how long more to be here.

Ashana Rapisura My child was rushed in for suicidal attempts, we waited for a total of 8 hours in the waiting room and we keep seeing everybody else get called while im sitting here with anxiety over my child needing help. Nurses here all they kept telling me was sorry its gonna be a while and that they cant tell me a specific time. Hate this hospital they are dirty here and unprofessional and registration people are hella rude they act like they dont know anythimh and justify shoo you away. Im done here i will never take my kids back here.

Lisa Kirkham I have been going there for about three decades. Love my doctor. The hospital is great too. Emergency room gets backed up but they are great too. It is a popular place and huge. I like that they have specialty clinics for probably everything so no going to outside doctors or hospitals.

ELMentado Chavez Understaffed, 1.5 months to get an appointment with primary care doctor. Rushed through the appointment, foreign doctor not easy to understand. 6/21/2022 - UPDATE: I am still waiting on a referral from that visit which by the way, it was marked as "urgent". I have been paying for almost 3 months full monthly payment... for nothing. So much for "Human Kindness" 6/29/2022 - UPDATE - They said the referral was authorized month an a half ago but no one notified me of my referral. By the time I see the specialist more than 4 months would have passed, meanwhile, the bill keeps coming monthly and I have no choice but to pay it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!

Shirley Ree I always seem to get into the lab within ten min or less when I drop by. They do a good job. But today, cannot find out hours of business. The site says hours may change! Tried Calling with no luck. Response was. "They didnt tell us hours of lab operation today!" Must have Appt now....set up on line.

Sheri H Competent enough care if you can actually get an appointment. Most of the time we have to drive to Woodland to see someone, which is not convenient for us as Davis residents. They used to be open some off hours but no longer, so less availability for more urgent issues. The new urgent care is in Woodland, and no appointment so you have to sit in chairs to wait. Probably better if you live in Woodland. I am switching to a doctor/practice in town.

Jennifer Figliozzi The best medical care I’ve ever received has been at Dignity Health Medical Foundation in Woodland and Davis. I moved here as a transfer student to the University over 2 years ago and I must say that out of all the places in which I have previously resided throughout California, Dignity Health has been by far the best medical care I have experienced. Honestly, it is a major factor that I constantly consider upon planning to move or relocate! Not only is DH in network with private providers but they also see patients covered under Medical-cal. They have modern machines, facilities, and online scheduling, messaging, and personal results included within their online portal, so if you need a prescription refill or have a question for your primary doctor, all you need to do is send them a direct message through their online system (no need to call or schedule an appointment, which is incredibly convenient for patients who may not have the time to go in right away or wait to speak to them over the phone!). Finally, I must mention the exceptional care that has been consistently provided by my Primary Care Provider, Dr. Chiang ,and dermatologist, Dr. Caroll, both who are wonderful, responsive, caring, and excellent doctors! Over the past 2+ years I have not had one bad experience, and if I could provide any insight into how great this facility is it would be this: If youre looking for quality care provided by experienced professionals who enjoy getting to know their patients, this is the place to be. I am, as a patient, just as dedicated to them as they are to me, and I hope to continue seeing them well into the future.

Laura Young I had symptoms of a growing fibroid and they not only failed to recognize it. They put me on a prescription that made it grow due to failing to identify the symptoms. I had to switch doctors and ultimately have 2yrs of treatment and surgery that were ALL PREVENTABLE HAD THESE DOCTORS NOT BEEN SO DISMISSIVE about my symptoms. Had to go to a different clinic to even first get a diagnosis. This clinic and all its doctors are garbage.

fredie mcguy Nice building but many of the employees working here are sub par. The location is clean and safe, the building is well maintained and there are lots of TVs and an area for kids to play. The biggest problem is the staff, especially at reception. The woman working at the front desk has an attitude problem and acts as if she doesnt want to be there. She was rude and provided little help in answering even the most basic questions. The majority of the medical staff take their jobs seriously, but there are a handful that behave as if working at this clinic is not something that they need to take seriously. Also setting up appointments is overly complicated and must be made on average 6 weeks into the future. A better management and change of attitude with many of the employees could really make this clinic into an exceptional establishment, but sadly right now it is sub standard.

Marsha Coupé Five-Star health and dental care in Yolo County. We are incredibly fortunate to have the highly skilled professionals who work at CommuniCare care for us. Every doctor, nurse, dentist, therapist, advocate, social services champion, administrative staff member, lab technician, cleaner, volunteers, and board member are extraordinary. The facilities are thoughtfully designed and spotless. We always leave with a smile on our faces. The community garden CommuniCare hosts in Woodland is fabulous. We have been introduced to new vegetables, freely offered in the waiting room. How many healthcare facilities offer visitors fresh produce? This is everything social medicine is meant to be. We wish everyone in the world had access to such skilled and compassionate care.

Julie Vatuone The team goes the extra mile. I especially appreciate the good care given by John and Lorraine. I wish I had gone to them a long time ago instead of Dignity Healthcare. My life would probably be smoother today.

Carson I went here for prenatal+postpartum care. The midwives are amazing. I saw many and only one was just a bit rude, but everyone else was fantastic and trauma informed. The staff is also impeccable. My son also briefly saw a pediatrician, Dr Phillips, here before having to switch because of his insurance changing. He has absolutely amazing bedside manner. There were a few moments where he just chatted with us about our new baby and really made sure we felt okay, especially while in the newborn stage. Hes gentle, open-minded, and the best doctor Ive ever interacted with, pediatrician or not! If I couldve stayed, I would have.

Jeremy Heavlin-Martinez My daughter has had a great experience with Dr Buss in pediatrics. This site has always been great for pharmacy pick ups and routine vaccine clinics too.

Ivan Castillo Super inconvenient that there is no testing here. On top of that I have never received home covid test from Kaiser and I went to the pharmacy because they were "free" even though my insurance covers them and they still try to charge me for them. Now I have to drive 20 miles to Vacaville to get tested. Ridiculous.

Temps Tramhuong (Angeli) We find the staff, nurses, and Dr. Honwychurch super helpful, friendly, and completely on top of COVID safety protocol. My little boy gets all the care, lab tests, referrals, vaccinations that he needs. We are grateful for the services that we can get Kaiser Davis Medical Offices

Terri Hale Davis Kaiser Alarm goes off at night multiple times a night. It is causing people in the neighborhood to not be able to sleep. Something needs to be done to correct this.

Rosie P The newer 3d mammography machines are so much more comfortable compared to the older machines! And the mammogram staff here is fast, friendly and professional!

sarah alexa As a pregnant women who has established care here to get my ultrasounds and referred by healthcare provider. Sutter front desk has been by far the worst customer experience/ service. Very rude. I do not recommend nor doubt you will get any help from the front desk. They need to be trained on customer service and being helpful with info instead of turning patients away. Other than that the nurses there are great and ultrasound techs they show professionalism and kindness.

Michael Shierloh I have been very impressed with Sutter Imaging in Davis. They have been coordinating my care between Davis and my doctor in Santa Barbara. Marina in particular has been an awesome helper with an awesome attitude. The news I got was not good, and she understood that and went above and beyond.

Nicole Childs Speaking to the supervisor in radiology was very rude and hounding the patient about policies. Speaking to her about having someone in the visit with me while getting a ultrasound she was very direct with a attitude. After speaking to other sutters they are aloud one person in there. I think she needs to recheck her policy and her patience with patients. She needs to have patient satisfaction and care. I was not happy with her in being this way. Very unprofessional and not good with caring for patients.

Michael Goodman As a "senior" athlete with > 60 years of tennis, basketball and football under my belt, my joints are trashed and I have had the occasion to have more imaging studies (MRI, X-rays, CT scans) than I can count on my fingers (and Im on to my toes), most of these at Sutter Davis Outpatient Imaging. I am also a surgeon, in private practice for > 45 years, so I "...know the system." From every vantage point: scheduling, hours of operation, support staff, radiologists, etc. SDH imaging takes the prize. It is a caring, well-run, and responsive department. Thank you for your care!

Girl Anxiety (macanac) When person leaves the hospital, and she is still very sick. It is a humbling moment of the feeling of mortality. The first time in my whole life I felt how fragile and fleeting life is. Although it’s been a hard journey, the doctors and my advanced case manager (social worker) never gave up on me. In fact, Damaris. She is relentless, she cares so much she actually came to work at 6 am to go to my new specialist in San Francisco. She is my advocate she speaks the words when I am incapable. Dr. Erica and Geanie are the example of what true healer should be. I love my doctors. They help me save my life and my social worker is bad ass, you will not drown if you listen and answer the calls. Thank you. How the found me and where I am.

Melanie dalton Absolutely ridiculous! Apparently they “got a new system” so they thought it was ok to ask questions freely, loudly where everyone in the place could hear such as “what is your annual income” and “how many people live in your house”. I guess HIPPA went out the window. Not sure why any of that even matters. We will be switching clinics after today!

Jackie Hernandez First time here and the receptionist just looked at me like I Stupid then looked at me and said you have to wait in line , mind you there was no line when I came in . The sign isn’t in plain sight where it says to line up and wait . Felt very unwelcome by their service . They need to do better . Very rude

Kate Deng Dental receptionist today afternoon 8/26was so rude!!! I wish I had a way and time to complaint her! I am so disappointed and frustrated today. She almost ruined my day! I just wanted to make an appointment!

Erica Varga I had an appointment today with Dr. Martin DuFour, and it was one of the worst medical experiences of my life. I went in to get an ADHD evaluation since it’s something I’ve been struggling with for too long. When I voiced my concerns, he told me that since I am a grad student that I couldn’t have ADHD and that a lot of young people today are just looking to get medication, and that ADHD is way too overdiagnosed. It was very invalidating since this is something that I have thought about for a long time. I also brought up being autistic to which he said that people with autism aren’t high functioning enough to be in grad school, and that if anything I might have Asperger’s, a term that hasn’t been used for a long time. This was also extremely offensive and upsetting, and the terms high and low functioning are seen as offensive in the autism community. Instead we like to frame things in terms of high and low support needs depending on how much you can mask. I made him aware of this which he quickly brushed off, saying “different ways of looking at things, they’re always changing the terminology”, obviously not listening to what I was saying. This was most disrespectful and unprofessional doctor I’ve ever had. I hope that he never sees a neurodivergent patient again.

David L Crystal is completely non-empathetic, reads from a script, and is an outright liar. I live with a debilitating panic disorder on a daily basis. Therefore, I had my mom call the UC Davis Medical Group and gather some information. She had given my name and information and Crystal gave the clear to set me up as a new patient with either Dr. Chung, Dr. Mahoney, or Dr. McKenzie. I wanted Dr. Alan but she told my mom that he isn’t accepting new patients. When I called today, Crystal said she apologized for the “miscommunication” but that no doctors at the clinic are accepting new patients. There was no miscommunication. My mom is articulate, intelligent, and wrote down notes during her phone call with Crystal. Crystal gave no suggestions on what to do and took no accountability. Now, I am left with no doctor to see in Davis when I desperately need one. By the way, after gathering and updating my information, she put me on hold for a couple of minutes. When she returned is when she read the script, “The UC Davis Medical Group is currently not accepting new patients until after 1/1.” I have a sinking filling it is only for people that only have Medicare Parts A & B because after I verified that is when she put me on hold. My mom specifically told her last week that I have only Medicare A & B and that I will have a supplement after 1/1/24. Folks with only Medicare Parts A & B are viewed as second class citizens! The SOLE REASON IS BECAUSE THE CLINICS DO NOT MAKE ENOUGH MONEY OFF OF US BECAUSE MEDICARE PARTS A & B REIMBURSE AT A LOWER RATE!!! Crystal and all folks like her don’t care if people like me live or die!! DISGUSTING AND INHUMANE!!!

Sophia Date The doctors do not communicate with each other about patients care whatsoever, as a research facility they make it very evident they are just trying to find out information from you and then send you away. I had a resident student perform a cortisone injection without my consent, the dr just handed her the needle and told her to go ahead! I also consistently cannot get appointments unless it is months and months ahead of time despite being a patient, and they also regularly simply lost my insurance information and I would have to resubmit almost every time I went back.

Kelly Dawn (Kelly) Dr.Karen Chung is amazing! My family members and I each had a positive experience with her. She always has a listening ear and will provide the best treatment possible for your symptoms. I also like the fact that she confers with other doctors who are specialists in the field to obtain their advice/feedback- it feels as if I’m getting a second opinion without actually having to go out and get a second opinion. My family and my experience with Dr.Chung has been nothing short of fantastic!

D. None I want to specifically call out Dr. Montemayor and Dr. Kelly. I went to Dr. Montemayor and told her that I needed an ultrasound that included my appendix. She acknowledged this and proceeded to place an order that didnt include my appendix. This is after the first doctor Dr. Kelly failed to order a comprehensive ultrasound when I told her I had side pain. Then when I asked for a Cologuard test she doesnt give them my insurance information, so it doesnt ship. When I asked for a saline sonogram, Dr. Kelly couldnt manage to order that correctly either. Then when I complained to patient relations last week that nobody had gotten back to me on the incorrect ultrasound and sent Dr. M a message, no one still got back to me. Shame on UC Davis and shame on these two doctors - who dont give a shit when youre in pain. Note to anyone reading this. You need to report them to the medical board to get them to respond to messages. I plan on doing that.

Nicole Heiney Had to find a new dr-they moved on to greener pastures. This office was fantastic! The wait was short, the documentation well designed. You could fill out much of it at home and upload a photo of your insurance card. Dr was thorough and staff helpful in answering my newbie questions on future scheduling and expectations. Blood draws are done on site without apts once the order is in. Super happy to be a patient here!

Christian Awful awful awful It’s always a run around here , tired of making appointments weeks out to get the same response and told weeks for tests to get the same result so I can wait another year before im referred to get surgery. I went to the ER in Sacramento after leaving an appointment here and received better service and got in and out with tests done in under 2 hours. UC Davis is folsom is a joke. And I’m tired of lack of care. Being told to wait till next month for an ultra sound while having serious symptoms at the appointment made for an ultrasound is unreasonable. I said I needed an ultrasound when I made the appointment to be seen and was told what I already knew and that “I would need an ultrasound” . I’m done with my care here. And I suggest you don’t go here for care

Ms B Doctor did not instill any confidence in her abilities. Did not listen to me. After giving me the flu shot and not feeling well she offered me water but didnt actually ever get it. She seemed flustered. After this appointment she then thought 2 months out for a physical was standard. Why wait 2 months after establishing care. I would never entrust her with my health if she can not even handle a flu shot reaction. I have had terrible experiences with the ucd system as a whole this past few months. Its really sad. It used to be amazing. I also finally took time for myself after a couple of years of not making myself a priority and this discourages me.

J W Dropped in for blood draw/labs one day and had a short wait time, everything went smoothly, staff were professional and friendly. Second visit was a month later for a scheduled vaccination, everything was professional and friendly then as well. No issues with this office at this time.

Darren I HATE coming to this pharmacy! there is always a huge line and most of the time they only have one person working at the busiest times. Orders are never ready for pick up even when you are told they are. Whats worse is Kaiser is aware of it bit issues the same response over and over again, yet NOTHING is ever done to fix it. Be ready to wait up to an hour for a prescription that says READY FOR PICK UP, because this pharmacy is gonna make you wait

Quiles Vallejo Pharmacy clerk Cindy Atkins -sutton Was very mean to me. I had a drs. Appt earlier for steroids and medicine. I put in my order at 11:40am and she said it wasn’t in and that I would have wait in a check in line to get the order started and then it would be a 45min -1hr wait. My dr told me I should start the medicine right away. It’s 4pm 11/9 and they didn’t even have the order ready. The biggest problem is that this clerk Cindy Atkins -sutton was mean and scoffed at me. I never had an issue putting in orders. I shouldn’t have to pick up my medicine and have to deal with such a nasty attitude. I will be submitting a formal complaint with Kaiser. She needs to be spoken to about her interacts with people. And sick people at that.

Tonya Fontes Horrible wait time. Medication never ready on time. Receive a text stating medication is ready yet upon arrival it is still an hour wait for meds. Multiple times this has happened. Horrible customer service. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Sad for elderly clients who aren’t able to wait and stand in line etc. Zero accommodation for handicap.

Chia-Chen Chang The pharmacist and clerk were simply rude and inattentive. The room was a bit noisy and I didnt hear what the clerk said so I asked the clerk to repeat. But the clerk acted like it was all my fault and scoffed at me. Then the pharmacist. After picking up the prescription, I waited almost 10 more minutes before the pharmacist finally showed up and gave instructions of the pills. The way he treated/looked at me was like scorning. Pharmacist and clerk, both were unprofessional in terms of treating patients/customers. I would give a negative score if I could.

Mike Richardson I answer, AT THE VERY LEAST, 10 phone calls for this pharmacy location a WEEK! I wish they would tell their patients that the area code changed to 530 many years ago. Hahaha. Until then, I will continue to politely let the callers know to “dial the same number, but input the 530 area code.” Count your days Kaiser Pharmacy….if I keep receiving these calls, I will be sending over a W9 and an invoice.

Jennifer Wootton I do not recommend sending anybody to this facility! My mother was a patient here and in the time she was there she was not cared for properly. She had an employee steal a substantial amount of money from her bank account. The employee was only fired and was not prosecuted. The facility refuses to give the employees name. My mothers health only declined while she was in there care. When I visited her a few days ago she was not only pale but her extremities were turning grey. It took them a extremely long time to answer her when she pushed the call nurse button. When the nurse FINALLY answered we had her check my mothers blood sugar levels and oxygen. Her blood sugar was 44 and her oxygen was down to 69. I told the nurse the numbers were extremely low and life threatening they should be calling her an ambulance. The nurse informed me both her oxygen level and blood sugar were "normal" for her. I told her that was not normal for ANY HUMAN BEING. They did have my mother on 4.5 liters of oxygen with a mask that had big holes in it. The mask was completely pointless since it clearly was not helping her at all. The nurse refused to change the mask and refused to turn up her oxygen. The next day I had an ambulance go pick her up and take her to the hospital. When EMA arrived they said she had no oxygen on and her vital signs were life threatening low. The hospital had to give a blood transfusion to bring up her vital signs.

This hospital is where my cancerous tumor was first discovered, and I owe Kyles diligence and taking my pain seriously to helping me catch it in Stage 1. Im so grateful!

I am especially grateful to the emergency department staff for their dedication and commitment to helping patients as quickly as possible. Desiree Gaona My sister was taken to the ER approx 2am she had intense pain in chest and vomited with blood in it. The doctor came in for all of 2 mins, swabbed her for COVID and Strep, had her swish with numbing gel and told her to pick up an RX for ibuprofen and more numbing gel!!! My mom even stopped the Doctor before he left and said SHE HAS PAIN in her CHEST NOT THE BACK OF HER THROAT... And he said "okay" and walked out...LIKE she had esophagus and CHEST pain and vomited w/ blood in it.. I am no PhD BUT whhyyyy would you give someone with obvious stomach distress IBUPROFEN (terrible for your stomach), and then numbing gel for esophagus pain???? They said Covid test and strep test NEG (duhhhhh we didnt go for ANYTHING close to those symptoms) OVER 2k bill was received a week later and we will be fighting that! She saw her PCP the day after and explained what happened and was very upset with what was done and said she was smart to NOT take the ibuprofen and put her on a special diet with strict instructions to return for following up testing... And there was NO one in the waiting room... So it wasnt just a busy day, this was grossly overlooked by a "doctor" who just did not care! RUN far far away.

Tyler Ann Sands aka Sister Gramps Nice place, very open area, free parking. My friend appt.checkin was what we thought good, but a lady at desk did not communicate to the other check in area that we were there and that lady left. Sat for 30 min. Until I had to say something.

Shanil Narayan I spent about 3 months trying to get an appointment in for sleep medicine, every-time they asked for my insurance authorization and gave me a fax number. And every time I would have it sent over. After 3 months they actually received it and said that I would be contacted by the provider for scheduling. Never heard anything for 2 weeks so K just decided to find a different clinic that actually cared. Maybe the actual provider could’ve have been good but based off my entire experience with communicating with this clinic I’ll give 1 star. I’d recommend going elsewhere for your medical needs.

Grace Etoile The provider took a call from her dentist during my appointment! As an RN I had heard nothing but terrible things about Dignity and Im here to say from the patient side that its as bad as they say. Waited 4 months for an appointment only to find out that the doctors here wont prescribe medications Ive been taking for years, or care for very basic medical needs, all of which have been managed solely by other primary care doctors. Supposedly all due to policies set by Dignity. Save your time and your health, go anywhere else.

Sandra Maldonado The receptionist in Urology and Gastroenterology in Woodland Ca . is super rude she’s not welcoming at all, she was discussing personal matters with co workers like when was lunch,food, and saying what is the mouth for.. being loud and not professional. Yes the lobby was empty when I arrived and I was the only patient waiting , then other patients arrive and she was careless. she is representing dignity, that’s a shame!

M B I blame this hospital for my mothers death. For a year, she kept going in, telling them that she had such bad pain that she couldnt eat. They kept sending her home, telling her it was all due to a hernia that she had. Wouldnt even take the time to check it out. None of her symptoms could be explained by a simple hiatal hernia. Turns out she had cancer. By the time they eventually bothered to look, it was already stage 4. It was already in her brain. By that time she was so bad, she needed a feeding tube. While cutting her open to put in the tube, they left a plastic bag inside of her. The experience destroyed her. Any sense of hope she had was gone. She called me multiple times, pleading with me to let her come home. When finally home, I saw what they had done to her. The multiple wounds on her stomach from the botched surgeries looked like something out of a horror film. Her mental state was grim. Nobody could talk her into going back for treatment. She chose to die at home rather than spend another minute in this hospital. One star doesnt begin to express my feelings about the incompetence of this hospital. Edit: Ive slightly modified the language in my review after receiving a threatening email from Yelp implying that I may be sued by this hospital. If only I could leave negative stars.

Kathy T Rude people who answer the phone takes a long time to get thru especially when you are trying to get prescription refill and call to the doctor. Only one nice doctor. Everyone else is very rude. Nurses never call you back especially when you have a sick person at home who needs medication

Jasem Ali They canceled my appointment for me without notifying me. Then they acted as if it was canceled on my end. When I confronted them about it with pictures and emails proving my appointment, they disregarded it.

Kevin Cheng My experience here has been absolutely horrible compared to Fremonts Sutter Dermatology. The doctor is fine, but the staff definitely is not. They have failed to send my prescription through twice for my recent course of isotretinoin. Every time I call, they would just claim that they have sent it through. I had to go to the pharmacy four times, and I still have not gotten my medication. Since isotretinoin is a time sensitive drug where I have to be on it constantly, I need to continue my course ASAP. Not to mention that it is COVID-19 season, and I shouldnt be visiting the pharmacy so much. It is clear that the staff doesnt care about patients at all and puts minimal effort into their work.

MacKenzie Carr Customer service is horrible. Waited a month for an appointment and when I arrived a couple minutes late and was handed a pointless form to fill out I was then told the doctor could not see me. I asked if she could take two minutes to write me a prescription and was told no and offered an appointment for 3 months later. They dont care about their customers at all.

Gerald Andrews Only come here if its not important and you can book an appointment 3 months out. Face falling off, possible cancer, rash out of control, dont bother they wont care and wont see you no exceptions not even if you wait in their lobby all day.
