Sandy Erpenbach Very disappointed with management policy. Ive been a customer for three years, but after today Reds has lost my business. I purchased a Biolage/Matrix Conditioning Cleanser kit (co-wash with leave-in conditioner, and promotional comb) along with some Matrix hair spray. Total cost over $60.00. After using the kit I found that the cleanser and conditioner made my hair dull and sticky feeling. I dont live in Yuba City, so I only shop there occasionally. During the purchase the sales rep told me if the products dont work out I could exchange them as long as its within 30 days. Today I took the kit back for exchange and was told that since I returned them after 15 days (18 days to be exact) they would charge me a 20% restocking fee (so if I returned them on the 14th day there would be no restocking fee?????). This is a small store....a restocking fee....what a joke! Needless to say I will not be doing business with Reds again. Ive spent a lot of money in this store over the past three years and have never returned any products. The first time I do, I get slapped with a restocking fee....totally out of line. All this tells me about Reds is that they dont stand behind the products they sell, so I say to you.....buyer beware!!!! Ive always loved shopping at smaller local businesses, but if this is the type of policy you want to enforce then Ill deal with the larger companies.

tami clark When I was out of a product they no longer were carrying I was told they could order it for me
and would have it in a couple of days. My only problem was I didn’t have the exact name of the product so they had me describe it and tell them the brand. Two days later they called me and had my product. I am very pleased with Reds

Alexis Gray I got a Devacut and transformation here yesterday with Crystal, and let me tell you, she is absolutely AMAZING! She gave me the best haircut I have ever recieved. She is very knowledgeable about all of the Devacurl products and really tells you everything you need to know about your haircut and how to recreate your look at home using DevaCurl. I dont trust anyone else to cut my hair now. She is the best curly hair stylist in town by far! If you have wavy to curly hair and want to get a haircut but dont know who to call, call Crystal.

J. Hamilton I have gone there off and on for over 30 years and have never had a problem. They have always had a 15 day return period. I have never had one of the employees treat me rudely. Some clients could learn some manners and not say things to embarrass a client.
I love the products and I know within two or three days if a product is going to work. I value the knowledge the owner has. I am sorry some have had such bad experiences. Give it another try. What I like about this store is that it is not a big box store.
