Numbat Echuca A lovely walk amongst the gum trees on a warm summers day. There were plenty of birds to see, Magpies, Butcher birds, Noisy Miners. An enjoyable walk on wide easy to walk paths.

M L Great place for kids with an awesome playground, although its probably better suited for older kids 6+ years of age. The walking tracks are also quite interesting, not too long, but still good considering the suburban location of the park itself. I would certainly recommend a visit to the park, as we had a good time and even saw lots of native birds. The one negative was that the boys toilets were closed.

Jim Bo Green space in the middle of suburbia. Smallish reserve but lots to explore and a link in Scotchmans creek. Some excellent facilities here for all ages. Including a well built play space, picnic areas and BBQs. The restored native vegetation is a testament to those involved in working on it. Lots of flora and fauna to discover.

Do Dar Wow, what a great place. Two very different themes, a fantastic playground, with BBQ facilities, a large car park and the other being a walk in the bush. It takes about 15 minutes to walk around the valley loop as its called. All this right in the heart of Mount Waverley. Well worth a walk and or a play on the playground equipment. Plus near the Carpark is the Scarred Tree, the bark was removed by members of the Kulin People. Bark was used in traditional Aboriginal society to make canoes and shelters.

michelle dilks Beautiful space for the kids. Easy to get to. Signage around the park is great. The toilets are clean, nice and close to the playground. Definitely going back with my kids again.

Kerbray A pleasant linear walk that you can take your dog with you on leash. Quite a lot of bird life along the route, which can take you through the water ways at the end of the wetlands when the flow is light. Parking available on the street in several places, and its generally quite a quiet walk.

Mahdi Dehghan Nice walk and nice lake. Melbourne water looks like have nothing else to do but put up signs

Nara Lee A lovely place to take a walk, though still evidently under construction. It’s nice to see the different views though, and quite pleasant to be around water and see ducks and other wildlife. It’s a fair bit busy too, lots of people walking or cycling through along Scotchman’s Creek Trail.

Afsaneh Gh Fairway Reserve offers a nice walk along the Scotchmans Creek Trail, winding through lush, shaded paths and providing views of diverse wildlife. The reserve is ideal for walkers, cyclists, and even dog owners, although recent changes now restrict dogs to on-leash areas only, much to the disappointment of many regular visitors.

Karlie Jaye Fantastic walk with lots of different trails, Water the entire way through, My dog loved it. some seating is available along the way and just a really pretty view.. Well kept but no rubbish bins and if I had to say one negative it would be the freeway noise however you dont hear it the whole time.

Nara Lee A great place to talk a walk, so peaceful and beautiful. My only gripe is that the freeway is very close (right next to it) so there will be a lot of the sounds of rushing cars, but not throughout the whole walk. Very tranquil, and you can spend a lot of time on the walk, as the trail is long. Would recommend!

Paul Hendrick Great trail for dog walks, away from the noise and traffic. Basic gravel walking path, wide enough for people to pass and still have enough space if their dog is reactive. Dogs can access Scotchmans Creek for a swim. Snakes are in the area in warmer months, come across a brown snake on the path there twice in the first week December

Mark Frial First time to ride through Scotchmans Creek trail and passed by Fairway Reserve. I love the environment - just gets you away from the busy city life. Just reminding everyone passing through the area - I came across a big Brown Snake (I think - I hope someone can verify if the one in the attached photo is indeed one) in this area. Please be extra careful especially when you are walking with your kids and family.
